Travis Scott has been getting on stage and dissing a lot of artists lately. It’s one thing to diss an artist, and another to diss an artist in their home state. Travis Scott reportedly said “F*ck Trey Songz” at his concert in Norfolk, Virginia. If you don’t know, Trigga Trey is from Virginia. After the concert, some guys surrounded Young Thug and Travis Scott’s tour bus. According to them, Young Thug was on the bus and wouldn’t come off. No one was harmed, and the police were called so the two rappers could leave.

Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood has lost a cast member.

TMZ reports that on Monday (Mar. 23) Ray J left the show because it is having a negative impact on his relationship with girlfriend, Princess Love. The two have been trying to work out the kinks in their relationship ever since Love was arrested for assaulting Ray back in February. The “I Hit It First” singer does not think the two can fully fix things while filming the show, which is filled with fights and chaos.

Sources told the pap site that Ray J offered to film scenes with less drama and more positivity but producers were not feeling his ideas.

Producers are reportedly going to meet with him and his manager to get him to change his mind.

Is Chris Brown Considering Cohabiting With His Daughter's Mother?

Photo via TMZ/Getty Composite

Is Chris Brown taking his father duties serious? Does he plan to move his daughter and her mother Nia into his home?

Side note: Are we the only ones that still wonder has a paternity test been done?

According to Hollywood Life:

They have learned that Breezy’s 9-month-old daughter, Royalty, and her mother, Nia Amey, may be moving in! A source told Hollywood life that Brown and Amey’s relationship is a lot stronger now that they have a better understanding. “And yes, her living with him – it’s on his mind and he’s trying to figure out just how that would work. He knows Nia wants to move to LA. It’s a lot cheaper for him to move her in with him that it would be to set her up on her own,” adds the source. Fortunately, it’s not just financial reasons that could influence Chris’ living arrangement. For the new father, Chris’ main reason for inviting Nia to move into his home would be for Royalty’s sake.

“That doesn’t mean he’s about to start sleeping with her again or even laying in the same bed. It ain’t going to be like that. If he did this, Nia would have her own separate room. No funny business would go on. It would be for the sake of the baby only,” the source continues. “He’s not sure how it would work, but he’s going to make it happen. If there’s one thing in his life he’s going to take seriously, it’s his daughter,” revealed the insider. “Chris is actually really glad and thankful he has a daughter. He’s told Tyga “for once in my life, I can’t be selfish. It ain’t even about me no more, it’s about Royalty now,” our source tells us.

I don’t think anyone is surprised that Chris Brown got someone pregnant by now………but this chick? We’ll keep you posted.

Turk Talks Juvenile Re-Signing With Cash Money + Reuniting With The Hot Boys & Mannie Fresh

(AllHipHop News) “Cash Money Records taking over for the 99 to the 2000s,” said Juvenile on his Top 20 hit “Back That Azz Up.” Since the release of that song in 1999, the label has had its fair share of legal drama with the original members Juve, Lil Wayne, and Turk.

Both Wayne and Turk are currently suing Cash Money in separate lawsuits, but after his own troubles with CMB, Juvenile has returned to the company. During an interview with Atlanta’s Hot 107.9., Turk was asked about Juve’s decision to re-sign with Cash Money.

“I guess Juve did what was best for him,” Turk responded. “Sometimes you gotta make moves that’s best for you and your family. What’s best for me and my family is what I’m doing. That probably was a good move for him.”

Turk also announced he and Juvenile are getting together for an upcoming performance. Fellow Hot Boy Wayne and former Cash Money in-house producer Mannie Fresh will be reconnecting with the “Wodie” rapper as well.

“As far as me and Juvie, we have a show coming up April 23 in Jacksonville, Florida,” said Turk. “Me and Wayne got a few shows coming up – April 4, April 8. Mannie Fresh is going to be on the one on April 8. We’re doing things together.”

Does this mean a Hot Boys reunion may be on the way? According to Turk, there is still one large piece of the puzzle missing.

“I want to put it all together. With BG being incarcerated, it ain’t gonna come together like it needs to come together until he gets back,” added Turk. “A Hot Boys reunion tour – the fans, they need to see that. In the meantime, it’s the young Hot Boys, old Hot Boys movement.”

Empire Distribution Responds To Fox Network's Lawsuit Over "Empire" Show

(AllHipHop News) News broke recently that San Francisco-based Empire Distribution filed a lawsuit against Twentieth Century Fox over the hit television show Empire. Fox then counter-sued the indie label in an attempt to get the original suit dismissed. Ghazi Shami, CEO of Empire Distribution, has issued a statement regarding the legal battle with the network.

Shami says:

FOX’s Empire television program has created significant confusion with Empire’s products and services. Customers, artists and business partners have all expressed confusion to my employees, artists, and me as to whether the Empire program has any affiliation or business relationship with Empire. It does not.

Fox, through the Empire program, advertises, distributes, and streams music and sells downloads under the “Empire” mark.  This music shares the same search terms as Empire’s music, the musical genres are identical, and the songs and albums are positioned in close proximity in online outlets such as iTunes, Google Play, Amazon.com, and Spotify. It isn’t just a fictional show; they are functioning as a record label in the real world. This only makes the public confusion worse.

According to a press release, Shami’s Empire was founded in 2010. The company has offices in San Francisco, New York, and Atlanta. Empire distribution has reportedly released over 10,000 albums, 5,000 music videos and 100,000 songs.

Since its founding in 2010, Empire Distribution has assisted with the release of projects by artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, Cam’ron, Jim Jones, Too $hort, T.I., The Game, Sage The Gemini, Migos and Rich Homie Quan. The company also focuses on R&B acts.

“We are confident that this is a textbook trademark infringement case,” states Michael Hobbs of Troutman Sanders LLP, the law firm representing Empire Distribution. “Empire was started over five years before the first broadcast of the show, the marks are identical, and they sell the same products to the same customers. The significant number of incidents of actual public confusion is disturbing.”

Empire contends the company attempted to contact Fox on several occasions in order to resolve the issue. Hobbs adds, “The only alternative with which we are left is to litigate, which we will do vigorously to protect our client’s valuable rights.”
