(AllHipHop Rumors) Let me tell “us” something. We are under attack! They are out here trying to quiet loud voices and prevent our brightest minds from educating the masses!
We don’t march like we used to. We don’t have rallies like we used to! We don’t have artists spreading the word like we used to. Why? We aren’t connected like we used to be!
These artists are out there and they are fighting the good fight. So, I’ve been sent several people that have been canceled from IG without just reason. Now, I am not going to name them all but I am going to start off with one that has come forward.
T-Dubb-O has been to the White House, met with Obama AND he also spits those serious bars. For those that don’t know he was one of the first people to beging protesting and speaking out against the police when Mike Brown was murdered in the streets of Ferguson. Listen to what he has to say:
Now, this brother is doing his best to stand strong, but he cannot do it alone.
Now the other people that have been ended on Instagram, which is owned by Facebook are attempting to privately resolve the matter, but they are all activists that have committed no crime. They certainly aren’t as bad as some of the MAGA maggots I’ve seen act heinously over the last few years. This has continually been the issue with platforms owned by FB – they allow a certain type of racial hate thrive, but target people of color / Black people that combat that. They certainly aren’t hateful and that’s the issue.
Today, Rick Ross reveals the cinematic music video for his latest smash “Gold Roses” [feat. Drake].
The single continues to turn up the heat surrounding his chart-dominating new album and the hottest sequel of the summer, PORT OF MIAMI 2 [MMG/Epic Records]—out now.
In the video, the hip-hop legend raps next to a luxurious piano inside of a stark and chic modern mansion as a gorgeous silhouetted femme fatale watches over him.
The clip matches the song’s confessional lyrics and pensive intensity before the vital and vulnerable hook from Drake.
Once again, Ross makes a statement by doing what he does best, bodying verses surrounded by the finer things.
“Gold Roses” continues a tradition of collaboration with Drake, spanning “Aston Martin Music,” “Lord Knows,” “I’m On One,” and, most recently, “Money In The Grave.”
(AllHipHop News) Chance The Rapper recognized he’d marry his childhood sweetheart, Kirsten Corley, when he was nine.
The hip-hop star met his future wife at his mom’s office party in 2003, where Corley and her collaborators performed as “Destiny’s Child,” and he explained.
“My mom worked at a real estate agency with her mom and her daughters love to dance, so they did a choreographed dance at this real estate party that I was at when I was nine,” Chance recalled. “I saw her dancing and I was like, ‘Let’s get married!'”
(AllHipHop Rumors) So earlier this week, RiRi hosted the runway show for her highly anticipated Savage x Fenty lingerie line at New York’s Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
The Savage x Fenty show starred pretty much every important model as well as appearances by DJ Khaled, Migos, Halsey, Big Sean, A$AP Ferg, and Fat Joe.
People have the nerve to compare that lineup to Victoria’s Secret annual show.
Well during an interview after her display, RiRi had some words for anyone associating her with Victoria’s Secret.
During the interview, Rihanna was complimenting Parris, the choreographer of the Savage X Fenty show, who is best known for her work on Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” video.
“I don’t care about any skinny Victoria’s Secret model when I look at Parris. I want to be that woman on the inside. I want to feel that confident I want to feel that bombastic… That is the Savage brand,” Rihanna said in an interview.
Rihanna’s lingerie show will start running on Amazon Prime Video from September 20.
Fresh off the heels of the charting release of Platinum O.G. from Legendary MC Spice 1, Elder Entertainment drops some southern heat just before the end of the summer.
Elder and Ace 1 produce a record with another legendary emcee in Lil Keke The Don.
The video also features cameos from Bun B and Devin The Dude and is directed by Dr. Teeth.
Sittin On Top features two Elder Entertainment proteges in Lil Yodaa and 210 Pharmacy, both of who are currently in the studio with Elder and Ace 1 recording their debut albums, respectively.
Worldwide recently released his solo album Castles Made Of Sand II.
The song is the first single off the upcoming untitled album from Elder Entertainment next spring.
Trey denied any assault, insisting he was not liable for any harm suffered by Buera as he was just protecting himself, and asked for the case to be tossed.
Earlier this week, Buera filed a request to dismiss the case with prejudice – meaning she cannot re-file her charges at a later date.
Buera originally sued Trey for assault and battery, maintaining the musician grew upset after he found her chatting with another man.
She sought unspecified damages for alleged injuries and medical expenses.
She blamed the singer of brutally beating her and also alleged a bodyguard had to intervene to stop the attack.
However, in his response to the lawsuit, the star denied all charges of wrongdoing, and added that he “reasonably believed Plaintiff (Buera) was going to harm him and any force he used was only the amount reasonable necessary to protect himself.”
Giovacco also cites the rap star and the other defendants for letting the venue become overcrowded.
She also claimed Madison Square Garden served excessive amounts of booze, and neglected to implement “monitoring and surveillance of the premises during the concert so as to prevent aggressive behavior from escalating.”
Amanda Giovacco insists she suffered severe personal injuries which stopped her from attending medical school.
The rapper is denying all wrongdoing and claims that Giovacco is accountable for her injuries, due to her conduct at the concert.
Furthermore, Drake said he was just a performing artist at Madison Square Garden, and that he does not control or operate the venue.

