(AllHipHop Rumors) How can one hate on J. Cole though?!
16-year-old Soundcloud rapper Lil Pump has it out for J. Cole!
The Florida rapper has been sending shots at J. Cole on social media for a minute.
This week Pump decided to turn it up a notch when he decided to preview a J. Cole diss track online!
The Miami-Dade County native raps “N-gga F-ck J. Cole” repeatedly over a trap beat!
“You is a b-tch a-s n-gga, you is a ugly a-s n-gga,” he raps.
To most, Lil Pump seems like quite the usual rap attention wh*re looking for some press and a come up off of a bigger artist’s name.
What’s even crazier is the fact that he’s mad at J. Cole for being a lyrical rapper allegedly. Check out the preview of his diss track below and let us know your thoughts.
(AllHipHop Rumors) Chance The Rapper certainly doesn’t mind taking any opportunity to not only remind you that he is a successful independent artist, but also to remind you that he doesn’t rock with the major labels!
In hilarious news, Chance used one of his recent concerts to drag Sony, Warner, Motown, Atlantic, Def Jam, Virgin Records, Universal and more!
He performed “No Problems” on the first night of the ‘Be Encouraged’ tour and clowned the record labels. I can’t stop laughing at the names he gave each label such as, “Phony”, “Don’t Join Recordings”, “Villain”, “Can’t Do Math”, “A Titanic”, “No Crown”, “Eclick”, and “Universe”.
Chance is fed up! LOL. Chance is still turning down loads of cash and slamming the doors in record labels’ faces all to remain independent. Chance has also previously expressed that the labels have been upset about him rejecting them, so they try to sabotage him in anyway that they can behind the scenes.
I’m sure they won’t be too happy about this. LOL. Is Chance taking it too far?
(AllHipHop Rumors) Mannnnnnn in the world of Hip Hop, Athletics, and Hollyweird, dating seems to be one big swap it out situation.
According to TMZ, word on the curb is that French Montana and Lala may be a new item amid Lala and Carmelo Anthony’s pending divorce.
Rumor quickly spread that Carmelo Anthony had impregnated a stripper or some college graduate, and now Lala was spotted kicking it with French Montana at NYC strip club Sapphire.
Apparently, the personality, actress, and author was at Sapphire to allegedly research and shoot footage for her new docu-series ‘Goal Diggers’ which follows strippers who become successful businesswomen.
Some are claiming that Lala and French Montana are just good friends who happened to meet up at the strip club by coincidence. Ummmmmm hmmmmm! So they say. LOL.
Lala is a baddie so I’m sure she’ll bounce back soon. Supposedly Carmelo was telling folks that he wasn’t married but Lala was. Lawd.
After a year long hiatus, NYC/Jersey-native Haze Mahdi returns with his new Bryan Nunez-directed visual for “What It Look Like (W.I.L.L.).” The song – which was produced by V Don, in-house producer for Bodega Bamz – serves as the first official drop since his 2016 release “The Mos Hyy.”
Frank Ocean premiered a ton of new music this past weekend on the latest episode of Blonded Radio on Apple Music. One of the new tracks released was an updated version of “Slide On Me” featuring Young Thug, which originally appeared on his visual album “Endless.”
For his latest visual, Jeremih rounds up Big Sean and Chris Brown for the official video to their collaboration “I Think About You.” The singer is currently putting the final touches on his forthcoming project “Later That Night,” set to arrive this year.
Mike Will Made It recently spoke with NPR, and the producer revealed Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble” track was originally planned for a Trap God.
The Atlanta-based hitmaker stated:
I made that beat [last year] when Gucci Mane was getting out of jail; I made it with him in mind. I was just thinking, damn, Gucci’s about to come home; it’s got to be something urgent that’s just going to take over the radio. And I felt like that beat was that. I ended up not doing it with Gucci and I let Kendrick hear it. I was thinking, if Dot gets on this it’ll be his first time being heard on some[thing] like this. At the same time, it kind of has an NWA/Dr. Dre feel, an Eminem kind of feel. So I thought, let me see if Dot f**** with it. And he heard the beat and he liked it. But he was about to give me “HUMBLE.” for [my album] Ransom 2. I love that song so I was like, ‘Man, hell yeah.’ Then he told me that his team was saying he should keep it. And I told him, ‘Bruh, you definitely should keep it, and you should use it as your single.‘
Mike Will’s Ransom 2 did include the song “Perfect Pint” which featured Kendrick Lamar, Gucci Mane, and Rae Sremmurd.
