Chance The Rapper & Jamila Woods Seek HS Student To Create Treatment For “LSD” Video

THE CONTEST WINNER WILL ALSO GET TO SHADOW THE DIRECTORS ON THE SET

(AllHipHop News) A Chicago high school student will be able to add filmmaker to their transcript, thanks to two of the city’s music performers.

Chance The Rapper and Jamila Woods announced they are looking for a young person from the Chi to create a video treatment for the song “LSD.”

“We’re looking for CPS high school students to submit treatments for the ‘LSD’ music video featuring me & [Chance The Rapper], directed by [Sam Bailey] & [Vincent Martell] of [VAM STUDIO],” wrote Woods on Instagram.

Chance also posted about the artistic competition on Twitter.

His message revealed the winner will get to shadow the directors during the filming of the video.

“LSD” is a Chance collaboration that was included on the Woods’ 2016 album HEAVN.

The pair also worked together on “Blessings” off Chano’s Coloring Book and “Sunday Candy” off The Social Experiment’s Surf.

Students interested in participating in the “LSD” contest must send their treatment ideas to submit@vamstudio.net by June 2nd.
