(AllHipHop News) Rap star Rick Ross made his debut in Kenya over the weekend, and The Boss is making plans to set up shop in the country.

Rick Ross was the headliner of the NRG Wave Concert on April 28 in Nairobi.

Rozay was the big draw for NRG Wave, which took place at the Carnivore Grounds.

Prior to this show, Rick Ross explored the country, where he was impressed with the art and culture in Kenya.

The 42-year-old rapper loved the country so much, he has declared Kenya his “second home.”

“I’m always open minded I just want to win, so you never know when you all see me out here make sure you holla at me,” Rick Ross said in an interview with local media. “I have seen some incredible art, I have seen some beautiful furniture I just love the hustle.”

During his performance, Rick Ross also took off his shirt to reveal his slimmed down figure, after a health scare in February sent him to the hospital for several days.

And during an interview on the radio, Rick Ross was gifted a new Kenyan name: Tajiri.

(AllHipHop News) Timbaland recently won a legal battle and was granted permission to kick a squatter out of his Miami mansion.

Tim filed a lawsuit against William Zamora, whom he claims has been staying in his Miami mansion illegally, after the two men entered an agreement for Zamora to purchase the $3 million dollar home.

But the deal fell apart after Timbaland accused Zamora of failing to pay him $30,000 a month in rent as the purchase was being finalzed. Timbaland asked a judge to boot Zamora from the house, but he filed his own countersuit claiming he had already made $300,000 worth of repairs to the mansion.

Earlier this month, a judge agreed with Timbaland that William Zamora should be removed from the mansion.

As he was being evicted, William Zamora decided to file for bankruptcy, which means he will not be leaving Timbaland’s mansion anytime soon.

The filing will only further delay Timbaland’s five-year quest to sell the Miami mansion, which he decided to put on the market after his divorce from his ex-wife.

(AllHipHop News) The music business is treating rap star Logic well, judging by a recent real estate purchase.

The rapper, born Sir Robert Bryson Hall II, recently copped a $3.2 million house in the San Fernando Valley, according to reports.

Logic’s new bachelor pad is over 7,000 square feet and comes with a pool, a renovated kitchen, a huge backyard and killer views of the nearby mountains.

No word yet on what Logic is planning to do with his $1.9 million mansion in nearby Tarzana, where he once lived with his wife Jessica.

The former couple separated shortly after attending the Grammy Awards together in January. In March, Logic officially filed for divorce.

(AllHipHop News) Migos rap star Quavo has been hit with a charge after a wild fight at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas.

The cops had to break up a fight between members of Migos and staff security.

An argument took place when a hotel employee reportedly asked Quavo to move his car, which triggered the confrontation.

The Las Vegas Police finally broke up the right, which ended in Quavo being charged with one count of battery.

(AllHipHop News) A woman who accused Usher of giving her herpes has launched a new lawsuit against him.

Laura Helm claimed she contracted the sexually transmitted disease during unprotected sex sessions with the Yeah! hitmaker in July.

The singer previously denied Helm’s claims and in November of 2017, her lawyer requested the dismissal of a $20 million lawsuit without prejudice.

However earlier this week, Helm filed a new lawsuit in Georgia for several counts of negligence, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and fraud.

“Plaintiff suffers mentally and emotionally from the humiliation and stigma attached (to) a single woman infected with the incurable Herpes SV2,” the lawsuit reads.

Helm is seeking unspecified damages.

Usher has not responded to the new lawsuit, but he is also facing legal action from Quantasia Sharpton, who went public with her rumored night of passion with Usher during a press conference in August.

Sharpton revealed she had not contracted herpes from the alleged encounter at a Days Inn hotel following an Usher concert in Atlantic City, New Jersey in 2014, but is suing because she believes she had been put at risk by the musician.

Usher has refuted her claims, but he is also being sued by an unidentified Georgia woman, who claims she was also diagnosed with herpes after sleeping with the singer.

She filed suit in July of 2017 demanding $20 million in punitive damages and another $20 million for emotional harm and medical bills.

The 39-year-old, who recently separated from his second wife Grace Miguel, has also denied those allegations and previously asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit.

