The value of the property people possess will never decrease. A new car’s depreciating value is one example of an investment that could leave property owners with little to nothing of value.
Other examples include investments in the stock market, which can go down to zero in value. Many people may expect your money to go up in value in the real estate market regardless of whether you invested it in a residential or commercial property.
For Douglas Parson Jr, it’s about helping build a community of generational wealth and sustainability. Celebrities and musicians have the ears of the culture, so he became a celebrity realtor. Parson Jr didn’t do it for fame, he did it to inspire, and motivate as many people as possible by selling homes to famous people.
Famous people have large followers who look up to them. Douglas thought maybe one of his celebrity clients could motivate someone to take a different route with their resources. He also wants it to motivate them to get into the world of investment through real estate.
Recently, Douglas Parson Jr was able to close a real estate deal for multi-platinum music producer ATL Jacob. These deals give the youth hope that anything is possible if they believe in something and do the work to make it happen.

I’m sure everyone’s had this problem before. You hear a song on the radio, but you don’t know the song’s artist or name, and it gets stuck in your head throughout the day, especially during your workout. I know how annoying that can be, so we decided to write this article to show you how to find a song by humming it on Android and iPhone devices. Of course, many different apps are available that do various things on our smartphones. But some of them are not suitable for locating songs based on humming!
What is Song humming in a realistic manner?
No one likes it when they can’t remember the name of a song, but what if there was an easier way to find out what song is stuck in your head? You can do that by humming a tune. The method is simple; start singing the song you know off key or humming until your fingers graze against your lips. Then, open up Siri or Google Voice and say, What’s this song? or What song is this?
Step 1: Input The Song Title And Artist In The Search Bar, And Tap On Voice Recognition
The next step is to input the song title and artist in the search bar, and tap on Voice Recognition. Siri will come up with a list of songs you can find, which you’ll be able to listen to if they’re not just audio. You’ll then have to identify your desired song from this list. Once you do, tap on it, and it will play in your headphones or speakers!
Step 2: After Google/Siri Spits Out Results, Scroll Down And Select The Listen Now Option
After google voice/Siri spit out the results, scroll down to the Listen Now option. If you’re unsure what song is playing in your head, it can be hard to find it by title. To save time, look for titles that sound close enough or just listen for a snippet of the song that triggers your memory. When I hummed the first few notes of New York State Of Mind, Google responded with several choices.
Using SoundHound
SoundHound has been around for a while now and is one of the best options to find a song you might not know the title of. You can hum into your phone, tap the microphone icon, or tap-hold the red mic button in the bottom left corner of SoundHound to let it listen. It takes about 10 seconds, but if you’re lucky, it will give you a list of songs that match what you hummed! The best part? When you open up any possible matches, SoundHound will play the song so you can hear which one it thinks is right!
You can use Midomi App
Midomi is a free, easy-to-use app that can search for songs by humming into the microphone. There are other versions of this app, so you may want to try them out. You can download the Midomi App from the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store for both IOS and Android devices. If you have an iPhone or an android phone, you can also try google voice search. All you need to do is tap the home button on your phone and say okay, google, then speak your request: find me a song that goes like this, then hum in your favorite tune. Your phone will do its best to find it!
DJ Khaled is ready to make music with Britney Spears.
The hip-hop mogul has a long history of collaborating with various stars, having teamed up with Rihanna, Demi Lovato, Drake, and Justin Bieber, among many others.
Following the success of Britney and Elton John’s new song “Hold Me Closer,” which dropped last month, Khaled was asked by a reporter at Extra whether he would be open to working with either superstar.
“To answer your question, of course, I would. I am ready!” he exclaimed. “I would collaborate with anyone that’s representing the love of the music… Collaborating is a beautiful thing. It is important that we come together and make great songs.”

Rapper Wiz Khalifa is giving back to his hometown, Pittsburgh, PA.
The rapper took to his social media to make an announcement about selling his custom clothes and going to donate the proceeds from their sale to the Pittsburgh Public School’s music programs.
On his Twitter, he posted, “Just dropped some more fresh pieces in my @Depop shop. Grab gear straight from my closet whit it lasts.”
Just dropped some more fresh pieces in my @Depop shop. Grab gear straight from my closet while it lasts. #DepopPartner
“Yo, what up, it’s your boy Wiz Khalifa, I just dropped new pieces in my Depop store,” he said in the video, he said, “All the proceeds go to Pittsburgh Public Schools to fund the music programs.”
