Kevin Hart Jokes Continue Amid Ongoing Michael Jordan Feud

Kevin Hart’s lighthearted joke about Michael Jordan at a charity event over eight years ago ignited a lasting rift between the comedian and the former basketball legend, and Hart says he “could care less” about the silent treatment.

During his “Acting My Age” stand-up show in New Jersey, Kevin Hart described how Jordan’s pouting began when he made fun of the sports icon’s tardiness.

“Michael’s had an attitude with me for years because I hosted a celebrity event for him and he came in late,” Kevin Hart told the crowd according to the DailyMail.com. “I saw him coming in late and I hit him with a joke. It was quick. It was all in fun. I don’t know where it came from. I just hit him with a quick one. Michael had an attitude. Hasn’t talked to me since.”

Adding fuel to the fire, Hart joked about Jordan’s fashion sense, calling him a “horrible dresser” and criticizing his jeans.

Despite the digs, Hart remains unfazed by the animosity.

“I don’t give a s###. I could care less. I can f###### care less,” Hart said. “I’m at a point in my life where it’s very hard to bother me.”

Hart, age 45, also shared that Michael Jordan has become increasingly distant, stating they “don’t get along” and that the former Chicago Bulls player is “not a Kevin Hart fan.”

In another stand-up routine, Hart teased Jordan’s sons, Jeffrey and Marcus, during his latest comedy tour.

Nonetheless, Marcus, at least, appears to hold no ill will. He attended Hart’s show in Las Vegas and praised him on social media.

“@kevinhart4real, the hilarious man, has a new joke about myself, my brother @heirjordan13, and @jumpman23. Go watch that,” Marcus posted.

Yung Guru Recalls “Crazy” Story Behind JAY-Z’s Verse On Drake’s “Talk Up”

Drake’s recent 100MB content dump stirred up some memories for Young Guru, who recalled a wild story about JAY-Z recording his verse for Scorpion cut “Talk Up.”

Earlier this week, Drake unleashed a treasure trove of content, including unreleased music and videos giving fans a glimpse behind the scenes.

One such clip featured Drake anxiously awaiting a verse from JAY-Z, who only had hours to turn it around despite being in the middle of a show.

“He’s going to get off stage, shower, probably have a drink and then set back up with Guru [to write and record],” Drake says in the clip. “That process is gonna be two hours.”

JAY-Z’s longtime engineer, Young Guru, hopped on Instagram to fill in the rest of the details, revealing Hov’s desperate dash to record.

“The story behind this is beyond crazy,” Guru said, recalling Hov had a tiny window to lay his verse while performing on the On The Run II Tour.

“He literally wrote the verse after doing a full two hour show,” he said. “He literally wrote the verse after doing a full two hour show.”

JAY-Z Set Up A Mock-Studio In The Concert Venue To Record His Verse For Drake

In a follow-up post, Guru explained he was due to perform at the afterparty, so he only had two hours to record JAY-Z’s verse.

“HOV hit me and simply said ‘set up a studio in the venue,’” he added. “The Promotor waited in parking lot for two hours and I can’t tell him why I’m late. By the time HOV finished the internet that we set up from Livenation is gone. Everyone is gone. I had to tether my phone to my computer to send the session to @ovo40.”

Thankfully, they managed to pull it off, and Guru even made it to the afterparty in time for his set. “When y’all hear this work I sometimes wonder if you understand how much goes into it!!!!” he exclaimed. “Classic Nights!!!! And I killed my set lol.”

Cardi B Demands Morphine After Freak Accident

Rapper Cardi B Revealed a “Freak Accident” that left her temporarily “paralyzed” during an X Spaces chat with fans.

The Hip-Hop star, who recently announced her third pregnancy, shared that the incident almost led to a miscarriage.

Cardi described it as a significant event during the chat, saying, “I had a f###### freak accident. I don’t know how something – well, it wasn’t little, it actually hurt. It doesn’t really happen often, but it became so big to the point I was literally paralyzed.”

The 31-year-old continued, “And that little thing almost cost me my little one to come. But it didn’t. Yesterday I was feeling good. I came home, but I came home high as a kite.”

Cardi also detailed the aftermath, mentioning that the effects of painkillers quickly wore off.

“Today, I woke up sober, honey. I’m dying. If I don’t feel good in four hours, I’m going to the hospital and I don’t give a f###,” she said. “I’mma exaggerate this s### so I can get more morphine. Morphine me down! I don’t give a damn.”

She did not elaborate on what caused the accident or the extent of her injuries.

These comments were made just days after Cardi B disclosed that she was expecting her third child with rapper Offset.

On the same day as her pregnancy announcement, Cardi confirmed she had filed for divorce from Offset. The couple shares two other children: Kulture, six, and Wave, two.

Drake, Lil Wayne & Nicki Minaj Rumored To Be At Odds Causing Young Money Rift

Rumors of a Yung Money rift are circulating online as fans speculate Lil Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj are all throwing shade at each other.

