Usher Reportedly Does Not Have Herpes, Said To Be Preparing To Sue Accusers

(AllHipHop News) It appears Usher Raymond is ready to push back against accusations and lawsuits claiming he knowingly spread genital herpes.

The R&B vocalist is supposedly set to take his own legal route by suing the individuals alleging he exposed them to the sexually transmitted disease.

SandraRose.com reports that Usher is not even infected with herpes.

This supposed revelation follows celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom holding a press conference with Quantasia Sharpton, one of Raymond’s three accusers.

Sharpton (aka Angel Valentino) admitted she does not have herpes and even conceded she does not have any evidence that Usher has the virus either.

As the story of Usher’s alleged herpes-exposed sexual partners grew, outlets began looking into Sharpton’s background.

A week before filing her suit, Sharpton (as Valentino) posted on Facebook, “I need some money.”

Then on the morning of the press conference, she wrote, “Enjoying my last couple of hours as a regular girl.”

According to Fameolous, Sharpton has supposedly lied about being in a relationship with singer August Alsina and actor Keith Powers in the past.

“[Alsina] was her first victim but the media didn’t pick it up. She told [people] she was pregnant by him for awhile. She told [people] [she] worked at Def Jam and met him there. All lies,” posted the gossip Instagram account.

Fameolous also posted, “I wonder if [Powers] knows that he’s been in a relationship for a year with the girl who is lying on [Usher] for a year.”

The original articles from Radar Online (about Usher settling a $1 million herpes related lawsuit in 2012) and TMZ (about Usher facing a $20 million lawsuit from another woman) have not held up well to further scrutiny.

Fact-checking website Snopes listed the Radar Online and TMZ reports as “unproven” due to neither outlet providing sufficient proof either lawsuit was actually filed.

The site determined:

We were also unable to find any civil lawsuit of this kind involving Usher…

We contacted Radar Online and asked them to provide the case number of the lawsuit against Usher, which their article claims was settled with a $1.1 million payment in December 2012. We did not receive any response…

According to TMZ’s first article, the woman’s lawsuit claims that she and Usher had sex in Atlanta, Georgia and New Orleans, Louisiana. We could not find any relevant lawsuit in the database of the Fulton County, Georgia Superior Court, and no one from the Orleans Parish Civil District Court was able to find any such lawsuit relating to New Orleans…

And despite our best efforts, we have not heard Usher’s side of the story; we are, therefore, unable to say whether or not the claims published by Radar Online and TMZ are true.

Usher is said to be “quietly” building a defamation case against the accusers and their lawyers.

The 8-time Grammy winner has not publicly addressed the allegations.

@augustalsina was her first victim but the media didn’t pick it up. She told ppl she was pregnant by him for awhile. She told ppl worked at DefJam and met him there. All lies. She also made this Facebook post today????See previous post

Former Rivals Drake & Tory Lanez Share The Stage At 2017 OVO Fest (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Drake brought out several artists during his set at the 2017 OVO Fest.

One guest performance represented more than just a surprise for the fans.

When fellow Toronto native Tory Lanez hit the OVO stage, it became a moment of official reconciliation between the “Say It” singer and “Free Smoke” rapper.

“I want every young person in this building to look at what’s happening on this stage and please take this as an example in your life,” Drake told the crowd. “I want you to understand something. You see me and this guy right here. We had problems with each other. We had never even met each other. I met the man, and he’s a great guy.”

The two stars had been involved in a years-long feud before settling their beef earlier this year.

According to reports, Drizzy and Tory were first brought together by mutual friends.

Other acts to make appearances at OVO Fest included Rae Sremmurd, French Montana, Cardi B, Migos, Travis Scott, and Playboi Carti.

What Has Made Baltimore So Heartless?

(AllHipHop Opinion) As of August 1, 2017 my Baltimore recorded 207 murders. That means in 213 days we have eliminated the physical presence of two-hundred seven individuals and impacted the lives of an uncertain number of people. My Baltimore is killing people at an unprecedented rate. Since the riots in April of 2015, which were attributed to the unlawful killing of Freddie Gray while in police custody, my Baltimore has witnessed a surge in violence. That same year, my Baltimore witnessed its deadliest year by accumulating 344 homicides. That was damn near a body a day. In 2016, my Baltimore killed 319 people. And right now, we’re on pace to easily eclipse another three hundred mark, setting a new homicidal record for the city and possibly amassing more than 1000 murders in a matter of one thousand ninety-five days.

