The 10+ piece unisex “Fresh Prince / Summertime” capsule was inspired by Will Smith (aka The Fresh Prince) in collaboration with his longtime musical partner Jeffrey “DJ Jazzy Jeff” Townes. In conjunction with the collection, a “Break the Monotony Block Party” will take place on May 9 via Instagram Live.

“Break the Monotony Block Party” will feature 60-minute live sets from several of the world’s most celebrated turntablists. DJ Jazzy Jeff is presenting the star-studded event. The Philadelphia Hip Hop star’s emcee, Dayne Jordan, will serve as the host.

Megan Thee Stallion Scores Her First Top 10 Song On The Hot 100 Chart With “Savage”

(AllHipHop News)  Texas’ newest rap star has one of the five most popular songs in America this week. Megan The Stallion’s “Savage” jumped 10 positions to land at #4 on the latest Hot 100.

Billboard acknowledged Megan’s rise was due, in part, to Beyoncé adding verses and ad-libs to the remix of “Savage.” The new version of the Suga EP track premiered on April 29, which only gave the remix two days of tracking for that particular week.

Megan wrote on Instagram:

Kid Cudi Celebrates Earning His First #1 On The Hot 100 With “The Scotts”

(AllHipHop News) Travis Scott achieved a record-breaking accomplishment when his “Astronomical” Fortnite concert pulled in 12.3 million concurrent players to the live show. One of the highlights from the night was Scott premiering a new song with Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi.

“The Scotts” instantly shot up the Apple Music and Spotify streaming charts. Travis and Cudi’s collaboration is now the No. 1 song on the Hot 100 as well. After the new rankings were revealed, the Cleveland native reacted to having his first #1.

Cudi tweeted:

Loudly crying face THIS MEANS SO MUCH TO ME!!! IVE BEEN IN THIS GAME FOR 12 YEARS AND I FINALLY DID THIS W MY MUTHAF*CKIN BROTHER! TO MY PARTNER IN RAGE TRAVIS AND ALL MY FANS AROUND THE WORLD THAT SUPPORTED US AND GOT US ON LISTS, I F*CKIN LOVE YOU!! ❤️

Travis Scott now has three #1 songs on the Hot 100 chart in his career. “The Scotts” follows “Sicko Mode” in 2018 and “Highest In The Room” in 2019. Kid Cudi’s previous Hot 100 peak came in 2009 with the Man on the Moon: The End of Day track “Day ‘N’ Nite” reaching #3.

Lil Tjay Apologizes For Losing His Composure Online & Releases ‘State Of Emergency’ Mixtape Trailer

(AllHipHop News) Lil Tjay found his name in numerous headlines over the last several days. The 19-year-old rapper/singer was engaged in back-and-forths with Chinese Kitty and Rubi Rose over alleged sexual encounters as well as A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s Highbridge crew over which rhymer runs New York City.

“F*CK ALL THAT OTHER SH*T GOING ON RN SH*T IRRELEVANT. ONLY THING I KNOW IS [I’M] SHUTTING THE STREETS DOWN FROM NOW ON [I’M] THE KING OF NY!! ALL THAT OTHER NA NA NA SH*T [AND] SNITCH RAINBOW HAIR SH*T GOING ON IN MY CITY A DUBB!” wrote Tjay, in all caps, in an Instagram caption on May 2.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B_tOCCnHSBO

On Monday, Tjay took the time to quell any bad blood he may be involved with at the moment. The New Yorker posted a three-video Instagram Story apologizing for his behavior even though he did not specify exactly who his mea culpa was directed at.

“I ain’t trying to argue with nobody today. I ain’t gonna lie. Real sh*t though. I swear, I’m going back to the old Lil Tjay. I’m not arguing. This is why I never post a lot because I can’t control myself. I start getting out of hand and sh*t. My fault for getting out of composure.”

