Having been released from jail just last week Monday, Kodak Black wastes no time releasing new music for fans and joins KYLE on the official remix to his popular single “iSpy,” which originally featured Lil Yachty.
Take a listen below. Congratulations is in order for KYLE as well, as it was just revealed he made this year’s XXL Freshman cover.
Word on the curb is that Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner secretly wed in a private ceremony!
They can’t be that crazy right?! I understand that sometimes that initial stage of love may feel like heaven, but it’s no reason to rush into a marriage.
According to Life & Style Magazine, Scott and Jenner tied the knot in a small ceremony at Kylie’s Calabasas home.
“Kylie and Travis tied the knot at her Calabasas mansion. It wasn’t a big, glamorous affair like other Kardashian weddings, and only a few close friends were invited. But Kylie is crazy about Travis,” said an insider.
The source also says that surprisingly E! wasn’t on the scene.
“There were no official E! cameras there, but Kylie asked her friends to film the special moment on their iPhones. She plans to use the footage on her new show,” said the source.
Kylie has allegedly been acting as Travis’ sugar mama also, and she’s allegedly spent thousands of dollars on new jewelry, designer clothes, dinners and exotic vacations for him.
Well, whether they’ve gotten married or not, it looks like they still took their relationship to the next level by getting matching butterfly tattoos on their ankles.
MadeInTYO released a Rich The Kid-assisted single, “Flooded” last week and today the Private Club Records artist quickly follows up with another record titled “Picture Me Rollin.” Production provided by Sonny Digital.
(AllHipHop Features) Throughout his two-decade career in show business, Keith Robinson has built a connection with the public through roles in popular motion pictures like Dreamgirls, This Christmas, and Get On Up.
The Southern-raised performer is next hitting the big screen as part of the All Eyez On Me cast. Robinson plays Tupac Shakur’s former manager Atron Gregory in the biopic covering the iconic rapper.
Besides acting in cinema, Robinson is also currently appearing on the Bounce TV series Saints & Sinners. He recently released a full album titled Love Episodic and has film scoring credits as well.
I caught up with Keith to talk about his recent movie, television, and music work. The entertainment triple threat shares his thoughts on 2Pac, Power Rangers mania, and more.
AllHipHop: Can you talk about your role in All Eyez On Me?
Keith Robinson: I play a guy named Atron Gregory who was actually Tupac’s longtime manager. He introduced him to Digital Underground and helped him get on. He was probably his manager for like five or six years, before the Death Row days. If you were behind the scenes, you kind of knew who he was. He was one of the guys that was kind of the voice of reason for Tupac when he was first getting on the scene.
AllHipHop: Did you get a chance to meet with Gregory or anyone that was in Pac’s life at that time?
KR: I talked to him while we were shooting and throughout the process. I conferred with him about different conversations they may have had to get a gauge of the dynamic of their relationship.
AllHipHop: What was your reaction when you found out you were going to be part of this project?
KR: I was excited. I was honored. [Producer] L.T. Hutton and I spoke about it when it was still in development, about five or six years ago. So for us to link up years later when it was up and running was kind of ironic. I’m a huge Tupac fan, so I was honored to be part of the movie.
AllHipHop: You were also in the James Brown movie Get On Up. Do you approach playing a real person different from playing a completely fictional character?
KR: I think when you approach playing a person that did exist you’re more responsible for articulating that character, you don’t really utilize the imagination as much. When it’s a fictional character, what you bring to the table, how you bring it to life, is really on you. You access your imagination a little bit more. So yeah, it’s a little bit different preparation, but it’s all the same research required.
AllHipHop: Did you also contribute to the soundtrack?
KR: I have a song coming out in conjunction with the movie. It’s kind of inspired by the movie. It’s called “Shout Out To The Pain.” It’s me and E.D.I. Mean from the Outlawz. It’ll be out the day the movie comes out. We’re shooting a video. We’re really excited about the single. Me and E.D.I. were on set and sitting around talking about how we need to get in. Right after we wrapped the movie in Atlanta, we were back in LA and got right in the studio to cut the record.
AllHipHop: “Pain” is actually one of my favorite Tupac songs. Do you have any particular Pac songs that you find to be your favorites?
KR: It’s so many – “Ambitionz Az A Ridah,” “Hail Mary.” It’s really hard to pick one Tupac record. There are so many that I identify with. I love the whole entire Me Against the World album. It was a classic to me.
