Diddy Branded Himself “The Devil” & Threw A Knife At Cassie Witness Testifies

Diddy allegedly dangled a woman over a 17th-floor balcony and declared himself “the Devil,” according to disturbing testimony delivered Wednesday (June 4) in federal court as part of the ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering case against the Hip-Hop mogul.

The witness, Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, a fashion designer and former friend of Cassie Ventura, told jurors she suffered night terrors after the alleged incident and described a volatile environment surrounding Diddy that included drug use, surveillance and threats.

Bongolan testified that Diddy once grabbed her and held her over a high-rise balcony during an encounter she said left her traumatized.

She also recounted a separate moment in 2016 when Diddy allegedly got in her face and said, “I am the Devil and I could kill you.” The incident reportedly occurred after a photoshoot involving a photographer named “Bad Boi.”

Bongolan said she met Ventura in 2013 while working in streetwear and later became close with her.

She described Ventura’s relationship with Diddy as abusive and said she initially resisted meeting him after seeing Ventura with a black eye.

Eventually, she said, Ventura convinced her to come around.

During her testimony, Bongolan detailed how Diddy allegedly tracked their whereabouts without permission. She said he once sent Ventura a list of locations they had visited, despite neither of them telling him where they were.

Bongolan described feeling terrified upon realizing he had been monitoring them. Bongolan also testified that Diddy once stormed into Ventura’s apartment, threw a knife in her direction and then left after Cassie threw it back at him.

She also said Ventura showed her bruises over FaceTime before filming a scene for The Perfect Match.

In addition to the physical threats, Bongolan said Diddy supplied her and Ventura with drugs, including cocaine, ketamine and a substance she called “G.”

She admitted to occasionally selling drugs and said she often picked up Oxycodone for Ventura, who paid her for it. She also said she once got cocaine for Diddy.

Bongolan filed a $10 million lawsuit against Diddy in Los Angeles Superior Court in November 2024, alleging sexual assault and detailing the same balcony incident she described in court. S

The trial continues Tuesday (June 4) in federal court.

The MSG opener promises a stacked guest list, with Miley Cyrus, Bono, Machine Gun Kelly, Elephant Man, Euro and Wyclef Jean all set to join Lil Wayne on stage.

Tyga and Belly Gang Kushington are locked in as supporting acts for the entire tour, while NoCap will join select dates.

Tickets went on pre-sale Tuesday (June 4), with general admission sales opening Friday (June 6) at 10 a.m. local time.

The tour and project mark Lil Wayne’s first solo album release since Funeral in 2020 and his first Tha Carter installment since Tha Carter V in 2018. He teased Tha Carter VI in a Cetaphil Super Bowl ad and confirmed the release date in April.

Produced by Live Nation, the tour celebrates more than two decades of the Tha Carter series, which began in 2004 and helped define Wayne’s legacy in Hip-Hop.

But not everyone is celebrating. Some fans in Wayne’s hometown of New Orleans were quick to point out the absence of a Louisiana stop on the tour.

“To not have New Orleans on here is crazy bro,” one person wrote.

Another added, “I could be tripping(overlooking) but where the heck Louisiana.”

Singer Jessie J Reveals Breast Cancer Diagnosis: “I’m Going To Disappear For A Bit”

Jessie J revealed her early-stage breast cancer diagnosis and opened up about her upcoming hiatus in an upbeat Instagram video, telling supporters she plans to “disappear for a bit” following her next live show.

“I was diagnosed with early breast cancer,” the British singer said in the clip posted Tuesday (June 3), “Cancer sucks in any form, but I’m holding on to the word ‘early.'”

The 36-year-old revealed she received the diagnosis before releasing her single “No Secrets” in April and has quietly been undergoing medical tests since then. “I have been in and out of tests throughout this whole period,” she said.

Jessie explained that going public was both a personal and emotional decision.

“I just wanted to be open and share it, one because selfishly, I do not talk about it enough. I’m not processing it because I’m working so hard,” she said. “I also know how much sharing in the past has helped me with other people giving me their love and support and also their own stories. I’m an open book.”

Jessie J plans to step away from the spotlight after her scheduled performance at Capital’s Summertime Ball on Saturday (June 15) to undergo surgery.

“It’s quite a dramatic way to get a boob job,” she joked.

Jessie J Vows To Return With More Music

In an Instagram Story posted the same day, Jessie added, “Honestly, I need to process it and talk about it, and I need a hug. You have supported me through all my highs and lows, and I don’t want this to be any different.”

She also expressed compassion for others facing similar health battles. “It breaks my heart that so many people are going through so much similar or even worse—that’s the bit that kills me.”

Despite the gravity of her diagnosis, Jessie kept her tone light and hopeful, promising, “I will come back with massive t### and more music.”

Messages of encouragement poured in from fellow artists, including Rita Ora, Katy Perry, Wretch 32 and Snoh Aalegra, following her announcement.

Kanye West Sets Record Straight On OnlyFans Account With Bianca Censori

Kanye West addressed rumors about a supposed OnlyFans page featuring him and his wife, Bianca Censori, calling out a fake account that had been circulating online.