Kanye has sparked controversy by offering up his support for President Donald Trump, who thanked the rapper and said he had “great taste” for his support.

A number of artists have condemned Kanye’s right-leaning beliefs and his tweets, including Malik Yusef, Questlove, John Legend, T.I., Snoop Dogg and Daz, who was so p##### at Kanye that he banned Kanye from California.

Erykah Badu stayed out of the politics but supported Kanye’s “free thinking” mentality and criticized the torrent of backlash the Chicago producer has been facing.

(AllHipHop News) The cops were called to a hotel last night (April 29) in Las Vegas to break up a huge brawl between members of Migos and staff security.

According to reports, the rap stars were in town to perform at Drais Beachclub Atop The Cromwell.

Everything went smoothly during the performance, but afterward, the trio, along with Cardi B and their entourage, were involved in a dispute with a valet at the Encore, the hotel where they were staying.

An altercation took place after an employee of the hotel allegedly asked Quavo to move his car, prompting a back and forth exchange, that resulted in fists flying.

Employees from the hotel had to summon backup from in-house security at Encore, and they, in turn, had to call Las Vegas Police to help calm the disturbance.

One man was arrested for the brawl and cited for a minor crime and released, while the entire group was kicked out of the Encore.

According to the streaming service, Post Malone’s new beerbongs & bentleys passed Cole’s first-day total. KOD collected 36,656,086 streams on its opening day, but B&B brought in 47,930,039 Spotify plays in its first 24 hours.

Post now holds the Spotify global record for first-day streams as well. beerbongs & bentleys racked up 78,744,748 streams across the globe.

(AllHipHop News) Jay-Z’s Roc Nation management company could be directly involved in Stella Bulochnikov’s lawsuit against Mariah Carey. According to reports, Bulochnikov wants to find out if Carey officially broke ties with her before Roc Nation’s Melissa Ruderman began making career decisions for the legendary singer.

Bulochnikov was MC’s former manager but their partnership ended last year. At the time, a joint statement was released that read “it is in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day management” and they will “remain partners in a number of business ventures, and will continue to support each other in those endeavors.”

Bulochnikov is now claiming Carey broke their three-year contract. She is also reportedly accusing The Emancipation of Mimi album creator for sexual harassment.

A rep for Carey has stated:

Stella Bulochnikov was terminated from employment as Mariah¹s manager due to failure to perform her job effectively and ill-serving her client. Stella was not under contract for employment. She has been spreading false rumors to any media outlet that will publish them. We won’t respond to lies and threats. It is also interesting to note that this is the first lawyer who will move forward on Stella’s behalf, having previously gone through three others who wouldn’t.

Ye confused some of his new admirers when he posted a picture of gun reform advocate Emma Gonzalez with the caption “my hero.” The Parkland shooting survivor has become a target for many pro-gun defenders.

Gonzalez was accused of admitting to bullying the Parkland shooter before he attacked Stoneman Douglas High School. However, that story has been proven to be inaccurate.

For her part, Gonzalez seemed to have responded to Kanye’s shout out. She tweeted an image of the Waffle House shooting survivor James Shaw Jr. with the caption “my hero.”

Right-wing Americans probably shouldn’t have been surprised Kanye didn’t jump all the way in with their beliefs. He previously tweeted, “I haven’t done enough research on conservatives to call myself or be called one. I’m just refusing to be enslaved by monolithic thought.

The anti-Kells campaign seems to be effective. His scheduled appearance for the 2018 Love Jam at Chicago’s UIC Pavilion was canceled, and he took issue with not being able to perform.

(AllHipHop News) Chicago rapper Chief Keef is in the clear over an assault case last year in Los Angeles.

In January of 2017, Keef was accused of beating down Ramsay Tha Great and sending him to the hospital.

Keef and several associates allegedly rolled to Ramsay’s house and beat him up, while wielding an AK-47.

Ramsay claims Chief Keef stole a Rolex from him as well as $1,500 in cash and although Ramsay went ahead and pressed charges, they have been dropped due to a lack of witnesses willing to testify.

Ramsay Tha Great couldn’t make the hearing since he is serving out a 10-year sentence for human trafficking, while another witness simply went missing, causing the prosecution’s case to fall apart.
