Just before his arrest, Fivio dropped a new song with King Von called “I Am What I Am.”

Janelle Monáe To Perform At Special VR Concert For HBO’s ‘Lovecraft Country’ Finale

The Lovecraft Country season finale will air on Sunday, October 18. Misha Green’s genre-bending horror-drama, adventure-thriller television series is an afro-futuristic story about magic, time travel, and generational trauma set in the racially segregated America of the 1950s.

HBO is celebrating season one of Lovecraft Country with a first-of-its-kind social virtual reality experience known as Lovecraft Country: Sanctum. Grammy-nominated R&B/Soul/Pop vocalist Janelle Monáe will present her first-ever VR performance as part of a special “Music of the Cosmos Concert” connected to the show.

“I’m so excited to partner with HBO and The Mill to pioneer the future of concert experiences in Sanctum,” said Monáe. “I always strive for innovation, and this project gives me the special opportunity to celebrate Lovecraft Country, a show I’m a huge fan of, and connect with fans in a completely new way using virtual reality. This is the perfect platform to explore the impact of music and movement in a new dimension designed to celebrate Black art, stories, and voices.”

Lovecraft Country: Sanctum will stream on YouTube Live and the social VR platform VRChat. Viewers will also be invited into The Reliquary, a mystery room hosted by Lovecraft Country’s Michael Kenneth Williams (Montrose Freeman) which will feature artifacts from the television program as well as a virtual experience with accompanying audio snippets narrated by Williams.

“As long-standing fans, we couldn’t be more thrilled to be partnering with Janelle Monáe on this uniquely immersive virtual reality concert experience,” said Dana Flax, VP of Program Marketing at HBO. “Through her art and her activism, Janelle embodies the spirit of innovation, justice, and Black joy that makes her the perfect artist to help us send off Lovecraft Country’s first season.”

Previous Lovecraft Country: Sanctum events featured an art show by David Alabo, Devan Shimoyama, and Adeyemi Adegbesan as well as a theatrical performance inspired by the words of James Baldwin which was adapted by Lovecraft Country writer Shannon Houston and performed by Lovecraft Country leading actress Jurnee Smollett (Letitia “Leti” Lewis) with voiceover performances by Lovecraft Country stars Jonathan Majors (Atticus “Tic” Freeman), Courtney B. Vance (George Freeman), and Michael K. Williams.

“Our third and final event ‘Music of the Cosmos’ ends Lovecraft Country: Sanctum with a celebration of the series. Inspired by the ‘50s Chicago block party featured in the first episode of Lovecraft Country, the final experience takes you to a block party set in a virtual world,” said Aline Ridolfi, Lovecraft Experience Director. “Using techniques like projection mapping and dynamic, interactive set design, the concert will see Janelle control the space with her performance. All aspects of the environment from the choreography and set design, to the lighting, will interact in a way that wouldn’t be possible within a traditional concert set-up.”

Lovecraft Country, which is based on Matt Ruff’s 2016 novel of the same name, was developed by Misha Green (Underground). J.J Abrams (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Westworld) and Jordan Peele (Get Out, Us) are credited as executive producers. The cast also includes Aunjanue Ellis, Wunmi Mosaku, Abbey Lee, Jamie Chung, Jada Harris, and Jordan Patrick Smith.

Janelle Monáe x Lovecraft Country: Sanctum VR’s “Music of the Cosmos Concert” is scheduled for Monday, October 19 at 10 pm ET/ 7 pm PT.

McDonald’s Addresses Allegations Travis Scott Deal Was A Response To Racial Discrimination Lawsuits

Fans of Hip Hop artist Travis Scott celebrated the AstroWorld album creator for his unprecedented deal with McDonald’s. The Texas-raised musician and the fast-food corporation joined forces to offer a special meal (a Quarter Pounder with bacon, fries with barbecue sauce, and a Sprite) as well as limited-edition merchandise.

By most financial measurements, the agreement has worked out well for the “Franchise” rapper and the restaurant chain. However, there are now questions if McDonald’s moved forward with its partnership with Scott in order to turn attention away from two pending racial discrimination lawsuits.

One suit was filed by two former senior vice presidents at McDonald’s. Vicki Guster-Hines and Domineca Neal claim the 80-year-old company “conducted a ruthless purge” of its Black leaders and cultivate a “hostile and abusive work environment” for Black executives and Black franchise owners.

