With the N.W.A biopic’s, Straight Outta Compton, release a month away, details have emerged about the film’s soundtrack. The film’s director, F. Gary Gray, revealed that the soundtrack will feature Kendrick Lamar, Eminem and show Dr. Dre’s musical growth.
“He went deep and you can hear some of his influences, with jazz and soul and a little bit of funk. And Kendrick Lamar is on, Eminem; a lot of great guest stars,” Gray told MTV News. “But it’s really Dre and how he’s evolved and how he’s matured as not only a person, but as an artist. It’s deep and it’s great.”
Gray also teased that the Straight Outta Compton flick will give a detailed look into the N.W.A member’s lives that they can’t get elsewhere.
“The details, the stories, the authenticity that you get and you can draw from these guys, it goes beyond googling what happened in the Death Row days or googling what happened when the group broke up,” he said. “And I think that’s what people want to see.”
Straight Outta Compton hits theaters Aug. 14th. No word on the soundtrack’s release date.

Although Ciara basically said Future didn’t deserve a response, she still gave him one with her recent subliminal tweets. Ciara said a certain person was so ignorant and dishonest that they didn’t deserve a response. She also said one’s main focus should be on being a good parent. This all seems to follow Future’s recent interview with The Huffinton Post where he stated that the reason him and Ciara broke up was due to the couple growing a part and not due to him cheating. Future also said that God didn’t tell him to practice abstinence with Ciara. These celebs have to be careful with who they choose to date and have kids with.

(AllHipHop News) 50 Cent was trending on Twitter most of the day on Monday. It seemed like the entire world had something to say about the rapper’s decision to file for bankruptcy, but 50 did not address the situation at all yesterday.
That changed overnight when the G-Unit leader posted an Instagram picture of himself in front of a minicar with the caption, “Times are hard out here LMAO.”
50 may be able to make light of the attention surrounding his financial ordeal, but a judge does not seem to find the situation amusing. The Daily Beast reports:
Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Paul Wooten did not seem amused by the second bankruptcy filing Monday morning, telling Jackson’s legal team, “This is the second such bankruptcy your client has filed in the last 30 days.”
Wooten said he wasn’t “impugn[ing] the sincerity of the defendant’s application for bankruptcy” but that he wanted to “communicate … the court’s frustration with continuously trying to get this case resolved.”
The bankruptcy filing came in the wake of a jury awarding Lastonia Leviston (Rick Ross’ ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child) $5 million in her sex tape lawsuit against 50. The Queens native also lost a $16 million lawsuit to Sleek Audio in 2014.

The Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts in Stone Mountain, Georgia has a copy of a hand-written letter Eminem wrote to Pac’s mother Afeni Shakur. The “Phenomenal” rapper also sent the Hip Hop matriarch a drawing of her son.
“You have no idea how much your son and his music inspired, not only the ‘Hip Hop’ world, but speaking for myself, has inspired my whole career,” wrote Eminem.
He later adds, “[2Pac] gave me the courage to stand up and say, ‘F*ck the world! This is who I am! And if you don’t like it, go f*ck yourself!’”