(AllHipHop Features) I have never heard of OG Mobb James before today. Well, let me tell you, I was captivated by this interview, shot in a documentary style. In the interview, Mob James talks about much of the circumstances that revolved around Death Row Records’ Blood ties, to Suge Knight to the events that lead up to Tupac’s demise. He says quite a lot. Covered items include how Suge essentially paid to get all the rights and privileges of being Blood and how Tupac’s superstar status got people paid but didn’t eliminate the underlying dangers of the culture and more. “He interfered into something he had no power in,” Mob James says. Check out this crazy interview with OG Mob James.

Now DMX has been given a chance at redemption as the co-headliner for the 13th annual Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival, where he will share the bill with his fellow Ruff Ryders crew members The LOX on July 15.
Other highlights for the summer event, which runs from July 10-16 include a talent showcase for J. Cole’s Dreamville label artists Bas, Cozz, and Omen, and a discussion about Rakim’s rap legacy as part of the “Told It First Hand” series at the Brooklyn Historical Society.
(AllHipHop News) OutKast’s Big Boi is set to return with his first solo album in five years.
The Boomiverse project reportedly includes features from Gucci Mane, Killer Mike, Jeezy, Travis Scott, and Kurupt.
Before Big Boi drops his third LP this summer, the ATLien performed the single “Mic Jack” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Sleepy Brown was also at the late night program to lend a hand for the music set backed by The Roots.
In addition, Big Boi was asked about writing “Mic Jack” during a backstage interview.
“The ‘Mic Jack’ record came about as we were working on this Boomiverse record. We did something a little different this time,” said Big Boi. “Me and Ray [Murray] from Organized Noize went out to California to work with some outside producers.”
DJ Dahi of Los Angeles contributed to the track before Big Boi’s Atlanta-based team added 808s and a hook to the song.
Eventually, Adam Levine of Maroon 5 was tapped to sing the chorus.
Frequent Big Boi collaborator Janelle Monáe was considered for the song’s outro before they went with songwriter Taylor Parks for that section.
Monáe is expected to appear on another Boomiverse track.
Big Boi’s last solo body of work was 2012’s Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors.
He also released the collaborative EP Big Grams withPhantogram in 2015.
(AllHipHop News) On his “Truth Be Told PSA” track, Troy Ave suggested he almost signed to the West Coast-based record label Top Dawg Entertainment.
TDE CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith later came out to deny he or anyone connected with the company spoke to Troy about joining the team.
“4 the record… I’ve never had a convo with Troy ave or any 1 in his camp.. neither has KDot.. yesterdays story was fake news,” posted Tiffith on Twitter.
Troy stopped by Power 106, and the NuPac project creator was asked about claims of nearly being a TDE artist.
“Certain media pockets try to twist words and things that I say, but the good thing about me is the truth don’t change. I never have to double back and change up my story and really explain,” said Troy.
He continued, “If you take the original place where they said I said TDE was about to sign me – you can listen to that on NuPac – I never actually said that. I said I was sitting in jail, going through hell, and then it came to me. Kendrick Lamar reached out to Rob Markman and said, ‘What’s up with Troy?'”
According to Troy, he never spoke to anyone at TDE, but because of the “hate” in New York he considered moving to the West Coast. He then supposedly asked his manager to reach out to the label about a potential deal, and Markman supposedly worked to connect the two sides.
“I’ll get an idea and I’ll be like, ‘What’s up with it?’ If it don’t go through right then and there I’ll be like, ‘Forget about it,'” added the Brooklyn rhymer. “I put plans in action. Unfortunately, I’m sitting in jail and I can’t put no plan in action. So I’m depending on other people to put the play together, and they couldn’t. I would’t have no reason to lie.”
