(AllHipHip Rumors) I have been noticing a trend with the so-called mumble rappers. I won’t mention it now, but I find it interesting that the boy Lil Yachty loves the new Kendrick Song! YAY! I Think people know that K-Dot is on the prowl and walking with him is like walking with a panther. I am not HATING or mad. Its like the lights came on. 🙂
(AllHipHop Rumors) I mean is there beef between John Singleton and Benny Boom or what?!
Singleton recently stopped by The Breakfast Club to promote his new show ‘Rebel’ on BET, and the film director wasted no time in firing more shots at the forthcoming Tupac biopic, ‘All Eyez On Me’.
“They were trying to tell me, ME how to make a movie about Pac. Come on now. Really. So I was like…… No I didn’t back out gracefully. I was like putting them on their backs. I don’t even have to speak on that anymore .Y’all just see when it comes out…..I don’t have to see it. Come on. It aint me, so I don’t have to see it,” said Singleton.
To some it sounds like hate is coming from Singleton. Some feel that he is even a bit bitter. Others took the time to point out that Singleton and Pac allegedly weren’t even on good terms with Pac died. Apparently Singleton never once visited Pac while he was in jail, and fired Pac from ‘Higher Learning’.
According to Bossip, an insider close to Pac has revealed that Pac getting fired from the role caused him to agree to a $7500 recording session with Little Shawn at Quad Studios, where Pac ended up getting shot.
It makes you wonder, if Tupac hadn’t been strapped for cash, would he even have agreed to the session, been at the studio, got shot? Would the East Coast/ West Coast feud ever have started? Hmmmmmm.
Singleton has expressed that he still hasn’t watched the biopic and he refused to watch it because he already knows that they “f-cked up.”
He says that he knows it’s not good because he isn’t the one doing it. Do you think Singleton is hating on Boom? Should he have at least watched the film before being a critic? What are your thoughts?
(AllHipHop Rumors) You would think that two children would be enough especially with having a boy and a girl, but it looks like The Wests may be looking to expand their family again.
Kim Kardashian already went through two rough pregnancies with her and Kanye West’s daughter North West, and son Saint West, but it looks like Kim K and Ye may be willing to risk another high-risk pregnancy.
Against the doctor’s orders, Ye and Kim want to give their young children a new sibling.
I honestly don’t understand the reasoning behind it, but hey, some people like big families, and Kim is one of six children, so I guess I get it.
Kim revealed on ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ that she was going to try to have one more child. Her family definitely gave her the side eye because of her health and pregnancy history.
“I want my kids to have siblings, but the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me,” said Kim.
Kim has always been open about her pregnancy struggles as she’s suffered from pre-eclampsia and placenta accreta. Don’t do it Kim and Kanye!
Kim’s momager, Kris Jenner, told Kim that she doesn’t want her to do anything that puts her health in danger.
I wonder if Kanye and Kim will ever consider adoption, or using a surrogate. You know Kim probably wants to have a third child to keep up with the Carters. LOL. Carry on.
(AllHipHop News) Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar just dropped a new video for his song “Humble,” ending some speculation about the track.
An image featuring artwork from the single begin to circulate last night (March 29) around the Internet, prompting some to speculate if the single was real, or simply a hoax.
Kendrick confirmed the song is real tonight by dropping the “Humble,” which utilizes the production wizardry of super producer Mike WiLL Made-It, who crafted an ominous piano, driven track.
“Humble” is the second single Kendrick has dropped in the past week.
(AllHipHop Rumors) As a rumored leaked alleged track list of Kendrick Lamar’s forthcoming album has hit the net, much talk has started about what the album will sound like.
Word on the curb is that it won’t be anything like a second coming of ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’.
With growth, artists tend to leave certain influences of past projects in the past as it might literally define that time period in that artist’s life.
According to producer Syk Sense, K. Dot will be leaving the Jazz influences of his previous album in the past.
Syk Sense explained to Eric The Young Gawd that although he hasn’t heard any of Kendrick’s new songs personally, some of his friends that have been producing for the rapper have told him that this album is completely different.
“Only thing I do know is that I got homies that produced on there, that produced some crazy sh-t. Like it’s some of the hardest sh-t that I’ve heard. And the fact that it’s connected to Kendrick as well just makes it that much better. And I haven’t heard the songs, but I’ve heard the beats. F-ck, we’ve got some… some pretty heavy new guys that’s really going to make a name for themselves off these beats,” said Syk.
The alleged track list had made it appear the K. Dot would have another classic album with varied sounds and influences. According to the said list, he will collaborate with Flying Lotus, Thundercat, Sounwave, Anna Wise and Terrace Martin, and the album will also allegedly feature D’Angelo, Q-Tip, Kanye West, Andre 3000, and Anderson .Paak.