Plus, a group of 52 Black franchise owners is also accusing McDonald’s of “systematic and covert racial discrimination” in separate litigation. Some critics are suggesting the Travis Scott collaboration was a tactic to counteract the complaints of racism in the McDonald’s corporate system and an attempt to win over young, Black consumers.

A McDonald’s representative told Vice:

Any claim that McDonald’s collaboration with Travis Scott was launched in response to recent litigation is completely false. We teamed up with Travis—and our newest celebrity partner, J Balvin—because of their love for the McDonald’s brand, their widespread appeal and their loyal following among our younger customers and our crew. In regards to the litigation—these allegations fly in the face of everything we stand for as an organization and as a partner to communities and small business owners around the world. Not only do we categorically deny the allegations, but we are confident that the facts will show how committed we are to the diversity and equal opportunity of the McDonald’s System, including across our franchisees, suppliers and employees.

This is not the first time Travis Scott was seen as being aligned with a business that was accused of racial bias. Scott’s halftime performance at Super Bowl LIII in 2019 was met with significant backlash because of the National Football League’s supposed blackballing of Colin Kaepernick, the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback.

Kaepernick had not been picked up by an NFL team, allegedly as punishment for kickstarting the global “Take A Knee” protests against police brutality and systemic racism during the playing of the national anthem. After the negative reactions, news broke that Scott reportedly only agreed to participate in the halftime show if the NFL made a joint $500,000 donation to Van Jones’ Dream Corps social justice organization.

“I back anyone who takes a stand for what they believe in,” said Scott at the time. “I know being an artist that it’s in my power to inspire. So before confirming the Super Bowl Halftime performance, I made sure to partner with the NFL on this important donation. I am proud to support Dream Corps and the work they do that will hopefully inspire and promote change.”

Drake’s ‘Nothing Was The Same’ Album Joins Billboard 200’s Exclusive 350-Week Club

Aubrey Drake Graham has been one of the most commercially successful music artists of the last decade. New evidence of that claim comes in the form of another major Billboard chart achievement for the OVO Sound frontman.

Drake’s third studio LP, Nothing Was The Same, spent its 350th week on the Billboard 200 chart. His 2013 album becomes the Toronto-bred superstar’s second LP to reach that milestone. 2011’s Take Care has remained on the chart for 397 weeks, so far.

Nothing Was The Same includes the singles “Started from the Bottom,” “Worst Behavior,” “Hold On, We’re Going Home,” “The Language,” and “All Me.” Drake recruited 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Jhené Aiko, Majid Jordan, Sampha, and Jay-Z as guest features for the project.

Fellow rappers Eminem and Kendrick Lamar also have at least one album cross the 350-week mark on the Billboard 200. Curtain Call: The Hits and The Eminem Show by Eminem lasted on the chart for 497 weeks and 396 weeks, respectively. His Recovery album is currently at 320 weeks.

Kendrick Lamar’s Good Kid, M.A.A.D City has remained on the Billboard 200 chart for 415 weeks which is the longest-charting run in history for a Hip Hop studio album. Pink Floyd’s 1973 Rock & Roll classic, The Dark Side of the Moon, is the all-time Billboard 200 leader with 950 weeks.

Kanye West Drops First Commercial For 2020 Presidential Campaign

Kanye West unveiled the first commercial for his 2020 presidential campaign on Monday, October 12th, 2020.

The independent presidential candidate took this opportunity to blend his religious beliefs with his political platform in his advertisement asking the questions, “America. What is America’s destiny? What is best for our nation? Our people? What is just, true justice?”

“We have to think about all these things together as a people.”

Yeezy dropped the highly stylized video dropped on his Twitter. Mostly black and white in tone, so are his views: turn to prayer and the nation will be healed.

https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/1315766834046541825?s=20

“To contemplate our future, to live up to our dream, we must have vision. We as a people will revive our nation’s commitment to faith, to what our Constitution calls the free exercise of religion, including, of course, prayer. Through prayer, faith can be restored,” the “Jesus is King” rapper says looking off and possibly reading a teleprompter.

“We as a people are called to a greater purpose than ourselves,” he continues. “We are not only a beacon to the world, but we should be servants to each other. To encourage each other, to help each other to lift up each other.”

