(AllHipHop News) John Legend has threatened to sue a blogger for suggesting he and his wife Chrissy Teigen have connections to a pedophile ring.
Teigen was stunned when investigative writer Liz Conkin linked her and the singer to the Pizzagate conspiracy theory, taking to Twitter on Saturday to confess she was “pretty disturbed” by accusations.
Conkin posted photos of Legend and Teigen’s daughter, Luna, dressed as “Alice in Wonderland,” a hot dog and a pineapple, and suggested the couple was involved in the human trafficking ring.
“Apparently dressing my daughter as Alice in Wonderland and a hot dog and having a pizza emoji on Snapchat has to do with pizzagate and being uhhhh darksided,” the pregnant model wrote. “Holy s##t That thread is wild…”
But Legend got legal, stating: “You need to take my family’s name out of your mouth before you get sued.”
The blogger, who claimed Teigen and Legend “run in a circle with people who rape, torture & traffic kids”, backtracked, stating the couple “could be victims”, prompting an angry Teigen to protest: “Don’t backtrack now and say we ‘run with’ pedophiles. I am taking this FAR, Liz. Your s##t ends here. I don’t care HOW you backtrack or WHAT you deleted. I have it ALL. I’m the last person you are f##king with. You are DONE with me and my family. You are going to court.”
The model and TV personality added: “It is INCREDIBLY weird to be two (semi) normal, ridiculously boring human beings who literally make food, watch tv and clean up dog b### in any kind of off time and then be suddenly accused of being in Hollywood’s hottest p### ring.”
Pizzagate is a conspiracy theory surrounding human trafficking and child sex slaves in the U.S., linked to a number of restaurants.
The theory has been extensively discredited by a number of lawmakers.

(AllHipHop Rumors) We’re not even a full week into the new year and Mr. Shad Moss, aka Bow Wow, is already getting exposed for his fabrications of a luxurious rich life.
One would imagine that Shad would be more careful about embellishing his lifestyle, but he can’t seem to get enough of reminding us of all the private jets, sexual conquests, and now in-house nightclubs that he never quite seems to really have.
In an effort to brag, the small-statured star took to Instagram to proclaim he had a club in his home.
No word spreads faster than a word on social media, especially when it’s a lie, and pretty soon the truth came out.
Fellow party attendees posted pictures of themselves at So So Def studios, in Atlanta, which in fact DID have a club…and also Shad as a party-goer.
The rapper can be seen livin’ it up in the background, which further proved that he lied about his whereabouts AND his assets. Let’s leave the lies back in 2018, folks. The truth shall set you free!

(AllHipHop News) Dave Chappelle has courted controversy with his latest Netflix special by joking that the sexual harassment allegations against Louis C.K. “made him laugh.”
In “The Bird Revelation,” which was released on New Year’s Eve, Dave addressed the sexual misconduct scandal that swept across Hollywood towards the end of 2017 and included allegations against figures such as Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, and fellow comedian Louis C.K.
After Louis admitted the stories were true, he lost a partnership deal with HBO and had his movie “I Love You, Daddy” dropped.
“Louis was like the turning point. All these allegations were terrible – I shouldn’t say this – but his allegations were the only ones that made me laugh,” Dave said. “It’s terrible, I’m sorry ladies, you’re right. At the same time, Jesus Christ, they took everything from Louis. It might be disproportionate, I can’t tell. This is where it’s hard to be a man.”
He then referenced the woman who said her comedy dreams were ruined after Louis masturbated in front of her, by saying, “Well then I dare say, madam, you may have never had a dream. C’mon man, that’s a brittle spirit… You think if Louis C.K. jerked off in front of (civil rights activist) Dr. (Martin Luther) King, he’d be like, ‘I can’t continue this movement?’
“Show business is just harder than that – them women sounded like, I hate to say it, they sounded weak… How the hell are you going to survive in show business if this is an actual obstacle to your dreams?”
