On Saturday while meeting and signing autographs for fans, Kid Cudi suddenly passed out.
Now video has surfaced from the North Coast Music Festival of the rapper falling to the floor, which he blames on lack of eating prior to the show.

Atlanta Black Gay Pride, the country’s leading LGBTQ annual pride completed their annual weekend celebration with the 3rd Annual Pure Heat Community Festival. The festival included a special award presentation to Grammy Award winning singer, Faith Evans. A number of celebrities including, Tameka Raymond, Claudia Jordan & Gary Hayes (Rickey Smiley Morning Show); Towanda Braxton, and Chyna (WeTV LA Hair) came out to support the LGBTQ community.
Bishop Oliver Clyde Allen and Rashad Burgess presented Faith Evans with the 2014 Humanitarian Award. R&B group Havok Jones serenaded Faith Evans with a cover of her classic, “Soon As I Get Home”. The festival didn’t just stop with music, but also featured female impersonator CiCi; a Greek Stroll Competition; Hair Battles and the crowd favorite, J-Sette Competition. The Pure Heat Community Festival also brought awareness to the epidemic of HIV/AIDS, and which advocated campaigns towards human rights, education, health & wellness, and homelessness.

(AllHipHop Features) In the final part of AllHipHop.com’s interview, Trick Daddy shares his thoughts on more topics related to the Miami-Dade County representative. One of the those points covers a statement from rising MIA star Denzel Curry featured in the recent The Field: Miami documentary.
During a segment of the film, Curry expressed his belief there is a lack of support for his city’s new school from some of its homegrown Hip Hop veterans. Trick offers his own opinion about whether he should be personally backing every new Miami star. He also touches on his past issues with South Florida transplant Lil Wayne, the state of the music industry, and his future entertainment ventures as well.

