Lil Boosie

Hip-Hop Rumor: Is Boosie Coming Home!

As you probably already can tell, I’m not all that in tune with what’s going on with Boosie, but my readers do. So, here is a cool letter about him that shows a more human side. But, another of my sources told me that Boosie will be home at the end of May.

Torrence Hatch was acquitted. What happens with Marlo Mike doesn’t affect Torrence Hatch. The charge he initially received locked him up, to ultimately bring forth the charges he was recently acquitted of. Now, that initial charge was his first offense for that particular charge.  Providing he didn’t have those additional charges for supposedly smuggling contraband. He would be out now. With all that said, he could be out as early as the summer, but most likely early 2014.  Unfortunately there is still that good O’l boy spirit that walks the halls of East Baton Rouge’s legal system. They pretty mad they couldn’t convict him on that. More so that he ‘s living just as comfortable, if not better than the prominent rich doctors and lawyers in Baton Rouge. I’m not proclaiming we’re besties, but I did attend high school with him. All in all that guy has a huge heart, and that’ll never probably get shown. When he says “Boosie love the kids” ; that guy takes care of those kids in Baton Rouge. If somebody would do a Documentary on him, you would look at him different than how the media is trying to make him out to be.

  • I like his music hope he learns from his mistakes and grows up a little so he´s there for his family and not just in and out of jail.I don´t understand how he just went from ballin to being broke. He could have lived his dream but now he´s living a nightmare.

    • WhatupJ

Cause people who dont understand money, or dont get people around them to handle their money correctly think that money is gonna come in forever but it doesnt. You end up spending a huge amount and not putting away the proper amount to pay the taxes, then you get f*cked and have to take out of loan to pay your taxes on shit. He needs to grow up and either figure out how to handle the money he gets or get some reputable money market guys who can invest his money properly so he can make money off of it (putting that shit in the bank is dumb, the market aint getting any lower so invest that money and you can make a good chunk of money per month depending on how much you put in. And it can be real safe if you have a good company handling your money, invest in markets and profiles not just in one or two companies so that there is a lesser chance of losing huge amounts of cash. I admit when the market crashed in the recession i lost lots of money, but its something you gotta just take with a grain of salt and keep it invested and hope the market gets better (again it really cant get any worse, Democrat or Republican in the white house it doesnt matter, Obama hasnt made the economy better but i dont know if you can blame him cause its almost impossible to directly affect the market with just the president). Its like young buck, guy was spending huge amounts of cash on dumb shit, quit buying jewelry and several hundred thousand dollar cars and live a more humble life and you will be fine. I dont think people will care if you roll in a Bentley or stuff like that, i think its just if your music is good or not.

  • just_some_bastard #ALCOHOLIC

good for him but nobody is gonna be buying lil boosie albums.

      • RMfag

        lol
Can you believe that guy got caught again?

      • Apollo Showtime

Not “real” real life, but street life, thug life, nigga life, not real life the way it’s supposed to be lived.

      • WhatupJ

Applaud your comment. You gotta make a distinction, like you did cause real life isnt supposed to be as crazy and violent as street life. Some people cant get out of the trap/ghetto and thats sad in a way. But real life is supposed to be about your family, making money the correct way and growing as a person, not shooting up blocks or shooting for guys heads. Getting out of the ghetto shouldnt be a bad thing, gotta swallow your pride and get out of a bad situation to make your life positive.

      • Matt Swan

You should be bitchslapped for using Pac and boosie in the same sentence. Where is the similarities? THERE ARE NONE. One was a pioneer of Hip Hop and the other, just a below average rapper from LA with catchy beats and a few hooks. Pac will be remembered 40 years from now and his rhymes still relevant, boosies’s ass damn sure wont. Maybe you should educate yourself on the difference between hip hop and rap. If not please use a .44 mag and snuf yourself out.

      • Matt Swan

Naw I’m a HIP HOP Stan. I grew up on it, remember where it came from and saw where some of it turned into a BS collection of fake actors and actresses who claim to be rappers. When the day Jeezy ever gets compared to Rakim, or Ross can hold a candle to X Clan, TI even opens his mouth to say he’s anywhere on Ol Cube’s level THEN I MIGHT say they are no longer rappers, their hip hop artists. But that will never happen. None of the rappers I listed have changed what they talk about since their first CD.Even UGK changed over the years, and I consider both of them hip hop artists. Face, Ghetto Boys, Nas all atists who will be remembered. YMCMB, MMG, gucci, and others like them will be long forgotten in 10 years or less. Yes again I admit it I am a HIP HOP STAN and proud to be one

      • EL_BARK

. I grew up on it, remember where it came from and saw where some of it turned into a BS collection of fake actors and actresses who claim to be rappers

This statement describes tupac to very well.
Pac was the poster child for the shet that takes place today in hip hop… If you a stan of hip hop, you should know this.

