(AllHipHop News) Katt Williams may want to be an emcee, since he has more punchlines than your average rapper these days. This time, he has reserved his darts for Kevin Hart, arguably the most bankable Black comic working.
“I’ve already proven that the best they have in comedy is Kevin Hart. (audience member boos). Don’t you boo a Black man working, baby,” Katt said before calling Hart out. “Even though that n***a’s a puppet. Its not his fault. We don’t get mad at that. Get what I’m saying. If you wanna be mad at Kermit The Frog, don’t be mad at Kermit the Frog. Be mad at Jim Henson. Don’t say f**k Donald Duck when you really mean “F**k Walt Disney. I don’t care about nothing that happens with Kevin. I wish him the best. I just know that somebody’ hand is stuck up that baby.”
He continued going in on Kevin Hart and then announced his bid for presidency. Check the whole clip below.
He didn’t name Katt, but Kevin seemed to reference him in a post from the Oscars.
“Me & Dave Chappelle with our brother @chrisrock tonight at the Oscars. True professionals understand the importance of sticking together & supporting one another….at the end of the day we are comedians & there aren’t many that make it to level that we have made it. But so many doors are opened from the success of one comedian & when you see those doors open you then have the opportunity to walk thru them….it’s about helping one another not trying to tear each other down!!!! The insecure ones will never understand what “Support & encouragement” #Message #DopePic #Legendary”
Yesterday Katt was arrested again in an alleged assault. The matter was chronicled on Fox News.
Comedian Katt Williams was arrested Monday on a battery charge in Georgia after a store employee told police that Williams punched him during an argument.Gainesville police officers responded to an assault call at a pool supply store around 11:30 a.m. and found Williams outside “lying on the ground with his hands behind his back as though he was ready to go to jail,” Sgt. Kevin Holbrook said.
A store employee told officers Williams, who was in the store with two women, began arguing with the employee and threw a pair of goggles at him, Holbrook said. Williams then went behind the counter and punched the employee at least once, Holbrook said.
The cause of the argument wasn’t immediately clear. When officers tried to question Williams, he told them to ask the store employee what happened, Holbrook said.
Hall County sheriff’s Deputy Nicole Bailes said in an email that Williams faces a misdemeanor battery charge and was being held on $5,000 bond. Online jail records show Williams was booked into jail at 1:34 p.m.
