Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch Is Being Sold For $100 Million

Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is up for sale for $100 million, Wall Street Journal reports.

Though it is on the market, many of the amenities are gone. The zoo is no more but there is one lone llama on the property. The amusement park rides are gone but a train station, a 50-seat movie theater and the Neverland Valley Fire Department are still there but it isn’t staffed.

The ranch is 2,700-acre property has two lakes, a basketball court, tennis court,a swimming pool with a cabana, six bedrooms, and two guest houses, one with four bedrooms and the other with two.

The King of Pop bought Neverland, which is 40 miles from Santa Barbara, in 1987 for $19.5 million but defaulted on a $24.5 million loan he owed in 2008. He ended up being bought out by Colony Capital LLC, who invested into the ranch, spending millions on upgrades. Neverland’s name was also changed to Sycamore Valley Ranch, which was its original name when it was built in 1981.

Buyers will be going through “extensive pre-qualification” before the property will be shown.

“Our seller is not encouraging a lot of showings,” said Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland. “We’re not going to be giving tours,” added Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Chinx Has A Baby On The Way?

Allegedly slain rapper Chinx was in a long-term relationship with a woman other than his wife, and other than Malika Haqq, at the time he was murdered and may have a baby on the way with another woman.

It’s been said that Lionel “Chinx Drugz” Pickens enjoyed relationships with three different women besides the woman who says she’s his wife, and one believes she is pregnant with his child. The women—novelist Larrima Davis, a stripper known as “5 Star Jazzi” and a now-pregnant 21-year old—were allegedly romanced by the rapper. Allegedly someone close to Chinx has revealed that the rapper was smitten with Davis, but he was also having a fling with the 21-year-old, and the person claims there may be a possibility that he was the father of the 21-year-old’s unborn child. Allegedly his wife Janelli Caceres-Pickens is aware of the baby but is only focused on finding Chinx’s killer.

Suge Knight’s Lawyer Wants Murder Case Dismissed

Suge Knight’s lawyer is arguing that his current murder case should be dismissed due to one of the victims refusing to identify him in court during his testimony, Billboard reports. Knight’s attorney, Matt Fletcher, filed a motion on Friday (May 29) requesting that the attempted murder and hit-and-run charges be dropped.

When he took the stand at a preliminary hearing in April, Cle “Bone” Sloan refused to say that Knight was the man who ran him over with his red SUV in January saying, “I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison.”

The other man who was injured, Terry Carter, died to to injuries sustained after being ran over.

“There is nowhere in this transcript that Mr. Sloan ever identifies Marion Knight, the defendant, as a murderer,” Fletcher wrote in his motion. “There is nowhere in the entire transcript that Mr. Sloan even identifies Marion Knight as a driver of the red truck in question; the red truck that hit the victims.”

Though he refused to identify Suge in court, Sloan reportedly gave detectives an account of the incident, according to prosecutor  Cynthia Barnes.

There is also surveillance footage of the incident showing what is said to be Suge Knight driving his red truck, hitting two men and driving off.

Knight’s next trial date is July 7th.

R. Kelly Announces New Album, ‘Buffet’

During a chat with HLN’s  The Daily Share, R. Kelly told Rocsi Diaz that he plans to drop his 14th solo album titled Buffet. The Pied Piper singer said that he picked that title because he is serving a mixture of fan bases with this album.

“I’ve got all different kinds of generations of fans now, and I have to feed everybody,” he said. “You’ve got hip-hop, you’ve got old school music with the “Step In The Name of Love” type, then you’ve got traditional R. Kelly, sensuous sexual kind of music. It’s just a variety of things, so I call it the Buffet.”

No release date has been announced but Kelly says expect it between the summer and fall. Watch the interview below.

Report: Beyonce’s Music Could Be Pulled From Tidal

(AllHipHop News) With rumors already circulating that Kanye West’s upcoming album Swish could be an Apple Music exclusive, Jay Z could have music from another member of his clique shut out of the Tidal platform. According to reports, Sony may be pulling Beyoncé’s albums from the streaming service.

Yahoo reports:

Bloomberg’s insider sources say that both Sony and Warner have been asking Tidal for huge advances in exchange for the rights to stream their artists’ catalogs. While Tidal has apparently come to an agreement with Warner, it seems the Sony deal isn’t done yet — and if Tidal can’t find the cash to pay its requested royalties, it could lose the music of Beyoncé, who just happens to be one of Tidal’s flagship artists along with being Jay Z’s wife.

The superstar singer is signed to Columbia Records which is a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment. Other notable acts under the Sony Music umbrella include Snoop Dogg, OutKast, Michael Jackson, A$AP Rocky, Chris Brown, Mariah Carey, Tinashe, One Direction, Adele, Pharrell Williams, and Miley Cyrus.

Beyoncé is also one of the artists listed as a part owner of Tidal. If her music is removed from the streaming service that would be a public relations nightmare for a company that is already facing criticism from the public and stiff competition from Spotify, Pandora, and Google.

This development also casts doubt on the speculation Jay and Bey are releasing a joint album via Tidal. In April, DJ Skee claimed the power couple’s collaborative effort was nearly complete.