Speculation over the potential downfall of the iconic trio stemmed from fans detecting some subliminal shade in their recent moves. Drake has been catching heat since his battle with Kendrick Lamar and some fans believe the Young Money crew are distancing themselves from him.

Earlier this week, Drake surprised everybody with his leak of 100 MB of previously unreleased material. Among the treasure trove was a collab with Latto, a longtime rival of Nicki Minaj.

A post shared by BIG LATTO (@latto)

The rumor mill then went into overdrive believing Nicki Minaj took a shot at Drake hours after the content dump. PartyNextDoor, who was said to have posted a photo with Latto recently, was another apparent target.

During a chat with fans on Stationhead, Minaj talked about two ugly boys finding a “willing participant” in a “desperate” ugly girl.

Additionally, Lil Wayne, rocking an XO chain reportedly gifted to him by The Weeknd also raised suspicion amid Abel’s recent subs towards Drake. The Weeknd posted a photo of Wayne wearing the piece on his Instagram Story.

Despite the gossip, the Young Money roster have all praised each other in recent months. Drake still made Lil Wayne’s Top. 5 rappers list last month, and Weezy crowned Nicki the greatest Young Money artist of all-time in December.

Furthermore, Drake brought Drake out during her Pink Friday 2 World Tour stop in Toronto in May.

“Make some noise for the king of Toronto,” Nicki told the audience Drake kissed her on the cheek. “Make some noise for this icon, this legend.”

Bishop The Overseer: Life, The Mic & Beyond Docu-Series Offers Look at Upcoming Album

Seth Usifo Nwosu, known in the industry as Bishop The Overseer, is a Hip Hop/Rap recording and performing artist and writer born in St. Louis, Missouri.

In August 1993, he relocated to Newark, New Jersey, where he honed his songwriting abilities and created his pseudonymous alias, B.I.S.H.O.P (Best Individual Style Only Happens Through Potential).

Deeply rooted in religious origins, Bishop seeks to oversee every aspect of his life. His new mini docu-series, “Life, the Mic & Beyond,” provides a compelling glimpse into the making of his highly anticipated album, “Nation of Immigrants.”

Spanning 11 episodes, the series delves into the creative process behind each track, offering fans and music enthusiasts an intimate view of the inspiration, research, and development that shaped the album.

Hosted and directed by Dr. Cambria J. Nwosu, the docu-series features in-depth interviews with Bishop The Overseer.

These discussions explore the artist’s journey, shedding light on the themes and messages woven into his music. The series is a rich tapestry of insights, capturing the essence of Bishop’s artistic vision and the cultural significance of his work.

The Evolution of “Breathe”

The first episode, released on March 15, 2024, focuses on the development of “Breathe,” a song featuring Bishop’s 7-year-old son, Seth Jr., and produced by Tone Jonez.

The track addresses the ideological and philosophical clashes between opposing parties, encapsulated in the chorus “STOP, BREATHE, RETREAT, RELAX.” This refrain encourages listeners to pause and reconsider their actions in tense situations, emphasizing respect and preserving human life.

Bishop’s mastery of lyricism shines through in “Breathe,” with the first verse exploring themes of panic and rebellion, and the second verse delving into sacrifice and liberation.

The song speaks to the struggle for emotional control and the pursuit of higher awareness, touching on generational wealth, education, and repatriation issues.

A Tribute to a Loved One: “Someday”

Episode 2, which became available on March 29, 2024, covers the creation of “Someday,” another song produced by Tone Jonez. This deeply personal track is dedicated to Bishop’s late mother, Nancy Ruth Jones, who passed away on February 6, 2022. The song’s poignant lyrics reflect Bishop’s grief and the enduring impact of his mother’s presence in his life. Verse 1 opens with heartfelt lines that capture his sorrow: “Separated on Earth, We’ve been together since birth, I’m missing you more in your death, and every day I feel cursed.”

Bishop describes “Someday” as the most challenging composition of his career, a raw and emotional reflection on loss and the passage of time. The second verse anticipates the day when his son, Seth Jr., will face similar grief, emphasizing the importance of finding purpose and meaning in life.

Broadening Horizons: Media and Platform Expansion

The mini docu-series is available on multiple platforms, including YouTube, Vevo, TIDAL, Boomplay, and Vimeo. Leveraging the support of Viacom’s television network, which previously featured his music video “Battle Cry – Civil Disobedience,” Bishop plans to pitch “Life, the Mic & Beyond” to major networks such as Paramount, MTV, BET, and Music Choice. This strategic move aims to reach a broader audience and increase the series’ impact.

Following its premiere on March 15, new episodes are being released bi-weekly on Fridays, with the final episode scheduled for August 2, 2024. The singles “Someday” and “Breathe” dropped on April 5 and May 3, respectively, with the rollout culminating in the release of the full album “Nation of Immigrants” on September 6, 2024.

The Journey Ahead

“Life, the Mic & Beyond” promises to be more than just a behind-the-scenes look at an album; it’s a narrative of growth, resilience, and artistic exploration. Through this docu-series, Bishop The Overseer not only showcases his musical talents but also offers a profound commentary on societal issues and personal struggles.

