City National Bank Needs Help Finding Azealia Banks Over Credit Card Bill

City National Bank is still trying to track down Azealia Banks, who owes them a boatload of money.

(AllHipHop News) Azealia Banks finds herself in yet another legal battle.

The Harlem rapper has been ordered to pay $142,000 in regards to her credit card bills.

This lawsuit stems from the judgment that was issued by City National Bank in 2017.

Banks didn’t show up for court dates, and she didn’t respond to the lawsuit either.

Court documents reveal a New York judge granted a default judgment against Banks for a total of $142,287.34, which will continue to grow with interest.

The lawsuit also revealed City National Bank statements indicating Banks took out two credit cards with the company and eventually stopped making payments back in 2016.

Banks had a personal line of credit with City National Bank for $50,000 They sued, looking for the entire remaining balance of $137,000 plus interest to be paid out.

City National Banks has been struggling for a few months trying to locate the rapper and requested for an extension to locate her.

The judge agreed.