While Tjay has been feuding with his fellow Bronx representatives over allegations of having sex with A Boogie’s baby mother and a supposed chain snatching, the “Pop Out” performer is also preparing to drop a new project this week. State Of Emergency is set to hit DSPs this Friday.

He added on IG, “May 8. The State of Emergency mixtape dropping. [I’ll] be posting the tracklisting soon. It’s all about the music. F*ck this beef sh*t. That’s not good. I don’t encourage it. I ain’t perfect, but I’ll be alright.”

Yesterday, the Columbia recording artist uploaded a trailer for State Of Emergency onto his social media accounts. The teaser incorporates clips of news anchors reporting about New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio declaring a state of emergency in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Lil Tjay previously released a music video for “Ice Cold” on May 1. His State Of Emergency mixtape is arriving after his debut studio album, True 2 Myself, opened at #5 on the Billboard 200 chart in October 2019. He also dropped the F.N EP that same year.

Chris Brown & Young Thug Face Criticism For ‘Slime & B’ Song Titled “She Bumped Her Head”

(AllHipHop News) Chris Brown turns 31 years old today (May 5). The R&B superstar from Virginia decided he would be the one to give a gift to his fans in the form of a new joint mixtape.

Breezy linked up with Atlanta rapper Young Thug for the new 13-track Slime & B. Thug’s YSL Records signee Gunna shows up on a couple of songs. The project also features Future, Too $hort, E-40, Lil Duke, and more.

https://twitter.com/chrisbrown/status/1257543049661411328

After its release, Slime & B became a trending topic on Twitter. Users caused the song “She Bumped Her Head” to trend on the platform too. The record earned praise from some listeners, but there was also concern that the title was downplaying the seriousness of domestic violence.

In 2009, Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. The violent Grammy-weekend incident, which took place inside a vehicle, seriously damaged CB’s public reputation, and Rihanna was forced to repeatedly relive the situation in the media.

Chris Brown and Young Thug’s “She Bumped Her Head” includes the lines, “My lil shawty had bumped her head and I steady been whipping her (sex)If I roll up the Maybach windows, we don’t care ’bout the listeners.”

That chorus could be interpreted as an aggressive act against women, and the name of the song was similar to excuses some abusers use when trying to cover injuries they have caused by domestic attacks. However, Thug’s “sex” ad-lib suggests the lyrics are referring to intercourse and not violence. The phrase “bumped your head” can also mean someone has the wrong idea or is mistaken.

Sony/ATV Expands To Atlanta To Offer Artists New Services

(AllHipHop News) Sony/ATV Music Publishing made a huge announcement this weekend when they revealed Atlanta, Georgia as the destination of their new office and studio.

Expanding their A&R efforts, and shifting their focus to servicing more artists and songwriters, Sony/ATV has made more resources accessible by opening more offices in Buckhead.

With an ever-growing list of distinguished artists, Atlanta has become an epicenter for Hip-Hop and R&B, so it was only a matter of time before Sony planted its flag in the city.

“Atlanta has been a major part of my journey for 25 years, and the community there has fostered some of my strongest friendships and relationships in the business,” said Sony/ATV Chairman and CEO, Jon Platt. “I am so proud that we are officially expanding Sony/ATV’s presence in Atlanta, and it is important that we give back to the city’s vibrant creative community. With this new office, we will offer the Atlanta music community special songwriter workshops and all of our best-in-class services.”

A&R veteran, Mike Jackson, will lead the Atlanta office and take on the title VP of Creative. In total, Sony/ATV now has five locations throughout the United States.

The latest location occupies the former RedZone Entertainment (RZE) production complex, which has served as a creative hub and cultural touchstone in Atlanta for over 25 years.

Its studios have been the foundation for music written and produced for artists including Beyoncé, Rihanna, Future, Usher, The Dream, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, and many others.