As fans await the release of each episode, the anticipation builds for the culmination of this journey with the unveiling of “Nation of Immigrants.” This album, rich with themes of identity, heritage, and social justice, stands as a testament to Bishop’s commitment to using his art as a vehicle for change and reflection.

Pras Suggests He’s Tired Of Covering For Lauryn Hill’s Lack Of Accountability

Lauryn Hill failed to shock fans when she abruptly canceled the North American dates on The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 25th Anniversary Tour just days before it was set to begin.

It’s a pattern she’s repeated for years, and fans are growing increasingly tired of her lack of accountability. And apparently, so is her fellow Fugee Pras. The Fugees—comprised of Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras—were expected to be the opening act for the tour.

TMZ caught up with Pras and he explained how Hill’s behavior screws up his schedule, as well. While Hill blamed the media’s “clickbait headlines” and “sensationalism” for affecting ticket sales, Pras suggested it was all her doing, saying, “I saved her reputation for 20 years by not telling my side of the story but oops … cat’s out the bag.”

Hill initially offered no explanation for the cancelation. Ticketholders posted screenshots of a message they received from Live Nation stating simply, “Your event has been canceled. A refund will be on its way to your account soon.”

A post shared by Ms. Lauryn Hill (@mslaurynhill)

But on Wednesday (August 7), Hill shared a lengthy Instagram post attributing the cancelation to stories written about her.

“With difficulty the decision was made to pull down our upcoming North American tour dates,” she wrote. “The shows in the UK and Europe ARE MOVING FORWARD as planned. Last year, I faced an injury that necessitated the rescheduling of some of my shows. Regrettably, some media outlet’s penchant for sensationalism and clickbait headlines have seemingly created a narrative that has affected ticket sales for the North American portion of the tour.”

She continued, “The trust and faith I have in my intentions and my commitment to my art seem to have been overshadowed by this unfortunate portrayal. The audiences in the UK and Europe not only haven’t seen the Miseducation Anniversary performances yet, they also haven’t seen the Fugees perform together in over 25 years!”

The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 25th Anniversary Tour was expected to kick off on Friday (August 9) in Tampa. It included stops in Los Angeles, New York and New Jersey as well as Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Houston and Milwaukee—18 U.S. dates in all. The international dates are still on the schedule.

Fans took to social media to express their frustration with Hill. As one person wrote, “Lauryn Hill is blaming the MEDIA for creating “she’s always late Narrative as to why The Fugees Tour is Cancelled” I love Lauryn but she’s too old to lack accountability. You’ve BEEN late WAY prior to last year! Did she forget you told FANS “ They lucky she shows up 4 HER SHOWS?”

EXCLUSIVE: T.I. & Tiny’s Sexual Assault Case Dismissed

T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Harris’s sexual assault case, filed by a Jane Doe in 2021, has been dismissed. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the official paperwork was filed on Thursday (August 8) with the United States District Court of California. The order of dismissal was approved by Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett.

“The court agreed with Tip and Tameka that Jane Doe doesn’t appear to have any viable claims,” a rep for the couple told AllHipHop. “As Tip and Tameka  stated three years ago, these allegations are some of the many false, salacious allegations thrown out into the media in a cheap attempt to extort money from them.”

T.I. and Tiny asked a California judge to dismiss a lawsuit accusing them of sexual assault and battery last month. They contested the merits of a civil complaint filed by the Jane Doe.

“All the claims asserted in the Complaint are time-barred because the statute of limitations for such claims has long expired over sixteen years ago,” T.I .and Tiny’s lawyers wrote. “Further, notwithstanding the fact that Defendants Clifford Harris (‘Mr. Harris’) and Tameka Harris (‘Mrs. Harris’) (collectively ‘Defendants’ or ‘Harrises’), deny that any of the alleged conduct even occurred, the Complaint fails to allege facts to sufficiently establish any of the claims alleged in the Complaint.”

They added, “Accordingly, Defendants seek to dismiss all the claims in the Complaint … for failure to state a claim upon which any relief can be granted. Because there is no possible remedy for these deficiencies … Defendants seek dismissal of this entire action.”

Jane Doe sued T.I. and Tiny for sexual assault, battery, sexual battery, negligence, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress in January. The woman said the Harrises drugged and sexually assaulted her on an unspecified date in 2005. T.I .and Tiny denied the allegations. They claimed the alleged victim tried to extort them before filing the lawsuit.

“On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head,” T.I. and Tiny told AllHipHop in January. “This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”

The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice.

City Girls Fans In Uproar Over Yung Miami’s Excuse For Staying Out Of JT’s Cardi B Beef

Yung Miami is opening up about her relationship with JT and why she stayed out of JT’s very public spat with Cardi B. On Thursday evening (August 8), Yung Miami turned the tables on herself for the season 2 premiere of her Caresha Please podcast.

