(AllHipHop News) Rapper Future is facing a new court battle over child support payments after a DNA test reportedly proved he is the father of another baby girl.
The “Jumpman” hitmaker, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, admitted they had had a sexual relationship for some time, but repeatedly declined to respond to claims he was the child’s father, instead demanding his former lover be slapped with a gag order, while also suing her for defamation and invasion of privacy after she discussed their sex life in the press.
Eliza, also known as Eliza Reign, has since successfully won her request for a DNA test and the results have come back positive.
Her lawyer, Brandon Rotbart, confirmed to the OnSite! outlet, “The court made a finding that Mr. Wilburn is the biological and legal father to the child.”
Eliza now plans to seek retroactive child support for their daughter, as well as attorney’s fees.
(AllHipHop News) Swizz Beatz has called on the rap stars of today to pay “taxes” to hip-hop’s founders.
The star spoke out on the issue during a chat with Joe Budden on his Beatz’s Zone Radio on Instagram Live, where he suggested he wants to “raise a million dollars for each icon that started hip-hop.”
“The fact we’re not paying taxes on who started hip-hop shows we don’t f##king really love hip-hop,” he explained. “The fact we don’t pay taxes as artists to those icons that paved the way took the lower cut for the music that allowed us to feed our families.”
The star, real name Kasseem Dean, added: “We need to be paying taxes to the creatives of hip-hop that gave us freedom of speech to go forward.
“Melle Mel, Grandmaster Flash and Sugarhill Gang, minimum a million a piece.”
The “Echo” hitmaker made the comments after saying he wanted to stage a rap battle between Rakim and Big Daddy Kane.
He also claimed that a similar face-off between his wife Alicia Keys and singer John Legend, in which they will both play the piano, is also in the works.
(AllHipHop News) Controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has taken aim at hunger-relief charity bosses after they declined to accept his $200,000 donation.
The “FEFE” star, who is currently under house arrest as part of his sentence for gang-related charges, wanted to share his post-prison release riches with kids in need, after earning a small fortune from merchandise he promoted on Instagram last week.
He sent a check for $200,000 to No Kid Hungry, which aids struggling families across America.
But on Tuesday (May 11th), organization officials announced they did not want to be associated with Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez.
“We are grateful for Mr. Hernandez’s generous offer to donate to No Kid Hungry but we have informed his representatives that we have declined this donation,” read a statement issued by non-profit chiefs.
“As a child-focused campaign, it is our policy to decline funding from donors whose activities do not align with our mission and values.”
Tekashi, who has a long rap sheet, was convicted on charges of racketeering, firearms offenses, and drug trafficking in New York last year, and in 2015, he pleaded guilty to the use of a child in a sexual performance.
However, the 24-year-old cannot understand why charity executives won’t just use the money to do good, as he had intended.
Blasting the news online, he fumed, “@nokidhungry rather take food out the mouth of these innocent children I never seen something so cruel.”
Tekashi was allowed to leave prison last month to serve the rest of his sentence at home amid the coronavirus crisis.
(AllHipHop Rumors) I am late. But I had to let this marinate. Lil Boosie is one of the more polarizing figures in rap music. Boosie is a parent, but he has some very polarizing techniques.

“My 9-year-old, 10-year-old, I done showed them how to put on a rubber. Before he even starts having sex, I showed my sons how to put on a rubber.I’m training these boys right. Ask any of my nephews, ask any of them, ask my son. Yeah, when they was 12, 13 they got head. Yeah, that’s how it’s supposed to be. I am definitely not one to judge, but this is madness. Hoping he gets educated on better ways to do things, because this ain’t it!

(AllHipHop News) The Swizz Beatz and Timbaland-curated Verzuz series is one of the few silver linings to emerge from the deadly COVID-19 crisis. Legendary artists have entertained millions of people in self-quarantine over the last several weeks.
During an interview on Power 106, John Legend told Nick Cannon he wanted to step into the ring against fellow pianist/singer Alicia Keys. Swizz Beatz then revealed he is already putting in work to see his Grammy-winning wife faceoff with the EGOT recipient.
“Battle of the keys- that’s done. I can tell you right now, that’s done,” responded Swizz when asked by Joe Budden on IG Live about a possible Alicia Keys versus John Legend matchup. “We got fifteen celebrations that’s done already. That’s done. It’s only piano, by the way. Don’t talk to me unless it’s the piano.”
The superproducer added, “You can’t talk to Alicia Keys unless you got the keys. What you gonna do? Sing a song? No. It’s only about the keys. If you can’t move your fingers like this… it don’t matter. Don’t talk to me about no other people. And I love that it’s a male and a female bringing the creativity back to the music and the music back to the people. Play an instrument in your life for God’s sake.”
