OVO Sound recording artist PartyNextDoor teamed with the Black Music Action Coalition, Vans, and Levi’s. The footwear collaboration is providing a spotlight to the Black artist community during Black History Month.

Fifteen emerging Black artists custom painted Vans sneakers, and PartyNextDoor personally signed every pair. Seattle-raised, Brooklyn-based artist Adrian Brandon created a limited-edition Levi’s jean jacket as well. That item is available for purchase on the NTWRK app for a limited time.

The artist-designed Vans shoes are part of a raffle on the NTWRK app with all net proceeds from the sales and the raffle benefiting the Black Music Action Coalition’s various initiatives. The BMAC is working to raise money for a covid-relief fund, emerging artist fund, executive training, mentorship programs, and mental/physical health programs.

“Excited to be working with all of these talented artists for this Vans x Levi’s drop on NTWRK. As a partner of Black Music Action Coalition, I will be donating all money made to the organization in celebration of Black History Month,” says PartyNext Door.

Black Music Action Coalition commented, “We are grateful to PartyNextDoor, Vans, Levi’s, NTWRK, and each of the visual artists for stepping up and supporting the Black Music Action Coalition and our cause to eradicate racism from the music business and broader society. They are true champions for equality and equity, and delivered incredible and thought-provoking art! We’re very excited to engage the culture in this fashion.”

In January, PartyNextDoor released his 8-track COLOURS project on streaming platforms for the first time. 2020’s Partymobile is the Canadian singer-songwriter’s most recent studio LP. He also dropped the PartyPack EP in October.