In addition to breaking her silence on her relationship with Diddy in light of the abuse allegations, she addressed the state of her relationship with her former City Girls partner, JT. Co-host Saucy Santana told Yung Miami that fans believe she should have defended JT during her Twitter feud with Cardi B in 2022.

“I would never not come to her defense,” she said, explaining that she was asleep amid the back and forth. “One fight we all fight, that’s how I was raised.”

JT and Cardi’s exchange kicked off after JT congratulated GloRilla on the success of the “Tomorrow 2” single but left collaborator Cardi B’s name out of the post. The spat happened just weeks after Cardi rival Nicki Minaj put JT on the “Super Freaky Girl (Queen Mix).”

“They arguing about ‘Super Freaky Girl Remix.’ B#### I got left off ‘Bad and Boujee’ she added, referencing the infamous Migos meme. “The queen ain’t call me…and I ain’t know nothing about the remix.”

Furthermore, according To Yung Miami, JT never mentioned she had a song with Nicki Minaj.

“So, when that situation came on Twitter, and they was arguing about the song, it’s like why insert myself. That situation had absolutely nothing to do with me,” she said. Ultimately, Yung Miami believes, “that was between JT and Cardi.”

City Girls Fans Divided

However, City Girls fans are divided over the clip, with some dragging Yung Miami for not backing JT. Others believe she did the right thing by staying neutral. Check out some of the reactions below.

Travis Scott Arrested For Alleged Fight In Paris Hours After Asking Cops For Help

Travis Scott is in hot water with the law again after getting arrested in Paris following an alleged fight with his bodyguard. Cops were called to his swanky hotel in the French capital at around 5 a.m. Friday (August 9) after the rapper reportedly got into an altercation, per NBC.

Footage of the arrest surfaced online, showing Scott in handcuffs while sitting in the back of a police car.

“I can confirm that on August 9, 2024, police officers were called to the George V hotel and arrested the rapper nicknamed Travis Scott for assaulting a security guard,” the Paris prosecutor’s officer said in a statement. “The security guard had intervened to separate the rapper from his bodyguard. The Paris public prosecutor’s office has referred the case to the 1st district of the judicial police.”

A police source told Daily Mail that Travis Scott was under the influence at the time of the arrest. “He was not in the right condition to be questioned straight away,” the source said. “So was put in a cell where he is still sobering up.”

It was a different story earlier in the evening for Travis Scott, who asked the police for assistance just hours before his arrest. He asked to help manage the fans following him following Team USA’s win over Serbia in the men’s basketball semi-final.

The Paris altercation comes after bodycam footage of Travis Scott’s Miami arrest emerged online. In June, cops nabbed the rapper following an alleged “disturbance on a yacht.” Miami police reportedly charged him with disorderly intoxication and trespassing.

Martin Luther King Jr.’s Daughter Slams Donald Trump’s MLK Comparison

Donald Trump incurred the wrath of Martin Luther King Jr.’s daughter, Bernice, after boasting he drew a bigger crowd at his January 6, 2021 rally than the civil rights leader did when he made his iconic “I have a dream” speech during the March on Washington.

On Thursday (August 8), Trump was asked whether he considered the end of his term as a peaceful transfer of power in light of the violence of the January 6 insurrection.

“The biggest crowd I’ve ever spoken before was that day,” he said at the news conference at his Mar-a-Lago estate. “If you look at Martin Luther King, when he did his speech, his great speech, and you look at ours. Same real estate, same everything. Same number of people, if not, we had more.”

Trump then compared his rally outside the White House that preceded the violence at the Capitol to King’s “I Have a Dream” speech.

“We actually had more people,” he said while acknowledging that official estimates put his crowd size as significantly smaller than Dr. King’s.

Donald Trump’s MLK Claims Fact-Checked

An estimated 250,000 people showed up to watch Dr. King speak at the 1963 March on Washington. By contrast, the House Select Committee investigation estimated Trump’s January 6 speech drew in an estimated 53,000 people.

However, Trump’s remarks were swiftly fact-checked by multiple people, including Dr. King’s daughter Bernice King. “Absolutely not true,” she wrote on X (Twitter). “I really wish that people would stop using my father to support fallacy.”

The NAACP also shared crowd images from both days, slamming Trump’s comparison.

“Not only is that completely false, but here’s what is more important: MLK’s speech was about democracy. Trump’s was about tearing it down,” the post read.

Other users also shared comparison shots of Donald Trump and MLK’s crowd, with one posting an aerial view.

The Daily Show host Michael Kost ripped Trump’s MLK comparison.

Let’s be careful comparing yourself to Martin Luther King here,” he said during Thursday’s episode.“I know you were both investigated by the FBI but that’s about it. Do not try to say that you were more popular.”

Big Sean Announces Album Delay With Hilarious Skit Following Alleged Leak

Big Sean has confirmed he is pushing back his Better Me Than You album.

The Detroit rapper was scheduled to release his sixth solo album on Friday, August 9. However, a Kanye West fan leaked an unfinished version in retaliation for a perceived diss on a recent freestyle.

