Kanye West has listed his upscale Calabasas condo for $2.95 million as he faces over $60,000 in unpaid property taxes tied to the home he received in his 2022 divorce from Kim Kardashian.
The three-bedroom, four-bathroom residence is situated within the exclusive Avanti community in Calabasas, just minutes from the Kardashian family estates.
Designed by Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen, the unit includes high-end finishes and minimalist interiors, consistent with Kanye’s aesthetic.
Despite owning several properties across the country, the troubled rapper doesn’t live in any of them. He reportedly prefers hotel stays, leaving many of his homes vacant.
According to county records, the Calabasas condo is now listed as delinquent, with more than $60,000 in back taxes owed. Across his real estate portfolio, Kanye West reportedly owes over $300,000 in unpaid taxes.
The condo was awarded to Ye when his divorce from Kardashian was finalized in November 2022. The listing went live in July 2025, as confirmed by public real estate databases.
The sale adds to a string of financial headlines surrounding West, who has faced lawsuits, business losses and public scrutiny in recent years.
As reported by The Sun, the rapper’s business empire has suffered multiple setbacks since 2022, including terminated brand partnerships and declining revenue streams.
West has not commented publicly on the condo sale or the tax debt.