The 82-second commercial further relayed a message of unity, one that assumes that Americans must be Christian to partake in. He ended his message with this charge:

“Our fellow Americans, that we may all prosper together. We have to act on faith, with the sure knowledge that we are pursuing the right goals and doing the right things. We will build a stronger country by building stronger families. Families are the building blocks of society, of a nation. By turning to faith, we will be the kind of nation, the kind of people God intends us to be.”

The 43-year-old is currently on 11 ballots across the country. On Thursday, he asked his fans to write him on their battle, possibly thwarting the Democrats’ chances of winning — since a large portion of his fans are Blues.

DaBaby Says His Twitter Account Was Hacked After Ominous Threats

Charlotte rapper DaBaby raised eyebrows over the weekend after ominous threats were issued from his Twitter account.

“Ion know who need to hear this, but I’ll slap da f**k out any one of you ni***s and pay for the lawsuit. Lol noooo cap,” read a tweet from the rapper’s verified Twitter page.

“But I’d much rather keep playing p__sy & sit on these M’s,” said a follow-up tweet.

But according to DaBaby, he was not the person issuing the strong words, his account was hacked.

The tough talk would not be out of character for DaBaby, who is well known for backing up his bravado with action.

And in March of 2019, DaBaby escaped a murder charge after he shot and killed a man in a Walmart in a Huntersville, Walmart Center in North Carolina.

Since then, the rapper’s bodyguards have become known for brutalizing fans who get to close to the “Suge” hitmaker.

Da Baby was also accused of beating down a promoter in Miami. The charges were dropped, but the rapper still faces a $6 million civil-suit over the beating.

Most recently, one person was injured and another man was shot during a video shoot in Charlotte last week.

Despite the violence, DaBaby managed to have a successful 2020.  His third studio album Blame It on Baby was a massive success upon its release in April of 2020.

The album spawned hits like “Nasty” featuring Ashanti and Megan Thee Stallion, as well as “Rockstar” featuring Roddy Ricch, which was named the song of the summer for by Billboard.

Kanye West And Lil Uzi Vert’s Beef Is The Softest In Hip-Hop History

Kanye West and Lil Uzi Vert are beefing! I didn’t realize it at first because the way they were going back and forth was very cool. But when I peeped Kanye West’s response to a video posted by Lil Uzi Vert, it became apparent that they were in fact at odds. I am no fan of Kanye West, but his response was super slick. Check it out:

The one thing I have been trying to figure out is, what started this whole mess. There really doesn’t seem to be any reason for it other than they are being competitive. First of all, Kanye West has been in the rap game for about two decades and is presently running for, or pseudo- running for president or vice president depending on where the ballot is. Lil Uzi Vert is considered a modern-day veteran on the younger side but certainly is not the legend that Kanye West is. So this is not about picking sides, this is simply two completely different generations going at each other competitively. Oddly enough both men can be found on Travis Scott album check it out right here.

Anyway, this is the softest beef ever. They should have a PPV pillow-fight. Maybe Kanye can get the “Pillow Guy” top sponsor since they are both Trumptards.

EXCLUSIVE: Jose Guapo Opens Up About Quality Control Departure

Jose Guapo’s “Run It Up” was a moment in time. Serving as his breakout record back in 2015, the Atlanta native enlisted Takeoff of the Migos and YFN Lucci to shoot and turn up the city in the best way they knew how. The intro sees Jose stating, “We’re the boss, we do things are way. The way I look at it, it was just time to run it up!”

With his Instagram nickname as “MillionDollarKidd,” Jose was popular before he ever touched the microphone. When it comes to these new trap rappers, most would view Jose as an OG in hip-hop — one of the early trapper turned rappers who made a name for themselves in the rap game. His early influences carry over to his music today, not letting up on any of his bars, beat selections, punchlines, or storytelling lyrics.

This year, Jose went viral yet again — this time during an interview when he hilariously reacts to the word “simultaneously” the interviewer uses. He asks “what that mean?” While the moment itself was comical as hell, he capitalizes by releasing his own single titled “Simultaneously” and even his own merch.

Jose recently dropped off Baby Face Nelson, a mixtape for the streets to hold his fans over during quarantine.

AllHipHop: After you went solo with rap group Rich Kidz, you joined 2 Chainz’ Street Execs. What happened?

