(AllHipHop News) Montero “Lil Nas X” Hill insisted he would not flame out after the record-breaking “Old Town Road.” Hill said in April, “It’s not a doubt in my mind that I’m not going to be a one hit wonder. I know big things [are] coming. It’s gonna be great.”
The Atlanta-bred rhymer backed up his big talk by earning another Top 5 single this week. “Panini” rose to #5 on the latest Hot 100 chart. LNX currently has two records in the Top 10 with “Old Town Road” featuring Billy Ray Cyrus climbing one spot to #10.

Lil Nas X reacted to the news of his latest single becoming a Top 5 hit on Twitter. He posted, “Thank you to every single person supporting me in any shape or form. I love and appreciate you.”
In addition, LNX performed “Panini” on the Monday episode of Ellen DeGeneres’ daytime talk show. The rapper/singer also gave a choreography-filled performance of the tune at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards. Lil Nas X’s “Panini” official music video has amassed more than 80 million views on YouTube in 19 days.
