(AllHipHip Rumors) Megan Thee Stallion is not playing with Rapper Tory Lanez. The Houston-born rap mistress has been extremely vocal since naming Tory Lanez as her shooter. Earlier this year, Tory Lanez allegedly licked shots at Megan after an apparent verbal fight. She alleges that they were in a car arguing and she tried to leave the conversation and conflict and the resulting response was two shots to her feet. This is alleged of course but it seems like the victim is being a very much cooperating witness. This has led a lot of people to call her a snitch, erroneously. However, that is just how the Internet goes!
In a new freestyle, Megan Thee Stallion show she still got it but also kicks a couple wraps that points the finger at Tory Lanez. It’s not that deep, to be honest, but anything that refers to that fateful day is newsworthy. Megan also went on to win the best Hip-Hop award at the VMAs last night, beating Dababy, Eminem, Juice WRLD, Future, Drake, Roddy Ricch, and Travis Scott! What a big win! Shadow to Megan Thee Stallion, you still my boo even with bullet holes and a WAP!
(AllHipHop News) Lil Wayne’s adult daughter has trolled the rapper online after sharing a loved-up photo of himself and his new girlfriend on Instagram.
The “How to Love” hitmaker went public with his latest romance back in June, revealing he was dating plus-sized model Denise Bidot by sharing a photo of the bikini-clad beauty in a swimming pool, blowing a kiss to the camera.
He has since posted a few more snaps of his new lady on social media, including a new picture on the Instagram profile for his label Young Money Entertainment, featuring the pair kissing while wearing robes.
However, Wayne’s 21-year-old daughter, Reginae Carter, was quick to poke fun at her dad for his latest public display of affection.
After the image was shared on social media, Reginae commented, “Get a room please,” alongside a series of crying with laughter and rolling eyes emojis.
Prior to dating Bidot, Lil Wayne had been known for keeping his private life under wraps, rarely sharing any photos during his engagement to Australian model La’Tecia Thomas, from whom he split earlier this year.
The father of four shares Reginae with his ex-wife, Toya Johnson. He also has children with model/actress Lauren London and singer Nivea.
(AllHipHop Rumors) We have not heard from Lloyd Banks in a while. In fact, if you want to thank us, feel free. We got Banks back on the mic earlier this year with the Hunting Season challenge. We did that with Jadakiss and well…then COVID. We are still waiting for the winner to be picked but that us another matter.
Like I said, Banks, one of the original members of G-unit, has been very quiet. I think the death of his father lead him away from the rap game for an extended period. I could be wrong, but I think I am right. Anyway, 50 Cent recently loss a court case to Rick Ross and I think Ross took that as a license to bar none. Out of the blue, Ross disses Banks!
“Banks is fresh out the gutter/ Two scoops of butter,” Ross rapped in an IG post that tagged 50 Cent.
He went on to talk to Banks, “Banks, you still got some money? Show us what you livin’ like. If you ain’t got no money, I’ll give you five grand for the Banks name. That might be one of my aliases — Dank Sinatra.”
(AllHipHop News) Megan thee Stallion is more than a pretty face.
The “WAP” rapper is college-educated, a businesswoman and she even uses her voice to stands firm in spaces where those who are in need are silenced.
Saturday, during her virtual concert, she made a powerful statement against police brutality and racial injustice.
The stage was set with a black backdrop that read, “This s##t is exhausting,” before going on to list the names of Black men and women who have fallen victim to police-involved killings or assault: George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Tamir Rice, Freddie Gray, and Jacob Blake.
Next to each name producers displayed the dates and summaries of the incident. “Why is it so hard being Black in America?” punctuated the tribute powerfully.
Hotties, her fans on Twitter, celebrated her courageous and thought-provoking show.
Her show was crazy and she shared a lot of it on her Instagram for fans that just wanted to see it again.
(AllHipHop News) Fans of the late Kobe Bryant were left outraged when the former National Basketball Association (NBA) player was seemingly excluded from the In Memoriam segment at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards.
While Travis Barker’s introduction mentioned late rappers like Juice Wrld and Pop Smoke and noted that the segment would honor “other brilliant artists we lost,” not everyone included in the tribute was primarily associated with music – such as film actor, Chadwick Boseman.
After the segment aired, disgruntled fans of Kobe took to social media to slam organizers for overlooking the sportsman – who was a member of rap group Cheizaw in the ’90s and featured solo on tracks by Brian McKnight and Destiny’s Child – during the tribute.
“Well hell if y’all gone show Chadwick show Kobe too. Kobe did music too. #VMAs,” tweeted one fan. Another posted: “Who at the #VMAs forgot to include Kobe Bryant in the In Memoriam section?!?”
