There was a pretty awkward moment when late night host Larry Wilmore asked Common about the bossy women in his life.
In a segment #Keepit100, the rapper was asked who was the bossiest of his three famous ex’s.
Wilmore gave him the options “professional black athlete, professional black singer or professional black actress.”
Common laughed and “professional Black singer” suggesting strongly that Erykah Badu was the one with the most forceful qualities.
The 42-year-old Chicago native previously dated Serena Williams, Badu and “Empire” actress Taraji P. Henson.
