Mini-Series On Tupac’s Enemy “Haitian Jack” Is In Production

HAITIAN JACK’S COMING TO THE SMALL SCREEN

(AllHipHop News) Director Benny Boom may be finishing up the “All Eyez on Me” documentary about rapper Tupac, but he’s already working on his next move.

Benny Boom has signed on to direct a mini-series centered on the life of controversial figure Jacques “Haitian Jack” Agnant.

The series will center around Haitian Jack’s drug dealing days in Brooklyn, and his rise to notoriety within hip-hop circles.

Tupac claimed that Agnant was an FBI informant and he believed Haitian Jack set him up, leading the way to his rape charges and subsequent jail time in 1995.

Tupac name checked Haitian Jack, Jimmy Henchman and others on his classic track “Against All Odds.”

“Haitian Jack’s story is extraordinary and the opportunity to explore his life through a television series is incredible. Crimes, drugs violence, and music as told through his experiences will be a groundbreaking moment for television,” Director Benny Boom said.

Former Interscope Executive/ Radar Pictures CEO Ted Field is on board, along with “Straight Outta Compton” writer Alan Wenkus.