Apparently Syk Sense has since said that the beats he’s heard actually haven’t been confirmed to be on the album, so we actually don’t know what to expect at this point. Hopefully it’ll be a solid body of work.
(AllHipHop News) Pitbull has been selected to perform at the much-anticipated Wrestlemania 33.
He will be performing his latest hit, “Options” with Stephen Marley. Then Flo Rida and LunchMoney Lewis will join them to perform “GreenLight”, the WrestleMania 33’s theme song.
“It’s an honor to partner with WWE. We are excited to get back into the ring with GreenLight and Options, Dale!” Pitbull said.

(AllHipHop News) Emory University will not host the planned Migos concert, after an Atlanta booking agent failed to book the rap trio for an April 8 concert.
Emory University had paid Global Talent Agency, a third party booking agency, to schedule the concert, which was to take place at the Annual Dooley’s week celebrations.
When Chris Hopper of 11Alive called the agency on Wednesday night, a man picked the call but blamed Emory for the mishap.
The man claimed Emory reps did not wire the money properly the first time and when they sent the second wire, the group had booked a different show for the night.
A rep for GTA said Emory would get a refund but did not give the amount or when it will be refunded.
On the Migos website, they have not listed GTA as the booking contact and Ticketmaster indicates that the group has a show in Mississippi on the scheduled night.

(AllHipHop News) Singer Chris Brown still hasn’t taken receipt of his ex-girlfriend’s domestic violence restraining order against him.
A judge granted TV personality and model Karrueche Tran with permanent legal protection from the Loyal hitmaker last month after she filed court documents accusing him of threatening to kill her following the end of their four-year relationship.
But, according to the New York Daily News, Brown has yet to be formally served, and he has
continued to evade her legal team’s attempts to deliver the paperwork to him.
Brown’s lawyer told Tran’s attorneys outside a Santa Monica, California on Wednesday the ‘Run It’ singer ordered his law firm not to accept service of the legal decree, which is causing a delay in proceedings.
Since Chris has not actually been officially served the order, a hearing that was supposed to take place on Wednesday has been pushed back to April 19.
Tran’s lawyers tell the outlet they have tried to deliver the documents to Brown and his team several times, even with the aid of law enforcement, but their efforts have failed.
The model’s attorneys have now hired a private firm to track the singer down and personally hand him the papers.
“Miss Tran is truly looking to get this matter handled in the most expeditious way possible,” the model’s lawyer Patrick Blood shares.
Although Brown has yet to be served the permanent order, he is still bound by previous temporary restraining orders to stay away from Tran and her friend Joseph Ryan La Cour, who also expressed fears for his life in court after allegedly receiving threats from the singer.
Karrueche and Chris ended their relationship in 2015, after she discovered he had fathered his daughter Royalty with Nia Guzman during a secret romance with the model.
(AllHipHop News) Migos’ media run continued with a stop by SportsCenter.
The ESPN show invited the Atlanta trio on the program to discuss their impact on culture, their work ethic, and their hometown team losing Super Bowl LI.
“I was talking so much trash the whole time… til the fourth quarter,” admitted Quavo on the Falcons blowing a 25 point lead in the game.
The “Bad and Boujee” hit makers were questioned about their favorite NFL players as well.
Quavo named former Falcons quarterback Michael Vick as his top choice.
Offset picked perennial pro-bowler Randy Moss.
Takeoff just responded, “I like everybody. I don’t have one in particular.”
(AllHipHop Features) Ye Ali says he never imagined he would be a professional music artist. It was his involvement in recording demos for other rappers and singers that eventually led the Hammond, Indiana native to transfer from songwriter/producer to solo performer.
Since that turn to making his own music, Ali released the Private Suite and Traphouse Jodeci projects. The latter effort featured several beats from Bizness Boi (PartyNextDoor, 6LACK), the production wiz Ye met back in 2014.
Ali actually lived with Bizness Boi for a period. That friendship eventually led to Ye working with R&B singer Eric Bellinger for the single “Loyalty” as well as another upcoming record made in conjunction with a tech company.
“I connected with Eric via Biz, because they worked together previously,” states Ali. “But, also I met Eric my senior year in college because I was working in LA during a summer as a photographer’s assistant on set. I worked on some skits for his mixtape promo for IG. We laughed about it during the session for ‘Loyalty’ because he told me I looked familiar.”
Ali’s collegiate years also featured him joining the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. According to Ye, his probate for the frat was actually the first time he performed in public. The business and sports marketing major wrote six songs for the neophyte presentation which included him revamping popular records in order to celebrate Greek life and diss other fraternities.