What has made my city so cold and heartless? And who are committing such brazen acts on my people? It would be remised and foolish for anyone in my city to think it’s only coincidental that the surge of violent crime parallels the large volume usage of illegally purchased prescription drugs cocktailed with other harsh narcotics. There are pockets in my Baltimore which are consumed by the “walking dead.” But these aren’t just “old dope fiends” intoxicated with methadone and other toxics in their bloodstream relishing in the memory of who they once were. The new addicts in my city are children, teenagers and young adults. So it doesn’t behoove me to think that most of the people committing these brazen acts are young and influenced by all types of descriptive and non-descriptive poisons, chemically and non-chemically induced, ravishing their system. The most recent person deemed Baltimore’s Public Enemy #1 was an 18 year old with a long history of violence wanted for murdering a man over a drug dispute. And there have been several young people on this most wanted list reportedly for committing some of the most heinous crimes imaginable. Sadly, if we don’t do anything to stop this madness and decline of humanity, my Baltimore will continue to spiral out of moral composition.

Two weeks ago, my Baltimore hit its most deplorable state since the killing of 3 year old McKenzie Elliott, a toddler whose crime was playing outside her home. Mr. Waddell Tate, a 97 year old resident of the Darley Park Community in East Baltimore, was brutally attacked and beaten to death in his own home. His only crime was being old, alone and appearing vulnerable to a coward. Mr. Tate and his family was one of the first, if not the first, black family to integrate the community in which he resided and ultimately was murdered in, more than six decades ago. Mr. Tate was a neighbor of mine who poured wisdom into me as a young lad. As a child he would ask to see my report card rewarding me with dollars for every stellar mark.

As a teenager he would always encourage me to work hard, save and invest money. As a young man in my 20’s he’d talk to me about the responsibility of being a family man and my duties of still watching out for those who helped me along my way. Every time I’d see him we would talk and he always deposited something of value in me. Our most recent conversation which took place a week or two before his death he jokingly said to me, “Man I haven’t seen you in the neighborhood for some time. I just thought you must have been traveling the world spending all of that money of yours.” To which he and I both cried laughing at. I said, “naw Mr. Tate, that ain’t me. I got a passport, but it ain’t even been stamped yet.” My Baltimore, a place where children get killed for playing and elders get killed for staying.

This editorial is entitled My Baltimore because that’s how I truly feel. This is my city. And as you know “my” is a very possessive pronoun implying that something belongs to a person. Well, I feel this city belongs to me. And whenever something belongs to a person, he or she is obligated to protect it, value it, secure it, defend it, love it, and take care of it. I’ve always believed that to be true, but I haven’t always been fearless enough to act accordingly as it pertains to my Baltimore. But the murder of Mr. Tate has abrasively shaken my conscious in a manner that I couldn’t justify inactivity on my part. As a man, anything that I reference as “my” deserves the proper attention from me. Mr. Tate was one of “my” elders in “my” neighborhood that took the time to invest in “my” life so that I could make a better life for “my”self, “my” family, “my” community and ultimately “my” Baltimore. It’s been roughly two weeks and Mr. Tate’s murderer hasn’t been arrested and I have not heard about many leads that could catch the degenerate. So I am committing myself to help organize my community and supporters to get #JusticeForMrTate. I intend to use every accessible platform I have to garner attention to #JusticeForMrTate.

I want the world to know about #JusticeForMrTate. And I want the brute who’d beat a 97 year old defenseless man to be apprehended and dealt with accordingly, by the appropriate authorities, of course. Any community that would stand by and watch people especially children and elders get killed without becoming outraged to the point of action is a spineless sap of people. My Baltimore is better than that, I’d like to believe.

Join me in getting #JusticeForMrTate. Share this editorial with your friends and their friends. Help me bring attention to such a violent act perpetrated on a wonderful old man who should still be sitting on his front porch as the patriarch of a small community in East Baltimore.

#JusticeForMrTate

Peep Which Rapper Has Their Eye On Blac Chyna!

(AllHipHop Rumors) It looks like everyone wants a piece of Blac Chyna!

Since Blac Chyna is a single woman right now, and it doesn’t look like her and Rob Kardashian are going to get back together this time, it’s only right for rappers to shoot their shot right?

