(AllHipHop News) Back in March, Los Angeles based entertainer The Game was involved in a fight with an off-duty police officer during a basketball game. The cop claimed Game threatened to kill him. A law enforcement source told the website Game could have been charged with a misdemeanor for punching the man, but battery charges were not filed. Game has denied threatening the police officer, and he alleged it was the cop that threatened to shoot him. The LAPD was said to be investigating the officer’s involvement as well.

Game (born Jayceon Taylor) has had several legal issues throughout his career. He was accused of assaulting a fan in 2005, charged with disorderly conduct later that year, pled no contest to a felony weapons charge in 2007, and sued by 40 Glocc for assault and battery in 2012. In April, another man claimed he was attacked by Game while trying to serve legal papers connected to the basketball fight case.