To sweeten the blow for his disappointed fans, the Detroit rapper announced the deal with a hilarious skit featuring social media star Jordan Howlett, aka Jordan The Stallion

Around the scheduled release time, Big Sean posted a video confirming the delay. “So yeah, the album didn’t drop,“ he began before adding he might release it “some days from now.”

He went on to explain that his last song, “On Up,” a tribute to his son Noah, made him realize that he lacks the skills to cook for his family.

“So my best bet is to ask Jordan,” he said before copying the influencer’s signature zoom-in. Jordan gave Sean a dressing down, transforming the rapper’s “Matcha latte” style into his own “lose-lose wardrobe” of a denim shirt tucked into sweatpants.

In another skit, Jordan joked that Big Sean delayed the album because he was waiting for a verse from the TikTok star.

While people speculated Kanye West was behind the album leak, Big Sean refused to believe the rumors.

Someone told me Ye did it,” he said on Instagram Live last month. “I know Ye ain’t did that. I know he ain’t. Ain’t no f###### way.”

“All the projects, I been there since Graduation,” Sean added. “I know he wouldn’t do that, that’s trash. So whoever did do that, just know it did f### me up.”

Latto Accused Of Dissing Ice Spice On “Sugar Honey Ice Tea” Album

Latto has just dropped her eagerly anticipated album, and her fans are eating it up, claiming she separated herself from her rivals, including Ice Spice, who many believe received a shot or two on the album.

The Atlanta representative was trending in the top spot on X (Twitter) after dropping Sugar Honey Ice Tea at midnight on Friday (August 9). Fans couldn’t get enough of the project, praising her rap skills and the elevation of her craft.

“As expected, Latto’s album served,” one fan declared. “Idk why ppl acting surprised like latto doesn’t have the skills to rap circles around the “lap-dogs” lol.”

The “lapdog” remark was a nod to a line on “Settle Down,” which fans speculated was a shot at Ice Spice. The pair have exchanged jabs multiple times in the past.

“Got these b###### waiting for me to drop,” Latto raps. “Know they probably waiting on me to flop/You was just a fan before you popped/I don’t even know you, how we ops?”

She added, “Lap dog better not think she getting off the leash with me.”

“S/O To Me” also caused a stir with rumored shade towards several of the rappers Latto had public spats with in the past.

Additionally, one person suspected a reference to an empty fridge on “Shrimp & Grits” was a Nicki Minaj sub.

Latto On Potential Ice Spice Battle

Nonetheless, Latto isn’t above subbing her rivals on wax and believes it’s part of the game.

“Everybody gon’ take their lil jabs in the music, and it’s not even that serious to me; I feel like you should do that,” she explained during an interview with Billboard last month. “Continue to! But as far as actual whole dis records to each other, I don’t think she would even want to do that. I feel like… would it even make sense? It wouldn’t.”

However, Latto doesn’t believe she will ever face Ice Spice in a Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar-style battle.

“If I was to do [a battle], it would have to be with somebody I feel like Imma go t## for tat with,” Latto said. “I really don’t mean it as shade. Would she even want to do that? I feel like she’s doing her in her lane. It’s two different types of vibes. I don’t even think she gives me like, ‘Oh, she wants to engage in an actual rap beef.’”

Yung Miami Explains Silence On Diddy Lawsuit Allegations: “I Don’t Know That Person”

Yung Miami is opening up about her relationship with Diddy and why she stayed silent amid all the lawsuits and allegations of rape and human trafficking against the fallen mogul.

On Thursday evening (August 8), the former City Girls rapper was in the hot seat for the return of her Caresha Please podcast. Her close friend Saucy Santana asked her why she did not speak up about Diddy on the season 2 premiere.

“I can’t speak on something that wasn’t my experience, and I can’t speak on something that I don’t know. I can’t speak on these allegations because I wasn’t around at the time,” she said, adding “I don’t know that person, and that wasn’t my experience.”

Yung Miami explained that “nobody called to see how I was doing” amid the controversy surrounding Diddy.

“People feel like I was Diddy’s biggest cheerleader, and I made him my brand,” she added. “I met him when he was in another era. I met Diddy when the world was celebrating him and giving him his flowers when he was alive.”

According to Miami, “I was celebrating him with the world,” and now, “everybody’s trying to crucify me for it.”

Yung Miami and Diddy sparked dating rumors in 2021 before confirming their relationship on their podcast the following year.

When asked if she experienced domestic violence at the hands of Diddy, the mother-of-two said she suffered abuse in the past and “would never put myself in that situation again.'”

Yung Miami Confirms Split From Diddy

Yung Miami confirmed she and Diddy are over, and the allegations “really hurt me.”

“Because I just feel like Puff was a really, really good person to me. I feel like he came and he helped me; he elevated me,” she said. Nonetheless, “when all of these things came out, I just needed to take a break and focus on what’s important and it was just me and my career and my family.”

As for Diddy, Miami added, “let him navigate and figure it out on his own because I can’t get caught up in that.”

After the show aired, Yung Miami shared a clip on Instagram of Santana praising her for staying “so strong” as everybody “turned on you.”