In The Field there was a moment where Denzel Curry said he felt like a lot of the veteran rappers from Miami don’t really support the new artists. Do you feel like that’s true?
I don’t feel like that’s true at all, and I don’t think he meant it like that. First of all, there’s too many n***as trying to be rappers. They need to try and be something else.
The girls used to want to be teachers and nurses. Now they want to be models and strippers. The dudes used to want to be football players, basketball players, doctors, and lawyers. Now they wanna be drug dealers, killers, or rappers. Everybody can’t be a rapper.
Another thing. My momma got eleven kids with ten different men. With that being said, ain’t nobody ever gave me s**t. Don’t nobody owe me s**t. I don’t owe nobody else s**t. Nobody gives nobody nothing. If you want to be respected as a rapper, make some good rap music.
So when you say, “support the rap artists,” everybody that wants to be a rapper, I’m supposed to support it? Even if I feel like he can’t rap? What if I feel like his songs are wack? Even if I feel like his jeans are too tight?
Are there any particular rappers out now that you do support? Anyone that you feel is representing music the way you think it should be represented?
Yeah, there’s new up-and-coming artists. There’s a lot of them. Busta Free has a good record. He has a good system that he’s working under. There’s Chaos, Young Quay, Mike Smiff, YD.
The record companies are not giving them a chance to be known on a national level, let alone world-wide, because the deals they’re offering them is bulls**t. The new rappers, if they ain’t careful, are gonna get “Trinidad Jamesed.”
Trinidad James came out with his own style, his own sound. Everybody respected it. Then he signed to a major label, and then they did the remix to his song. They put three of their favorite artists on the remix and didn’t put him on the remix. Now he’s been cut from the label, and his career is probably done if he’s not lucky.
Now you’re not getting your record played in the club [in Miami]. The DJs on South Beach are from out of the city, state, and country. The only local DJs here work at the radio stations, and they’re only allowed to play the records the program directors tell them to play. Then you have strip club DJs. DJ Khaled blew up and got big, but DJ Khaled is from New Orleans, by way of Orlando. He’s not from Miami.
Speaking of Khaled, he’s with Cash Money. You’ve said that you and Lil Wayne never had any personal issues with each other, but have you had the chance to sit down and talk to each other since he made those comments about Miami?
That’s a man law to address any differences or hearsay to remove all doubt. That’s a man law. That’s something that you’re supposed to do – look a man in his eye. You gotta have men around you to keep you on that level.
There’s a lot of people around these certain individuals that are groupies, “mini-mes,” “me-toos,” and “yes men.” They’re not gonna tell him, “Well, you’re down in Miami. People think you and Trick are beefing. Why don’t y’all set up something? Y’all ain’t gotta be friends, but just holla at him.” It’s none of that. Everybody’s cockblocking. Everybody’s jockeying for position.
[Someone may say,] “Man I wanna do [a party with] Trick and Lil Wayne at KODs.” [Someone else will say,] “Oh no, just do Lil Wayne by himself cause they don’t get along. Plus, Trick got all those thugs with him. They’re gonna start something.” That’s how the game is.
That’s why me and Lil Wayne never sat down… actually, I spoke to Baby. Slim is like a big brother/uncle to me and one of my favorites from the Cash Money camp. I think they have a lot of respect for me, and I have a lot of respect for them. So I don’t think there’s nothing to talk about. It was just some issues that were brought up that I felt like I had to say something about. Other than that, it’s cool. I’m not beefing with nobody.
What’s going on with your reality show?
I start filming next week. I’m actually filming some sizzle reel and some other extra stuff starting next week. I want to get it picked up, but if we can’t, I’ll just film all of it and then send it to a network.
I don’t want nobody making me look corny. If I had opportunities to be in a movie I’m not going to be the homosexual in the movie. I’m not going to be the snitch in the movie. I’m not going to be addicted to drugs or alcohol in the movie I’m gonna be me in the movie.
I have a problem with somebody telling me do this or do that. That’s what’s wrong with TV and music these days, cause nobody tries nothing different. Everybody does what the last person did that worked.
Do you have plans to release new music anytime soon?
I’m actually working on music right now. I have a song called “That’s Why We Pray” featuring Kelly Rowland, and I have a song called “Thinking About You” featuring the legendary Michael Sterling.
If you notice, on my features I don’t get the new hot dude. I’m not paying $150,000 for a feature. I’m not doing that, so I’m not gonna get the new hot guy. But I do get the people who I deal with. In the past – on my last eight albums – everybody that I featured I got the person that fit the criteria what the song was about.
My favorite R&B singer is – because she’s so hood and so ghetto and I love her – that’s probably my next move is to try and get Fantasia. I’m f**king with Rich Homie Quan cause I can relate to his music. And Jeezy and Scarface. Jeezy is my brother from another mother, and Scarface is my big brother/uncle as well. So I will always f**k with those guys. Out of everybody else, I f### with Boosie and Yo Gotti.
It’s a very few of them, because I don’t wanna do music with a dude who gets on a record talking about he’s dope dealing, he a real n****a, and then when I see him he shakes my hand. Don’t shake my hand, real n***as give dap. He’s talking proper on interview and talking ignorant on the record. You’re getting into character? You’re making these kids think it’s cool, but you’re making a fool out of them.
Like some of these dudes with college credits getting on a record speaking like I speak. I don’t say “children.” I say “chillren.” I’m working on music just unfortunately the new hot producers, they get caught being groupies, and all the rappers that are hot now get the good tracks. After while, all the music sounds alike.

A Coalition of the NAACP, Nation of Islam, Black Lives Matter and coast-to-coast protesters convened in Ferguson 0ver the Labor Day weekend. AllHipHop found that the movement is at a proverbial fork in the road, that may lead the youth to just go straight ahead.

