HA! Rick Ross is rumored to be officially back with Reebok! You know, even though his lyric was terrible on that song with Rocko, it was mostly hate driving the droppage. Why? Well, for a few weeks, Black people were raising the roof about it – mostly Black women. Then, when a small, vocal group of white soccer moms got into the mix, it turns into a new situation!
Well, now Rozay is back and pushing and promoting Reebok and I’m happy! Now, if they wanna start judging every product endorser, do it equally! Not just a rapper. Plenty people say and do BS and they keep their deals.
Peep the newness as he promotes Self Made 3:

UPDATE: I heard from a source that Rick Ross isn’t formally back with Reebok. Maybe he’s keeping the relationship good.

(AllHipHop News) Beats Electronics is reportedly in talks with a new investor to purchase a minority stake in the company founded by music executive Jimmy Iovine and Hip Hop producer Dr. Dre (Andre Young).
According to unnamed sources for The Wall Street Journal, Beats wants to expand its brand to include speakers, car audio systems, and the streaming music service Beats Music. The financial investment by a new party would help with the company’s move into other music platforms. The sought after investor still remains unknown.
Iovine and Young are also said to be interested in buying out current partner HTC. The Taiwanese phone maker bought 50.1% of Beats in 2011 but sold almost half of its stake back to Beats in 2012, a net loss of $4.8 million from its original $300 million investment. HTC is still the largest share holder in Beats Electronics with 25.1% ownership in the company.
In 2012, Beats By Dre reportedly controlled 51% of the headphone market. The privately owned company has created endorsement partnerships with celebrities like Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, LeBron James, and Lady Gaga.
No one involved in the potential overhaul at Beats Electronics has commented publicly on the matter as of yet.

(AllHipHop News) If the HBO series The Wire focused on illegal gun smuggling instead of illegal drugs it would most likely resemble the latest story of a major gun bust in New York City. Using wiretaps and undercover police officers, NYPD’s year-long investigation brought down a multi-state gun trafficking ring that included one local rapper named Neno Best (born Matthew Best).
Best and 18 others were indicted on 552 counts including conspiracy, criminal sale of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon. The case centers around 208 guns that were confiscated by police worth approximately $160,000. Officials called the case the biggest gun bust in New York City history.
Neno Best is accused of provided his Brooklyn studio as one of the base of operations for the gun sales in New York City. An undercover officer says Best’s Ocean Hill studio was the scene where fellow defendant Walter Walker sold guns on 11 different occasions.
Apparently, the guns were often laid out in plain view in the studio. According to authorities, Best played a role in the largest sale of the entire investigation in February of this year – 14 guns for $9,700.
The case also included smuggling rings stretching to North and South Carolina. Walker and another defendant, Earl Campbell, are accused of separately transporting guns from their respective homes states back to New York using the Chinatown bus lines.
16 of the indicted individuals in the case were arrested in New York, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Three others were already in custody on unrelated charges.
“There is no doubt that the seizure of these guns – the largest bust in the city’s history – has saved lives. For that reason, every New Yorker, in every part of our city owes a debt of thanks to all those involved in this investigation,” said New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
Neno Best was indicted on one count of conspiracy. He faces up to 4 years in prison if convicted.