“Tested & counted out,” she captioned her post. “I stood on all 10 & watch the world flip on me. We all go through some s### I just went through mine in front of the world. I let all the narratives run cause a lie is more entertaining than the truth. Thank you to everybody that’s supporting me through this journey.”

Lil Pump Degrades VP Kamala Harris In Yet Another Pro-Trump Rant

Lil Pump continues to pledge his allegiance to Donald Trump, this time with an Instagram video aimed at Vice President Kamala Harris.

The one-hit wonder took his thoughts to Instagram Live on Thursday (August 8) and told his 13.9 million followers he will leave the country if Harris wins the presidency. In the process, he degraded Harris, saying, “I swear on my Dad’s grave, if this stupid ass b#### Kamala Harris wins the f###### election, I’m moving out of America. I swore on everything.”

Lil Pump has been riding for Trump for years now. In January, he took his adulation for Donald Trump to another level by getting a tattoo of Trump’s face. He showed off the new ink on his leg in two photos on Instagram with the caption “MAGA.”

He initially pledged his support for Trump during the 2020 presidential race and even appeared on stage with Trump at a campaign rally that year. However, Trump mistakenly referred to the rapper as “Lil Pimp.”

“I appreciate everything you’ve done for our country,” Pump told Trump at the rally. “You brought the troops home and you’re doing the right thing. MAGA!”

In November 2023, Trump shouted out Lil Pump at a campaign rally in Florida. Trump said Pump was “one of the few” artists who publicly vouched for the twice-impeached politician. Lil Pump reaffirmed his support for Trump a month later. He captioned a picture of himself and Trump on Instagram: “Greatest president of all time.”

More recently, Lil Pump hared a photo of himself wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat with the caption, “If you vote for Kamala you ain’t black.” Someone quickly reminded him neither is he.

Kid Cudi Warns His Twitter Fans About New Instagram Rule He Found Out The Hard Way

Kid Cudi has revealed that his support for his fiancée on social media may have gotten him into digital hot water.

On Thursday (August 8) the “Marijuana” hitmaker took to Twitter to vent his frustrations with an incident that occurred on Instagram, which he described as “lame.” Long story short, Cudi recently posted a flick of a spliff, which we’ll add context to later, and it apparently cost him more than a pesky shadow ban on the Meta-managed app.

“Just found out I got what is called a ‘strike’ from IG becuz I posted a picture of a joint haha,” Kid Cudi wrote in the tweet. “How many pictures have I posted smoking since Ive been on IG? Lame. It’s weed. It’s 2024. Make it make sense.”

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

The photo Kid Cudi is referring to stems from a post in which he was celebrating his partner Lola Abecassis Sartore, who rolled her first-ever spliff for Cudder.

“My girl rolled a joint for me for the first time just how I like it w fronto and the s### was hittin haha,” Cudi wrote in the caption of the post. “Proud of my baby. Ima be honest, I didnt have faith and she proved me wrong. Such a badass woman. Lola, I love you @lolaabecassis I give it [five stars].”

Even though he didn’t share any images or videos of himself smoking, as he mentioned in his tweet, the flick was still enough to get Cudi in trouble, apparently. Nonetheless, a small social media dust-up isn’t going to upset the happy home Cudi and Sartore have created.

In fact, Cudi has frequently used Instagram to gush about his wife-to-be, who is a menswear designer for Louis Vuitton. In April he shared with his followers a photo from the premiere of the “Knuckles” series he stars in along with a heartfelt post remarking on the happiness Sartore brings him.

“My fiancé Lola and me at the Knuckles premiere,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “This amazing woman makes me so happy, she is everything to me and im so excited to share this news w u all. Life is wild, and right when I felt my future was uncertain, it became crystal clear with Lola. Happy Cud in full effect. Styled by @ysl.”

KRS-One Reveals Importance Of “HIP HOP 51 Walk This Way” March

The Hip-Hop Icon Explains Why Hip Hop Is Living And Walking This Way.

While some consider Hip Hop’s 50th year to be solely the year 2023, it’s more culturally accurate to recognize Hip Hop’s 50th year as spanning from August 11, 2023 to August 11, 2024. As we approach the conclusion of this monumental year, we are reminded of how far we have come and how far we still have to go.

From Hip-Hop’s humble beginnings at 1520 Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx to our artistic organization through the Universal Zulu Nation, from DJ innovations and park jams to mixtapes, vinyl records, radio shows, and music television programming; from legendary breakers and artistically genius graffiti writers to globally respected emcees voicing the concerns of urban communities, Hip Hop has “come a long way” in a short period. This development should not be carelessly overlooked or culturally demeaned.

We’ve made it! And no one needs to tell us that we’ve made it, that we’ve survived, and that we’ve overcome great odds and obstacles. We must declare this for ourselves and for our children. This is what the close of Hip Hop’s 50th year means. It signifies victory, maturity, and the establishment of our cultural existence in the world.