The comedian also addressed allegations against Weinstein, noting his appearance and adding, “If it was Brad Pitt doing that sh##t, you wouldn’t have heard a peep,” before moving onto Spacey, who was dropped from “House of Cards,” after he was accused of making sexual advances towards “Rent” star Anthony Rapp when he was just 14 years old.
Dave joked that Spacey “sniffed that s##t out like a truffle pig” because Rapp “grew up to be gay anyway” before continuing, “And not to victim-blame, but it seems like the kind of situation that a gay 14-year-old kid would get himself into.
“He was 14 years old and forced to carry a grown man’s secret for 30 years. The saddest part is, if he had been able to carry that secret for another six months, I would get to know how House of Cards ends.”
Richmond, Virginia rapper Skillz continues his annual tradition with the yearly “Rap Up.”
The rapper just released the “2017 Rap Up,” which discusses a number of issues in pop and hip-hop culture throughout the year.
This year, people like President Donald Trump, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian, Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill’s flameout, Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein and Kylie Jenner were the subject of Skillz’ lyrical wrath while the rapper took on other subjects like mumble rap, North Korea and even fidget spinners.
(AllHipHop News) Eminem and Dr. Dre are among a group of musicians facing a bizarre lawsuit from a rapper accusing them of stealing his music and trying to kill him.
Jason David Yonai, who is also known as KazeLoon or K.D. Lean, is suing the stars, along with singer Chris Brown, rapper The Game, and music executive Jimmy Iovine for allegedly committing “numerous counts of fraudulent (and) criminal acts”.
“The defendants in this matter committed numerous counts of fraud against me and the plaintiffs and then tried to hire hitmen to kill me and my group or the plaintiffs,” reads the lawsuit, filed in U.S. Federal Court in Los Angeles in November. “The defendants in this matter committed intentional acts such as threats, threats to commit a crime against our person, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, defamation (slander and libel), solicitation of murder with great bodily harm and malice premeditation against us the plaintiffs, with a conspiracy theory and group of many people who are the defendants in this matter.”
Bosses from Dre and Iovine’s Beats Electronics and Eminem’s Shady Records companies are also included in the lawsuit.
According to reports, Yonai, who is suing on behalf of himself and other, unidentified plaintiffs, is representing himself in the case and is seeking more than $75,000 in damages.
The defendants have yet to respond to the case.
(AllHipHop News) Drake was the star performer at social media giant Snapchat’s top-secret company party in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
Video has emerged of the “Hotline Bling” rapper onstage at the Microsoft Theater, performing in front of employees at the lavish New Year’s Eve party thrown by Snap Inc., the parent company of Snapchat.
Co-founder and chief executive officer Evan Spiegel personally sponsored the appearance of the “One Dance” hitmaker, as well as hiring the entire LA Live complex in downtown Los Angeles, which houses the Microsoft Theater, and various restaurants to host his staff flown in from all over the globe for the party night of the year.
The bash reportedly cost about $4 million and while executives at Snapchat didn’t confirm the cost of the event, the company did say in a statement: “We’re excited to celebrate a transformative year as a team. Evan is personally sponsoring the night’s performance.”
Attendees were reportedly bound to strict secrecy, with employees told not to share any photos and the Snapchat app blocking any photos or videos sent from the LA Live complex.
However, a few photos were shared of a vibrant firework display, an overview of employees at the party, extravagant floral arrangements and video of Drake crooning.
As well as the star entertainment, guests were permitted to dine at any of the restaurants on the L.A. Live complex which included Katsuya, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, and Lucky Strike.
The rapper, who is very active on social media, didn’t post anything from the event, but he certainly made it a night to remember for Snapchat staff.
Employees were treated to the exclusive event in celebration of the year the company made its long-awaited initial public offering.
It’s now a $17 billion company that posted a $561 million loss for the first nine months of 2017.
(AllHipHop Rumors) 2 Chainz has had to let it be known that there have been a few road blocks in relation to his features.
2 Chainz had already previously let it be known how excited he was to be working with Eminem only to get taken off the final cut of his ‘Revival’ album last month.
Now, it looks like “tragedy” has struck again as 2 Chainz has yet another allegedly fire verse that’s gone to waste.