AllHipHop: You recently released your own album Love Episodic. Can you talk about the creative process for that project?
KR: Love Episodic was kind of a play on the episodic movie and TV thing. I wanted to make it feel as though when you listen to this body of work, you’re were watching an episode of what I call “an anatomy of a relationship” – the ups and downs, the highs and lows, the things we go through when we relate to one another. We just put it to music.
It’s a lot of live instrumentation. I wrote every song except for one on the album. People have heard songs from me on different soundtracks and scores, but nobody had ever really heard a full body of work from me. This is the first time I’m reintroducing myself to the world because my music is where it starts and ends.
AllHipHop: I noticed your Twitter name is “keithsings.” So do you consider singing your first artistic love?
KR: Yeah, for sure. That’s why I moved out to Hollywood. I was with a group, and we had a deal for a little while. We got out of the deal then came out to LA to get re-signed and move back to Atlanta. I ended up staying out here. The TV and film thing kind of took off out here. But music has always been the center of it all.
AllHipHop: Speaking of TV, you’re starring on Saints & Sinners. You just finished the second season. Is there any talk about coming back for a third season?
KR: There is talk about it. Everybody’s trying to get their ducks in a row. People really seemed to have taken to the show pretty fast. We were kind of overwhelmed with the response, so we’re waiting to see when we can get back.
AllHipHop: There are a lot of people saying they feel like there’s a black renaissance happening on television right now with all these amazing shows with majority black casts. What are your thoughts about that?
KR: I think it’s great. I think it’s about time. I think TV is an art, and Hollywood’s supposed to reflect the diversity of the culture. I think they’re finally understanding that our stories mean something, are worth being told, and there’s an audience. I think we still have some ways to go as far as us being consistent in putting people of color in positions to get stuff made, but it’s definitely a good time to be ethnic in Hollywood. They’re open to making projects to tell our stories now.
AllHipHop: I didn’t realize you started on Power Rangers.
KR: Yeah, that was one of my first TV gigs.
AllHipHop: Do you ever have people recognize you from that show?
KR: Every day. Those fans are diehard fans. They’ll run you down anywhere in the world. They’re like Trekkies. It’s like a worldwide cult.
AllHipHop: You’re acting. You’re singing. You score projects as well. Are there any other areas in the entertainment industry you want to pursue?
KR: I want to get into directing. I want to get behind the camera. I’d definitely like to produce my own projects. I’ve been around it enough to have seen the ins and outs. I think I’d make a pretty good director, so that’s the next goal for me.
AllHipHop: What’s next for you?
KR: After we go through this Pac press, I’ll start another project in the fall depending on when Saints & Sinners comes back. I’m thinking about putting a Christmas album out at the end of the year. Right now, we’re on the road doing spot dates for Love Episodic. That’s first and foremost for the summer.

(AllHipHop News) Ice Cube thanked all “who helped me get here” as he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday (June 12).
The rapper/actor was presented with the 2,614th star in front of the Musicians Institute building on Hollywood Boulevard, and when he took to the podium to give a speech, he insisted the day was less about him and more about those who help him throughout his career.
“You know, you don’t get here by yourself and when you’re coming up doing music, movies, just trying to be creative, you never figure you’ll be on the Hollywood Walk of Fame one day,” he said, according to Reuters. “So today is not really about Ice Cube, it’s about all the people who helped me get here.”
He also specifically thanked his father for always being there for him and his mother for supporting him regardless of whether she agreed with his decisions.
“Thank you mama for always supporting whatever I wanted to do, whether you was with it or not, you said ‘As long as it kept you off the street, you can do it,'” he said, reports.
The 47-year-old was supported by rapper WC, his former Westside Connection bandmate, who opened his speech by referencing Ice Cube’s ’90s hit It was a Good Day by asking the crowd, “Today was a good day, ain’t it y’all?”
He called the rapper, real name O’Shea Jackson, a “musical genius” and praised him for the social impact he made with his lyrics as a solo artist and with N.W.A.
“Boyz n the Hood” director John Singleton also made an appearance and said, “I wouldn’t have a career if it wasn’t for this dude.”
Singleton received an Oscar nomination for his directorial debut, which was the rapper’s first lead movie role.
Ice Cube’s wife and children posed for pictures with him at the ceremony, as well as his former N.W.A. bandmate Dr. Dre.