(AllHipHop News) Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace’s Ready To Die was released on September 13, 1994. This Friday will be the 25th anniversary of that classic body of work reshaping the Hip Hop landscape.
Amazon Music commemorated the landmark Bad Boy Records album with The Birth of Biggie: 25 Years of Ready to Die. The 8-minute film includes rarely heard interview audio of Biggie from Notorious screenwriterCheo Hodari Coker.
“Waking up every morning, putting drugs in my pocket, not thinking about the police, not thinking about the stick-up man, not thinking about competition. Just doing it, every day, risking my life. So that meant that I was ready to die anyway,” explained B.I.G. about the name of his debut studio LP.
The Birth of Biggie features commentary from Wallace biographer Coker, Ready to Die producer Easy Mo Bee, and Ready to Die associate executive producer DJ Mister Cee. Rob Stone, former SVP of Promotions for Arista/Bad Boy, also makes an appearance.
“I made the record for New York, but I want the world to hear it. I want to be that one n*gga that come in, represent, and bow down like, ‘Thank you’ll,’ Thank the crowd for having me for this long. I love y’all for that,” said Biggie.
Ready To Die established The Notorious B.I.G. as one of the top rap acts of the 1990s. It earned a 4.5 review from The Source in 1994 and was upgraded to the coveted Five Mics rating eight years later. Ready To Die has been certified 6x-Platinum by the RIAA.
The project is routinely named among the most exceptional music releases ever, including landing at #134 on Rolling Stone‘s “500 Greatest Albums Of All Time” list. “One More Chance/Stay with Me (Remix)” was the highest-debuting single of all time when it was released (#5) before peaking at #2 on the Hot 100 chart.
(AllHipHop News) September 11, 2019 marked the 18-year-anniversary of one of the most celebrated albums in Hip Hop history. On that date in 2001, the same day as the 9/11 attacks, Jay-Z dropped The Blueprint via Roc-A-Fella Records/Def Jam Recordings.
One section focused on Lenny S reminiscing on the infamous battle between Jay-Z and then-rival Nas. The Blueprint hosted the first clearcut diss record in the feud. Hov sent direct shots at Esco on the Kanye West-produced “Takeover.” Nas later responded with the scathing “Ether.”
“I literally call [Jay] from a payphone. And here we are, Jay’s on the phone with me, convincing me that this has to happen in life. We have to go through ups and downs. We have [to] take losses in order to get greater wins. We have to fall in order to get up,” recalled Lenny S. “He just spent 15 minutes convincing me why this was necessary and that it’s alright. This man just took a loss. A public loss to a rival rapper. And he’s convincing me, a young A&R, and obviously his friend and his brother, of like why I need to be okay with this and let it go and not take it to heart.”
The current Senior Vice President of Roc Nation continued, “It just taught me as a man how to be a more mature adult. And to look at the glass as half full instead of half empty. Jay took the time when he could have been selfish, or p##### off, and took the time to school me. And that’s from The Blueprint.”
Numerous publications named The Blueprint as one of the greatest albums of the 2000 decade. Rolling Stone listed the LP at #252 on its “500 Greatest Albums of All Time” rankings. In 2013, Jay-Z placed The Blueprint at #2 in his extensive discography behind 1996’s Reasonable Doubt.
Jay’s sixth studio album also contained the hits “Izzo (H.O.V.A.),” “Girls, Girls, Girls,” “Song Cry,” and “Renegade” featuring Eminem. Earlier this year, The Blueprint was added back to Apple Music after being a Tidal exclusive since 2016.
(AllHipHop News) EarthGang’s Mirrorland album arrived on September 6. The critically-acclaimed LP led to a discussion on Twitter about the resemblance between the Dreamville duo and the legendary OutKast.
“Earthgang is like the OutKast of this generation only with two Andre’s. I’m so here for it,” tweeted YesJulz. The social media personality caught heat for seemingly disregarding OutKast member Big Boi by only praising his groupmate Andre 3000.
She added, “Where was the disrespect? I love OutKast. I love [Big Boi]. I grew up on them. I love Earthgang. I simply feel that they both favor Andre a bit more stylistically. I was simply giving a [compliment]. No need to turn this into a negative thing. Please carry on with your day & enjoy it.”