      • Matt Swan

Get over yourself son, Pac was from an era where there was an actual message and point in his rhymes. Yes he talked about the hood and the goings on in there, but at the same time in some of his rhymes he wrote of hope, and the ability to get out of the hood.
If you knew what you were talking about you would also see a picture of Marvin Gaye with this. Marvin spoke of what was happening during his time from his views on the war, to the treatment of blacks, to the injustices of the time, and of sex. It depended on the mood he was in for what you listened to from him when you bought his albums. Pac and others of that era were much the same. Pac was on record being against the war, he spoke of what was going on in regards to the injustices of the day, and he spoke of sex. Both gentelman were truly inteligent and worthy of praise.
Todays rappers call themselves talking about whats going on in the hood, but they all rap about the same thing that has been echoed from the late 80’s and 90’s. Different slang, different age groups, better liars, but instead of uplifting and informing they detract and degrade. Pac wasn’t the issue or a root of the problem in todays music. The industry knows what sells and what demographics they intend to sell to, or break into. We are responsible for the ish that is happening today, we support it, we idiolize it, we sell ourselves out for it. When more Hip Hop caliber rappers come along, there will be a shift again to more informative raps uplifting raps, and at the same time rap that is generated just to make you dance.
I am a HIP HOP Stan, and son, I know my shit when it comes to it.

      • johnblacksad

hip hop had no choice but to become what it is today tho… HIP HOP HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT OVERBIDDING… going further… with the provocation, with the violence, the sex, the i’m-better-than-you-egotrippin bs… etc.

      • Matt Swan

True, but Hip Hop was about bragging on the mic; not nessicarily violence prone. Take a look at some of the early battles; it was all about who could spit and who couldn’t. Then gangsta rap came along, and it was supposed to just inform you of the goings on in the hood. It did that until the industry saw how much could be made of naming every hood in the US with a rapper and every hood that they could find to include ones that didn’t exist. Boss came along just to prove how stupid all this had become, and did a good job exposing the early fraud in industry rap. And then some of the rappers of the new millenium took it even farther, they truly became “factory floor rappers”. The industry designed them, game them an identity, a lil gold or platinum and sent them on their way. We ate it up. Now for the most part the evolution has stopped, and whats left in its place are true “bespoke rappers”. Where all you have to do is call a 800 number and ask for a custom made one to be made for your area, and to your specs, and then POW there he is, And we also have the “Liar” rappers who see a lifestyle they want to live and have someone take anothers and remake it to suit them. The progression isn’t about Hip Hop’s progression anymore, it’s about demographic shock and money. If you think I’m lyin, look at who buys most of raps albums today. Look at who tries the hardest to emulate these rappers and in some cases the rappers trying to fit into a culture that was once locked into by a paticular race…….

      • EL_BARK

        Yawns.
My point went over your head or you are in denial,
Pac was an attention whoree. The fake beefs that has come popular in todays rap, & used to sell records was all pac doing.
The fake thug persona he put on was all a front, my man.
If you cant see how fake he was, thats fine… But yall stans give him to much credit. Pac was as phony as they come.
All that uplifting music, lol yeah ok this the same bitchass niggah that was rapping about killing kids, yeah ok.
Then to show you how much of a clown he was, he got shot,
Knew exactly who didnt & blame biggie started a whole coastsl war just to sell records. The niggsh was a lame. >______.

      • greenhouse records

smh, he never blamed Biggie. he went at Biggie because they were friends and biggie new wat was about to go down. He also went after Biggie to stop the bad boy cash flow which would hurt the black mafia who ordered the hit on tupac. Also Suge Knight had beef with Puffy because Puffy bodyguard killed one of Suge Knight associates at a party in ATL. Thats were the real East/West beef starts from. The beef was real.

      • TEE TWIN CITY

Not really brother PAC told every good nugga pain
Name another who could make n still make fools think

      • WhatupJ

Pac rapped about real shit. His only mistake (other than the gangbang and getting caught up in a rape charge) is getting into gang banging as an adult. That shit didnt make sense, you cant start gang banging in your 20s, especially if you are as well known and popular like Pac. Probably death rows fault, but him checking that dude in the casino was a mistake and im sure he got shot up by some bloods, huge gang population in Nevada around the Vegas Area. You step out of Vegas and its a different place, like the moon nothing going on then you get to neighborhoods that look ghetto as shit, bars on everything. Im not leaving vegas next time, its actually sad how bleak and ghetto it is.Fences on the side o f the road, animals all over the place, signs about dont go here this was a nuclear test site etc. But back to pac, i dont think you can blame him for the gangster craze, that shit was popping before pac, look at mobb deep and nas, they didnt get influenced by Pac and were on some serious street shit.

