Unedited Director’s Cut Of Irv Gotti’s ‘Tales’ TV Series Premieres On Tidal (VIDEO)

WATCH THE HIP HOP ANTHOLOGY IN ITS RAWEST FORM ON THE STREAMING PLATFORM

(AllHipHop News) A director’s cut of the popular BET series Tales is now available on Tidal.

The show’s executive producer, Irv Gotti, uses the streaming platform to provide exclusive insight into the creative process and the Hip Hop songs that inspired each episode.

“Anyone who knows me, knows I’m a rated R guy and this anthology is meant to be explicit, raw, violent, and sexual,” says Gotti. “Even those who’ve seen the BET version will want to watch on Tidal to see the true vision I had for these episodes – it will be a completely different experience!”

Tidal subscribers can watch “F**k tha Police” [based on N.W.A’s “F-ck tha Police”], “Cold Hearted” [based on  Meek Mill’s “Cold Hearted”], and “A Story To Tell” [based on  The Notorious B.I.G.’s “I Got a Story to Tell”].

Tales features appearances by Boris Kodjoe, Nafessa Williams, Keith Powers, Woody McClain, Jennifer Freeman, Elise Neal, Lance Gross, Matthew Noszka, Chet Hanks, Clifton Powell, Christian Robinson, MC Lyte, Lil Duval, DC Young Fly, and Rico Ball.

Additional episodes will be available on Tidal one month after their BET premiere.

Tales is expected to return to the cable network in October.