Jose Guapo: We agreed to disagree. I was young, didn’t know too much about the business. I was 18, I was old enough to sign my own contract because I did but I was young. Ready to get to the money and the lifestyle of that, because I’d already been around already for so long. I signed the situation with them. We end up parting ways. That’s when QC came about, started f###### with QC and Solid Foundation management. I wasn’t really a Quality Control artist, but I always felt like one. Always treated like one, but I actually was never signed.

AllHipHop: What was your relationship with P (Quality Control co-founder)?

Jose Guapo: Loyalty. My loyalty still cannot be questioned, see right now I got a YRN chain on. It’s an old thing I thought I’d bring out today. It was a gift, back during Migos’ Culture days. This is Culture 1, almost Culture 2 days.

AllHipHop: People want to know why you left Quality Control.

Jose Guapo: My brother ending up passing, why I got the hashtag #LLM (Long Live Money) on these Cartier frames. When he died, I went from a day to 8 months of not really f###### with nothing. Smoking, get high, trying to block my thoughts. That’s my first time dealing with close death. I can’t speak for them but I guess they thought was on some “f### it, I’m comfortable.”

AllHipHop: Really?

Jose Guapo: I’m just trying to put something together, I don’t know what happened. I was really going through s###, I wasn’t really right. I wasn’t pulling up to the video shoots, wouldn’t be in the studio everyday how I usually be. I was sitting at home, in my house.

AllHipHop: Music didn’t help you?

Jose Guapo: Nah because if that’s the only thing on your mind, you’re going to make a 100 songs about that. So I wasn’t trying to see no studio, my vibe wouldn’t be right. That’s back when I was getting higher than God, higher than Otis of the Temptations. I was getting higher than Bobby Brown. I never did cocaine but I was getting high off sippy syrup, which I don’t encourage any young people to try. I was sipping syrup, smoking weed, popping pills, getting too high. Nobody finna invest in a damn near junkie.

AllHipHop: How did you get out of that slump?

Jose Guapo: I slowly started getting out that m###########. I started looking at it as if I lay down, everybody else will lay down. I want to be the one to show everybody this isn’t the way, that isn’t what he would’ve wanted me to do. He’s the most turnt all day, 24/7, in no way in hell would he want a n*gga to be in the house. Hell nah, he’s the life of the party. I came back like cooked crack. I levelled up definitely when I dropped “Big Ole Facts,” we double Platinum on Youtube on the audio. My song when I came out my slump, a street banger.

AllHipHop: What happened after that?

Jose Guapo: S### started back picking up rap-wise. Shows, interviews, videos, back recording, back working.

AllHipHop: How did Pop Smoke’s death affect you and how you move now?

Jose Guapo: I f##### with Pop Smoke, he was a real fly dude. I liked his music. He was young. Before we blow up, we don’t come to LA for vacations where we come from. When you come out here, you don’t really know what’s going on. I can’t speak on his situation, I don’t want to disrespect anyone. Fly high Pop Smoke, we f### with you. But moving around LA, you have to know somebody who’s really from LA. They grew up in one of these projects. You have to know how to move, be hip to what temperature these n*ggas on this month of LA.

It’s the gangbanging capitol, they with the s###. Growing up, n*ggas was taught to fight and shoot before getting money. I believe in knowing where you’re at all times. Have a real loyal LA person you trust, who can tell you exactly where you’re at. You need to know all that, whatever level you’re on. Even if you’re Jay-Z, there’s no such thing as enough knowledge. Any city you go to, you need to move properly. I’m be cool when I travel because I learned from Big Meech: “always link with a loyal dude in every city because you’re going to tour.” I got UK friends, Italy friends. I was on FaceTime with my Italy homeboy today. I talked to my New York homie today. I know when in New York, this ain’t cool or that ain’t cool. Every city no matter where you go, especially when you’re already standing out because you’re a rapper or entertainer, you got money, you got jewelry, a nice car, always be prepared for the d-boys. Dirty boys, they’re ready to get dirty. Ready to do anything dirty to you.

AllHipHop: “Simultaneously” the single, what are the 3 ways you make money?

Jose Guapo: Real estate, rap, and investing in stock.

AllHipHop: Are you a father?

Jose Guapo: I’m actually not. I’m an uncle. I use condoms. I keep one on me right now, I keep them around.