Over the weekend, the protest marching resumed in Ferguson – right at the spot where 18-year-old, unarmed Mike Brown was slain by a Ferguson, MO police officer. The apartment complex of Canfield.
AllHipHop reps hit the ground to report on this continuing movement for justice.
Groups of caring, active people traversed the United States to convene in Ferguson. Folks from Los Angeles drove over 30 hours and commercial buses from New York City traveled 19 hours for the demonstration. Most of them were new to this particular protest, but came in like reinforcements to push the agenda forward. The Nation of Islam, The New Black Panther Party, NAACP, Black Lives Matter, Hands Up United (a local coalition of Black organizations in Missouri), Black churches and others all participated in the march to combat police brutality and bring about justice in the small town.
None of the supporters of Darren Wilson, the policeman that killed Mike Brown, were present on this day. For many, the August 8 killing is clearly an example of murder, but Wilson – still uncharged – has garnered nationwide support that is largely divided along racial lines. “These racist mother f***ers are giving [Darren Wilson] money and sh*t,” one protestor will yell directly at a gang of police, later in the day.
“Psychologically ‘Hands Up/Don’t Shoot’ is messing with the police. They are realizing, they are shooting people that are unarmed and have their hands up.” – Angry Activist
Regardless of misappropriated fiscal donations, organizers maintain the need to police the police remains.
“The cops started slamming people on the ground and calling the people of this town animals and saying ‘I’ll shoot you, I’ll kill you.’ They started getting real ruthless.” one California-born protester said of the initial protest marching. The technique of “Hands Up/Don’t Shoot” worked, but an aura of intimidation still emanates from many police. The only issue is, these kids ain’t scared.
“Some people think ‘Hands Up’ is weak or powerless, but it is the opposite. Hands up has been f**king with the police, because they can’t do nothing. So the pigs talk a lot of s**t. One night the police surrounded them, but they couldn’t do anything,” one irate activist said under the condition of anonymity. “Psychologically its messing with the police. They are realizing, they are shooting people that are unarmed and have their hands up.”
One observer maintains that the officers have continued to push buttons in subtle, unforgettable ways. They allegedly ran over a stream of roses that were laid out in Mike Brown’s honor and allowed police dogs to urinate on the display as well. This act has not been verified by AllHipHop, but several people confirmed it happened.

These alleged acts of cruelty fuel these youth, referred to collectively as “Lost Voices.”
Lost or not, they are driving the march today, which has drawn over 500 people. And they are not fearful – even as they face a police army.
“The young people were like ‘They got tear gas, we got masks. We kept coming. And we ain’t going nowhere.’ These people have been pushed to the edge,” one New York-based activist said. “From the regular person to street organizations (widely referred to as gangs). They were the main ones like ‘We ain’t leaving.”
Rapper/activist Jasiri X concurred.
“One of the most inspiring things that came out of my trip to Ferguson was seeing the emerging young leaders on the ground doing incredible organizing,” the Pittsburgh MC said, “despite facing a military force every night for almost 3 straight weeks.”
The police continue to have a presence: “They are just ready to pop off. Shooting us is like paintball them.”
On Saturday, the officers of Ferguson were flush red, as protesters stood right at the police department, in their faces yelling. There is a wall of blue, but there are no acts of violence. Good thing looks can’t kill.
Towards the end of the formal march, differences in philosophy caused organizers and the youth to be at odds.
Harmonies of “Singing lift every voice and sing” began to fill the air as the march is lead to a local park with a stage. At that point, the speeches began, to the chagrin of some. Large clumps of people begin to depart.
“For you to take the energy here and take them into a stagnant place..that’s just disrespectful,” one observer said. Nevertheless, elders, children, women and men marched in the downpour never stopping even when soaking wet.
The younger, fired up protesters wanted the movement to keep moving into the wealthier areas, which are like gated communities with no gates.
“These m##### f**kers got the fire of Tupac in them,” another person said. “They are going to work it out, with or without the old guard.”
Eventually, locals and out-of-town activists gathered to feast on tasty barbeque provided by the Hands Up Coalition. There was a sound truck, supplies for people to create large collages, free books for the children and large spray painted lists of both the local and national demands.