KAΨ infused Ali with a new level of confidence. The fraternal experience also helped the budding entertainer sharpen his social skills and hone his artistic voice – two talents that are vital for success in showbiz.
Now with both feet squarely in the music industry, Ali is continuing to spread his “Traphouse Jodeci” sound to new listeners across the globe. Even Los Angeles Lakers player Nick Young has been seen playing “Loyalty” in an Instagram clip.
Be on the lookout for THJ2 from Ye Ali. In the meantime, get more familiar with the Rhythm & Blues/Hip Hop blender in the latest edition of AllHipHop.com’s “Three Questions” interview series.
If you had to pick one emoji that represents your sound, which one would you choose?
The red phone emoji, because I want to make music that makes you want to tell your friends about it.
Rank the following Jodeci classics: “Forever My Lady,” “Come and Talk to Me,” “Feenin’,” and “Love U 4 Life.”
“Love U 4 Life,” “Forever My Lady,” “Feenin’,” then the best is “Come and Talk to Me.” “Come and Talk to Me” is how I kept getting my girlfriend back when we broke up. I put it on a purple MP3 mix CD for her. It got me out of so many tough situations. [laughs] Shoutout to Jodeci for knowing just what to say.
When there’s a conflict, what’s more important, being loyal to the woman you’re dating or being loyal to your day-one friends?
First and foremost, be loyal to yourself. My friends wouldn’t put me in conflicting and weird situations, so I would be loyal to whoever is being logical and considerate. It’s subjective.
Russ Shoatz, chef and event organizer, offered the thought behind the holistic event that happens Saturday April 1, 2017 in Harlem’s All Souls Church. Shoatz delighted in the prospect of being the intersection of many different worlds at Culinary 4 Commissary.

We will have some of the best chefs along with other artist/activist talking about current issues their intersections and the strategic use of those intersections in ways that redeem or help people become whole again,” Shoatz said.
Shoatz also stated that the inaugural Restorative/Eco Justice & Prison Abolition Dinner would please vegetarians, vegans and carnivores as well.
“We will have huge buffet to satisfy vegans and meat eaters,” he said laughing. “We want people to eat freely from the time they walk in the door until we serve dessert. We’ll even have a vegan & gluten-free menu option.”
However, the theme of the evening will call for folks to speak on the unique connection that people have to food.
“Attendees will get to hear the stories of food at home as a child and the connections to comfort. We will draw together the intersections of our current ecosystem and food sustainability questions along with the intersection of prisoner health and food,” Shoatz said. “Yes, we will have some prisoners favorites.”

(AllHipHop News) It has been over a year since the Adult Swim comedy Black Jesus aired a show, but the Aaron McGruder created series is still being hit with a lawsuit.
According to TMZ, an author by the name of Saint Solomon is suing over allegations Black Jesus is a rip-off of his 1999 short story Thank You, Jesus.
The website reports:
In his lawsuit, Solomon says his story ends with his Jesus being kicked out of the house to go live on the streets, and he believes episode 1 of “Black Jesus” picks up the tale 15 years later.
According to the docs … there are other similarities, like the fact TV Black Jesus has a friend who is always trying to get rich quick, just like in the short story. And both Black Jesuses dress the same, curse a lot and drink booze.
Solomon is reportedly seeking more than $75 million for Adult Swim’s supposed intellectual property theft.
Black Jesus debuted in 2014 and has run for two seasons so far.
The show centers around Jesus (Gerald “Slink” Johnson) living in modern-day Compton with his group of friends.
Black Jesus is McGruder’s second sitcom to air on Adult Swim.
The cartoonist/writer also produced the critically acclaimed The Boondocks cartoon for the network.
(AllHipHop Rumors) In hilarious news, rapper Danny Brown has taken credit for Dave Chapelle’s wild Detroit story.
Many of us wondered who was the mysterious rapper Dave Chapelle was name dropping in his new Netflix special. I mean when it comes to weed it could’ve been a number of rappers from the veterans and legends to the newcomers.
Danny Brown decided to come through with the last puzzle piece as he filled in the blanks revealing that he had in fact given Chapelle some pretty strong weed before his performance.
Hilarious. If you remember, some of the attendees weren’t to satisfied with this exact show as they felt that Dave was definitely under the influence of something.
Welp, mystery solved. I don’t know how y’all do it. I swear weed would knock me completely off of my game. LOL. Carry on.
(AllHipHop News) Jahseh “XXXTentacion” Onfroy got out of jail this week.
X had to serve time behind bars on charges of false imprisonment and aggravated battery of a pregnant victim.
