10 Rap Lines that Make You Say ‘WTF!’

In Hip-Hop there are the lyrics that makes you say “damn, that boy good!” It’s the line you say over and over again during random points in a conversation. You and your friends use it as an exclamation point. Then, there are the lines that you can’t believe made it out of the rapper’s notepad, “They really let them say this!” Just hearing the rhythm makes you feel guilty, dirty or embarrassed a la Lil Wayne’s Emmitt Till debacle. AllHipHop takes a look at 10 lines that made us say “WTF!”

1. “You look so good, I’ll suck on your daddy’s dick” – Notorious B.I.G., “Me and My B####”

Notorious B.I.G. is arguably the greatest MC of all time. A true ladies man, he often bragged about how many women he slept with. However in this line he swings the opposite way. I understand that there are some beautiful women out there, but I think Biggie took it a bit too far with this line.

2. “I made the beat and murdered it/ Casey Anthony” – Childish Gambino, “Bonfire”

Childish Gambino is one of the best new MC’s out. He often has witty punch lines in his songs that make you laugh or think. In this case his use of the controversial Casey Anthony, who was acquitted of murdering her daughter, went a bit far.

3. “I’ll bust a nut inside your eye to show you where I come from”  – Phife Dawg, “Scenario”

Phife Dawg is 1/4 of the legendary Hip-Hop group A Tribe Called Quest. He is widely respected for his lyrical prowess and delivered many of the group’s most memorable lines. This double entendre of a line is not out of his character. This one made us say WTF because the song was frequently played on the radio and wasn’t censored. Nice job Phife, very clever.

4 .”When I was 12, I went to Hell for Snuffing Jesus”  – Nas, “Live at the Bar B Que”

Nas is not afraid to say anything on any song. This is proven on his mainstream debut verse in the song, “Live at the Bar B Que.” Hip-Hop had an unspoken rule. There were three people you didn’t want to diss in a rhyme: Anyone’s mama, Martin Luther King jr and Jesus.

5. “Rape a pregnant b#### and tell them I had a threesome” – Tyler the Creator, “Tron Cat”

Tyler the Creator is the outlandish leader of the Hip-Hop crew Odd Future. Known for his shocking lyrics and antics it isn’t surprising that he would say something controversial, but this one takes the cake.

6. “Eazy’s dick is smelling like MC Ren’s s###” – Ice Cube, “No Vaseline”

Ice Cube was still heated after leaving N.W.A group over financial issues. His former groupmates – Eazy E, Dr. Dre and MC Ren – had dissed him in numerous songs. So Cube answered back with “No Vaseline.” This line made you look at Eazy and Ren a little different.

7. “I came in your Bentley backseat/Skeeted in your Jeep/ Left condoms on your baby seat” – Jay-Z, “Super Ugly”

Jay-Z is beast when it comes to battling MC’s. When Jay and Nas got into it, it is arguably the greatest Hip Hop battle ever. This song was rarely heard, but for those who heard it, it changed the outcome of the battle. Especially with personal lines like this.

8. “Bringing home the bacon, I’m f###### Miss Piggy” – Lil’ Wayne, “Faded”

Lil’ Wayne is the head of the record label Young Money records. Known for clever punch lines and his unique flow, a lot of his lines are hit or miss. This one makes you say “What did he just say?” followed by “YUCK!!!!”

9. “I rob Pun without a gun/Snatch his piece and run/That n#### weigh 400lbs how he gonna catch me son”- 50 Cent, “How to Rob”

50 Cent, the leader of G-Unit, came in to the Hip-Hop game with guns blazing. On the track “How to Rob” 50 goes after everyone in the music industry from Jay-Z to Brian McKnight to Kurt Franklin. When he made fun of the overweight MC from the Bronx you couldn’t help but laugh, but you felt wrong doing it.