Swizz Beatz also talked about wanting to set up Verzuz battles featuring rap legends like Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, KRS-One, and LL Cool J. Additionally, the Poison album creator expressed interest in wanting to establish a fund where Hip Hop pioneers, such as DJ Kool Herc and Grandmaster Flash, would receive a minimum of $1 million for their immeasurable contributions to the culture.

Since then, U.S. the economy has ground to a halt due to the COVID-19 outbreak, which has paralyzed much of the world since the outbreak started spreading in the U.S. in January.
Rap star Young Buck is looking for a little relief, with a recent move to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection.
Young Buck filed in January, shortly after he was remanded to jail without bail.
The rapper lists his main creditors as the mothers of his six kids, the Georgia Department of Human Services and the IRS.
The move could be a shrewd business tactic on behalf of Young Buck, who is disputing an undisclosed amount of money owed to 50 Cent and G-Unit.
Young Buck is asking to “reject any and all executory contracts with G-Unit and/or Curtis Jackson.”
Young Buck did pretty well for himself despite his contractual dispute with Fif, since he earned just under $100,000 a year between 2017 and 2019.
But it was not enough to protect him from the IRS, which claims the rapper owes $415,892.04 spanning the years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
This is the second time Young Buck has had to seek bankruptcy protection.
The rapper’s beef with 50 over control of his music career finally exploded in May of 2019, when the G-Unit boss blocked the released of Buck’s single and video “Road Trip” on YouTube with a copyright claim.
(AllHipHop News) Post Malone quietly relaunched his lifestyle brand Shaboink on Monday with a donation of 40,000 N95 face masks to frontline workers across the U.S.
Originally launched as a CBD company last summer, the plan was for Shaboink to relaunch as a full-fledged lifestyle brand, with the addition of apparel, accessories and merchandise.
However, the star altered his plans amid the coronavirus crisis, and instead partnered with Direct Relief to provide personal protective equipment to doctors and nurses on the front lines.
“I’ve been working with my team on a number of unreleased products that fit into my lifestyle that I can’t wait to share with my fans,” he said, reported Rolling Stone.
(But) when faced with Covid-19, I knew it was important to pivot to products that could help us stay clean now, so we can get back to shaboink’ing later.”
In addition to the mask donation, Shaboink’s website will relaunch with pre-packaged Clean Kits – containing hand sanitizer, face masks, hand soap, disinfectant wipes, and disposable gloves. The kits also include individual packets of vitamin C “crystals,” to help boost immunity.
The items come in a candy box-style packaging, which the rapper confessed is designed to cheer people up throughout the challenging times.
“I just wanted to make something that’s fun, and Shaboink is about having fun at all times,” he shared, adding that a portion of sales from the kits will be donated to Direct Relief.
“We’re all in a pretty s##tty time right now but we’ll get through it; let’s keep clean and kick this thing’s a##.”
It’s not the first goodwill gesture from the Circles hitmaker – Post, real name Austin Richard Post, previously handed out $1 million of his own money to fans, so they can give it to charities of their choice.
URF TONE has now released his first ever single and video called “Something 4 Ya,” featuring Rae Khalil.
The name stands for United Republic of Funk, composed of 2 hip-hop enthusiasts who are regularly engaged in dialog celebrating the art form — expressing a deep affinity for its golden era. If you love old school hip-hop, this is for you.
The new release serves as the group’s first single off their forthcoming project titled World Famous, with features from Camp Lo, Mr. Funke (Lords of the Underground), Rae Khalil (Netflix series Rhythm + Flow), and Uhmeer (actor, rapper, son of DJ Jazzy Jeff). Together URF Tone will evoke a feeling of nostalgia to all those who listen.
Speaking on the record, URF Tone state, “It’s our first release and we essentially wanted to introduce ourselves, in terms of our sound and style. We also wanted to distinguish our voice as feel-good hip-hop that’s intended to bring people together in an otherwise divisive world.”
Trini MMF is here to put on for his people in Trinidad, while reppin’ his upbringing in Washington, D.C. With a unique sound that stands out amidst this oversaturated music industry, the 25-year-old puts his heart and soul into his records.
While Trini was surrounded by the DMV culture of go-go music, it wasn’t until his father passed away that he decided to pursue the music thing for good. Having to come up in the foster care system, he’s able to find comfort in music, using it as an outlet for his thoughts and feelings.
Trini describes himself as “a young hustler from the streets.” He states, “I grew up on the streets and I turned my life over from something negative to positive. I’m a hustler. Anybody around me you ask is going to let you know I’m a hustler. If there’s anything to be sold, we can sell it.”
