BEYONCE
People were trying to tell me that Beyonce ain’t have no wardrobe malfunction. I’m not going to post it, but I’ve seen several images of a slip here and a slip there. You must learn! Anyway, B is taking a hit in a lot of ways after her raunch performance at the Grammys.
Still, these two are winning.

But…some people are just going to hate though.

OLD “NO H###” TWEETS BIT MACKLEMORE IN THE A###!
Everybody is on MackyMore’s johnson right now because he beat Kendrick Lamar. But, nobody cares that he beat Drake. Anyway, moving along, Macklemore has been the dude that thought he might be gay when he was a kid and is now the poster child for a kinder, gentler Hip-Hop. Nevertheless, he’s apparently got some tweets that suggest he’s had some homophobic tendencies in the past. To me, this is almost meaningless, but it (if they are real) suggested his mind has evolved since 2009. Now that I think about it, 2009 isn’t that long ago.

The Gay community is looking like:

Sucks for the farm owner…
A bunch of cows nearly lifted the roof off their barn when their farts combined and activated. According to AP, the explosion was caused by the methane released in their gas.
Police say that a static electric charge triggered the detonation, and a spurt of flame, at the farm in Germany. The roof was slightly damaged and one cow suffered minor burns but no humans were hurt.
Ninety cows were kept in the shed and it wasn’t clear why enough methane had built up to cause the explosion. Bovine burps and flatulence release large quantities of the gas.

What the hell am I doing with my life? Apparently, there’s a new fad in Korea called gastronomic voyeurism where people are paying to watching people eat via web cam. One woman, referred to as “The Diva,” does this for up to three hours a day and said the people who watch her are people who can’t eat much for various reasons, so they live vicariously through her. They also have the options to chat with her or send virtual balloons, which translates to money.
She quit her day job because she makes about $9,000 a month.
This is already creepy as it is but I’m pretty sure there are perverts and horny toads out there watching this for other reasons.
About those rumors circulating that Love and Hip-Hop star Amina Buddafly is pregnant…
We’ve been hearing industry chatter that she is knocked up and that all isn’t rosey in loveland between she and Peter Gunz but both parties are keeping it mum on whether it’s true or not most likely because they’re under contract.
Hip Hollywood caught up with Amina, who says viewers will find out soon enough.
“I can’t really talk about that yet because that’s something that’s going to be revealed on the show still. People have to stay tuned and watch to see really what’s going on,” she said.
She also added a shady tidbit about their relationship.
“We’re still together. We’re still married. It’s rocky, but we’re working it out. I love him,” she said.
In other words, she’s probably going to do a 13 year bid like Tara before reaching a real breaking point.
Yesterday I mentioned that some Instagram pics posted by T.I. and Tiny had folks raising eyebrows (on not much basis, though) about the couple possibly headed for a divorce. Sandra Rose said their reps revealed that the couple had no plans of splitting as far as they knew. Reps will say anything to sugar coat though, so it’s better to hear it from actual friends. Enter Tiny’s BFF Shekinah. She hopped on Instagram to tell people to cool it on the rumors.