Apparently Chainz’s verse was taken off of Travis Scott and Quavo’s joint project, ‘Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho’ on the track “Modern Slavery.”
2 Chainz wasted no time letting fans and Swizz Beatz know his feelings about another verse being cut.
He left a comment under a video Swizz Beatz posted on Instagram that said,
“Dat sh-t hard !! I did a verse to that. A lot of people ain’t been using my verses lately.”
Swizz responded saying,
“I don’t have that problem ! I’m using your verse ! You got people.”
I feel bad for Chainz! This has to be frustrating, especially with these being highly-anticipated projects.
2 Chainz usually drops some pretty memorable verses, so hopefully we will get to hear more from him soon!

Well first let’s address the belief that the “doll” rappers have made it. Have they? No they haven’t.
Cardi B has made it, but it’s not due to the complexion of her skin.
Are you a fan of Kash Doll? Why do you think she may not be getting the support she may deserve? Does she have great bars?

(AllHipHop News) A man was detained by police on Monday night for allegedly trespassing on singer Erykah Badu’s property.
The “Tyrone” hitmaker reportedly found the man in her home in Dallas, Texas on Monday night, according to local TV station WFAA.
She is said to have called the man “a stalker” and claimed he had flown from Detroit, Michigan.
The man allegedly left the home and was later issued a criminal trespass warning.
The incident comes just a day after Erykah had a bizarre encounter with police officers on New Year’s Eve.
She filmed the incident for an Instagram video, in which Erykah, while seated in her car, tells the camera, “OK, it’s New Year’s Eve. I just got pulled over” before asking the two cops, “And why are you pulling me over?”
She pans the camera to her open car window and one of the officers bends down and says “Because I wanted to say hi!” before laughing.
Erykah brings the camera back to her and looks confused but slightly amused as she says “Hi” and the cop replies, “This is happening”.
“WTF (what the f##K) Babylon,” she wrote alongside the video. “Happy New Yearerzzzz!”
The encounter divided opinion in the comments section, with some users thinking it was endearing and others branding it unprofessional or some form of harassment.
Erykah later took to Instagram to film a video with the two cops in the background, to insist to her fans that he was all good fun.
“Peace and love. These behind are me (are) Donterio and Clay. You know I love them very much,” she said in the video. “They always patrol and help us a lot. We just having fun, New Year’s Eve. I wasn’t harassed or anything. I mean it could have been worse… Happy New Year 2018.”
“When The good ones show up….This gone get y’all off the hook, or fired for damn sure. (Don’t fire my friends DPD! Well, y’all can fire the white one) ..just playin Clay. Happy new year Donterio and Clay!” she wrote in the caption.

(AllHipHop News) Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s two-year-old son was reportedly hospitalized last week with pneumonia.
According to TMZ.com, Saint was taken to a Los Angeles hospital last Thursday, where he was checked in as doctors treated the condition – which causes the lung to become inflamed.
The website reports that either Kim or Kanye was with Saint the entire time he was in the hospital, sharing overnight duties until he was discharged on Saturday.
TMZ added that Saint is now home with his family and “doing well”.
Neither Kim nor Kanye have made any mention of Saint’s health battle on their social media pages.
Over Christmas, Kim shared a picture of herself and Kanye with Saint and eldest daughter North, four, which is believed to have been taken a few days before Saint’s hospital admission.
And when it came to seeing in the New Year, Kim and Kanye looked in good spirits as they shared a kiss for the camera and celebrated 2018’s arrival with friends.
The new year isn’t the only arrival the pair have been gearing up for.
The pair will become parents of three when their surrogate gives birth to their baby girl, reportedly later this month.
Due to issues with her first two pregnancies, Kim was unable to carry her third child herself, although she admitted on a recent episode of the family’s reality series “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” that she was finding the surrogacy process “frustrating.”
Kim and Kanye are expecting their third child via surrogate.
Complications in her first two pregnancies meant Kim was unable to fall pregnant for a third time, but the reality star is still struggling to see another woman carrying her child.
