Justin Love – “Songs For Women”

Making a name for himself as a writer, Clifside, NJ native Justin Love is no stranger to the spotlight. He’s also no stranger to the female gender, which he makes perfectly clear on his latest release “Songs For Women”. Originally written for Ty Dolla $ign, this one is all about Candy, who has a man, but Justin knows has the same feelings for him that he has for her. Produced by KB, the popular Cameo sampled track gets an original twist as Love has incorporated his own movement, TYG, into the atmosphere, which to be blunt, stands for “Take your girl”. This one lives on his new release, “Dreams Of Love”, available now.

T.dOt – “StrghtFrmB$$”

Introducing himself to the world, Kileen, Texas native T.d0t keeps things to the imagination as he unveils the dark visuals for his song “StrghtFrmB$$”. The GK V!$!on directed track finds T.d0T keeping himself deep in the cut as he spouts wisdom bars over a Gh$tboy production which is more reminiscent of a raw hip-hop sounds straight out of the mid 90’s. While this is just a start, look for more to come from the gritty rhyme-slayer as he plans on dropping visuals and singles over the coming months to continue his onslaught on the game. Look for this to live on his upcoming project of the same name, “StrghtFrmB$$”, dropping late July of this year.

Brenton – “I’m Cool”

For the first single off his upcoming mixtape, Brenton let’s loose a soulful summer jam entitled “I’m Cool” over a vintage 9th Wonder production. “I’m Cool” surrounds Brenton’s comfort level in an era of music that’s not easy to navigate. Relying more on his lyrics while letting the beat play as his tempo, he carries himself with a charisma filled confidence that is rare to find in the industry these days. As he continues to cement himself firmly in the game, we are sure to see more releases from the New York native who’s transplanted his talents in Miami. Look for his next project to release in the near future, with more tracks on the way soon.

Chicago emcee Jody Duff links with Jay 2 for a new collaborative effort, where they are known as the alias The Thrill, to bring us an appropriately titled track they are calling “Nothing Can Stop Us”. The Dixie Hype produced cut boasts an eerie vibe and finds Jody keeping his murderous mantra in tact to kill every beat he touches, with Jay picking up right where he leaves off. This one is attached to Duff’s upcoming Kel$o EP, which is scheduled for release later this month. In the mean-time, look for more songs and visuals to drop sooner than that.