Later in the interview, Troy addressed his issues with Joe Budden, who he dissed on “Press Spray.”
“Shout out to DJ Akademiks… He shouldn’t be doing nothing with that sucker,” said Troy referring to the Complex online show Everyday Struggle with Budden and Akademiks. “I feel like [Budden’s] leeching off him. Akademiks could have did that by himself.”
(AllHipHop News) Kendrick Lamar’s reign atop the Billboard 200 album chart is expected to continue for a second week.
After DAMN opened at #1 with 603,000 units in week one, K. Dot’s new project is predicted to collect an additional 220,000 to 240,000 units in week two.
That range should be enough to make sure Kendrick retains the # 1 spot.
The TDE emcee is also currently dominating the main singles chart as well.
(AllHipHop Rumors) Danielle “Cash Me Outside” Bregnoli has turned into an internet sensation – all because she challenged people on Dr. Phil’s show to see her when they all mutually go out of the building. BUT…Dr Phil’s show could not help her this time. A savage of a white girl beat the brakes off “Cash Me Outside.”
Last weekend, D.R.A.M. previewed a new track during his performance at Coachella titled “Gilligan” and today he decided to release the track’s full audio, which also features A$AP Rocky and Juicy J.
(AllHipHop News) Rapper Drake is taking his love for basketball to the next level by hosting the inaugural NBA Awards.

Among the titles up for grabs are Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Sixth Man Award, Most Improved Player, and Coach of the Year, all of which will be presented during the event.

It won’t be Drake’s first stint as a sports ceremony host – he also fronted the 2014 ESPY Awards.
(AllHipHop Rumors) I don’t know what Drake did to Rihanna, but it looks like he messed up pretty bad!
It seems like Drake and Rihanna’s relationship had ran it’s course last year, despite the affection that Drake showed Bad Bal RiRi at last years MTV VMAs! I mean Drizzy had us all wanting him to propose to Rihanna even if it was just staged or just for the moment.
Well as you know, the two were reportedly caught off guard when they ran into each other at a mutual friend’s kid’s birthday party a few weeks ago. Although it is awkward being around your ex sometimes, you would think it wouldn’t be that awkward for Ri and the 6 God to be in the same area.
Well according to OK, Rihanna is tired of Drake making her hotline bling!
To be completely honest, I think it would be hard for anyone to get over Rihanna.
Apparently Rihanna wants Drake to completely lose her phone number. An insider says,
“He still calls her several times a week, sends bouquets of flowers and gifts… but she’s not interested and just wishes he’d get on with his life.”
Dang! I know Drake is in his feelings, but it just may be time for him to move on! Should Rihanna give him one more chance?
(AllHipHop News) Pharrell Williams has made history by becoming Chanel’s first bag campaign male model.
A short film featuring the “Happy” singer dancing around in an empty concert hall and strutting his stuff while promoting the brand’s newest Chanel Gabrielle bag was just released by the French fashion house.
The Grammy winner also appears to walk on a precarious beam in mid-air, nearly dropping the high-end handbag as he attempts to regain his balance.
The 44-year-old was announced as the first ever frontman of a Chanel handbag campaign in March, just months after he walked the catwalk for the iconic label’s Metiers d’Art runway show in Paris in December.
Creative director Karl Lagerfeld unveiled the handbag project exclusively to WWD, noting actress Kristen Stewart and model-turned-movie star Cara Delevingne would also be starring in the campaign, along with French star Caroline de Maigret.
Karl specifically chose Pharrell to promote the Gabrielle tote to emphasise to fans the bag can be worn in “many different circumstances” by different people.
“It’s not very feminine in the sense of being chichi,” Karl stressed.
Pharrell is all the rage in France’s fashion scene at the moment – last month he was awarded the prestigious Officier des Arts et des Lettres Award by French Minister of Culture Audrey Azoulay, who honored the star for his contribution to the arts in a ceremony held during Paris Fashion Week.