“It is a weird dynamic. Like I go to all the doctor’s appointments and I try to be really present, but when you’re not carrying it yourself it is such a fine balance of how much you’re going to be in their lives,” she sighed.
“Of course I want to know every last detail that’s going on with my baby and that’s super frustrating, but I really trust my surrogate and I don’t want to be that person that’s trying to control her every move.”

2017 was a busy year for rap. It seems like everyone dropped this year, including some legends—like Kool G Rap—who we haven’t heard from in a while. Cardi B topped the charts and broke new ground with her hit single “Bodak Yellow,” a lot of beefs were started and subsequently squashed, and Jay-Z became the first rapper to enter the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
With so much great music and so many great moments, it’s hard to choose the highlights, but that’s what we’re here for. After poring over album after album and dissecting each track, beat and bar with care, here’s what we came up with for the top 10 hip-hop albums of 2017.
1. Jay-Z – 4:44
As the years drag on, successful careers often turn sour. The desire to create seems to fade, and it’s almost always evident in the end product—but not for Jay-Z. At the ripe old age of 47, the Brooklyn legend continues to prove that he not only belongs in the game, he belongs at the top of it.
4:44 was a masterpiece from start to finish, with 10 songs that take up just 36 minutes. Hov’s brief gift to fans had it all: a response to Beyonce’s “Lemonade,” a song featuring his mom, plenty of throwback imagery and shots at today’s rappers, and a great video for “The Story of O.J.”
2. Kendrick Lamar – DAMN**.**
Fresh off the release of To Pimp a Butterfly and Untitled Unmastered, it seemed Kendrick Lamar could do no wrong with DAMN. But this album went above and beyond the expectations we’ve set for K. Dot—it was a 14-track masterclass in how to make great rap. Period.
Perhaps the best part about DAMN. is the fact that it marked Kendrick’s return to the basics. This is a lyrical emcee who started his career freestyling over popular beats a la Lil Wayne before graduating to the complex storytelling and conceptualization found in Section.80, Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, and To Pimp a Butterfly.
More than a decade into his storied career, Kendrick has found a way to balance all of his strengths to create incredibly dope music.
3. Rick Ross – Rather You Than Me
To say I wasn’t particularly excited about this album is an understatement. Rick Ross is one of those guys who can spit well enough but often lacks something; I get the feeling there are plenty of others doing what he’s doing—only better.
That couldn’t be further from the truth with Rather You Than Me. Armed with great production, a strong supporting cast and a lot to say, Rozay won over a slew of non-believers with this smooth, consistent 14-track offering. If this is the Rick Ross we’re getting from here on, he might retire as one of the greats.
4. Rapsody – Laila’s Wisdom
Female emcees will probably never get the same respect as men, even if Rapsody is out here out-barring damn near every rapper out right now. Since signing to 9th Wonder’s Jamla Records, Rapsody has dropped some great projects and killed plenty of rappers on features. Oh, and did I mention 9th Wonder produces the majority of her music?
Putting Laila’s Wisdom this high on the list was an easy decision; the tough part was not putting it higher. From the Kendrick Lamar assisted “Power” to “Nobody,” this album is incredibly solid from start to finish. If you feel like modern-day hip-hop is straying too far from its roots, a little bit of Rapsody is all you need to keep yourself grounded.
5. Big Sean – I Decided.
There was a time when Big Sean was nothing more than a mediocre lyricist who was capable of churning out the occasional hit. But all these years, he’s never stopped working. Sean’s discography is a musical growth chart, each entry marking a significant improvement over the last.
I Decided. is the latest display of Big Sean’s growth, and it’s a big one. This album gives us a side of the Detroit native that we’ve only glimpsed in the past. A side marked by decisiveness and certainty, rather than the mere hope that previously served as the foundation for his music. And with all the great guest verses and production, this album is solid in every sense of the word.
6. Joey Bada$$ – All.AmeriKKKan.Bada$$
When Joey Bada$$ released his well-received debut project 1999, some questioned whether he could ever grow beyond the dusty boom-bap sound that he started with. By now, he’s proven he’s more than that time and time again, but never more so than on All.AmeriKKKan.Bada$$.