Fast forward to 2020, he has something most up and coming rappers can only dream of: a Boosie Badazz feature. Their new record “Trap Junkies” speaks to the reality of hustling and gangbanging, something both parties have experienced and overcome.
AllHipHop caught up with Trini MMF who was located in Birmingham, Alabama to discuss
AllHipHop: What are you doing in Alabama?
Trini MMF: I’m in the music industry, I’m down here shooting a video. Boosie Badazz, his videographer came down and shot for me. I did some verses. I got people from different states who represent my camp. There’s so much going on out here. Now, I’m trying to hurry up and go back to my hotel room because I have to do something for Love & Hip Hop.
AllHipHop: To be on the show?
Trini MMF: Yeah. You know people be dating on that show, but they’re not real. They be fake relationships. They’re trying to see if me and Shay Johnson are going to be a good match. I’m excited, but I have so much going on. My brain’s in four different places at once. Where you located?
AllHipHop: I’m in Los Angeles.
Trini MMF: I was just in LA. My godbrother lives in LA, he’s a dental surgeon. I come out there, sometimes I use this guy’s studio. LA has dope engineers and producers.
AllHipHop: Talk about being Trinidadian, what was the household like growing up?
Trini MMF: Being Trinidadian, you grow up in a home where your parents are strict. They want you to come up the right way but with me, I didn’t grow up with my mom and dad. Since I was 3 days old, I grew up with my grandmother. My dad’s mom raised me. I grew up as the only child in the house, seeing my daddy and uncles involved in a life of crime. I was introduced to the streets at a young age. In high school and middle school, a lot of stuff that phased kids didn’t bother me. I saw my first dead body when I was 4 years old.
AllHipHop: How did that affect you?
Trini MMF: It opened up my eyes. It’s no joke anymore, this is real life. You could be here one moment, you could be gone the next. You better toughen up. If the situation comes down to either you or them, what’re you going to do?
AllHipHop: When did you move to D.C.?
Trini MMF: I moved to D.C. when I was 10. My grandparents sent me here to get a better life, start over and get away from that life that was in Trinidad. That life of violence and crime.
AllHipHop: Was there a culture shock?
Trini MMF: Heck yeah. Coming from Trinidad, I have an accent. Here in America, nobody understood what I was saying. The way we did things in Trinidad were different, so I had to adapt and learn. Back home, things are more serious. Here, I had to learn to relax, open up, have fun a little bit. Don’t take everything people say offensive.
AllHipHop: When did music become real for you?
Trini MMF: Music has always been a thing for me. When I was younger, they used to call me Bony Flex because I used to love to dance. I was the skinniest kid on the block, but loved to dance. Anywhere music’s playing, I’m dancing. I started taking music serious a couple years ago. One of my homeboys moved home from Boston, decided to put me in the studio. I was sitting while they’re recording. I was p##### off, I was on the phone with somebody. When I got off, he’s like “you ever try rapping?” I said “bro I don’t give no f##ks about it.” They put me in the studio and I recorded a track. From then, they’re always behind me. I thought “we’re going to go ahead with this.” It’s been good so far, I had the opportunity to f##k with Boosie.
AllHipHop: How’d the collab w/ Boosie come about?
Trini MMF: I had a bunch of money and guns in a photoshoot. Everybody said I shouldn’t have posted it on social media. It’s hip-hop, that’s what people want to see. So the same picture everybody told me to take off my social media, Boosie’s tour manager Jay Cooper saw the picture and reached out to me. Since then, he’s been managing me. That created the opportunity for me to meet with Boosie, do the track and music video. Not only that, but the opportunity to sit down with Young Thug. Got a lot of knowledge from him.
AllHipHop: Boosie’s verse is hard, what was your reaction when you heard it?
Trini MMF: He went Live on Instagram recording my track. I still have the video sesh, it was dope. A lot of people on Instagram started reacting: “it’s hard!” Before the track even dropped, it was leaked a little bit. Certain people had access to the track, but they don’t know whose track. People in my city started reaching out to me, “bro that track hard.” I’m like “what?” Then my homeboy’s like “bruh, you know n##gas already heard that ‘Trap Junkies track?’ I’m like “nah.” He said n##gas were playing that s##t in the barbershop.
AllHipHop: How’d that make you feel?
Trini MMF: It was cool. That’s my first big track so I wasn’t really mad because people were loving it. My barber even hit me up, “that s##t hard, you need to shoot a video to that.”
AllHipHop: Anything you learned from Boosie?