“It gives me great pleasure to welcome Sony/ATV to a city filled with some of the greatest songwriters and producers. Atlanta has been so good to me, and I want to keep that lifeline and inspiration going for upcoming creators in the same spirit that was done for me 25-years-ago,” said Tricky Stewart, CEO of RZ3.

Shoreline Mafia’s Rob Vicious – “L3V3L”

Breakthrough is Rob’s deeply personal and immersive debut mixtape.

The product of a year’s worth of tireless recording, Rob culled the project’s 13 tracks from a pool of over 100 demos, selecting the hardest-hitting and most personal of the bunch.

The resulting body of work reveals a new side of Rob Vicious, balancing outlandish flexes on tracks like the club-ready “GET A BAG” with deep introspection–he marvels at how far he’s come on “MENTAL WARFARE,” self-medicates to escape his darkest thoughts on “FORREAL,” and searches for a way forward on closing trio “WAT U THINKIN,” “ANGELS V DEMONS,” and “OVERDOSE.”

Shouldering 13 tracks, with features from Shoreline Mafia cohort Fenix Flexin and L.A. rapper Nfant, Rob expands his arsenal of vocal tricks on the new mixtape, molding his craggy vocals into pained melodies and catchy cadences.

The follow-up to last year’s Traplantic, which boasted the Platinum-selling single “Bands,” Breakthrough is available to stream everywhere via Atlantic Records

#AllHipHopHuntinSeason Challenge Brings Lloyd Banks Out Of Retirement

(AllHipHop News) The AllHipHop.com and Jadakiss “Huntin Season” challenge got G-Unit lieutenant Lloyd Banks popping out – causing a ripple in rap music’s rhymeverse and got folk asking “when is the next Cold Corner?”

The challenge has had many an emcee get mixy on the mic.

Rappers like Papoose, E-Ness, 3DNatee, and Goodz da Animal hoped on the instrumental.

Even comedian Affion Crockett left earth with his freestyle, but there was nothing funny about how he got wreck.

But…when…the Queens native emerged from where ever in the world he was hibernating … he made it clear that the PLK was back in the building.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B_oLH0cHe9W

On the freestyle he said:

Quarantine is cool I had plans to stay in my bag this summer/Things I gotta prove again .30 caliber magnum hunter/Chip heavy as ever, another challenge I’m back in front of/N##### get in their feelings and burn they bridge, I’m the acid under/My jersey’s a classic number/Might be one of significance… ask ya mother/Ratchet wonder, never had a rappin’ blunder/Came a long way from that couch with the plastic cover/It’s hunting season, Corona mask and the accurate drummer

When he switches his flow, incredibly he kept us riding with him as he spat:

“Your favorites are shook I’ve been poking at them this whole time/I get in my zone again s###’d be changin’ rapidly/They thought I was dead I raised out the ground of a gold mine”

Right when you thought the wordsmith had totally reminded us why his distinct voice and style of emceeing has been untouched for 20+ years, he hits us with this:

“Should have never been crossin’ me, lay em out perpendicular/Celebrate for the parish, and party on the peninsula/Making this book a masterpiece, 20 chapters convincing ya/So sinister, 40 new bars sharp as ya minister Remington pump or Cali/say my name in any room It’ll echo like Teddy Riley/I’ve been punching by the twos, and they hittin’ hard as Vitali”

Lyrics like this got us fiending to hear him and Jada together on a remix.

Big Moochie Grape — The Newest Artist Signed To Paper Route Empire

Big Moochie Grape is the latest artist to sign to Young Dolph’s Paper Route Empire, which means he’s fasho getting that money. The East Memphis native arrives with vibrant energy and a contagious smile, along with another level of litness you can hear in his music.

Don’t get it twisted, Moochie has the juice. With undeniable bars and punchlines over hard-hitting production from PRE’s own Bandplay, Moochie gifts fans with his debut EP titled “Eat Or Get Ate.”

The title in itself is a testament to putting in the work and getting to the money regardless of your circumstances.