2. Immediate arrest of Officer Darren Wilson
3. County Prosecutor Robert McCullough to stand down and allow a Special Prosecutor to be appointed
4. Firing of Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson
5. Immediate de-escalation of militarized policing of peaceful protestors
6. Ensure the protection of the rights of people to assemble and peacefully protest
7. Hold law enforcement officers accountable for excessive use of force on peaceful protests
8. Immediate release of individuals who have participated in their right to assemble and peacefully protest
National
1. Obama to come to Ferguson to meet with the people whose human rights have been violated by aggressive and militarized policing, including the family of the victim–Michael Brown
2. Eric Holder to use the full resources and power of the Department of Justice to implement a nationwide investigation of systemic police brutality and harassment in black and brown communities
3. Ensure transparency, accountability, and safety of our communities by requiring front facing cameras in police departments with records of racial disparities in stops, arrests, killings, and excessive force complaints
4. Immediate suspension without pay of law enforcement officers that have used or approved excessive use of force. Additionally, their personal information and policing history should be made available to the public
In many ways, the continued saga leaves more questions than answers.
Who now leads this movement sparked by – but didn’t start with – the death of Mike Brown?
Who are the real leaders?
Can the old guard and the new leaders work together?
How will the culture of police be dealt with going forward?
How long will it last?
So many more questions. One thing is for certain the youth today – like those young people decades ago – will be present and need to be a driving force.

(AllHipHop News) The Hip-Hop Police are seemingly going hard against rappers and have claimed their latest in Nipsey Hussle.
However, the West Coast G has denied any wrongdoing and a rep says he was treated unjust.
Nipsey was arrested on August 29 in Los Angeles after the raid of a clothing store called Slauson Avenue Clothing.
A probation complaint search was called in and the police allegedly went to the location to answer the complaint. Nipsey was booked on obstructing a peace officer and was unable to perform at the Jay-Z multi-city festival Made In America.
Some have speculated that the arrest was a malicious act against the rapper, but there has been no evidence to support such a notion.
The rapper had something to say via Twitter, claiming “LAPD raiding our flagship clothing store…searching it for hours to find nothing.”

Do you know how much pipe I had to lay to be able to go out of town this past weekend for DJ Kay Slay’s birthday party in New York? So the old guy (me!) went dolo this weekend. Got me a hotel in New York City (just a few blocks from Times Square) at this swank little dig called “The Out NYC.” Little did I know I had made a reservation for a room for four (kinda like a hostel)! But f### it! I’m an adventurist! I roomed with a guy from Japan, a dude from Mexico and a hot, hawt, haught chick from Spain—23-years old who came to America to have fun (and do some “modeling”) Side-eye.
Within a few hours the Mexican guy checked out and the Japanese guy was mostly ghost, leaving me and this Latina chick alone. We hit it off immediately! She was a big hip-hop fan, so we jammed to some tunes on Hot97 and danced a little. After that, she went on a modeling assignment and asked what I was doing later that night. I told her I was going to DJ Kay Slay’s Birthday party on a yacht. Her eyes lit up and asked if she could go. I told her the tickets were $100 a pop and I’d have to call Slay and see if he had anymore left to sell. (I know this chick thought the old guy would come out of pocket just to be in her company, but f### that! Why would I want to bring sand to the beach anyway? I might be 54-years old, but I’ll be a selective sugar-daddy if I have to go that route. I sure wasn’t gonna let a hardly-no-speaking-English chick dupe me out of a Benjamin! Hell no!) She said she had $100 and really wanted to go and after speaking with Kay Slay I told her she could go.
By 12PM I was on the A-Train headed to Harlem. Got Uptown and did some shopping and had dinner at Sylvia’s, the bestest soul food joint in the world! Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, a salad and ice tea. Mmmmm good! Check out the food at Sylvia’s in Harlem!
By 8 o’clock the Spaniard chick and I were back at the hotel by ourselves. Undecided about what to wear, this little 23-year old chick strips down to nothing but a thong and bra—right in front of me! And tries on outfit after outfit and asking for my approval! Wowzers!!!! I must’ve made her change six or seven times just to get a look at those t### and ass! I couldn’t believe the ocular f###### that she treated me too! LOL! If I weren’t married it would’ve been on and crackin’! (Some of you young and thirsty n***as would’ve prolly tried to rape that girl.)
Talk about “old guy gone wild!”—It took everything I could muster up to keep from pushin’ up on her for some stank! And truly, she was a willing participant, even though she’d ask me my age and complimented me for being “very handsome.”
By midnight, we were on a yacht with DJ Kay Slay and a bevy of urban models. Nowhere near the 250 that Kay Slay advertised, but enough to keep the eyeballs working. For some unknown reason I felt kinda pimpish. By now, it became quite clear that this Latina was feelin’ a n***a, so I ratcheted up the game and had the b#### buying me drinks. I dare not spend a dime on this chick, ‘cause she was straight lookin’ for a baller that night (and I seen’t she had hella money in her purse when she gave me a Benjamin to get on the yacht.)

