Rapper Travis Scott Copped A Mansion and Gave It Away For Christmas

(AllHipHop News) Christmas turned out great for a variety of rappers and their extended family this year.

Different rappers took to their social media accounts over the weekend, to show off some of the pricey gifts they bought or received.

Atlanta rapper, Young Thug, flossed some of the new diamonds and the massive amount of gifts he gave, and Lil Yachty received props, for the gifts he showered on his mother.

Houston rapper Travis Scott went all out this year, and purchased a brand new mansion for his family. He chronicled the experience during a series of posts on Instagram.

“Alright, so, I’m about to surprise my fam with one of the most craziest gifts of all motherf##kin’ time,” Travis Scott wrote on Instagram. “It’s actually too big to put a f##kin’ bow around.”

The rapper said he managed to keep the purchase a secret for over two months, while he renovated the interior of the new mansion.

Buying the mansion for his family caps off a great 2016 for Travis Scott.

In addition to dropping his critically acclaimed album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, Travis also signed a worldwide publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing.

Travis Scott is preparing his third solo album Astroworld which is scheduled for a release in 2017.