10. “Saying f### school and dropping out like a miscarriage” – Hopsin, “Ill  Mind of Hopsin 5”

Hopsin is part of the new class of up and coming MC’s. He isn’t your typical rapper, hence why he doesn’t say typical rap things. He is a lyrical black skateboarder who tells the truth. People said “WTF” to this line because anytime you rip on a kid, babies or pregnant women no good can come out of it.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Ice-T Kills The Rumors!

Man, I hate these Ice-T rumors. If he’s reading this, I hope he knows that. So, I have good news to report. I ignored a very silly rumor that stated that Ice-T was going to divorce Coco over the AP.9 stuff. Had it seemed remotely valid, I would have posted it. But, the lie was so blatantly false that I could not in good conscious say that there was a shred of truth to it. See? Even a lowly rumor writer can have a strong moral compass. Regarding the lies, Ice’s rep said:

“Ice and Coco are doing totally fine. Those papers are fake. They are not addressing rumors or the photos and are moving forward happily.”

Eff it, for the method – mediation!

Can let let haters win, Ice!

Here is some Katt Williams for you!

Baauer and Danny Brown Announce “Worst of Both Worlds” Tour

(AllHipHop News) Dance music producer Baauer’s viral hit “Harlem Shake” has taken over YouTube and the Billboard charts, and now the Philadelphia native is taking his #1 single on the road when he teams up with eccentric rapper Danny Brown for the “Worst of Both Worlds” tour.

Since then over 200,000 versions of the dance craze has been uploaded to YouTube including takes by the University of Georgia Men’s swim team, the Miami Heat players, and the news team at KSLA in Shreveport, Louisiana.

AHH Movie Review: 21 & Over

Debauchery, utter foolishness, over the top outrageousness, yes it’s all there in the fun new film by Relativity Media, 21 & Over. Written by the same individuals who wrote The Hangover, 21 & Over is a tale is a tale about young college student named Jeff Chang (strangely referred to by his full name every time he is mentioned in the movie) who is coerced by friends to go out and party on his birthday instead of preparing for a big interview set up by his extremely strict father – which happens to be the next day. And of course Jeff’s friends win out and the trio go out to various bars around the campus getting smashed on some Y.O.L.O trip, which is all fine and dandy until Jeff gets drunk beyond all comprehension and his two friends forget where he lives. Unable to take him home so that he can rest and prepare for his early morning interview, they set out to find someone in the school that can help them obtain Jeff’s address – and this is where all Hell breaks loose in the movie.

Naturally one of the friend’s is reserved and tries to use a bit of logic in his decision makings, while the other is the typical obnoxious a**hole who is the cause of all the problems and shenanigans in the movie (much too similar to other characters in movies like Project X or even Stiffler in American Pie).

21 & Over has it’s big hits and misses in the movie and it’s often too predictable because it’s a movie that’s been made before. The movie also carries a heavy anti-responsibility theme which goes beyond drinking and having fun for the night. It’s one thing to promote the idea of having a blast on the day that you officially become an adult, but the idea of dropping the idea of becoming a doctor or a businessman to just do whatever the hell that you wish was a bit of a disappointment. But messages aren’t why you are there to see this particular type of movie. It’s all about the outrageous gags that make you laugh out loud or gross you out and if that’s what you feel like seeing on a particular night, by all means go see 21 & Over and buckle your seat-belts for a wild ride.

Suspect In Murder Of Rapper Kenny Clutch Caught In Los Angeles

(AllHipHop News) The main suspect in a Las Vegas Strip shooting that killed three people surrendered in Los Angeles yesterday, (February 28).

Ammar Harris and one of his women
Ammar Harris and one of his women

Police took Ammar Harris into custody, after finding him in a gym, inside of the Archview Luxury Apartments in Studio City.

Police had been looking for Ammar Harris since February 21, after a deadly shooting on the Las Vegas strip that killed rapper Kenny Clutch, as well as a woman in a taxicab and the driver of the taxi cab.