Trini MMF: Hell yeah, that man taught me a lot. At the end of the day, you can’t take it personal. It’s all business. You can’t monkey around, you can’t be a monkey. You have to do what you have to do, you have to handle your business. In this music industry, you don’t take no s##t from nobody. Don’t take no nonsense from nobody. Be about your business, keep it real. Don’t try to be somebody else for the cameras. Make sure you remain yourself because that’s who the people are going to love. They can see you on a screen and when they see you in person, they’re going to see the same person.
AllHipHop: What can we expect music-wise?
Trini MMF: I got a lot of big tracks coming: Thug, Duke, Peewee Longway. I got a lot of tracks coming with international artists. I’m focused on doing a lot of tracks with bigger artists. I got a project coming named Adam & Eve, I’m going to be the only male artist on the project, everybody else is going to be female. 10 songs, the rest of the tracks will be females. I’m not putting no males but myself.
AllHipHop: Why is that?
Trini MMF: Females in the industry have a voice. They’re dope. Their wordplay is dope as heck, but the industry doesn’t give them their credit. There’s a lot of dope females in the industry who don’t get the credit they deserve. That’s me showing them “I see ya’ll doing ya’ll thing.”
AllHipHop: You were supposed to open for NBA Youngboy right?
Trini MMF: They actually cancelled that show because of the Coronavirus. That show was part of my promo for the track “Trap Junkies” with Boosie. I never got to do the show, I was really excited to open up for Youngboy. Not only that but Birmingham showed me mad love. Birmingham, Alabama shows me mad love. That’s where we at right now, Birmingham shows me mad love. I got a lot of solid cats down here who represent our camp, OneIsOne ENT. I was really excited, I’m coming to a place where folks show me love and I’m opening up for Youngboy.
AllHipHop: Anything else you want to let us know?
Trini MMF: I’m a young kid from a third world country, coming out of Trinidad doing my thing. I’m here to stay. Rappers go and come, but I’m here to stay and make a permanent mark in this hip-hop industry. I’m here to put my name out there, we’re here to stay. Definitely going to make a heavy impact in the music industry. I’m just starting off. By the time I hit my peak, I’m not going to be known as one of the best artists but I’m definitely going to be known as one of the best hustlers who ever did this music s##t.
AllHipHop: I f##k with that energy.
Trini MMF: I see it all the time, it’s a lot of talented artists out here but they don’t have the hustle. Many artists are more talented than me but I outshine them because I hustle harder than them. My hustle is better than theirs, I hustle harder. I don’t mind getting down in the trenches, I don’t mind getting down in the mud.
(AllHipHop News) Rae Sremmurd stars Swae Lee and Slim JXmmi have agreed to hand over $18,000 to settle a lawsuit over cash they were paid to perform at the disastrous Fyre Festival.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the hip-hop duo reached a deal with the trustee presiding over the event’s bankruptcy case.
Rae Sremmurd was initially sued for over $100,000, but they’ve now agreed to settle for less than a fifth of that amount.
“The Defendant shall pay the total sum of $18,000.00… as full and final settlement and complete satisfaction of all claims the Trustee has against the Defendant,” the paperwork reads.
Migos also settled a separate lawsuit over Fyre Festival and agreed to pay back $30,000 of the $100,000 they were paid to perform.
Other celebrities still facing lawsuits include Kendall Jenner and festival headliners Blink-182.
Fyre Festival boss, Billy McFarland, is still behind bars after being sentenced to six years in prison on fraud charges.
(AllHipHop News) Doja Cat is backtracking on a promise to show off her boobs if her Nicki Minaj collaboration reached the top of the U.S. charts.
“Say So” became the singer and rapper’s first number one on Monday and she was quick to make it clear she would not be baring any breasts, despite a vow she made to devotees on Twitter last week.
“I’m just going to be honest with you guys, I did play you. I’m not showing my boobs,” Doja said on Instagram Live.
“I’m nasty with it, I’m extra nasty with it, with a side of scam scam. I’m on my pirate s##t right now, man… I’m f##king ruthless. If I say I’m gonna show boobs, just know I’m not gonna show boobs. And I’m OK with you guys thinking from now on, when I try to use that trick, which I won’t, if I do, just know motherf##ker, I am not being serious. It’s a lie.”
The track, which is also Minaj’s first Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper, beat Beyonce and Megan Thee Stallion’s Savage to the number one spot.
(AllHipHop Rumors) Trina and Khia are two queens of the south, for different reasons. I will not expound simply, because I don’t want no smoke at all! I will say this: I am not sure how a battle with Khia or Trina would work. I will leave it at that. Trina took it a step father and said that Khia was NOT on her level. Her exact words “you are beneath me” and she’s a “bum.” She also said “You are a scumbag.” LOL! I ain’t heard that word in a long time!
Anyway, Khia came back with a vengeance.
Here is another point of view that really tries to buck Trina’s view of herself.