Big Boi and Organized Noize’s Sleepy Brown stopped by The Breakfast Club to promote their upcoming new collaboration “Intentions.” While on the Power 105.1 radio show, Big Boi was asked about YesJulz’s comments.
“My son hit me… ‘You’re trending on Twitter. Some white b*tch had said something.’ I was like, ‘What?’ He said, ‘Yeah, but they killing that broad,'” recalled Big Boi.
The Grammy winner added, “When you reach god-emcee status, it’s hard for people to see you up here in these clouds. You just gotta pull the tape. Twenty-five years. We won everything and done everything in music.”
EarthGang was asked about the comparisons to OutKast in a 2015 feature on AllHipHop. Olu (formerly known as Johnny Venus) and WowGr8 (formerly known as Doctur Dot) were interviewed as part of the #ATLRiseUp series.
“Some people give that as a lazy comparison without going through the music. It’s two cats from Atlanta who really got some content, so we’re going to put them in the OutKast lane,” said Olu.
The Spillage Village representative continued, “On the flip side of that, it’s still cool when your name is brought up – not on the same level – in relation to people that have done so many things. It’s motivating and ensures you’re on the right path. It’s not a glass ceiling. That’s not how I see it.”

Caresha “Yung Miami” Brownlee and fellow QC artist Lil Yachty joined Ebro Darden on Apple Music’s Beats 1 to talk about the project. The currently pregnant Yung Miami also discussed the follow-up to City Girls’ 2018 album Girl Code.
“We’re gonna save it for 2020 when JT comes home. When she comes home, we’ll work on another album that we’re gonna drop, hopefully for Spring Break,” explained Yung Miami. “She gotta come home. We gotta record. So by Spring Break, we’ll have a new album out.”
According to Caresha, her musical partner will be out of prison by the end of September. Jatavia “JT” Johnson is serving a two-year sentence for credit card fraud. She turned herself into authorities in 2018.

(AllHipHop News) Ice-T blurs the lines between reality and fiction with his new video, “Too Old For Dumb Sh#t,” which premiered on AllHipHop. The song is the the latest in a cinematic trilogy that the rap vet is promoting.
Last July, the West Coast representer debuted “Feds In My Rearview” and that goes hand in hand with the newer song.
“I said, you – know what – I’ve been in film. What if I made a trilogy where the videos were as important as the song and do one, two, three songs that tell like a story of this criminal that’s going through these different things,” Ice T told AllHipHop.com. “So the ‘Feds’ trilogy is three songs, I did it out of order like George Lucas (“Star Wars” director). I’m releasing ‘Too Old For The Dumb S##t‘ which is actually Part 1 in the series”
The song comes out via Mick Bentson’s Pay Up Records and Ice-T’s Final Level Records with wide distribution through Empire Records. The song is available on all streaming services.
In the video, Ice is surrounded by his crew, but feels like he is being followed. His team realizes there is a snitch in the crew and they have to deal with it accordingly. However, the video begins to meld into the rapper’s real life with the inclusion of Coco and their daughter Chanel, who both make guest appearances.
Ice has revealed the next video to AllHipHop exclusively in a new interview that is forthcoming. Look for it soon!
(AllHipHop News) Wendy Williams has plans to get married again – but insisted she’s learned from her mistakes with ex-husband and manager Kevin Hunter.
She later confessed in an interview with Andy Cohen she was aware of “a lot of things” about Hunter’s “double life” throughout their marriage, but added that his fathering of a child was “unforgivable”.
While the difficult experience hasn’t put Wendy off the idea of re-marrying, she now insists on “a man with a full career and his own money and his own situation”.
Speaking to host Mehmet Oz on “The Dr. Oz Show” in the U.S. on Wednesday, the star suggested she’s dating “many men,” but admitted this time round she plans to sign a prenuptial agreement and live in a separate home to her partner.
“I say this all the time… I’m a wife. I’m not a girlfriend and I will get married again. There will be a prenuptial agreement, and by the way, Mehmet, we will not be living in the same house,” Wendy Williams said.
She later told the host it would be “marriage under new circumstances,” adding: “Like, ‘All right. Let’s stay at your place tonight. Let’s stay at my place tonight… But… you buy the third place. How about that?’
“I need a man with a full career and his own money and his own situation. I don’t want anything from you, except your love and respect. (And) don’t ask anything of me, but love and respect.”

(AllHipHop Rumors) The new generation of rap and hip-hop has defined its own standing. Supported by the culture, the music industry is a young man’s game and rightfully so.
Rapper Blueface has been one of the brightest emerging talents out the west coast. Not only that, but he was one of the hottest rappers period in 2018.
His song “Thotiana” quickly became a national hit. This after going viral and spreading like wildfire on social media.
However, rumors started swirling that Blueface was unhappy with Wack 100 and his record deal. This after Wack 100 took to social media claiming he and Blueface were beefing.
Blueface would later respond with the following:
“I ain’t fuccin wit @wack100 no more bro finna do this shyt on my own if you don’t want yo manager all up ina videos ina club dancin an sh*t sign wit BluefaceENT.”
The posts were later deleted and Wack 100 popped up in the studio with Blueface to address the whole situation and thankfully, it seems like they were just trolling everyone.