Police believe Harris, allegedly a pimp, argued with Kenny Clutch, born Kenneth Wayne Cherry Jr., after a performance featuring French Montana at Haze nightclub in Las Vegas.

Police believe Harris was driving his black Range Rover, when he fired five shots at Kenny Clutch’s Maserati.

The Maserati smashed into a taxicab, caught on fire and killed the cab driver, Michael Bolden, as well as the passenger, Sandra Sutton-Wasmund.

Ammar Harris is facing three charges of murder, one attempted murder and several charges related to the shooting.

Shots Fired At French Montana’s Tour Bus, 1 Person Dead

(AllHipHop News) Bad Boy Records rapper French Montana’s tour bus was shot at last night outside a hotel in Philadelphia. One person is reported dead, and another injured.

Montana had just completed a show at the Theatre of Living Arts. After he and his entourage arrived at a Holiday Inn Express, a gunman opened fire on a crowd of fans that had gathered near the bus.

“A large crowd of fans, as well as some of the entourage, were loitering and just hanging out on Christopher Columbus Boulevard when according to some of the witnesses a car drove by and opened fire,” said Philadelphia Police Department’s Chief Inspector Scott Small.

A 27-year-old unidentified man was struck in the abdomen and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Another man was  shot in the shoulder and is currently in stable condition.

According to reports by WPVI, several individuals who were taken into custody had semi-automatic handguns, and over two dozen people from the scene were questioned by police including members of Montana’s entourage.

Authorities have stated that they don’t believe that Montana or anyone from his camp were the targets of the shooting. No homicide charges have been filed as of yet.

This is the latest in a serious of shooting incidents involving Hip-Hop artists over the last month.

Rapper Kenny Clutch was murdered on February 21 in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, and on January 28th Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross  escaped unharmed from a drive-by in Fort Lauderdale.

Just last Saturday a Ross associate, Young Scrilla, was taken to the hospital after being shot during a video shoot in Miami.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Kanye Rants Again: Co-Starring Lady Gaga, Timberlake And President Obama!

Another Day Another Rant!

At first I thought it was an old one from a different camera, but its not. If you listen, there are some differences. He disses the hell outta Taylor Swift, while riding for Beyonce. He seemingly was dissing B the other day, but now I think that may have been media hype. He also seems to take shots at Lady Gaga, the president, and slick talks Justin Timberlake. The Grammys get it a bit too. He said all of this while in an opened straight jacket.

I ain’t mad and Kanye ain’t cray. He’s just speaking his opinions while emulating a mental patient in front of adorning fans.

Live.

Hip-Hop Rumors: WHOA! Is Kendrick Lamar Dating Chris Brown’s Ex And Is Breezy Pissy?

This rumor! The drama is about to get thick if there is any truth to it.

They say Chris Brown likes to have his cow and his cake too. Looks like somebody is stealing the milk and sticking their finger in the icing! The fact of the matter is…there is a rumor that Kendrick Lamar is dating Karrueche Tran. Yeah, this chick:

She was supposedly at the sold out New York show as Kendrick’s stylist…that chick ain’t no stylist and K. Dot was rocking his regular clothing that night. Now, people say that Kendrick and Breezy are friends. I didn’t know that.

But, the weird thing is Karrueche Tran and Breezy have seemingly been very off and on recently so I am not sure that this is true.

I’m thinking this is happening.

Still, Chris just proclaimed his love for RiRi…let K. Dot get his.

EXCLUSIVE: Shawty Lo Releases “I’m Da Man 4,” Reflects on Cancellation of “All My Babies’ Mamas” Show

(AllHipHop News) G-Unit South signed rapper and D4L label head Shawty Lo recently took the time to speak with AllHipHop.com about his upcoming mixtape with DJ Scream called I’m Da Man 4, as well as his thoughts on his recently cancelled reality show All My Babies’ Mamas, produced for and by the Oxygen television network.