Given Dolph’s success as an artist killing it independently, it’s safe to say Moochie is in good hands. Labelmate Key Glock has shown his support for Moochie’s new tape via social media as well.

AllHipHop caught up with Moochie who was quarantined in Houston, rocking a one-of-one Baguette Rolex on his wrist. Moochie states, “We’re going to keep getting money. That’s something we’re going to forever do.”

AllHipHop: “Uh Huh Uh Huh Uh Huh” is a banger.

Big Moochie Grape: Thank you. I love it. I put hard work into this s##t. Hard work.

AllHipHop: Was money as big for you before you joined Paper Route?

Big Moochie Grape: Well it was big to me, but I wasn’t having money like that. But s##t changed.

AllHipHop: Were you in the streets?

Big Moochie Grape: Yeah, fasho. The streets know what’s up with me.

AllHipHop: What was the household like growing up in East Memphis?

Big Moochie Grape: It was straight. We had fun days. We had good days and bad days, but we did what we had to do. Did things.

AllHipHop: You got your shirt off. You living.

Big Moochie Grape: Yep, I do that. I’m comfortable. I do what I do, I’m comfortable with it. It’s hot out here. It’s real humid out here.

AllHipHop: Being from Memphis, were you bumping Juicy J and Three 6 growing up?

Big Moochie Grape: Of course I bumped them, they’re legends. 8Ball & MJG, n##gas like them, they’re legends. I had to bump n##gas like that. Them n##gas right there, you can’t compare them nobody at all. They’re legendary.

AllHipHop: Did you aspire to be this big artist like them?

Big Moochie Grape: No. Not going to really lie, I didn’t know rapping was going to be my thing. I thought I was going to be somewhere robbing, trapping, doing what I was doing. S##t, rap worked out for me.

AllHipHop: When did you realize the music could be a career?

Big Moochie Grape: When I started getting in the studio and making these hard ass songs.

That’s when I said, “f##k it, got to take it serious.” When I knew I was hotter than any other rap n##ga. My first song I recorded, I was probably 15.

AllHipHop: When did Dolph come and swoop you?

Big Moochie Grape: I’ve been around for a few years, but last year. I was making hot ass music, bro gave me a chance. I took it and ran with it. We reached out to each other, let’s put it like that. We’re family. Blood wouldn’t make us no closer, we’re a family. We’re tied in. We’re not letting any outsiders inside. We’re going to stay like that.

AllHipHop: What’s your relationship with Dolph like?

Big Moochie Grape: It’s the big homie. Bro changed my life. Even before he did my deal, before all that, he’s been doing 100 ass s##t. Making sure I was doing s##t, making sure I was straight. If I needed something to help my folks out, he’d come through for me. You can’t do nothing but be loyal to a n##ga like that. I’m big on loyalty, I ain’t with all that other f##k s##t.

AllHipHop: You and Glock are just hard in general. What did it mean to join Paper Route?

Big Moochie Grape: It’s great. We really got it made. We’re one of the best labels in the game and we’re independent. This is wonderful. Magnificent.

AllHipHop: What have you learned from Dolph?

Big Moochie Grape: I just follow big brother’s lead. Big bro’s always telling me to listen. If you listen to me, s##t’s going to get better. So all I do is listen.

AllHipHop: What was the lifestyle before Paper Route?

Big Moochie Grape: S##t, it was the Eat or Get Ate lifestyle. That’s why I mixtape’s called that. Everything I had to do, this s##t real life. No movie s##t. S##t’s really going down, for sure going down. Growing up in the hood where I’m from, it wasn’t nothing but gangbanging, violence, shootings, killings, robbing. All this s##t was going on so me and my mama, my brothers and sisters, my other siblings, we ain’t got it. So I jumped in the streets at a young age. My first time getting incarcerated, I was 8 years old.

AllHipHop: 8 years old? Are you serious?