We get it. Shekinah’s a good source but only T.I. and Tiny really know what’s going on with their love. Hopefully they do keep it together, and hopefully there won’t be any “breaks” where random jump offs turn up pregnant.
(AllHiphop Feature) After his October release of his second commercially released album Get Home Safely, Dom Kennedy is quickly becoming one of the preeminent voices in the independent Hip Hop scene. The album was released on Kennedy’s The Other People’s Money Company record label after turning down an offer from Interscope Records. Dom spoke exclusively with AllHipHop about his upcoming tour, potentially never releasing another project for free and more.
AllHipHop: You have said that you wanted Get Home Safely to be timeless. It has been over three months since it came out. How do you think it has lasted over that short period of time?
Dom Kennedy: I feel like it’s doing good. It’s got better. We’ve sold on iTunes and stores consistently selling records. People are picking it up and buying. We haven’t shot no videos really. “South Central Love” being the first video and it was a trailer. But, we have a couple of songs off there we shooting videos for. One coming real, real soon. It’s really just about to be started.
You’re right. You haven’t really started a big push for the album. At one point it was even pushed back. But when it came out it was the only independently released album on the Top 5 Billboard Hip Hop Album Charts. How does that feel to be up there with the Pusha T’s, the Drake’s and you’re the only one independent?
Makes me want to work harder..to be honest. Seeing how close we have….how far we have come to how close we are doing things like that being independent, you know what I mean? Kind of just makes you see, how much more could you push or where could you go. Keep going with it. That’s what keep me going. Seeing things like that keeps me going.
What is your writing process like? How does Dom Kennedy get down to making a song?
It starts with the music off top. I’ll sit around listening to beats with producers. Whoever I’m working with, whether they bringing me beats or we creating something from scratch or any of that. I am always starting with the music. I’m always starting with the music, because that’s going to let me know which direction and where I’m going to go. After that I’m just trying to be apart of the music.
When I found the beat for “Black Bentleys” it wasn’t that it took me to write..it doesn’t take me till 6 in the morning if I start at 11 to write every word. It just takes me a while to figure out what it is that this beat needs me to do and what story I need to tell. That’s moreso what it was is getting the most out of that and making sure that when I’m done with it. I’m done with it. I don’t have nothing about it I feel a different way.
You released music before 2008 but 2008 was when you released your debut mixtape 25th Hour. Also around that time Nipsey Hussle came out with Bullets Don’t Have No Names Vol. 1. Curren$y had his mixtape series. Odd Future and Kid Cudi released debut mixtapes. So many rappers that are nowx major players in the game started in 2008. What was that year like?
It was interesting. It was a unique time. Now looking back on it now it was a unique time. Like you said a lot of people came out around that time and still survived. I’ve been talking about this more recently with people and coming to a realization like that was just a unique window. Its not going to be like that again. Those peope and the people that came through at that time, you know? With the internet and rap trying to get back on its feet and just the music business in general was in a shuffle. It was cracked in a sense that it allowed people like me to get by but I think if you was coming out 2014 and this your first start at it, you can’t do what a Dom Kennedy does.
A recent trend that’s happening is once rappers who get known for mixtapes and consistent mixtape releases get a certain level of notoriety they start releasing them less. Now that you have two commercial albums under your belt already, will you cut back on giving out free projects?
I don’t know. I haven’t really thought about that. The Yellow Album was free, but that was only because it was by choice. I was going into it and that was my mindset. Honestly, after I started making it I knew it was going to be tight and I could sell it and all that but in my mind and in my heart I went in to make this for free. But I don’t know if I’ll ever do a mixtape or something like that–something for free. I don’t really see how it would fit into what I do, especially at this point. The goal is to get better and to go harder. If my next goal is to be 10 times better than Get Home Safely why would I put that out for free if I didn’t put Get Home Safely out for free?
You coming to New York City for Irving Plaza. How you feel?
It’s my first time at Irving Plaza. I’m looking forward to the venue. It’s my first time performing there in New York. We always have a good time. I know it’s cold as sh*t. I’m coming out every night with one goal in mind, just doing my thing. Bringing the album and the feeling that I had, the mindset that I had when making the project to the stage. Obviously I’m going to get into some other songs for the fans, some Yellow Album songs. I’m just looking forward to brining my favorite body of work up to date to this point, Get Home Safely to the stage.
Dom Kennedy is performing tonight at Irving Plaza.
(AllHipHop News) Nasir Jones is one of the greatest emcees to ever pick up a microphone, so when the Queens, New York native mentions your name as one of the rappers he checks for, that is a major co-sign from a legendary artist.

The creator of the classic rap album Illmatic, recently spoke with Bossip, and Nas shared some of the younger rhymers he thinks is killing the game right now,
“Mac Miller’s my man,” said Nas before adding other emcees he’s listening to. “Drizzy, Kendrick, J.Cole. It’s a couple of good fellas out there that I’m feeling.”
Nas famously declared “Hip Hop Is Dead” on his 2006 LP. Eight years later, it appears Esco is more confident in state of the culture.
“[Hip Hop’s] going where it’s supposed to be going in 2014. It’s going in a great direction,” added Nas.

It took us a day to get over our initial shock but we finally pulled ourselves together to bring you our wrap up of the Top 5 moments of music’s big night. It was a very controversial night for Hip-Hop as Macklemore swept, Kendrick Lamar performed, Jay-Z took home a Grammy (can’t forget the lovely Beyonce) and more.

One of the most eclectic blends of the night, it definitely came together quite well. Check out the footage and see for yourself.

Pharrell ran out of acceptance speeches last night. He racked up 3 Grammys, while gaining a lot of Dusty Dan, and Oklahoma State fans.
Not following that, or forgetting this:
Twerk Touce’. At least the night started off well for Hip Hop. The power couple shutdown the stage and left with a pretty toy for Blue.

Schoolboy Q will let the Barber Shops talk about it. You can too.
Props to Macklemore, we guess.