Officials in from the school district are appreciative of his effort to help finance having music in schools.
They tweeted their appreciation, simply saying, “Thank you Wiz.”
Wiz, whose real name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, actually went to Taylor Allderdice High School in Squirrel Hill, according to CBS News, and started curating his life as entertainment in their hallways.
Before he lived in Pittsburgh in 1996, Wiz lived in Germany, the United Kingdom, and Japan. He was also born in North Dakota in 1987.
“It’s hard to organically go viral. It’s hard to recreate moments as well. So, if you have a dope moment, it’s hard to spin off that and create a brand off that moment, because everything is based off advertising,” the rapper said. “It doesn’t really lean toward building up their own platform, it really just builds up the platforms they’re performing on. Which is cool, but that’s not what I’m into. I’ve never been into making somebody else money.”
“The way I see it is: You just use it for business and as much promotion as possible,” the 34-year-old continued. “It’s hard because it’s in reverse – the more following you have, the less interaction you’re gonna get because corporations don’t want you to be stronger than them.”
The artists just dropped a new album called “Multiverse,” the first solo project since 2018.

Grammy Award-winning entrepreneur Lecrae and decorated Hip-Hop artist/author Sho Baraka spearhead the soundtrack for Our Daily Bread Ministries‘VOICES Collection presented documentary‘Juneteenth: Faith & Freedom.’
Curated by Rasool Berry, Our Daily Bread Ministries’ Director of Partnerships & Content Development, the musical masterpiece, which boasts 13 cohesive cuts, echoes the truth and revelation of how the recently recognized federal holiday Juneteenth came to be.
The project includes previously released singles “Where Do We Go,” and “Black As Heavenft. Mag44,” both crafted by Sho Baraka as well as “Black Reconstruction” – a posse cut with Lecrae & Propaganda.
Additional guest features and production come by way of S.O., Andrea “Vocab” Sanderson, Carvena, Marqus Clae, Chill Vibes, Reflect, Mark Evan Diaz, Lucius B. Hoskins, J.Dot, Derek Minor, Swoope, theBeatbreaker, and Rivertown.
Highlighting the importance of the documentary with Rapzilla, Berry states:
“The first celebration of what has become known as Juneteenth took place at a church in Galveston, and I discovered that people who were closest to it understood their emancipation on spiritual terms. To really understand that story, we need to grasp their perspective on their own emancipation. The church is where the story starts, but that’s not where the faith component ends. The role of the Black church in establishing communities was really vital, I discovered.”
The VOICES community discusses, develops, and distributes resources by Black Christian content creators for communities of color. The VOICES community seeks to share our particular stories to make God’s life-changing wisdom understandable and accessible to all.
VOICES amplifies God’s goodness, guidance and help to us. Experience their stories and celebrate God’s legacies in the lives of Black people with them, as they bear witness to Black dignity and identity as God’s image bearers.

The Will Smith and Chris Rock debacle has leaped back into national headlines. While Smith has publicly apologized to fans for his behavior and seems to be working on the personal “trauma” that lied at the root of his snapping on national television, Rock has continued his comedy tour dates – referencing the slap in jokes in his stand-up routines.
Now, amidst the brewing controversy around another poorly executed joke about a woman, Rock is speaking out, reminding people again he is a victim, attacked by an “ugly” person who tricked us into thinking he was unlike others and “perfect” for the last “30 years.”
According to the Daily Mail, while performing in Liverpool’s M&S Arena on Thursday, Sept. 1, comedian Dave Chappelle asked Rock did the slap he received at the Academy Awards hurt.
“Did that s##t hurt?” the D.C. funnyman asked his friend who is touring the UK with him.
Rock answered him, ““G###### right … the mother##ker hit me over a bulls##t joke, the nicest joke I ever told.”
“Will did the impression of a perfect person for 30 years, and he ripped his mask off and showed us he was as ugly as the rest of us,” he continued.
“Whatever the consequences are,” the Brooklynite remarked, “I hope he doesn’t put his mask back on again and lets his real face breathe. I see myself in both men.”
AllHipHop.com reported during the 2022 Oscars, Rock made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith’s bald head, saying she looked like G.I. Jane.
