Sometimes, the biggest songs are inspired by more than the sound. That’s even true for Kanye West, who was inspired to make “Only One” after hearing Paul McCartney’s story of making “Let it Be”. According to Complex, the formal Beatles member said that he wrote the single after seeing his mother in a dream, saying the words “Don’t worry, it’s all going to be fine, just let it be”. McCartney’s mom passed away prior to him writing “Let it be”.

Kanye and Paul McCartney have recently been in news since for their collaborations. So far, we’ve heard them release “FourFiveSeconds”,”Only One”, and the hit single “All Day”.