Sheek Louch Calls Out Rappers Rhyming On 90’s Tracks On New Song “Memory Lane” (AUDIO)

(AllHipHop News) Sheek Louch is set to return with the new project Silverback Gorilla 2 later this year. Before The Lox member lets loose the sequel to 2008’s Silverback Gorilla, he drops the new song “Memory Lane.”

Most of the record features Sheek reminiscing on his Hip Hop past like conversing with The Notorious B.I.G. and listening to Rakim, but “Memory Lane” starts off with a subliminal shot at a rapper (or rappers) apparently unaware of the history of the culture.

“I heard your album, that sh*t is wack. I’m bringing it back. You ain’t hot because you’re rhyming on a 90’s track. Learn your history, at least know who beat that is. Is it Kool G, Lyte, or Milk & Giz?” rhymes Sheek.

In recent years, there have been quite a few emcees that have embraced the sounds of the 1990’s Hip Hop era. Since Sheek Louch does not specifically name anyone on “Memory Lane” there is no way to know if it was directed at someone in particular or just a general statement to the entire game.

A$AP Rocky Talks About His Belief In God & Adding Religious Themes To His New Album “A.L.L.A.”

(AllHipHop News) A$AP Rocky opens his latest album At.Long.Last.A$AP with the lines “Church bells and choir sounds, tell ’em ‘quiet down.’ Bow your head, the Most High’s around.” Those lyrics from “Holy Ghost” are just a few moments where the Harlem representative addresses the theme of religion on the project. He later adds on the same song, “They ask me why I don’t go to church no more, cause church is the new club and wine is the new bub.”

[ALSO READ: A$AP Rocky Discovered “At.Long.Last.A$AP” Beat From Random Internet Search (VIDEO)]

In an interview with Milk Made, Rocky expounds on his own personal belief in God and why he incorporated his take on spirituality on A.L.L.A. When asked why he chose a religious connotation with the LP, A$AP Rocky responded:

I feel like for me…I’ve never been a person to judge anyone. Everyone has their own belief and they’re entitled to that. As long as you believe in something, some type of higher power, I don’t care if you call it Buddha, God, Allah, Jesus, I don’t care if it’s a rat named Willard. As long as you believe in a higher power, that’s what matters. I’m not even a religious person, but I do believe in God, I pray every single night. Religious people tend to be overwhelming with their beliefs, and I just feel like people should believe in what they do without the need to bash others. So to answer your question, a lot of those thoughts were in my head when this album was being made.

Because of some of the imagery in his music videos like “Wassup,” Rocky has been hit with rumors that he is part of a devil-worshiping secret society known as the Illuminati.

He previously addressed the Internet conspiracy theorists on the tracks “LVL” (“All this talk of Illuminati, ain’t got no clue about me”) and “Phoenix” (“F*ck Illuminati lies, say I’m Lucified/Baptized in the gutter, motherf*cker you decide”).

Several NBA Teams Begin Following Lil B After He Curses Rockets Star James Harden (POLL)

(AllHipHop News) Don’t cross the The BasedGod or he may place a curse on you. Most people may not believe that the California rapper has the power to hurt your career, but NBA teams seem to be superstitious enough not to test it.

After Lil B jinxed MVP candidate James Harden for “stealing” his cooking dance, the Houston Rockets were eliminated from the playoffs. The final game of the series included Harden setting a league record for turnovers in a playoff game (13), and he missed 9-of-11 shots.

The Rockets were likely to lose to the Golden State Warriors anyway, but some basketball fans began asking their favorite teams to show love to the The BasedGod. The Atlanta Hawks asked for a reprieve from the Lil B curse before their series with the Cleveland Cavaliers ended, and within the last week several other NBA franchises began following B on Twitter.

Don’t forget Lil B cursed Oklahoma Thunder star Kevin Durant a few years ago. Since then, the All-Star forward’s squad lost in the finals to the Miami Heat, and he suffered an injury-plague 2014-15 season. However, Durant did pick up the MVP trophy in 2014.

Cash Money’s Caskey On White Rappers Using The N-Word: “F*ck That Sh*t. They’re Just Words” (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Should white rappers be allowed to use the n-word? Former White Girl Mob member V-Nasty openly used the term, and she was essentially ran out the business. DJ Smallz Eyes asked another Caucasian rhymer about the topic –  Cash Money signee Caskey.

[ALSO READ: Exclusive! Caskey: I’m Super White]

“I stay out of the debate, because honestly I don’t give a f*ck what anybody says. I don’t give a f*ck if anybody cares what I say in my dialogue,” said Caskey. “Among me and my homies, that word gets used, and we’re black and white. Everybody makes such a big deal about it. I don’t even care enough to get in the debate, so I just f*cking avoid it. But it’s like f*ck that sh*t. They’re just words.”

The Orlando based performer signed to Birdman’s Cash Money Records in 2012. Caskey has released several mixtapes including 2013’s The Transient Classics, 2014’s Black Sheep, and 2015’s The Lost Files.