Believing he was protecting his wife, whose feelings were hurt, Smith walked up to the stage and open slapped Rock on national television— moments before Quest Love received his trophy for “Best Documentary” and he won his for “Best Leading Actor.”
The backlash was a tsunami to Smith’s career, with the Academy disassociating with him and an asterisk being placed next to the actor’s win.
Though he did not originally apologize to Rock on the show during his acceptance speech, he did on Instagram the next day.
“I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris,” he wrote. “I was out of line, and I was wrong. I am embarrassed and my actions were not indicative of the man I want to be. There is no place for violence in a world of love and kindness.
Smith issued another public apology in July on YouTube.
“I reached out to Chris, and the message that came back is he’s not ready to talk, but when he is, he will reach out,” Smith shared. “I will say to you, Chris, I apologize to you. My behavior was unacceptable, and I’m here whenever you’re ready to talk.”
He also extended an apology to Rock’s mother and his brother, Tony Rock.
The “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” also talked about how it felt to have people see him so “ugly.”
“Disappointing people is my central trauma. I hate when I let people down, so it hurts psychologically and emotionally to know that I didn’t live up to people’s image and impression of me,” he said. “The work I’m trying to do is I am deeply remorseful, and I’m trying to be remorseful without being ashamed of myself.”
In response to the video, Rock said in his stand up, “Everybody is trying to be a f##king victim. If everybody claims to be a victim, then nobody will hear the real victims. Even me getting smacked by Suge Smith. I went to work the next day, I got kids.”
There are a lot of victims. One in particular is Nicole Brown Simpson, O.J. Simpson’s wife that was murdered in the mid-90s.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, when asked if he would be the host for the award show again, Rock said returning to the Oscars and would be like asking Brown Simpson “to go back to the restaurant” where the woman left her eyeglasses before being killed.
Brown Simpson’s sister Tanya Brown said his joke was “distasteful,” as his joke about Pinkett Smith was not “funny.”
“Nothing is more lovely then to wake up on a Tuesday morning (Not) with TMZ calling you saying Chris Rock made a horrible ‘joke’ about Nicole,” she captioned on Instagram.
She continued, “Nothing funny about his joke towards Jada as she suffers from a physical condition and nothing funny about equating an Oscar host invitation to a double homicide. I always thought he was funny, but he crossed the lines with this one.”
Rock also took jabs while in London, he made fun of yet another woman, Meghan Markle and her constant complaints about being a royal. When talking about her in front of the British audience that has been the source of some of her trauma, he said, “I just don’t get it,” then saying people playing victim, like her, is the only way to become famous.
People didn’t like that either.
“Of course Chris Rock is making jokes about Meghan Markle. Lmao. And when Harry comes and slaps the taste out his mouth I’ll applaud that too.”
“This is why everybody hates Chris Rock: Will Smith did impression of a perfect man for 30 years https://mol.im/a/11173709@MailOnline Why throw #MeghanMarkle a Black woman who is subjected to more racism than anyone under the bus in the country that she had to flee? #j######.”
“Everybody mad now that Chris Rock done hit below the belt at white woman…but y’all totally fine with him doing it to black women — Jada Pinkett and Meghan Markle. BE CONSISTENT!!!”
Everybody mad now that Chris Rock done hit below the belt at white woman…but y'all totally fine with him doing it to black women — Jada Pinkett and Meghan Markle.
In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan Markle shared her main issue with being a royal was the levels of racism she experienced as a bi-racial woman marrying into the family.
She said, when talking about her unborn child, there were “concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he was born.”
Her husband, Prince Harry confirmed this was happening saying, “But it was right at the beginning … What will the kids look like?”
Aspiring rapper Wakko The Kidd is in critical condition after a home invasion in North Hollywood, California.
The LAPD revealed Wakko The Kidd and an associate with putting in work at a recording studio in Hollywood late Thursday night. The cops claim a group of men followed them from the recording studio to their home in North Hollywood.
When they went to exit their vehicle, Wakko and his friend were surrounded by a group of men in ski masks wielding guns.
According to the cops, Wakko The Kidd and an unidentified friend were shot multiple times.
First responders arrived on the scene and rushed both victims to a local hospital, where they underwent surgery. Wakko The Kid and his friend are in critical condition, according to Fox11.
