Rick Ross Rebuilding $35M Mansion: “This Is What A $50M Home On Star Island Looks Like”

Ricks Ross is re-designing his $35M mansion on Miami’s exclusive Star Island, spending an additional $15M on renovations.

Rick Ross is living on a building site after rebuilding the $35 million Miami mega-mansion he purchased last year on the Exclusive Star Island from the ground up.

In August, the MMG founder took ownership of the 9,700 square feet property at 37 Star Island Drive. The luxury property sits on a 40,000-square-foot plot, featuring a 40-foot boat dock with direct access to the waterfront.

However, a new video shows Rick Ross is completely renovating the six-bedroom/eight-bathroom home. On Tuesday (January 30) Rozay took fans on a tour of the construction site via his Instagram Story.

He isn’t scrimping on the renovations, either. According to Rick Ross, he’s splashed out an additional $15M to turn the mansion into his dream home.

“This is what a $50 million home on Star Island looks like,” he said while showing off the renovations. “Talk is cheap. We finna to do something great.”

He revealed he plans to “go bigger,” stating that he wants to extend the sprawling mansion. Bulldozers and excavators sat on the property, which was littered with rubble and debris.

“How Khaled said? ‘Let’s go bigger!’” he added. “The heard work has begun. It’s gon’ be a one of one. Spent $35 tickets on the crib you see what I’m doing.”

Shortly after purchasing the mansion, Rick Ross discussed his construction plans with DJ Khaled, revealing he hired architect Kobi Karp for the job.

“They create huge high rises, but guess what?” Rick Ross later said in a video with Karp. “37 Star Island, get ready.”