      • EL_BARK

Pac was killed by southside crips, not blood. & nobody made lil bishop stop orlando…. He was like always faking trying to something he not….

      • greenhouse records

you must grew up wit Pac.

      • EL_BARK

See your too much of a stan to realize your comments make no sense… One aint no black mafia put a hit on pac. Lol

And how do you no biggie knew about it… Cause pac said so??? Lol

So let me gets this right, the black mafia went to biggie and told biggie they were going to pac. Even if that was true.

Didnt biggie warn pac not to hang with them people?
Ok then… Also the suge knight / puff beef was real.
But it wasnt no east vs west until pac got used by suge, after the shooting….

Also if you think the people who shot pac had to ask or tell biggie about a hit… You have no clue on how the streets work.
        Smh

      • greenhouse records

Not saying they asked Biggie anything. But if you in the circle you know whats goin on and Big was in that circle. Also Jimmy Henchman and Haitan Jack are the ones who ordered the hit and they called themselves the Black Mafia. They ordered the hit after Pac talked about Jack to a reporter who was also friends with Mickey Rourke during the filming of Bullet. I think Pac thought the convo was “off the record” since they all were just hanging out. But it wit to press.

      • EL_BARK

Your back pedaling…. First you said biggie knew about the hit.

Then you say that jimmy & hatian didnt have to adk or tell biggie…. 2. Thrn you say biggie was in the same circle as them. You are all over the place. Where are you from???
Cause i would bet its not from NY or the east coast.
Let me adk you this, what mKes you think biggie was in the same circle as jimmy? Cause he & puff happen to be in the same studio as jimmy on a completely differernt floor???
Newsflash: QUAD studio was a very popular studion at the time, just like D&D and the hit factory… Biggie & jimmy never hung together or ran together. Its so, why would biggie WARN tupac about hanging with them??? Its clear that biggie didnt role wit them like that. Jimmy & hatian were REAL street cats.
So again pac made up all that shet about biggie & puff brcause he was being used as a pawn, & started that BS to sell records. Pac was broke when he was in jail, & broke when he got out. Even when died 7 months later he only had 100,000 in his bank account. Puff & big knew after the fact, what happen.

Tupac always knew would set him up, i sure you listen to against all odds. Furthermore, if a person warns you not to hang around certain people, & you chose not to take their advice, how is it biggie fault again. Even if biggie knew what was about to go down, ” which he didnt” you cant blame biggie if he chose to stay out of it. that was none of his business. & jimmy not the type of dude to go tell everybody. Hey you guys.
Pac is coming over i going to get him robbed & shot. I just wanted to let you & this room full of 10 people know thanks alot for your cooperation… Your truly jimmy. 🙂
GTFOH with that BS. Use common sense not the words of a paranoid borderline delusional rapper. Also jimmy got pac hit, cause he snap on jimmy like he was tough. When pac renig on doing a track with his artist. Also pac through jack under the bus in the media, while he was going to trial…. It wasnt suppose to be off the records. Pac had 20 microphones in his face dry snitching.

      • greenhouse records

I didnt say nothing about they didnt have to tell big. I said they didnt have the ask. They were the HNIC in this situation. Just because you in the same circle as someone doesnt mean you have to hang out with them. Big was in the same circle if these guys doing business with Puffy and they are from Brooklyn. You the one back pedaling. You saying the same thing im saying. If Big didnt know these cats why he tell him not to hang with them. He knew something. Pac should have took heed to wat he was saying. On a deeper level the whole thing Quad Studio/Las Vegas was all COINTELPRO. Hatian Jack was a informant. Anyway. To reduce the impact of pac to how much of street nigga he was means you missed his whole message.

      • EL_BARK

What evidence do you have that hatian jack is a fed informant. Other then pac saying it??? Also cointelpro was ised as a way to dismantle militant polictical group that was anti gov in the 60’s ie NOI, black panthers, civil right movements???

If you really think the gov gave a damn about lil bishop, you are as delusional as pac was. A rapper is not a threat to the gov, nor did they kill him…. I see you about to perpetuate they pac myth smh…. And i font want to herehe came from a panther backround… Or about his aunt. Please

      • greenhouse records

Haitin Jack has to be an informant to do as much dirt as he has done and get caught and rarely do anytime. You must not be from the streets. You think they dismantled the Cointelpro after the 60s. smh. And if the Govt didnt care about lil bishop why was he under surveillance by the F.B.I. with files that have yet to be released. Wats the Pac myth.