The cops say Los Angeles is in the middle of a severe crime wave. The LAPD even formed a special task for what they labeled follow-home robberies.
The unit comprises about 20 detectives from the Robbery-Homicide departments. In 2021, there were more than 100 follow-home robberies.
“People are targeted because they’re driving a nice car or they have a nice watch on or a nice shopping bag or purse and things like that,” LAPD, Homicide Detective Freddy Arroyo told Fox11. “It’s unfortunate that’s where we’re at right now, but people are still being targeted for the items that they’re wearing or the jewelry that they wear.”
Wakko The Kidd’s flossing may have played a part in him being targeted. The rapper, who created the popular AirHeadz brand of cannabis, took to Instagram to post a flashy diamond necklace he had recently purchased.
Other follow-home robbery victims include Fashion Nova over CEO Richard Saghian. Although he emerged unharmed, a shootout killed one suspect and left four other people wounded.
Legendary music executive Clarence Avant Lost his wife Jacqueline in a similar shooting after a man named Aariel Maynor targeted the legendary executive and killed her in her own home.
Maynor was sentenced to 150 years to life in prison for the crime.
There is trouble in paradise for two of Hip-Hop’s favorite couples, as reports fly alleging Drill rapper Fivio Foreign and his girlfriend Mellow Rackz have called it splits.
The first bit of rumbling comes from Rackz posting in her Instagram Stories a pretty definitive declaration of her relationship status: “Single ASF,” announcing the news a little bit before her Sept. 2 birthday.
This comes a week after the two were spotted out kicking it.
A different story than what the bombshell was saying earlier in the summer when she posted on social media “Say sorry .. and I promise he not gon touch u #mine (emojis diamond ring and lock & key.)
The Florida native, who used to be connected to another chart-topping rapper Kodak Black, is not the only one talking. The New York big stepper posted on is social media a classic response: laughing emojis. He appears to be replying to Rackz’s comments, “N##### b acting up round ya b day ur not slick (crying emojis).”
She then threw out the quip, “Keep the same energy.”
To add fuel to the fire, people started insinuating that the two were never in a relationship in the first place because he seemed to be kicking it with his children’s mother Jasmine, but the “City of Gods” rapper shut that down.
“Wtf I look like fake’n a relationship Imma whole Brooklyn N####.”
Wtf I look like fake’n a relationship 😂 Imma whole Brooklyn N####.
Earlier in the day, he posted on his Instagram Story a video of him with Jay-Z’s “Song Cry” playing and Jasmine popping through, sparking all kinds of drama.
But Rackz is keeping it cute. An account linked to the one retweeted by Fivio said, “Never no bad blood always good vibes” and “Less problems in life the easier it is.”
Jane Doe sued 6ix9ine for $150 million after she was shot in the foot during a dispute between 6ix9ine and members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.
Gunfire erupted on July 16th, 2018, when Jane Doe was hanging in a courtyard in Brooklyn’s “Smurf Village” complex. The woman’s lawsuit claims several members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods responsible for kidnapping 6ix9ine were shooting a music video nearby.
When 6ix9ine, born Daniel Hernandez, heard the gang members were there, he allegedly ordered some of his affiliates to shoot them. Instead of hitting their mark, Jane Doe was shot in the foot and injured her back and knee as she fell to the ground.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline, 6ix9ine settled the legal quandary and forked over $70,000 to resolve the dispute.
6ix9ine has been working to put his remaining legal team to work over the past several months.
The pair were robbed in a case of mistaken identity after 6ix9ine, and the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods thought they were robbing employees of J. Prince’s Rap-a-Lot Records.
The rapper still has plenty of legal headaches.
He is still fighting off a $2 million lawsuit filed by Streamusic, who claims he bailed on two concerts in Hollywood in December of 2021.
6ix9ine is also being sued by a rapper named SIX9, who claims he had the rights to the name first. SIX9 is asking a court to bar 6ix9ine from using the name, and he’s also after all of the rapper’s profits.
The news caps off another dramatic week for the rapper, who recently admitted he was depressed, in a “dark place,” and avoiding the recording studio.