AllHipHop: What’s your feature price?

Jose Guapo: I’m not saying that for the interview. I work with people for different numbers. If somebody wants a verse from me, it’s going to be $7500.

EXCLUSIVE: CNN Sued For Millions Over Attempt To Discredit Kanye’s Run For President

A Republican political operative who has reportedly been working with Kanye West is suing CNN.

Mark Jacoby just filed a lawsuit against CNN, over a pair of articles they published about Kanye West’s run for President in September of 2020.

CNN correspondent Sara Murray published two stories about the rap star’s “secret political operation.”

An article on September 4th revealed that Kanye hired Mark Jacoby’s company Let The Voters Decide, which has been behind the rap star’s drive to collect campaign signatures in multiple states.

Jacoby claims CNN pulled a hit job on him by publishing defamatory statements regarding his past that were false.

Jacoby is suing Murray and CNN for reporting that he had “previously pleaded guilty to voter registration fraud related to his work for the California Republican Party.”

Jacoby was arrested in 2008, on suspicion of voter registration fraud. But he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor related to the location listed on his voter registration, which was in no way connected to any voter registration or petition gathering campaign.

Jacoby insists he did nothing wrong during his time working for the California Republican Party.

Mark Jacoby’s lawsuit against CNN claims the author framed her story to trick readers into believing that he had “not only previously engaged in fraud in the petition business, but was likely doing the same thing again for the presidential campaign of Kanye West.”

Jacoby says CNN published the defamatory story even though he warned Murray that her focus on his misdemeanor was “misplaced and irresponsible” before the article went live on the website.

Jacoby claims editors at CNN knew better, but they published the defamatory story anyway simply to serve their broader goal of discrediting Kanye West’s campaign.

Mark Jacoby is suing CNN for over a million dollars for defamation and defamation by implication.

Juice WRLD’s Mom Launches Website To Help Fans Struggling With Mental Health Issues

Carmela Wallace, mother of late rapper Juice WRLD, opened up about her late son’s “struggles with addiction, anxiety, and depression” to mark World Mental Health Day 2020.

In the letter, Wallace writes of the “Lucid Dreams” star, real name Jarad Anthony Higgins: “I think he felt comfortable being honest with me because I never judged him. I recognized that what Jarad was dealing with was a disease and I know he truly wanted to be free from the demons that tormented him.

“As a parent, I believed early on and supported Jarad having access to counseling,” she admitted. “I encouraged him to always share his feelings.”

Juice WRLD died on December 8th, 2019 at the age of 21. His death was ruled an accidental overdose “as a result of oxycodone and codeine toxicity.”

In his memory, Wallace also revealed that she has established a new website, Live Free 999, in the hopes that it will be “a resource to those that are struggling”.

“My message to the parents and children is simple. You do not have to suffer alone. You do not have to be ashamed of your mental health struggles. There is help. There is a way out,” she continued.

“If we can help even one Mother and their son or daughter through our work here, Jarad’s death will have meaning and his positive, loving, creative spirit will endure.”

Kanye Turns Up At Fashion Show In The U.K. To Promote Presidential Bid

Kanye West used a London fashion show as an opportunity to promote his U.S. presidential bid.

The rapper, 43, and his five-year-old daughter North were spotted in the English capital for the Bottega Veneta fashion show, which was presented at Sadler’s Wells Theater.

Arriving at the venue, the duo was photographed each wearing matching black sweatshirts that read ‘Vote Kanye’ in bold white letters.

In one photo, West and his daughter walked closely together while proudly showing off his presidential merchandise.  He completed the look with a pair of black sunglasses and army pants, and the pair also wore face masks.

In another snap, the “Gold Digger” star looked down at his daughter who was smiling away. At one point, he switched up his look to rock a bright blue T-shirt and black leather pants.

The stunt comes after the Yeezy mogul took to Twitter to send well wishes to incumbent President Donald Trump and his wife Melania following their positive coronavirus diagnoses.

“There’s a crying need for civility across the board. We need to and will come together in the name of Jesus,” tweeted the husband of Kim Kardashian. “I’m praying for President Trump’s and Melania’s full recovery, just as I would for Joe and Jill Biden if they were stricken, as well as everyone else with COVID-19.”