Pointing out Boseman’s inclusion, as well as that of late Glee actress, Naya Rivera, meant the In Memoriam tribute wasn’t just for straight musicians, they continued: “You added Naya and Chadwick, you weren’t sticking to just music.”
Another viewer wrote: “How DARE you guys Not pay tribute to KOBE BRYANT!!!! He is an Academy Award winner and Legend!!! And you choose to leave him out of your 2020 tribute! #BoycottVMAs #VMAs.”
As morbid as this fact may be, the tweet that announced the “42” star’s death, posted late Friday on his official Twitter account has become the most liked tweet in the social media platforms history.
Twitter shared the factoid the public on Saturday, by posting “Most liked Tweet ever. A tribute fit for a King.”
The tweet now has over 7 million likes and 3 million retweets. Before the announcement of Boseman’s demise, Barack Obama’s Charlottesville car attack tweet held the honor of the most liked tweet.
"No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion…" pic.twitter.com/InZ58zkoAm
Twitter also paid tribute to Chadwick by reinstating the “Black Panther” emoji.
“Fans are also working to organize *Black Panther* Twitter watch parties using #BlackPanther and #WakandaForever,” a statement from Twitter shared. “So Twitter has turned the original #BlackPanther emoji back on so fans can watch and talk about his legacy together.”
One social media star decided to combine the two performers’ individual brands by merging Cardi’s “Wap” and Taylor’s “You Belong With Me.” British-South African model Niamh Adkins uploaded a TikTok video of herself dancing to a mashup of the hit records.
Adkins’s vid eventually made its way to Twitter where Cardi B saw it and offered a terse response. The Grammy-winning recording artist simply tweeted, “I ain’t saw that coming.” Cardi’s reaction tweet collected nearly 10,000 likes.
According to Adkins, her “YBWM/WAP” clip was taken down from TikTok. She wrote on the platform, “The Taylor Swift Wap video is under review and I’m P!SSED (it’s on my IG) .” Adkins added on Instagram, “TikTok took this down at 1M views so it’s for you guys now.”
Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP” has had a huge cultural impact. Numerous memes, fan-made remixes, and dance challenges connected to the track popped up on the internet since its release on August 7.

(AllHipHop News) King’s Disease had many Hip Hop heads once again shouting praises for Nasir “Nas” Jones. The new album was a critical rebound from the mixed reviews for Nasir in 2018.
However, Nas’s return to form LP did not have the same immediate commerical success as Nasir (77,000 first-week units). King’s Disease pulled in 47,000 units in its opening week.
That total was enough for King’s Disease to land at #5 on the Billboard 200 chart. It was the highest debut on this week’s rankings and Nas’s fourteenth Top 10 album of his career.
Taylor Swift’s Folklore remained at #1 on the Billboard 200 for a fifth straight week. The Pop/Country singer tied Lil Baby’s My Turn for the most weeks atop the chart in 2020. My Turn currently sits at #6.
Two former Number Ones by recently deceased rappers followed Swift. Pop Smoke’s Shoot for the Stars Aim for the Moon (#2) and Juice WRLD’s Legends Never Die (#3) maintained Top 5 positions on the most recent Billboard 200.
Rod Wave’s Pray 4 Love slipped from #6 to #7. DaBaby’s Blame It on Baby dropped one spot to #9. Post Malone’s Hollywood’s Bleeding also fell one place to #10.
(AllHipHop News) In spite of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, MTV continued ahead with its annual Video Music Awards by producing virtual performances. Numerous music stars put together socially-distanced presentations for the show.
The Weeknd, who won Video Of The Year, ran through “Blinding Lights” at The Edge at Hudson Yards. In addition, DaBaby performed the Blame It on Baby tracks “Peep Hole”, “Blind,” and “Rockstar” alongside the Jabbawockeez.
As he was performing “Blind,” DaBaby was seen handcuffed in the back of a police car. The North Carolina native later jumped on top of the vehicle as he starts his #1 hit “Rockstar.” At one point, images of burning skyscrapers were displayed behind him.
Doja Cat’s set featured the rapper/singer performing “Say So” and “Like That.” R&B duo Chloe x Halle performed “Ungodly Hour” while rap newcomer Jack Harlow offered a live rendition of “Whats Poppin.” Black Eyed Peas, featuring Nicky Jam and Tyga, closed out the VMAs with “Vida Loca” and “I Gotta Feeling.”

(AllHipHop Music) BlizzyBoy LJ has been making his mark and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
Hailing from both Hartford, CT and New York, BlizzyBoy LJ definitely brings that East Coast grit with a sound that is still uniquely his own.
He is going with the flow and carving his own lane as he strives to make timeless music.
With a forthcoming EP on the way, BlizzyBoy’s grind doesn’t stop, and the hustle certainly won’t end as he readies a new t-shirt line as well.