Love is sour, and revenge is sweet. At least according to the latest record dropped by HBK Tyranny, a song in which the raw emotion and anger bleed through the speakers into the listener’s ears. The track depicts an individual at their wit’s end, with a desperate need for revenge. Somewhat similar to the 2017 record by XXXTENTACION, which shares the same title. However, if you’re expecting soft acoustics and heartfelt melodies from HBK Tyranny’s record then you will be sorely mistaken. HBK Tyranny angrily delivers his pain in this song through the perspective of somebody that seems to have no feelings whatsoever, other than the craving for vengeance on those who have wronged him.
Whether you are a die-hard Rap fan or Heavy Metal Stan, HBK Tyranny’s newest single titled REVENGE blends both genres into one, creating an offspring of both styles proclaimed as Trap-Metal by the heartbreak artist. Tyranny Fresh Pace, more commonly known by his stage name HBK Tyranny is breaking the mold of Trap music with a style that is heavily reminiscent of the Linkin Park era. By combining gritty rap bars with melodies and screams, HBK Tyranny is paving a new lane for Hip-Hop artists with Heavy Metal and Punk influences to create.
As is often the case with many of the best musicians (and artists in general), sincere music often stems from difficult moments in our lives. Nevertheless, our experiences through life can drive our artistic efforts in a vulnerable way that echoes our creative output. It’s safe to say that genuine lyricism is what will most likely turn a listener into a fan––this is exactly what vetted artist Ishell Vaughan executes so well in his career.
Ishell Vaughan strives to be a forward-thinking artist who never compromises his values. He’s always paid homage to his roots, and it’s one of the main reasons for his influence’s success. Fans want to connect with musicians outside of their music, and Ishell Vaughan does an excellent job at it. Labels pump out artists every month, so creatives must pay special attention to their songs’ structure to stay nuanced and visible in a fast-paced music market.
The rising artist is currently enjoying the success of his previous records, which he released this past year consistently. His discography is a kaleidoscopic effort to showcase his versatile direction–musical tracks with strong delivery and cadence are Ishell Vaughan’s signature style. He never misses when it comes to connecting with his audience and executing lush and catchy performances.
Even though he is on the come-up, he’s not an artist to overlook. Not many artists can handle the pressure of releasing music consistently and investing in their craft. But, as you’ll quickly witness, Ishell Vaughan manages never to compromise his artistry for profits and wear his heart on his sleeve every time
Even though 2022 was a setback for many, Ishell Vaughan has kept an upbeat approach from the start. This season, he honed his skills to add to his ever-growing 2022 collection. Ishell Vaughan is undeniably a game-changer, a surefire talent who is quickly gaining acclaim, and one thing is sure: his star power will keep on growing.
Though it is equally tough to survive among the industry’s more prominent personalities who have set the bar high with incredible accomplishments, several people, including Dip Salvador, are cementing their stance in the music industry. As a result, the ambiance of his ever-growing platform within the world of progressive music culture only shines brighter.
Salvador pulls from his personal life experiences, which serve as the culmination of his artistic expression. Hitting the studio day in and day out, it’s unquestionable that Dip Salvador has conducted his approach so well that he hones his creative process like second nature. On top of that, Dip Salvador is never frightened of failing or learning anything new; this optimistic approach toward his job distinguishes him from other producers.
Songwriters, engineers, and record producers who treat what they do as a passion and not merely a job tend to be the most successful in their endeavors, and it’s evident in the work they put forward. Working on the same project or song can be daunting if the melody isn’t right or if the drums are sitting correctly in the mix.
Dip Salvador has learned from experience that a fresh perspective is a key to turning any demo into a record; he’s committed to taking as much time as possible to ensure his clients are satisfied; even if that means making additional revisions to their liking so that what they want to convey through the song it captured.
It’s undeniable that Dip Salvador devotion to excellence has led him to where he is now; he boasts a veteran roster of collaboration that further gives him the social proof and credibility he deserves. His work has appeared on major labels, such as Interscope Records, Atlantic, and Def Jam, only to mention a few. Still, this only scrapes the surface of what Dip Salvador is all about as he continues to expand his portfolio with unique major projects and beyond.
Please find out more about Dip Salvador, and do not miss out on new music.
The family involved in the Sesame Place controversy was allegedly snubbed by the CEO of the park’s parent company.
Marc Swanson, CEO Of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, was supposed to meet with the family on Tuesday (August 30). According to the Brown family’s attorney B’Ivory Lamarr, Swanson never showed up as attorneys and corporate reps attended instead.