The New York emcee managed to pack a lot into just under 50 minutes of music, with a perfect mixture of readily apparent messages and secretive subtext. The lead single, “Devastated,” served as a departure from Joey’s norm and proof that he could extend well beyond the ‘90s production and nostalgic rhymes that he caught the world’s attention with.
7. Tyler, The Creator – Flower Boy
Tyler, the Creator began his career linked tightly with Odd Future and the horrorcore genre, but those days are long gone. He’s no longer the obnoxious, brash teenager he once was, and that’s evident throughout his newer music, interviews, and even the fact that he decided to drop his signature
But Flower Boy is the most definitive proof of Tyler’s maturation, both musically and personally. It’s an incredibly creative body of work that finds Tyler exploring somewhat unexpected topics. He reflects on his past and what made him who he is, encourages black youth to be themselves, and seems generally more positive and focused.
This would easily be a top 3 album if it hadn’t dropped during such a busy year.
8. Open Mike Eagle – Brick Body Kids Still Daydream
Never heard of Open Mike Eagle? You’re not alone. That’s because he’s spent the last decade carving out a spot in underground rap in Chicago and LA. Thanks to a potent combination of sharp lyrics and unique production, Mike Eagle has built a strong foundation for the brand of music that only he can deliver.
His latest project, Brick Body Kids Still Daydream, is a voyage of an album that takes us through Chicago’s infamous Robert Taylor Homes. It’s a beautiful window into what life was like in a housing project that, given its intended purpose, failed miserably. With 12 cohesive tracks and no low points, BBKSD is definitely some of the best hip-hop we’ve heard this year.
9. Vic Mensa – The Autobiography
Shortly after the release of The Manuscript, a 4-song project referred to as a “capsule,” Vic Mensa dropped off his debut album, The Autobiography. With a mix of soulful, traditional production, slick wordplay and energetic crooning, this album is more than just an autobiography of Vic’s life—it’s a glimpse into his musical DNA.
While Vic’s debut isn’t strong enough to crack the top 5, it was a good indicator of his progression and devotion. At a time when a lot of a newer guys take the easy route of making shallow music that sounds great, Vic Mensa strives to succeed and improve in every facet, and that’s something you can never get enough of in hip-hop.
10. Action Bronson – Blue Chips 7000
There’s something about a good Bronson track that inspires me. As nonsensical as some of his rhymes are, beneath it all lies a man who loves nothing more than living a good life, which includes exquisite food, fine women, and plenty of weed. He can’t sing like sing like Whitney or rap like King Los, but he always manages to make entertaining music.
Blue Chips 7000—the third installment in the series—wasn’t Bronson’s best work, but it was a cohesive, entertaining listen nonetheless. Production was handled by Party Supplies, Harry Fraud, The Alchemist, and Daringer, and features include the one and only Big Body Bes, Meyhem Lauren, Rick Ross, and a random dude who Bronsolino met in Jamaica named Jah Tiger. How can you go wrong with that combo?
Post up any rap collabs you want to see happen or surprised hasn’t happened yet. It can even be dream collabs like 97 Jay Z and 2007 Wayne.

(AllHipHop Rumors) It looks like the alleged beef brewing with Casanova and Tekashi 69 may be taking a dramatic turn for the violent. The latest is that some goons affiliated with Tekashi tried to run up on Cas, but Cas put his hands up and shut that down. When you look at the video, you can see clearly that Cas was surrounded and he put his jewelry in his pockets. He was clearly down for whatever. Now, why would people assume the were Tekashi 69’s boys? Well, first of all there is a lot of red in there, including a dude in all red. Tekashi is affiliated and he makes no mistake about it. In the vids, his crew are savages so I am not sure these are his “men.” So, basically there is no evidence that this is Tek’s people. It seems like it could be some random gang stuff.

(AllHipHop News) The latest edition of the Love & Hip Hop franchise debuted last night (January 1). Miami’s installment of the reality series has already sparked controversy.
