Even if GAME was transfered to a facility dominated by "bloods" he would still be in hot water, for a couple of reasons.

1) He's famous, which means any clown who wants to be stupid for his name to shine would try him.

2) GAME isn't respected as a "blood" grown from the turf like a true OG the way some people not from LA would think.