NBA Youngboy posted a few videos shooting his shot at Blac Chyna and detailing some of the freaky things he wanted to do to Chy!

NBA Youngboy told Chyna that he’s trying to eat her booty right before yelling out free [Kevin] Gates.

If he wanted any chance with her, I don’t think this was the way to do it. Maybe she’ll forgive him and they can do a track together since Chy is now pursuing a music career.

I doubt NBA would be worth Chyna the master finesser’s time though. Is Blac Chyna really one of the baddest in the game to y’all?!

Is This Proof That One Of Usher’s Herpes Accusers Is Lying?

(AllHipHop Rumors) This Usher herpes scandal is getting out of hand!!!!

The allegations of the first alleged lawsuit and settlement/ payment seemed scandalous but at least possible.

Now there have been a list of other accusers against Usher to step forward with some being represented by ambulance-chasing attorney Lisa Bloom.

Usher’s herpes scandal turned into a meme-filled social media fiasco with a lot folks originally believing it was all true. All most folks could say was damn Usher.

Well if folks weren’t on “Ursher Baby’s” side originally, they certainly are after the press conference one of his accusers, Quantisia Sharpton, did.

Most of social media doesn’t believe Usher ever tapped that because the woman is extremely overweight.

Quantisia claims once upon a time she engaged in sexual contact with Usher after her 19th birthday, and Usher never warned her that he had any sexually transmitted diseases.

She says that although she has tested negative for the STD, she feels like Usher violated her rights and health by not disclosing his health status to her.

We don’t believe you girl! Her account just feels like she’s lying, but it gets even better, apparently the girl is scammer, and she allegedly tried to bring August Alsina down with lies before.

According to Famelous, she allegedly called her friends to brag about the lies. Apparently August Alsina was her first victim, but the media didn’t pick it up, and after she was caught lying, she tried to say she was just joking. She allegedly lied and told people that she was pregnant by August and that she worked at Def Jam…..all lies.

Apparently Quantisia is broke and is doing all of this for attention and money. Other lies that she supposedly told are her having twins, being in a relationship with Luke James and Keith Powers, and that she supposedly “ran a train” on August.

At this point, I think it’s bigger than scamming; I think it’s mental illness! Check out some of the receipts from Fameolous below!

Is A Nicki Minaj & Cardi B Collaboration On The Way?

(AllHipHop Rumors) We may see a Nicki Minaj & Cardi B collaboration after all.

For months Nicki & Cardi’s fan bases have been going at it on social media as Nicki’s fan base argued that Cardi wasn’t loyal for performing with Remy Ma at Hot 97’s Summer Jam.

Cardi’s fans have even been arguing that Cardi is becoming competition for Nicki since she’s really been buzzing right now with the success of “Bodak Yellow”!

While Nicki remained quiet while the Barbz were on attack mode, she was spotted earlier this month turning up in a club to “Bodak Yellow”. She also recently showed Cardi some love on her Instagram page thus shutting down any rumors of possible beef!

Now fans are hoping and wishing for a collaboration from the two of them. I mean Nicki on a remix of “Bodak Yellow” would be ? hot! I mean an all female remix would be hot even with Lil Kim. Unfortunately, everyone can’t get along. Lol.

Do you think we’ll see a collaboration from Cardi & Nicki?

Boosie BadAzz Causes Outrage Over “Oral Sex Birthday Gift” To Son

(AllHipHop Rumors) Come on Boosie!

I know some of these kids, especially in this generation, are grown as hell, but there are some things you just cannot joke about.

Rapper Boosie BadAzz has come under fire for joking about getting his 14-year-old son some head for his birthday.

Some argued that 14 is around 9th grade year in high school, and some kids are screwing around by high school, but the vast majority felt that Boosie’s joke was disgusting and tasteless!

Boosie wished his son, Tootie Raw, a happy birthday by promising him a bag of money and a bad b-tch to give him some head.

Welp on a positive note, Tootie is dropping a mixtape soon. I wonder what he’ll be rapping about! Boosie has since responded, basically saying that he was only joking. Do you think he went too far? [Of course he did!!]

Kendrick Lamar’s ‘DAMN’ & Meek Mill’s ‘Wins & Losses’ Remain In The Top 3 On The Album Chart

(AllHipHop News) Led by DJ Khaled’s Grateful and Jay-Z’s 4:44, Hip Hop dominated the Billboard 200 in the month of July.