We had an opportunity to catch up with BlizzyBoy LJ as he shared details of his influences and what drew him to music.
Tell me a little bit about when you fell in love with music.
BBLJ: Probably around the ‘Reasonalbe Doubt’ album. I fell in love with music about when I was 2 years old..3 years old. When my father and grandfather would have me in the car when I was a kid, they would have the music turned up all the way, and probably just since I was a kid. I was raised by music.
Who have been some of your biggest musical influences?
So you were raised between Connecticut and New York, so what was your upbringing like, and what part of New York were you raised in?
BBLJ: Um, well New York was Brookylyn, and Hartford is just like New York. I grew up in Harford too. Gritty…… I mean.. My grandfather was close friends with Gayle King and Oprah. It was cool. He was a prominent African American figure in Hartford. Growing up I had the benefits of him with his accolades. My life was pretty good until he passed away when I was in 6th grade. Then I was just in the streets. I got kicked out. Our house had to be foreclosed…just being in the hood. Just a regular in the streets kid. Streets and basketball.
How would you describe your sound? What sets you apart from other artists?
BBLJ: What sets me apart from other people? I don’t know. I’m not that narcissistic. I give credit where credit it due to everyone. I can understand that I may be different. I have a sound, and I don’t sound like anyone. Everything I do, is me living it. I’m not saying that other rappers don’t live what they’re rapping about but, I can say for sure I’m the definition of hustle. That may separate me. Where I’m at in life from where I started at, I’ve been through a lot. I’m the definition of hustling in music. I used to sell my CDS. I’m only 24. I was selling CDS at 18. 6 years ago no one was selling CDS anymore at the time, but I felt like that was a part of my journey, selling your music.
What have you been up to during the quarantine, and how have you been staying inspired?
BBLJ: They say it’s a pandemic, I said it’s a BANDemic. The quarantine’s been good. I’ve been chilling. I feel like it made me figure out who I am more. I feel the quarantine helped me out and made me stay focused.
You mentioned that you’ve always hustled. What other endeavors are you involved in, or what other endeavors do you want to tap into?
BBLJ: Right now, I have my clothing line with t-shirts. Also, later on I want to do like section 8 housing and property management in low-income areas.
Who are some artists you would like to collaborate with?
BBLJ: Meek Mill.
Who are you currently listening to right now?
BBLJ: Pop Smoke. I only play Pop Smoke…oh well I also listen to Yxng Ka.
Who are your Top 5 rappers dead or alive?
BBLJ: Meek Mill, Jay-Z, Jadakiss, Pop Smoke, Me…and Biggie.
What drives you?
BBLJ:Success. Achievement.
When is your forthcoming EP coming out, and what is the name of it?
BBLJ: It’s coming out like a month from now. I don’t have the name for it yet.
What would you like fans to take away from it?
BBLJ: I don’t know. That’s something they have to choose for themselves?
What advice would you give to someone who wants to break into the music industry?
BBLJ: Don’t give up.
I know you’ve talked about overcoming homelessness. Speak on how you overcame that adversity.
BBLJ:It was like three weeks of my life. I slept in my car. I could’ve went back home to Connecticut, but I was like nah because what did I do all of this for. That was only 8 months ago. If you pick up and go back, what was it all for. Just because you are messed up right now, doesn’t mean you will be forever. You can’t get stuck in the moment. You have to look forward. Everything is temporary unless you make it not temporary. Pain is temporary.
When you came out to LA did you have any family or friends in the market, or did you just step out on faith?
BBLJ: Well when I came out here, I went to college so yeah no family, but my father was out here. But my father was like an alcoholic. So he was really not too much help, but was help. He raised me and made me the man I am. So that helped me, but I have my uncle out here. I had two family members out here; everything else was pretty much me. That’s all you need. People think you need a lot of people. You don’t need a lot of people. Having a lot people just means that’s more people in your business, and more opinions. I don’t like listening to people talk all day.
What’s next for you other than the EP?
BBLJ: Time will tell. I just go with the flow. Whatever works works. I don’t really plan anymore; I just go with the flow.
Tyrese returns with his most powerful record to date: “Legendary,” featuring CeeLo Green.
Serving as Tyrese’s first release in over 5 years, the record depicts an “artist’s response” to the unfair deaths of Black Americans at the hands of police officers.
The song is paired with thr equally powerful visual for the song titled “8:46,” paying tribute to #BlackLivesMatters and the precious lives that were lost in our quest for equality.
AllHipHop was present for the press junket and the humility from the 6x Grammy- nominated singer, songwriter, actor, and activist was not overlooked.
Tyrese made it a point to remind the press this song wasn’t about him in any shape, way or form, but merely to continue to push the narrative to end racism altogether.