Latin Trap producer Elijah “Young Hollywood” Sarraga offended a lot of viewers when he appeared to make anti-black statements about his self-described Afro-Latina castmate Amara La Negra. Young Hollywood could be heard saying Amara needed to be “more Beyoncé less Macy Gray” in order to work with her on music, and he stated she can’t be “elegant” with an Afro hairstyle.
“You’re just a little intense about this whole ‘African thing,'” Sarraga told Amara at one point. He later sarcastically referred to her as a “Nutella Queen.”
Social media began lashing out at Young Hollywood. “Black Twitter” dragged him for his critique of the Miami-raised Dominican performer, and Instagram users left hundreds of negative comments under Sarraga’s pictures.
In a bonus clip featured on VH1.com, Young Hollywood recognized he would likely face backlash for what he said on Love & Hip Hop: Miami. The “Check Yourself” segment included him admitting, “They’re gonna attack me for that.”

(AllHipHop News) It’s 2018 an apparently there are still debates taking place online about the shape of the planet. In case you forgot, Atlanta Hip Hop artist B.o.B made headlines in 2016 for presenting a premise that the Earth is actually flat.
B.o.B was mostly ridiculed on social media for his belief. He then got into a back-and-forth with famed astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, and diss tracks were even released.
Another television science communicator recently took aim at the Flat Earth conspiracy theory. While speaking with Complex, Netflix star Bill Nye (aka Bill Nye The Science Guy) blasted B.o.B, Boston Celtics player Kyrie Irving, and other round world skeptics.
Nye even called Flat Earthers a “d######.” He stated, “The Earth is not flat people. What is wrong with you?”
B.o.B addressed the Bill Nye Saves The World host in an Instagram video. He suggested “The Science Guy” look into Eric Dubay, author of The Flat Earth Conspiracy.
“I grew up watching your show, but you got the wrong guy, my friend,” said Bobby Ray. “The Flat Earth information did not, by any way, start with me or my beliefs. I could point you to some books if you want to look more into it, but I think it’s about time you stop picking on rappers and athletes and really step up to the plate and talk to the big dogs.”

(AllHipHop News) Brian Imanuel is leaving the stage name “Rich Chigga” in 2017. The rising Indonesian rapper is simply using Brian now.
“Yes I now go by ‘Brian’. I have been planning to do this forever and I’m so happy to finally do it. I was naive and I made a mistake. New year, new beginning, happy new years,” says Brian.
The “Dat $tick” rhymer faced some public objections for the name Rich Chigga. Critics accused the 18-year-old 88rising representative of trying to appropriate the word “n-gga,” and he faced negative reactions for using the actual word in his music.
“My intent was to kinda help take the power out of that word so people would be less sensitive about it but I do understand if some people would be offended and I think doing it in that song’s enough,” he told Pigeons & Planes last July. “I’m not gonna do it anymore. I only say it when I’m jamming to rap music and it’s really good.”
Brian plans to release his debut project, Amen, on February 2. His discography currently includes “Gospel” with Keith Ape and XXXTentacion as well as “Crisis” with 21 Savage.
(AllHipHop News) Late last month, news broke that Nick Cannon was set to produce the upcoming movie She Ball. The film’s cast includes Cannon, Chris Brown, Evan Ross, and more.
The addition of Brown has caused some backlash over the actor/singer’s history of assaulting Rihanna and other behavior. Cannon was questioned by TMZ about the decision to work on the movie with the Heartbreak on a Full Moon creator.
“What about Sean Penn? Do they ever hate on his past and the movies he do?” responded Cannon. “It’s definitely a double standard. They want to turn a black man into a monster anytime they can.”
Cedric the Entertainer, Rebecca De Mornay, Faizon Love, K.D. Aubert, Luenell, Marla Gibbs, and DC Young Fly have also been attached to She Ball. The motion picture tells the story of Avery Watts’ (Cannon) attempt to help save the Inglewood Community Center by cooperating with a women’s street basketball team.