On the heels of the cancellation of his show, Shawty Lo wasted no time getting into the booth to complete the fourth installment of his mixtape I’m Da Man 4, which features a host of appearances with street and club friendly tracks.

Boasting features from Plies, Gucci Mane, Young Scooter, Rocko, Rich Homie Quan, and Trouble over production from Zaytoven, Metro Boomin, Spielberg and many others, Shawty Lo gives fans his first mixtape in nearly four years.

“This mixtape is a real big mixtape for me because its with DJ Scream and its been almost 4 years since we did a mixtape. Everyone been asking and I guess everyone thought we weren’t gonna do one because he’s with MMG and I’m with G-Unit,” Shawty Lo said. “I think I was one of his [DJ Scream’s] first artists for mixtapes and he used to be our DJ on the road when we were doing our thing with D4L before I went solo. He was telling me that I need to do a tape and that’s how I built my buzz. It kind of reminds you of DJ Drama with Young Jeezy.”

When asked about the All My Babies’ Mamas show and his thoughts on the cancellation of Oxygen’s show L-O said he remains “focused” on his music.

“It aint no thoughts on it, I’m focused on my career and my music. If it would have happened, it would have happened, but you know it didn’t work and nothing happened. You know music is my passion, but it’s just something that didn’t work out, it wasn’t in God’s plan,” Shawty Lo explained.

Shawty went on to explain how Oxygen reached out about show initially and he just went along with idea of it.

“They told me I had an interesting story and they said you might as well, because it wasn’t normal and so then I just agreed to it,” Shawty Lo explained.

Although the media covered every twist and turn of the show’s short-lived fame, Shawty Lo says he never felt the pressure of negative attention associated with having his show cancelled.

“I didn’t feel any pressure, everything is good, my kids are beautiful, my kids are going to school and everything is good. We working, I’m doing my thing, everything is good,” Shawty Lo said.

Shortly after the release of a petition to cancel the show, Shawty Lo released a song called “Petition” which he says had no ties to the actual events that preceded the song’s release.

“I came with the song, when I heard she had a petition, but it wasn’t really about a petition, if you listen to the song its a nice party song, and I just gave it a name.”

Hip-Hop Rumors: Cam’ron Reality Show? With A Sexy TWIST!

Cam’ron has always been one of the more interesting people in Hip-Hop. Now, I am hearing that Cam may be and I do mean maybe returning to reality TV. Wait….he was never in reality TV! From what I understand, Cam has always been against reality TV, but that may change if the networks have their choice. I’m hearing they are dumping a lot of paper at Cam do a show that accentuates the relationship he has with this girlfriend/fiancee. Now, here’s why (the rumor continues at the bottom):

50 Cent Speaks on Relationship with Floyd Mayweather, Says Floyd “Ducked Manny”

(AllHipHop News) Today (February 28th) Jamaica Queens bred rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson joined ESPN’s First Take to talk about the upcoming Friday Night Fights on March 1 set to air on ESPN, for which his company SMS is a partner in the fight.

Joining a long list of rappers that have participated in the show’s debate, 50 Cent weighed in on SMS Promotions’ sponsored fight at the MGM Grand in Foxwoods in which SMS’s Billy “The Kid” Dib will attempt to defend his IBF Featherweight title against Cuban Olympian and the IBF’s number 3 ranked boxer, Luis Franco.

“I’m excited about it, you know Billy Dib and his opponent, its been a collaboration with Top Rank a lot and I’ve been able to make a good actual relationship with them through communications of trying to do the Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd fight. And then the negotiations of acquiring Yuriorkis Gamboa from Top Rank, so you know after the communications got a little fuzzy between me and Floyd for a little while, I went back to communicating Todd Debarr from Barbarum to make these actual events happen and its been good ever since.”

When asked about the issues revolving around his relationship with Floyd and how he would characterize his relationship with Floyd, 50 said Floyd is was a  person that “flip-flops.”