I let her go her way and I went my way. Every now and again we’d bump into each other, hug, laugh, dance a little and make her buy me another drink. I gave no f#### about her after awhile. N****s on that yacht were trying their best to holla at her, dismissing the old guy’s swag. Dudes would saddle up next to us and be “ear hustlin'” (eavesdropping)–trying to figure out an angle to get at her. I just laughed and told a few cats that she’s free for the taking. I had mad-fun! Even though this generation of n***as doesn’t dance, I danced—by myself might I add! When Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot N***a” came on I started doing the “Shmurda” dance and had n***as wildin’! Video cameras taping the lone old guy on the dance floor—“old guy gone wild” and I gave no f#### about people laughing at me. I went into the “Fred Sanford” (you know! When Fred used to put one hand on his heart and the other in the air and say, “’Lizabeth! I’m comin’ to join ya!” [In heaven, I suppose]) and n***as went bonkers! Yeah, I kilt the Shmurda’s dance without ever having done it until that very moment! LOL.
This had been my second Kay Slay boat ride I’d been on. The first was far better! There were more models and even a few celebs in the house like Cam’ron, Ray J and Papoose. I didn’t see anyone of note this go round and many of the models, however beautiful, sat there like a bump-on-a-log and were not accessible for photo opts. I won’t say that Kay Slay had handcuffs on them, but they were at his table and weren’t too interested in mingling. And to top it off, the yacht departed around 12:30AM and docked just before 2:45, hardly the “all night until” as advertised!

By the time we docked my Latina friend had found a man and was off to the Hilton for a night of gut-busting. I caught a cab back to the hotel and slept for 4 hours and made my way to the airport, headed for Atlanta for the 5th Annual Urban Model Awards.
Lots of these urban models, strippers claim they “get money.” Let’s see how many of them show up at an award ceremony meant for them! Let’s see if they’re really a boss ‘cause even a dude like me, who works at the Chicken Shack bossin’ up this weekend—New York on Friday and Atlanta on Saturday—rock star s###!
Atlanta was the s###! My daughter and granddaughter live in Atlanta, so although I was there to turn up at the Urban Model Awards, I was also there to spend time with mi familia. I took my daughter and my nephew (who also lives in Atlanta) with me to the awards. We had a great time. The models were far more friendly and accessible for picture-taking than those stuffy New York models who sat on their phat a#### all night. (I wonder how many of their a#### fell asleep from sitting all night? A chair will make that ass go numb!)

Instead of attending the after-party, I went with my daughter to her aunt’s house for an all-white party that was turnt! Sunday was a rest day, only venturing out with my daughter to eat at “Gladys Knight’s Chicken & Waffles” restaurant and a quick tour through the parking lot of Bishop Eddie “Long-Strokins’” church. I’m sure you remember the scuttleBUTT (pun intended) surrounding Eddie Long and four male ex-members who said ol’ Eddie was boinking them when they were teenagers. Eddie quietly settled those lawsuits and its back to business as usual.
My last night in Atlanta was spent with my daughter partying. We drank and partied and then I had her drop me off at the airport where I had an early Monday flight. That was my adventure.

Was all that p####### plowing and miscellaneous housework worth a trip out of town?You damned skippy! Can’t wait to do it all over next year! Old guys! If your woman won’t let you get out and have some fun, by all means, live vicariously through me! So what did you do over the weekend?