Big Moochie Grape: Yes, we were throwing rocks at cars. Me and my big cousin would go throw rocks at cars. The police came and chased us, we got caught and went to jail. After that first arrest, from 8 all the way up to 25, to my age now. It’s nothing to brag on, it’s s##t I asked for. I wish I could have made smarter decisions but hey, charge it to the game.

AllHipHop: Once you got a little bit of money, did you have to move differently?

Big Moochie Grape: I moved differently but money doesn’t change me. I’m still the same n##ga. I’m in my hood every day. My hood respects me. I’ve been had the power and the respect, I just needed the money. Now I got the money. I’m filled up now, it’s me.

AllHipHop: What’d you do when you got your advance?

Big Moochie Grape: Gave my mama some money, took care of my folks. My other folks who’s incarcerated, I gave them some money. I bought my auntie a car. I didn’t spend anything for myself like that. Go shopping, regular stuff I like to do. I know I’m good. I’m straight. I have to make sure my folks are straight. I’m big on blessings. I believe in blessing other people and my blessings will come back triple.

AllHipHop: Let’s talk about Eat or Get Ate. How’s it feel to have it out?

Big Moochie Grape: I’ve been working on Eat or Get Ate for a year. I was just recording like “s##t, this hard. This hard. This hard.” This is nothing but a teaser.

AllHipHop: Your song “3 Months,” that means you’ve only been on PRE for 3 months?

Big Moochie Grape: Probably going on 5 now. It’s wonderful. When you’re around people just like you, they’re big on loyalty like you, we’re the perfect match. That’s how I am. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

AllHipHop: How has music saved your life?

Big Moochie Grape: Music saved my life because you start seeing you were doing good. I was addicted to making hits. I made it one of my main priorities. Keep rapping, keep rapping, keep rapping. It’s a job.

AllHipHop: Have you had a job before?

Big Moochie Grape: Never had a job, never punched in the clock. I got rich without a college education. [chuckles]

AllHipHop: Where do you want to be in 10 years?

Big Moochie Grape: I want to be in Dolph’s shoes or better. I want to start my own label, have my own artists. Keep it going.

AllHipHop: Do you freestyle everything?

Big Moochie Grape: I freestyle everything, I don’t write. If I try to work, I’d be overworking myself. I do better freestyling, it be hard.

AllHipHop: Did Bandplay produce your entire project?

Big Moochie Grape: Yeah basically, Bandplay did 99% of my project. One song, my Intro, was by Southside 808. Bandplay catches my tempo. Moochie and Bandplay is like Gucci and Zaytoven.

AllHipHop: What’s your relationship with Glock?

Big Moochie Grape: Glock is my brother, we’re all close. We talk to each other a few times out the week. Everybody in the gang hard, everybody.

AllHipHop: How’d you get your name?

Big Moochie Grape: My grandmama gave me the name Moochie when I was born. I’m Grape Street, so Big Moochie Grape. I was a little n##ga, now I’m a big n##ga. I got to eating good. [chuckles]

AllHipHop: What do you like to do for fun besides music?

Big Moochie Grape: Chill, kick it. I’m laidback, not doing too much. I don’t have to be with all the shenanigans. If it’s business, then it’s business. If it’s personal, then it’s just me.

AllHipHop: What are some goals for yourself at this point of your career? Big Moochie Grape: Top 5, Top 10 on every platform. I just really want to win. When I win, everybody around me is going to win. It’s a win-win situation.

Lil Durk – “Viral Moment”

Lil Durk just announced the May 8th release date for his upcoming mixtape, Just Cause Y’all Waited 2 with a new track and video, “Viral Moment” as well as a new Merch Drop including face masks, hoodies, t-shirts, posters, socks, and other items.

Digging deep into his past, Lil Durk illustrates how he’s remained true to the streets even as his star rose, while others may have let it all go for a “viral moment.”

