Jermaine Dupri has lost the fight to save his Atlanta mansion from foreclosure.
The rapper/producer had staved off previous attempts but succumbed to sale recently, according to The Jasmine Brand.
A notice of sale for Jermaine Dupri’s home was filed by the new owner of the deed and stated, “The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale.”
Jermaine Dupri lived at that residence for over 10 years.
