(AllHipHop News) By now, most people are aware that Lil Wayne is not on good terms with his longtime label Cash Money Records.
Wayne has been battling with the company for years over unpaid money and the delay of his Tha Carter V album.
Followers of the New Orleans-raised rapper also know Wayne has declared he is a big Jay Z fan and even considered signing a deal with the New Yorker’s Roc-A-Fella Record at one point.
Wayne reminded the world he may still be interested in officially teaming with Jay.
“I’m a motherf-cking Roc-A-Fella millionaire,” rapped Wayne at a concert.
Last year, Weezy became an artist-owner of the Jay Z led Tidal streaming service.
“I just signed a deal with my motherf–king idol,” Wayne announced in June of 2015.
The partnership led to a lawsuit by Cash Money, claiming Tidal did not have the legal right to host Wayne’s Free Weezy Album.
At this point, Wayne is saying f### Cash Money for life. This Roc-A-Fella shout-out was random tho: pic.twitter.com/DiJoo7zJWC