The standout street ballad was produced by TouchOfTrent who layers dramatic piano with wailing saxophone and knocking 808s.

The video was directed by Jerry Production and is packed with camoes including from Lil Baby and Only The Family signees like Booka600, Memo600, and Doodie Lo. “Viral Moment” is Durk’s third hard-hitting single in the past few weeks, following “All Love,” which earned over 6 million streams in less than one month.

Jermaine Dupri, Kwamé, And DJ Trauma Team Up With Silence the Shame For Mental Health Awareness

(AllHipHop News) May is National Mental Health Month and more than ever, Black and Brown people are reporting various conditions that can be considered mental illness.

However, minorities still are not as accounted for in research and studies because many still resist the stigma associated with being diagnosed.

What the biggest reason?

Few people know the difference between mental illness and mental health.

According to Magellan Health Insights, mental health refers to someone’s psychological and emotional state, their interaction with other people, their social well–being and how they feel about who they are

Mental illness is not necessarily connected to someone’s mental health. It refers to a wide range of disorders that affect mood, thinking, and behavior.

It can impact anyone regardless of age, gender, race/ethnicity, social standing, or religion.

There are some biological factors that can contribute to mental illness like genes or brain chemistry, family history of trauma and abuse.

Poor mental health can lead to mental and physical illnesses and despite what some people think, mental illness is not something the person can “overcome with willpower.”

Former LaFace Records executive and founder of the Silence the Shame organization, Shanti Das has been working to help spread awareness to the Hip-Hop and minority communities.

Over the last 28 years, Das has worked with artists such as TLC, OutKast, Toni Braxton, the Goodie Mob, Usher Raymond and so many more.

She has decided to make the shift from working to servicing people with music campaigns, to serving folk with tools to help mental wellness.

After losing her father, best friend, and several colleagues to suicide and suffering from her own bouts with depression and suicidal thoughts, she decided that suffering the shame is silence was not a sacrifice she is willing to continue to make.

Das said that there are five basic things that people should know when they are dealing with someone struggling either with mental health issues or mental illness.

1. Not judge or place labels on folk

There are reasons why judging people who have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues or illnesses is just not cool. Mostly because it exacerbates whatever their problems are. Also, no one chooses mental illness. The stats around both are staggering: 1 out of 5 adults in America experience some form of mental crisis and less than half of that number even attempts to get treatment (waiting upward of 10 to 20 years before seeking help). They don’t get help because of the labels and stigma that comes along with a diagnosis. No one likes to be called crazy — moreover, no one deserves to be called that either.

2. Listen and keep your cool

When you acknowledge that someone is struggling, in addition to not judging them, you have to learn how to listen. We live in a world where we are quick to fix people and give advice. Sometimes, people just need you to listen to them talk. Helping them to work through what they are feeling as an active listener shows that you are supportive without taking over.

3. Educating yourself around mental health and wellness

As mentioned in the body of the text, there is a distinct difference between mental health and illness and knowing not just the differences but the stigma surrounding the two will distinguish the difference between you as a busybody and an ally. You have to get a mental health first aid to communicate clearly.

4. Normalizing the conversations in your community and circles of influence

Don’t make it weird. Hip-Hop artists have started to more frequently introduce mental wellness into their lyrics, and just as easily everyday people can do the same. Honesty opens all kinds of necessary doors for people to walk through. Talk with people around you, there are more people struggling than you can imagine.

5. Supporting mental health organization

Funding has been cut nationally for mental health organizations and it is up to ordinary people to support nonprofits that have the mission to help our communities. Organizations like Silence the Shame that focuses on education and creating awareness. This week coming up, at the start of National Mental Health Month, Silence the Shame has partnered with a group of DJs to host a series of dance-a-thons as an innovative way to raise money. These virtual parties/fundraisers will be hosted by celebrity DJ Trauma, producer Bryan Michael Cox, producer Dallas Austin, rap artist Kwamé music programming master-mind Stephen Grant Hill and more on their respective Instagram Lives from May 1st to May 10th. One of Silence the Shame’s long-time supporters, Jermaine Dupri, will DJ a virtual dance party called “Dance to Donate” on Tuesday, May 5th from 4 pm – 6 pm (EST).