For those born into Hip Hop or who simply enjoy “Rap” music, the cultural development of Hip Hop over 50 years might not mean much. But for those of us who remember the birth of original Hip Hop and the struggles we had to overcome to even reach this milestone; for those of us who remain loyal to the original Hip Hop cultural principles of peace, love, unity, and safely having fun as the fundamental reasons for practicing Breakin, Emceein, Graffiti Art, and Deejayin; the close of Hip Hop’s 50th year is far more significant than its beginning. Hip Hop’s 50th year evidences our victory over the streets.

KRS-One To Lead HIP-HOP 51 March For Urban Health & Peaceful Conflict Resolution

It is now, at the close of Hip Hop’s 50th year, that our real preservation work begins. We re-enact the cultural migration of Hip Hop to ritualize our history and further establish Hip Hop’s heritage. This is why we are starting our “march” at 8:00 PM with a private ceremony at 1520 Sedgwick Avenue, passing 1600 Sedgwick Avenue, moving on to Cedar Park, then through the Bronx, arriving at Crotona Park around 12:00 PM. From there, we proceed to Newark, New Jersey, for our closing festival at the Temple of Hip Hop.

This route re-enacts Hip Hop’s cultural migration from its birthplace through its park jams to its commercial success out of New Jersey with the Sugar Hill Gang, and it concludes at Hip Hop’s new global cultural center, the Temple of Hip Hop, in Newark, New Jersey.

With a healthy respect for our victorious past and an eye toward our glorious future, it is clear that only we have taken care of us, only we can take care of us, and only we will take care of us! Peace, love, unity, and safely having fun amongst ourselves; these are the practices we need for our next 50 years to be even more victorious than the last. We owe this to our future.

Remember, we are not just doing Hip Hop; we are Hip Hop! Rap is something we do; Hip Hop is something we live! See you next year.

[Editor’s note, KRS-One does not use a dash in Hip-Hop, as typically represented in AllHipHop’s styleguide. Nevertheless, we live this thing of ours.]

Chrisean Rock Facing Eight Years In Prison On Drug-Related Charges

Chrisean Rock is facing eight years in prison following her June arrest and extradition to Oklahoma on drug-related charges.

Arrest documents viewed by AllHipHop show she’s currently being held at the Northeast Oklahoma Community Corrections Center in Vinita. The polarizing star has been charged with failure to have a tax stamp affixed on control dangerous substances (CDS) and possession of CDS with the intent to distribute. Each charge carries a potential four-year sentence.

Rock’s legal battle continued in June, when she was arrested at Blueface’s court hearing in Los Angeles and was extradited back to Oklahoma because she had a warrant out for her 2022 arrest on drug charges.

Rock was at the courthouse to support Blueface, the father of her child, as he dealt with his own legal issues. She was quickly apprehended on a felony fugitive warrant out of Oklahoma, where she was wanted for a probation violation in a drug case.

Blueface’s manager Wack 100 said at the time, “I think within the next 30 days, they got 45 days to transport her. If they come get her … they’ll fly her over there. So, the faster she gets over there, the faster she’ll be home. It’s not like she’s gonna do some years, be incarcerated for a long time.

“The minute you hear Rock is in Oklahoma, [she’s in] custody. Probably within 10 days of that, best case, she’ll be home. Or the judge might give her a little time: months, couple of months, whatever they do. Either way, we’ll see her before Christmas. We’ll see her before the summer’s up. She’ll be alright … She’s in the same situation Blueface is in.”

Blueface is also behind bars at the Men’s Central Jail in Los Angeles, leaving their nearly one-year-old child without either of his parents.

Yung Miami Suggests New “Caresha Please” Episode Will Double As Diddy Tell-All

City Girls rapper Yung Miami broke her silence on her Diddy romance amid his mounting legal issues.

On Thursday (August 8), Yung Miami addressed her two million Twitter followers with a message accompanied by a trailer for the latest episode of her Caresha Please podcast with Saucy Santana on REVOLT TV.

In the trailer for the podcast, Saucy Santana doesn’t tread lightly and dives deep right away, questioning Yung Miami about her relationship with the disgraced Bad Boy Records mogul, in addition to pressing her about her silence during the onslaught of sexual assault allegations Diddy has been at the center of this year.

In the brief tweet, the “Act Up” rapper further stoked flames by seemingly alluding to the difficulty it took for her to do the podcast from a forthcoming and transparent standpoint.

“This wasn’t easy, My Truth, My side, MY STORY,” she wrote. “But I’m ready for the smoke! TONIGHT @ 8pm EST on @REVOLTTV #CareshaPlease.”

In an interview with PEOPLE, Yung Miami detailed both her decision to return to REVOLT following Diddy’s separation from the company, along with her choice to address their relationship on her podcast.

“I felt like this was something REVOLT had to go through as well,” she said. “I considered [leaving] it, but at the end of the day, it’s a Black-owned media company and I built a relationship with them — it just felt comfortable and I just felt safe.

“I want to be able to answer all the questions that people may have. I’m ready to answer everything, tell my story, tell my truth, tell my feelings and tell what I’ve been going through.”