      • EL_BARK

I ask a simple question of facts stating that jack an informant. Again u gave me you opinion & logic on why you think he one, which doesnt hold wait. Um you must not be from the streets cause in the streets a lot of people with a rep like jack avoid prosecution because people no what they are capable off. Pac was under fed watch cause um he was hanging with suge knight, and he was hot. Pac dry snitching was slso the reason puffy & big were under fed watch also. Your wrong about the gov wanted pac… He the reason the hip hop police was started or pick up steam. The myth about pac is the your post, its it sustain by people like you, eho say the things you said in your last post. Lol cointelpro for a rapper? U too funny.

      • greenhouse records

Haitian Jack is in a witness protection program now. Explain that. And dont say he was deported because he would have been deported with his rap sheet. And you still haven said what the Pac myth is.

      • EL_BARK

Thats funny cause hatian hack is in the DR, cause he got deported after a shooting in LA, not because he was a gov informant. Again what facts do you have that he a fed informant other thrn tupac saying it???? You dont….

The myth of pac is appearent in your comments. The fact you think pac was killed by the gov, & jack is a fed informant. Speaking of his rap sheets. How many conviction does jack have???? I will wait. Having a rep for doing dirt, is differernt from being convicted in the court of law….

So just cause jack rap sheet might be long doesnt mean he was convicted everytime he was arrested.

No i will wait for your proof that jack a rat….

      • EL_BARK

Also pac wasnt no street niggah, so therefore he didnt know how to conduct himself, with street niggahs. This is fact pac wasnt never no thug, look at his interviews in baltimore he was soft as can be…

      • greenhouse records

I guess Pac mother wasnt on crack either. Or he didnt live in poverty as a youth. Just because he went to the Baltimore Schools of Arts on scholarship since he was gifted doesnt make him soft. He still had to go home to the gutter. Looking at his condition he didnt have a choice but to be in the streets. Was he making money in the streets. No, he was a young teenager . But that doesnt mean he was not a street nigga. At the end of the he was a child of the ghetto/street. So he was a street nigga by default and he embraced it.

      • greenhouse records

I wouldnt stay Pac was gangbanging. Wat people fail to realize is that Bad Boy was protected by the Southside Crips when the came to Cali and Deathrow was protecting by bloods but they also had crips. To me it was more of him beefing wit bad boy than him gangbanging. Also Orlando jack a deathrow chain when Puffy put a bounty out for one. Sh*t was deeper than Rap

      • WhatupJ

Gang banging is probably the wrong word to use. I meant getting somewhat affiliated (whether he wanted to or not) with gang bangers. I dunno seems like death row was a horrible label. I remember the thing about the chain, he jacked it from some death row employee at some mall parking lot right? I guess i just think pac didnt belong doing shit like stomping out orlando, he was just way to well known and popular to be doing shit like that. He didnt have the correct people around him, i think if he had people with their head screwed on correct they would have stopped him. Maybe im reaching but in hind sight it just looks dumb as hell for him to be assaulting anybody, much less a gang banger. I did know about the fact that deathrow security was largely gang affilated, and something about bad boy using gang bangers for security so your crip thing makes sense. Seems crazy to use street gangs as security, just look at what happened to the rolling stones when they hired the hells angels as security and they stabbed that black kid to death 20 feet from the stage. Makes you wonder if rappers still use street gangs as security, i mean like hiring them not just having gang bangers in your team like game or snoop.

      • greenhouse records

Yeah you are right about that. That should have been handle by one of the flunkies in the entourage.

      • greenhouse records

        El Bark the Tupac troll..lol

      • johnblacksad

Jeezy is one of the best to ever do it… not saying he is Rakim, but please leave Jeezy his props… Jeezy is very very good!

He sure don’t use Rakim’s flow but his sh!t is filled with so much emotion… you gotta love it!

      • Matt Swan

Yes he does have emotion in his raps, but where is the progression in his music? You can only sell so many bricks, birds, kilo’s in one lifetime. I want to see him talk about something different as much as he talks about selling drugs. Look at his album names; Trap Musik 1, 2, and 3 unless I;m wrong. He doesn’t live in the trap anymore, He’s not living in any projects anymore, he;s not driving a beat up bubble top chevy anymore. He needs to move into a different direction with the same emotion and we can see where this leads.