Over the last four years, she has garnered her celebrity friends to do workshops, speaking engagements, fundraisers, mini-concerts and so many other activations to create awareness around both mental health and mental illness.

This year’s fundraiser is dedicated to the memory of her sister, the one that started her on her healing journey, who transitioned last year. The goal is to raise one million in resources for the advancement of Silence the Shame organization.

ARP Says “Absolutely NOT” To Norbes Joining RBE

(AllHipHop News) The Ultimate Rap League (URLtv) released a statement last week stating that long time employee D. Velez aka Street Star Norbes was fired.

Shocks ran through the battle rap world as the creator of so many of SMACK/URLtv’s franchise cards was let go.

Norbes helped grow Proving Grounds series that has cultivated some of the league’s top talents, such as John John da Don, Geechi Gotti, Nu Jerzey Twork, Th3 Saga and more.

His dismissal seemed to come out of the blue and while many people pointed to the fight between Norbes and a battler earlier in the year, rumor has it that there was more than that (bad business dealings) to the story.

Battle rap media went berserk with the news. Funny enough, more people were concerned with who wrote the statement at URL than finding out why Norbes was fired.

The search for the author was a thread woven between all the vlogs and IG Live posts. But another thing kept popping up: What will he do next?

Norbes took to IG to make a video to share his side and said that he was open to working with rival leagues King of the Dot (KOTD) and Rare Breed Entertainment (RBE).

He suggested that he respected their business and that was not against that idea being floated.

While he was ok with that. … Someone was not.

The face of RBE, ARP, made his own video and unequivocally shut down that conversation.

He not only wants no parts of Street Star Norbes but showed through a cannon of videos all the times that Norbes basically sh##ted on his league. Nah … don’t nobody want you at RBE, so cut it out.

Make sure you have your popcorn on hand, as you check out eight ways that Norbes gets destroyed by RBE for making that silly vlog.

There you have it: Norbes may not be bringing his amazing talent skills to Rare Breed Entertainment.

But who cares: ARP has curated their own talent and in a few short years positioned themselves as forces in the battle rap world.

Check out their Social Distancing series that has everyone gagging off their originality and the Chef Trez and Charron battle from The Get Back. Many are saying already, that it may be the battle of the year.

1. ARP basically told Norbes not you ever use his name, Laurence, Shotta or the league’s name to p### off your old boss and buddies, basically trying to make it seem like the brand is petty. (Apx. 2:25 mins.)

2. Stop acting like you were not a part of all of the “phone calls,” “interviews,” “shots,” and “meetings” that were anti-RBE. (Apx. 3:40 mins.)

3. ARP reveals that “allegedly” there may be phone calls and screenshots that have been recorded where he was talking bad about his brand, evening referencing the 1991 hood classic “New Jack City”, “S##t is deeper than Nino Brown.” (Apx. 4:35 mins.)

4. ARP uploaded old videos where ARP tried to reach out to Norbes to “talk like men” about the conflict and disrespect between the two leagues … but Street Star swerved him. (6:00 mins.)

5. ARP uploaded old videos where he talked about how Norbes consistently called himself an “A######,” and show other clips of Steams and Queenzflip talking about how funny style he is — noting how people forget. (8:00 mins.)

6. Breaks down all of the scenarios that shows Norbes as a “turncoat.” (9:30 mins.)

7. ARP says he spoke to King of The Dot and … “I’m pretty sure [they] feels the same.” (10:15 mins.)

8. Laurence from RBE wishes Norbes well, but ARP and Shotta all clown the notion that the former URL staffer will ever work with them. (10:28 mins.