Blac Youngsta Sent To Jail For Unlawfully Carrying A Weapon

Rapper Blac Youngsta ran into some legal troubles in Dallas over the weekend.

The rapper, born Sammie Benson, was caught with a firearm yesterday afternoon (October 11th). While details are scant, he was charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Blac Youngsta was sent to the Dallas County Jail where he was held on a $5,000 bond. His lawyer Andrew Wilkerson posted a picture of the rapper on his Instagram feed inside of jail.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CGOWAV6pcp2/

Blac Youngsta is known for his love of guns. Last week, he posted a video of himself riding around holding a fully-loaded AK-47. In August, Blac Youngsta went viral after posting a video of himself firing a gun out of a moving car.

In May of 2017, the rapper was hit with six felonies for allegedly firing over 100 rounds at rival rapper Young Dolph in Charlotte. The rapper was accused of trying to kill Young Dolph, who was feuding with Yo Gotti at the time.

In May of 2019, Blac Youngsta beat the case when all of the charges were dropped against the Memphis rapper due to lack of evidence. While Blac Youngsta managed to escape prison, the VP of Yo Gotti’s record label was not so lucky.

Offset Surprises Cardi B With A Rolls-Royce For Her Birthday During All-Night Party

Cardi B has sparked rumors of a romantic reunion with estranged husband Offset after giving him a raunchy lap dance during her birthday celebrations in Las Vegas.

Cardi turned 28 on Sunday and celebrated on Saturday by partying at a club in Sin City with a host of friends, including her “WAP” collaborator Megan Thee Stallion and singer Teyana Taylor, who was enjoying her first night out since welcoming her second child a month ago.

However, there was one particular guest who caught fans’ attention – Migos star Offset, who presented Cardi with a luxury Rolls-Royce, featuring their daughter’s name, Kulture, embroidered on the seats.

In video footage posted online, the birthday girl appears overjoyed by the generous gift and climbs up onto the door frame to show off her dance moves, shaking her booty as Offset stands directly behind her before the stars share a kiss.

Other social media clips show the group continuing the party at a private rooftop pad, where Cardi was caught on camera straddling Offset as he lay flat on the ground,  treating him to a sexy dance and accidentally flashing him with her breasts as the top of her bodysuit slipped down.

Offset also shared multiple clips of Cardi twerking into the early morning on his Instagram Story timeline.

Their antics took place a day after Offset admitted he was “stressed out” as he confessed, “I miss MRS.WAP (sic)…”, after responding to a fan’s comment about his appearance in a post asking devotees to weigh in on what color he should dye his hair.

Meanwhile, the new car wasn’t the only gift Cardi received from her ex.

On Friday, she posted a video clip of a massive billboard featuring her and two-year-old Kulture in matching pink outfits, sunglasses, and designer Birkin bags, with a message reading, “Happy Birthday Mommy Love, Kulture.”

Hinting the billboard surprise was courtesy of Offset, Cardi captioned the footage, “Thank you, sir… I love it.”

Cardi stunned fans last month by filing for divorce to end their three-year marriage amid rumors of his infidelity.

In the Atlanta, Georgia court papers, she declared the union was “irretrievably broken” and insisted, “There are no prospects for a reconciliation.”

Kobe Bryant Honored By All After Lakers Win NBA Championship With Tribute

Kobe Bryant’s widow Vanessa led congratulations for the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday night after the late sportsman’s former team beat Miami Heat to take home the NBA Championship title.

It was the team’s first win of the championship in over a decade but, as they celebrated, the memory of their former teammate – who was killed in a helicopter crash alongside daughter Gianna in January – was on their minds.

“I know he’s looking down on us, proud of us,” Anthony Davis said after the game. “I know Vanessa’s proud of us. The organization’s proud of us. It means a lot to us. It’s a tough moment… He was a big brother to us. We did this for him.”

Vanessa was quick to share her congratulations for the team, posting a snap of Kobe and Lakers’ general manager Rob Pelinka as she wrote: “Go Lakers! Congratulations Uncle P! Congratulations @lakers. Kobe was right, RP! ‘Stay the course– block out the noise.’ @kobebryant.”

“Wish Kobe and Gigi were here to see this,” she concluded, adding a red heart emoji.

Pau Gasol and Rick Fox were among the other sports stars dedicating the Lakers’ win to Kobe.
