Madonna and Hip-Hop seem to go hand-in-hand, as the artist is known to kick it with some of the culture’s most notable rappers.
Madonna has been doing this since early in her career when she invited Big Daddy Kane to pose with her and Naomi Campbell in her 1992 book, “SEX.”
The world knows about her affair with Tupac and how the two wrote to each other when he was in jail.
Madonna was also spotted with Kanye West and his friends a few months ago — having a ball.
Now, the “Material Girl” has been spotted kicking it with Tory Lanez at the Gervonta Davis fight over the weekend.
Before the actual fight, the two were seen backstage. Madonna tried to hide with a face fan, but Tory Lanez was open to talking to the paparazzi about the upcoming bout. He gave his predictions, saying he believed Davis would win in five rounds but also said he “had faith in the underdog.”
Madonna chimed in with another friend, berating him, saying, “No. No. Don’t sit on the fence.”
Off-camera, she shouts at him, “Choose.”
It is good to see Madonna and Tory getting along. The two were in conflict after the Canadian artist sampled one of her early hit songs, “Into the Groove,” on his track “Pluto’s Last Comet.”
The song was made in 1985, seven years before the rapper was born.
The seven-time Grammy winner commented on one of Tory Lanez’s Instagram posts about the new project.
Seems like they got their discrepancy straightened out … and the Gervonta Davis won by way of a sixth-round knockout.