“Well it’s just who Floyd is. You know he’ll just flip-flop from time to time and its just who he is.  Like his father was like around and was the house trainer for the actual gym we had, so Roger trained him for about 17 years and then he decided he wanted his father around, so Roger was around and then he decided wanted Roger back and his father was around,”

In regards to his relationship with Floyd Mayweather and if the two are actually still friends, 50 Cent explained that yes he was still friends with Floyd despite fighting through his perceived imperfection in Floyd’s character.

“Yea, I mean well if you friends with someone you have to accept their imperfections right? And Floyd is just one of those people that is just going to flip-flop, and he has a lot going on emotionally coming from being incarcerated.  60 days wouldn’t be a lot for people who experienced those things before, but for him it was a traumatic experience and I can’t wait to see how he performs following that because he still hasn’t fought,” 50 Cent said when asked if he was still friends with Floyd Mayweather.

Also while on the show 50 Cent weighed in on the $100 million fight and whether or not Floyd “ducked” Manny Pacquiao.

“Yes, he did duck the fight, that’s $100 million and you just left it,” 50 Cent explained. “I mean for two reasons – I think he concentrates  on how much someone else is getting paid as opposed to how much he’s getting paid and then I think he kind of sees himself in a space that no one else sees himself in, like he’s so high on top of it that he shouldn’t give some of other great fighters a chance to be in that position at this point.

Floyd has yet to comment on 50 Cent’s comments, more news as details emerge.

AllHipHop At The Movies: “21 and Over” Star Justin Chon Talks Hip-Hop

This Friday, the writers of the Hangover series unveil their directorial debut for the movie 21 and Over starring Justin Chon.  The party flick which will do well with college kids across the world shows the antics of an inebriated Jeff Chang, celebrating his 21st birthday the day before he has an interview for med school.  If you are wondering how this is Hip-Hop, it would serve you well to know that the lead actor Justin Chon is the owner of several popular streetwear stores in California called Attic.  Specializing Hip-Hop clothing at his stores Justin has developed his own ear for Hip-Hop as well, becoming a fan of some of the more “underground” groups in Hip-Hop today.

Take a look at our sit down with Justin Chon, relive your 20’s this weekend and check out 21 and Over this Friday for few good laughs.

AllHipHop: So tell us a little bit about your character in this movie, you look like you get faded (laughs).

Justin Chon: I play a character named Jeff Chang and it’s his 21st birthday and his two high school best friends come to get him drunk, but he has a medical school interview the next day and one beer turns in to absolute mayhem, it’s a great party movie. Half the movie is me running around naked with a teddy bear strapped to my dick and me running around with a bra on (laughs).

AllHipHop: How is this movie Hip-Hop and how will Hip-Hop fans like this movie?

Justin Chon: I breakdance and I do some windmills, some flares, a robot on top of a car.  I’m hip-hop too though, I own three stores called The Attic (http://attic2zoo.com) and we carry Crooks and Castles and The Hundreds, it’s a shoe and clothing store.

AllHipHop: That’s dope man, so what kind of Hip-Hop music do you like listening to?

Justin Chon: I like real Hip-Hop not the commercial bullsh*t. I like Grouchy and Eli, Hieroglyphics, Zion I, People Under the Stairs and Binary Star. That real Hip-Hop.

AllHipHop:  How does it feel to be in this big of a movie and whats it like for you seeing the commercials and all the promotion that’s going into making this a success?

Justin Chon: It’s a trip and I’ve been acting for 11 years and I guess it kind of hasn’t hit me yet because I’ve been in so many things that never saw the light of day or that didn’t do well and it’s just a trip.  I was in Twilight, but it wasn’t my movie and I was an ancillary character. It’s a trip, the movie has to do well before it has any impact on my life, but right now I’m just taking it in stride and just enjoying it.