The “Look at Me” performer spoke with Miami’s 103.5 the beat after becoming a free man, and he covered what led to his arrest.
“It was a f-cked up situation. I fell in love with the wrong person. I tried to give them the world,” said X. “I don’t want to blame it on the career. It may just be that I’m stupid as a person. It may just be to my negligence.”
The 19-year-old South Florida native went on to say the accusations against him are not true.
In addition, X was asked about his issues with Drake.
Many of his fans believe Drake copied XXXTentacion’s style on “KMT.”
After saying Drake is the corporate G.O.A.T., X blasted the OVO leader.
“He’s not a man. I think he’s a b-tch. That’s a b-tch move. Especially when I was in jail facing life,” added X.
XXXTentacion continued, “If Drake would have came to my bond hearing, that would have made my f-cking day. If he would have showed that he’s a hospitable person and that he’s really in this sh-t for the culture, rather than being a [expletive], taking my sh-t, running off with it, and putting it on his album, then he would have got my kudos, he would have got my respect.”
According to X, prior to “KMT” being revealed, Drake relayed his camp would be reaching out to the rising artist’s manager, but the communication apparently never took place.
(AllHipHop Rumors) As if Rick Ross dissing Birdman on the track “Idols Become Rivals” wasn’t bad enough, the biggest bawse is back to dissing the man in every interview now!
Rozay has had it with the Cash Money Records CEO’s treatment of Lil Wayne and others. Lil Wayne has even expressed his career hardship of dealing with the ongoing legal battle with Birdman.
In a recent radio interview with Atlanta’s Hot 107.9, Ross made it clear that he will make sure to keep throwing dirt on Birman’s name.
“I wont let nobody respect you around me,” said Rick Ross.
Ross feels the way that Birdman dealt with Lil Wayne and DJ Khaled wasn’t okay. He said he’d been around for a while, and he’s seen and heard things, but he chose to mind his business.
Ross said when he found out how Birdman handled Khaled, it hit too close to home because he knows that Khaled is a good dude. Ross says if Birdman could feel that way towards good people like Wayne and Khaled, he already knows how he feels about him.
Wayne even said that Ross’ words gave him some new motivation. Birdman is looking real foul right now. Do you think he’ll ever fix the situation?
dam big bro that msg hit me in the heart and put the motivation on automatik start. I needed that. 1 boss 2 another pic.twitter.com/3AIaHMuAmn
(AllHipHop Rumors) This is weird. For those that don’t know, Mase and Cam used to rap together. They, along with Big L & Herb McGruff, were in a group called Children of the Corn. Harlem World! Anyway, recently Cam’ron made some accusations against Mase that pretty much stand today. Back in the heavy beef days of Big and Pac…Mase suddenly turned to God. Some speculated that Mase was getting extorted heavily in Harlem and the Bad Boy/Death Row stuff took its toll. He wasn’t about that life at that time. That is very understandable – IT WAS CRAZY! So, Cam’ron basically jumped on and said what has been said for a long time.
Now I watched this whole video so you don’t have to. It is not interesting at all. Its Mase driving around and addressing folks on his social media. “One thing people can’t say is that I’m scared,” in response to Cam’ron and a bunch of slow laughing. Mase has never been wack though. So he said repeatedly that he’s going to drop some new music very soon and not in months either. Maybe he can give Drake a run.
Nevertheless, this was the most boring 15 minutes of my life. Actually, 13. I stopped when some rap video came on.
Here is the whole Children of the Corn and Harlem World in an epic 12-min freestyle.
(AllHipHop Rumors) Punches fist and shakes imaginary dreads.
Although it’s been well over a decade since Atlanta’s own Crime Mob hit the music scene, they shocked everyone by reuniting to perform at V-103’s Pop Up Concert recently.
Crime Mob, still to this day, brings out the inner ratchet in everyone with their classics “Knuck If You Buck” “Stilettos (Pumps)”, and “I’ll Beat Yo Azz”. I mean “Knuck If You Buck” never gets old, not to ever be confused with that damn “JuJu On The Beat”.. sorry kids.
No one ever thought they’d see the day of this reunion especially since the group members have had some internal battles over the years.
Apparently Crime Mob is not only releasing a new album this year, but Diamond and Princess will reportedly drop a duo album as well this year according to Crime Mob member Lil Jay.
Well it’s good to see Crime Mob getting along and working.
Clearly “Knuck If You Buck” has proven to be a classic as it still gets concert and club play to this day. D.R.A.M. freestyled over the beat, and Zay Hilfigerrr and Zayion McCall created “Juju on That Beat.” over the classic beat.
Are you here for a new album from Crime Mob? Don’t you miss the crunk era?
