Cash Money’s Big Tymers
(Bryan "Baby" Williams and producer Mannie Fresh) album HoodRich
debuted at number 1 on Billboard’s 200 album chart, dethroning kick country
star Kenny Chesney for the top slot. The record was released April 30, and is
the follow up the the duo’s previous platinum selling album, I Got That Work.
"[Being] hood rich is an extension of the
Big Tymer philosophy. [Being] hood rich is making it happen, although you’re
from a bad situation," said Baby. "When we talk about diamonds, cars
or commercial real estate, we are bringing a new understanding of why this life
style means so much. We just set up HoodRich as a vehicle for introducing
a whole new era of big tyming and setting new trends. Like the single says,
we’re still fly!"