At one point, the top four spots on the chart were filled by rap albums, and then seven days later, Hip Hop acts occupied the top five positions.

Lana Del Rey’s Lust for Life and Arcade Fire’s Everything Now have been the respective chart leaders over the last two weeks, but Hip Hop projects still maintain strong positions on the Billboard 200.

Kendrick Lamar spent his 16th consecutive week in the Top 5 as DAMN rose back to #2 (47,000 equivalent album units).

The TDE emcee was followed at #3 by Meek Mill’s Wins & Losses.

Meek fell slightly short of earning the pole position last week as Lust for Life and Tyler, The Creator’s Flower Boy edged him out by a few thousand units.

However, the second-week numbers for Wins & Losses (#3; 37,000 units) easily topped the week two totals for Lust for Life (#10; 27,000 units) and Flower Boy (#12; 26,000 units).

The rest of the current Top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart also consists of DJ Khaled’s Grateful (#4; 34,000 units), Jay-Z’s 4:44 (#5; 33,000 units), and 21 Savage’s Issa Album (#6; 31,000 units).

Arcade Fire collected their third straight #1 album with Everything Now (100,000 units).

“Auntie” Maxine Waters Talks Being A Fan Of 2Pac & Being A Defender Of Rap Music (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) California Congresswoman Maxine Waters’ outspoken criticism of the Donald Trump Administration has made her into a social media star for many Millennials.

Dubbed “Auntie Maxine,” the U.S. House of Representatives member recently went viral for her take down of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin.

Waters’ “reclaiming my time” statement to Mnuchin became a national catchphrase and even inspired a song by singer Mykal Kilgore.

The Democratic politician expressed her appreciation for Kilgore’s Gospel rendition while on The View, but she also spoke with The Breakfast Club about being a fan of Hip Hop.

In particular, she spoke about her love for the late Tupac Shakur.

“There was a certain sensitivity about him. I got to know his mom [Afeni Shakur], and when he did that song [‘Dear Mama’] that talked about his mom – ‘mom was a dope fiend but she was my queen.’ Of course, that really struck me as somebody that was not only brilliant and smart but had a real sensibility, a heart, and an understanding that a lot of people don’t have,” said Waters.

She added, “Tupac, for me, was very special. He was smart, and I loved him.”

Waters also discussed standing up for the First Amendment rights of rappers.

“I was one of the defenders of rap music, even when it was gangsta music because I thought it was creative and it opened up a whole new economic opportunity for black people where jobs and positions were created when they wouldn’t play rap music on some of the major stations,” stated the House rep. “And I don’t believe in censorship. So I had to go up against C. Delores Tucker and some of those who were trying to censor rap music.”

She explained, “I think censorship is unconstitutional. I think it’s a way of quieting voices that maybe people in power don’t want to hear because it potentially interferes with their ability to do what they do and say what they want to say and exercise power in certain ways… I may not like it, but I feel this: what you don’t want to hear, don’t listen to it… but when you start to talk about limiting voices and opinions, I think that’s dangerous in a democracy.”

Maxine Waters was asked about her favorite current rappers, and she responded, “I like Chance [The Rapper]… I like Nelly. I really do. I better say that. I’m from St. Louis. Nelly, you’re fine. I love you.”

The interview also included Waters discussing Trump’s policies, Russian sanctions, supporting black businesses, the legalization of marijuana, gun laws, potential 2020 presidential candidates, the Alt-Right, affirmative action, fighting discrimination, and more.

Vic Mensa Addresses Reuniting With Former Estranged Friend Chance The Rapper At Lollapalooza

(AllHipHop News) A week ago, Charlamagne Tha God suggested to Vic Mensa that he needed to mend his estranged friendship with Chance The Rapper.

“We’ve been talking,” responded Mensa. “I feel like that’s also part of my journey – putting this positive energy into the world.”

It did not take long for that positive energy to manifest.

During his set at Lollapalooza in Chicago, Chance brought out his SaveMoney brethren Mensa.

The two “Cocoa Butter Kisses” spitters shared the stage together once again for their hometown crowd.

Mensa hopped on Twitter to address the reunion.

The Autobiography album creator borrowed a line from his Roc Nation boss, Jay-Z, by tweeting, “Nobody wins when the family [feuds]. THE VIBES ARE BACK.”
