Rick Ross has extended an invitation to Tyreek Hill following the NFL player’s disparaging comments about the Maybach Music Group general.
On Wednesday (March 6), Rozay addressed Hill’s recent comments in a series of posts on his Instagram Story—during which he appeared to try and reason with the Miami Dolphin’s star. Prior to the videos Ross shared, Hill appeared in a podcast interview and denounced Rozay’s behavior during his recent house fire. Ross picked up where Hill left off and expressed his sincere and utmost respect, despite how his actions were perceived.
“Tyreek Hill, I wasn’t picking on you homie,” Ross said in part. “I didn’t film none of [your family members] homie. And let’s not act like I’m the one that premiered the fire to the world. It was five helicopters circling over your crib and my crib, we stay right across the street from each other. I didn’t post you and your girl outside, I didn’t post mom, none of that.”
Rick Ross continued on in an attempt to coax Hill to appear on his own podcast, saying that “it only makes sense” they hash things out together in that fashion.
However, Hill did not see the situation from the same perspective. In addition to expressing his belief that he can no longer “vibe” with Rozay, the Super Bowl champion accused the MMG rap juggernaut of faking the funk regarding his efforts to assist in the situation on social media.
“Rick Ross, bruh, I can’t vibe with you now,” Hill said. “I can’t f### with you no more … Rick Ross, man, like you ain’t even come over. You had the audacity to talk to a fireman instead of—you got my number, bruh. You get on Twitter, posting me all over Twitter. Like after what me and my family went through. You supposed to be the neighbor, the neighborhood hero! And then he gonna say something about Wingstop on there. I’m like, ‘Yo! What’s going on?’ Don’t try to use me for promotion.”