      • greenhouse records

its Thug Motivation 1, 2, 3. TI made Trap muzik

      • Matt Swan

        Thanks for the clarification^^^

      • Smoke Peacefully

Maybe you should listen to people’s music before you judge with your bs opinions. Jeezy last two albums are more than selling drugs and you talking about rappers being forgotten about after 10 yrs same can be said for your X-Clans, de la souls, digable planets, and alot more of those corny 80s artists you hiphoppers try to hold on to.

      • Matt Swan

Funny thing is I DO listen to rappers albums. Yeah go anywhere and play any of those “corny” 80’s Hip Hop artists and people will still know the words, 20+ years later. So go smoke yourself peacefully, and leave real Hip Hop to the grown ups. And like momma always said stay out of grown folk buisness. Good night son.

      • Smoke Peacefully

Yea people that is almost 40 may know the words to those corny 80s artists but not too many under 20 youth even care about most of them corny artists. Maybe you should take your old azz back to the 80s when you were relevant and stop hating on todays hip hop.

      • Matt Swan

Son I’m ALWAYS relevant, and don’t need a fancy car, house, multiple gold anything or women(ho’s, a ONE good woman is all I want) to justify me. A famous person once said “if you don’t know you’re history, you’re bound to repeat it”. You should take that to heart. Also if you have to have materialistic items OR the latest anything to be relevant, you have already been passed over. Rhymefest wrote a lil ditty about that too..wanna here it, here it go…go on utube and look up “Brand New”. And if a woman or women has to justify your manhood, then you’re proably gay.

      • Smoke Peacefully

Im smart enough to know that I dont need to quote another man’s lyrics nor listen to a rap song to determine relevancy in life. Rhymefest is irrelevant to me just like this discussion with you.

      • Matt Swan

        Then STFU already

      • Smoke Peacefully

        HAHA you mad.. LOSER

      • TEE TWIN CITY

Real talk they have taken a art form watered it down with food coloring aka skinny jeans, no education etc . We are no longer leaders trend setters but mere shadows of what was once a beautiful thing , i used to love her

      • TEE TWIN CITY

        Agree 10

      • WhatupJ

Yeah boosie aint no pac. Im sick of people claiming they the new tupac or they like pac. Its pathetic cause no body can be pac, just be yourself.

      • greenhouse records

Go listen to Lil Boosie Albums For My Thugz, Ghetto Stories, and Gansta Muzik. Stop judging artist by the singles they release on the radio.

  • Communist Russia.

Boosie Out of Control Forreal. But I love the nigga to death. Hopefully he can channel that shit to his music an keep it out the street. Jail Aint for anybody and he stands to make a shit ton of money everybody gonna want to put him on they track.

  • Herb_Bane

I don’t see the infatuation. Now rappers are judged on how “real” they are. You’re supposed to be a rapper but you can’t rap; well you shot a bunch of cats so its ok.. That’s like telling a football player “you can’t run, catch, throw, tackle, or block, but your really big, so your a good player” Boosie is terrible at what he does, and you should feel bad for liking him.. lol

    • RMfag

I like big football players though.

    • hoeyuno

Rappers don’t have to be the realist gangsters they just need to be real people.

    • greenhouse records

Do you listen to music or just skim through it.

  • hoeyuno

I don’t mind boosie.. hope homie gets to go home to.his kids soon.

    • WhatupJ

Exactly, no man should be in jail for stupid charges. If he didnt hurt someone then he shouldnt be in jail period. Wasting time and money by putting people in jail over stupid shit. People get life sentances for selling drugs now, and 20 years for murder, crazy.

      • hoeyuno

I don’t know much about the lil homie but from what I hear from ppls from his neck of the woods is he’s always doing ish for the local kids.. dudes main charges have been dropped.. they need to let him get back to supporting his family.

      • WhatupJ

Yeah like his music or not guy doesnt sound like a bad person. Sounds like a guy who got caught in a bad situation, maybe made a few bad decisions but thats what humans do. They just need to give him home probation for the rest of his sentence rather then having to have him in prison with killers and rapists over a stupid charge. They do that all the time for people, i dunno if its the fact hes in the south but they seem to want him in prison bad and are pissed he dodged the main charge.

A lot of up north rappers may have a lot of punch lines but a lot of us southerners just simply dont relate to them. Boosie reminds a lot of people down here of themselves and he represents the struggle ya’ll north boys dont have to face. Yall can have yall rappers up there and i wont say they wack….. just not my shit. But dont call our people wack unless they really one of them sellout boys like 2Chains, Weezy, etc.

Not a fan but dont want to see anyone in prison for some bullshit. So let him out, contraband is a stupid ass charge. Only people in prison should be rapists, killers, aka people who did a violent crime not selling drugs or bullshit like that. I never would want to get caught up in the south if i were black, the system down there is racist as shit.