The podcast marks the first time Yung Miami has publicly addressed her connection to Diddy in depth since his mansions were raided back in March. Despite her silence, the Florida native was linked to several unsavory allegations as a result of numerous legal filings in which Diddy was named.

In addition to being accused of receiving $250,000 per month, Yung Miami was named in legal docs that allege she agreed to transport a drug known as “pink cocaine” from Miami to Virginia on Diddy’s private jet.

Though Yung Miami’s team has since suggested they had evidence to debunk the allegations, she has remained fairly tight-lipped about her relationship with Diddy — until now.

Diddy and Yung Miami were first romantically linked in the summer of 2021. Rumors about their relationship began circulating after they were spotted together at various events and on vacation. In June 2022, Yung Miami confirmed their relationship during an episode of her podcast Caresha Please in which Diddy appeared as a guest.

The two described their relationship as casual and fun, with Diddy stating they were dating and having a good time, while also emphasizing that they were both single and free to date others.

Kanye West’s Ex-Chief Of Staff Initiated Contact With Nitrous Dentist YesJulz Says

YesJulz is speaking out with a bold claim following the bombshell nitrous oxide addictions Kanye West’s former chief of staff recently made.

Earlier this week, Milo Yiannopoulos made a number of claims about West’s alleged use of nitrous gas in an affidavit accompanying a complaint against a celebrity dentist. In the legal filing, Yiannopoulos said Thomas P. Connelly, the dentist who installed Ye‘s titanium grill, is complicit in “the unlawful supply of enormous quantities of nitrous gas to a wealthy, famous patient for explicitly recreational use.”

Yiannopoulos also accused Connelly of allegedly hiring an individual to cause bodily harm to him. However, now, YesJulz is pushing back on Milo’s claims after being named in the affidavit and is alleging that Yiannopoulos played a role in connecting Ye to Connelly.

“Riddle me this hero, who suggested for him to get the grill in the first place?” YesJulz questioned Yiannopoulos in a lengthy tweet. “When I was told to book the appointment I expressed my concerns & pushed back twice asking if he was sure he wanted to do it. I was told that the decision was made, he was sure it was what he wanted and to do not question it again.”

In another portion of the rant, YesJulz alluded to her dismissal from Yeezy as a ploy by Yiannopoulos to takeover control of West’s business dealings and life at large.

“I wasn’t around to even know whether or not your claims about addiction were real – let alone be in a position where I could actually help IF that were the case,” she wrote. “YOU made sure of that bc you knew the last time a plot like this was unfolding, I was there and actually did something about it.”

YesJulz sent a message to Yiannopoulos, demanding he remove her from any future legal filings. She also went on to share a number of tweets on her personal profile accusing Yiannopoulos of harassment and allegedly attempting to have her children seized from her. In the process, she shared screenshots of text exchanges with Yiannopoulos in which he uses racial slurs and other abusive language.

Bhad Bhabie Posts Photo Of Allegedly Abusive Boyfriend Sucking On Her Ear

Bhad Bhabie—real name Danielle Bregoli—is apparently back on good terms with the father of her child, LeVaughn.

On Wednesday (August 7), the former Atlantic Records signee shared a photo to her Instagram Stories showing him sucking on her ear. Of course the image raised some eyebrows considering it’s been only a month since Bhad Bhabie accused him of physically assaulting her.

Bhad Bhabie made the allegations in July and shared surveillance video of the alleged beatings and injuries she sustained. The clip was captured at 4:30 a.m. local time on June 30 and shows Bhad Bhabie being thrown to the ground. She also shared images of her injuries, revealing a badly bruised eye and abrasions on her face.

“This man think he gonna take my daughter from me!!” she wrote in another post. “Say what ever you want but tryna take my baby is crazy.”

Bhad Bhabie shared a video of her and her baby daddy Le Vaughn kissing in a passionate makeout session on her stories on Tuesday night.

Bhad Bhabie later claimed she loves LeVaughn and insisted he was seeking help. She also downplayed the alleged abuse, saying it doesn’t happen often.

“I love that man more than I love myself and it’s honestly really sad,” she said. “But unfortunately this is real life. I know the easy way out is to leave and that’s better said than done. This doesn’t happen this extreme often, but LV definitely has a problem. He’s going to get the help he needs.

“Right now there’s no room for mistakes. And he knows that. Who ever says they are there for me will b supportive of me no matter what I choose to do. Y’all know I give a mf hell but there’s no excuse for that at all what so ever. My point in sharing this wasn’t to attack him, it was for him to see what he does is wrong and too take accountability and make a REAL CHANGE.”

After Bhad Bhabie and LeVaughn were photographed hugging and kissing at a Beverly Hills restaurant days later, there was more trouble in paradise. On July 29, she wrote another post that described him as a gold digger: “@xgamelv looking for a bbl Latina hoe must be rich and have a house and cars he can use.”

Whatever the case, Bhad Bhabie continues to post the ups and downs of their relationship on social media. Check out the latest above.