(AllHipHop News) Nicki Minaj maybe in an ongoing battle with Remy Ma, but she is more “centered” than ever.
Whoo Kid conducted an interview with Nicki earlier this month for his “Whoolywood Shuffle” Shade 45 radio show and he just released the full version of his conversation with Nicki today (June 12).
The rap star discussed her upcoming album, which will feature Lil Wayne and Drake, in addition to her dream of collaborating with Eminem and Dr. Dre on one song.
During the interview with Whoo Kid, Nicki Minaj detailed the inspiration for her upcoming fourth album, which is the follow-up to 2014’s The Pinkprint.
According to Nicki, she’s working on a “classic hip-hop album people will never forget.”
“My goal right now is just releasing this fourth album and watching my fans react to it,” Nicki explained. “I know it’s going to be my best body of work.”
Nicki may have just been dissed at Hot 97’s Summer Jam by her rival, but judging by this interview, which was conducted before Remy’s latest onstage diss, Nicki doesn’t seem to be concerned,
According to Nicki, her new album is all about impressing her fans.
“I always loved in real-time see my fans reacting to something and so that’s what I’m looking forward to,” Nicki said. “I want to thank the people who rocked with me for all these years. Nicki’s fourth album has no release date as of press time.
(AllHipHop News) RUN-D.M.C.’s Darryl “D.M.C.” McDaniels wants to reunite Pink Floyd to work with them on new music.
The legendary hip-hop group had a huge hit in 1986 by recording a cover of Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way” alongside bandmembers Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, and Darryl has his eye on another rock-rap collaboration.
This time the 53-year-old wants to make a record with the progressive rock legends, as he listened to Pink Floyd’s 1973 track “Us and Them” to help him through a difficult period in his life.
“I’m trying to get to Pink Floyd,” he told The Guardian newspaper. “I want to make a record with them. When I was depressed and I wanted to kill myself, I used to listen to Us and Them off (the album) The Dark Side of the Moon every day. I’ll never forget the day I heard it: I was at the Portland, Oregon, Marriott hotel, and the maid had forgotten to turn off the radio. I sat on the end of my bed going ‘What the hell is this?’ It was mesmerizing.”
To achieve his dream the hip-hop star will have to convince Pink Floyd’s surviving members Nick Mason, 73, Roger Waters, 73, and David Gilmour, 71, to reunite.
Roger left the group in 1985 and the band was formally wound up a decade later, with their only full reunion, alongside their keyboardist Richard Wright, coming at the 2005 Live 8 charity concert.
Darryl hopes however that frontman Roger Waters can be coaxed into recording with him.
“Matter of fact I wanna make ‘Us and Them’ over,” he added. “I think I’m gonna go to the studio right now and lay a beat down so when Roger sees this interview he’ll be like: “Yeah, we’d love to make Us and Them with you.”
Despite fans’ desire to see a full Pink Floyd reunion, Roger and David have continually ruled out reforming the band, with only Nick hinting that he’d like to return.

(AllHipHop News) John Legend is just an Emmy away from becoming a member of the elite EGOT club following his win at the Tony Awards on Sunday night (June 11).
The “All of Me” singer co-produced the revival of August Wilson’s play “Jitney,” which took home the prize for the Best Revival of a Play on Sunday, meaning John has nearly achieved the EGOT, which represents elite performers who have won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award.
John has won a number of Grammy Awards during his career, most recently in 2016 for Best Song Written for Visual Media for “Glory,” his collaboration with Common for the 2014 movie “Selma,” which also won the Oscar for Best Original Song.
That means all John has left to win is an Emmy, which honors work in the TV industry.
At one point it looked like an Emmy was in reach, with John serving as producer on critically-acclaimed drama “Underground,” but the show has recently been canceled after two seasons.
His wife Chrissy Teigen took to Twitter to celebrate his achievement, writing, “John won a Tony!!! He has a GOT!”
There are just 12 stars who have achieved all four awards competitively, including Whoopi Goldberg and the late Audrey Hepburn.
Coming off his extremely successful single “Disrespectful,” which amassed over 15 million plays on Spotify in just under 3 months, G4SHI is back with a brand new single appropriately titled “Turn Me Down.” With production handled by Spaceprimates and Bham, the track serves as the latest leak off the multi-genre artist’s upcoming project “Stairs 2.”