Directed by Deon Taylor, who’s seen and been through the worst of the worst coming up in Gary, Indiana, the music video contains groundbreaking imagery that made both Taylor and Tyrese tear up instantly.
When asked what activism meant to Tyrese, he answered: “This is activism. Being on this call, doing this short film, having Deon to say for the first time in 10 months we both got on a flight and put our health and families life at risk. We had a crew of 100 people, it was everybody’s first gig in a year.
“Deon got on a 4-hour layover flight from Sacramento and came to Atlanta, slept at my house and did it for free. I’m well over $250K at this point with all things ’Legendary’,” Tyrese said.
He continues, “I was so committed to what God put on my heart to do.” Everybody’s like ‘why you spending too much money on this?’ Listen man, until we get to where we need to get to on behalf of these families, I’m spending the money on something that matters on this level.”
The title of the video is “8:46,” reminding the masses of the amount of time the officer had on George Floyd’s neck.
And, 100% of proceeds are going to charity, as the lives and families of Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Eric Garner, and Trayvon Martin are remembered.
Deon also had a message for the press: “You guys are all artists, your job is to speak to the culture. Speak to change. This is another time right now where we’re done talking, we’re living in it. This is a bigger moment than civil rights.”
When asked if that was Tyrese rapping on the song, he swerved with a “no comment.”
“Legendary” also serves as new territory for Tyrese, who strayed from his signature R&B ballads. The meeting ended with a friendly reminder from Tyrese to go vote.

(AllHipHop News) The Hip-Hop world is mourning after the loss of one of Tennessee’s rap princesses, Ashley Richardson.
Richardson is the daughter of Darnell Black, also known as Crunchy Black, a former member of the group Three 6 Mafia.
According to Local 24 News, she was murdered during a hotel shooting over the weekend along with an unidentified man. They were both found dead outside of the Fairview Inn and Suites.

(AllHipHop News) One of the suspects accused of gunning down Jam Master Jay will stay put in prison, despite his fear of dying from the coronavirus.
Ronald “Tinard” Washington is one of two suspects indicted for the cold-blooded murder of Jam Master Jay inside of his Queens, New York recording studio on October 30th, 2002.
Washington is accused of setting up Jay’s murder after he was supposedly cut out of a drug deal, while Jordan is accused of being the triggerman who shot Jay at point-blank range.
Jordan has pleaded not guilty and is locked up in the MDC in New York and is currently being held without bail.
Washington was already serving a 17.5 year sentence at USP McCreary in Pine Knot, Kentucky, for a 2002 robbery spree which started around the time Jay was murdered.
Washington was supposed to get out of prison in 2022, but he applied for compassionate release in July before he was indicted for Jay’s murder.
Washington claimed he was at an elevated risk of dying because he has hepatitis C, in addition to hypertension and tuberculosis.
There was little chance the Feds would let Washington out of his prison sentence early, even before he was indicted for Jay’s murder.
But he is not getting out now that he is facing a life sentence, and possibly the death penalty for his involvement in the slaying.
Judge Gershon decided that Washington was just too dangerous to put back on the streets for any reason, citing his lengthy arrest record, and his penchant for violence as he serves out his prison sentence for the robberies.
“The seriousness of Washington’s criminal and disciplinary history weigh in favor of confirming the sentence as imposed, which was designed to promote respect for the law and to provide just punishment for the offense,” Judge Gershon said. “Moreover, his conviction, his disciplinary violations, and his pending prosecution demonstrate that Washington continues to present a danger to the community and a serious risk of recidivism.”
“Jay knew these guys since he was a kid,” a source told AllHipHop.com in a previous interview. “We all knew Tinard’s history, he was in and out of jail. He f##kin shot his own cousin and paralyzed him and put him in a wheelchair. We go in and out-of-town, and Jay’s cousin got Tinard living in Jay’s f##king crib. The crib Jay’s father left for him. He got Tinard living there. Jay wasn’t pleased and said ‘he gotta come up outta there.’
“They all know Tinard and whoever that shot Jay because he [Tinard] lived in [Jay’s] house,” the source continued, while revealing that the gun used to kill Jay may have been stolen from the same home in question.

The next state to get litigation is Wisconsin, the Badger State.
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel the Birthday Party candidate’s team filed his protest with the Brown County Circuit Court.
Rapper Kanye West filed a lawsuit Friday demanding election officials place him on Wisconsin’s presidential ballot in November. Why was Yeezy blocked from the ballot? He was too slow with his submission. On August 4th, when the submission was due, the politician missed the deadline by mere moments. That can’t be fair, can it? It most certainly is fair. The rules are the rules.
There is video evidence showing that the aide from his campaign for to the Elections office, about 14 seconds after 5 pm. This is something that the campaign is pushing … They argue that since they were within the 5 pm minute and 5:01 pm that they should be at least considered.