On Tuesday night (June 3), the divisive rapper posted a screenshot of the page in question, titled “yeandbianca,” which showed a header image of the couple and a bio that read simply: “YZY PRN.”

West made it clear the account wasn’t theirs, writing bluntly, “This is not real.”

X/Kanye West

The bogus profile appeared to piggyback off West’s previous announcement that he’s launching an adult entertainment brand under the Yeezy label.

Last year he teased the project with a six-second clip captioned: “Yeezy P### is c######,” featuring a voiceover directing users to “go to yeezy.com.”

A second version of the teaser echoed the same message, flashing the words “Yeezy P### Is On Its Way” while again urging viewers to visit his site.

According to TMZ, a Yeezy spokesperson confirmed that the adult content division is officially part of the company and stated that West had tapped adult film producer Mike Moz to help oversee the venture.

The move stirred criticism, especially from those who pointed to West’s past gospel music and his public comments about distancing himself from pornography after admitting a crippling past addiction.

“Playboy was my gateway into full-blown pornography addiction,” Kanye West revealed in 2019. “My dad had a Playboy left out at age five, and it’s affected almost every choice I made for the rest of my life. From age five to now having to kick the habit.”

Megan Thee Stallion Fans Drag Carl Crawford For Flexing RIAA Plaques

Carl Crawford tried to celebrate his past success with Megan Thee Stallion on Tuesday (June 3) by flashing his new RIAA plaques on Instagram, but the internet wasn’t in the mood for nostalgia.

“GOD IS GOOD,” Crawford wrote in the caption of his video post, which showed him holding multiple gold and platinum certifications. “Shoutout to Megan Thee Stallion. We had a little rough patch, but real ones always push through. Just got my new @riaa_awards plaques in… it’s a blessing to keep growing and keep building. Appreciate the journey, appreciate the lessons. Time to hang these up in the new studio.”

A post shared by 1501 Certfied Ent (@1501certifiedent)

The post quickly drew criticism from users who felt Crawford was taking credit for Megan’s accomplishments despite their messy legal fallout.

One commenter wrote, “Can’t get anyone else signed huh,” to which Crawford fired back, “don’t need to. I hit the jackpot on my first try.”

Another user added, “I know u regret fumbling Meg everyday,” prompting Crawford to respond, “fumbling? What u mean? Our contracts ended.”

Crawford also addressed the backlash in his Instagram Stories, defending his role in Megan’s rise.

“I tell you what it was, it was my money,” he said. “Everybody know, it take money to break an artist. $2 million to be exact.”

The tension between Carl Crawford and Megan the Stallion dates back to 2020 when she sued his label, 1501 Certified Entertainment, claiming it blocked her from releasing music and locked her into an exploitative contract she signed at 20 years old.

Megan alleged she was owed over $1 million in royalties and accused the label of sabotaging her career by refusing to count her 2021 project, “Something for Thee Hotties,” as an album.

Crawford and 1501 countersued, arguing Megan owed them more than $10 million from tours, merchandise and endorsements.

The legal fight dragged on through 2022 until both parties reached a confidential settlement in October 2023, agreeing to part ways.

Following the split, Megan began releasing music independently and funding her own projects. Crawford later admitted the original deal wasn’t fair.

“I didn’t fully understand the business at the time,” he said. “Back then, we just came in with a number—like us taking 40 percent of [Megan’s] net [profit]. That was just me not knowing the business.”

Brian McKnight Slams Ex-Wife & Brother Over Son Niko’s Death

Brian McKnight lashed out at his ex-wife and brother Tuesday (June 3) in a tense Instagram post, denying accusations that he abandoned his 32-year-old son Niko before his death from cancer and accusing others of turning the tragedy into public spectacle.

“A big big thanks to Claude McKnight’s tasteless and self aggrandizing announcement on TikTok, that frankly was not his to make, in my opinion, he inserted himself and used Niko’s death as an opportunity, instead of letting him pass with respect and dignity,” McKnight wrote. “It has instead turned into a circus, a mockery of a life now lost, making this tragedy into a reality show type drama.”

@claudemcknight I’m devastated at my nephews passing. If you comment please do do in love, and NOT at what you may have heard about the relationship my brother had/has with his kids. Thank you 🙏🏾 #nephew #cancersucks #rip #love #family ♬ original sound – Claude Mcknight

The post followed days of criticism aimed at the R&B singer, who remained silent after Niko’s passing. McKnight addressed claims that he made “no effort” to reach out to his son during his illness.

Brian McKnight Claims Niko & His Mother Denied His Help

“The last time he and I spoke, we offered him all the help we could provide, we had the number one oncologist on deck for him and a team of specialists on standby with private care in our home,” he wrote. “He and his mother declined. The door of communication was open and remained open until his death.”

McKnight then turned his attention to Niko’s mother, Julie McKnight, blaming her for allegedly preventing their son from accepting medical support.

“To the self proclaimed ‘mama bear,’ may God have mercy on your soul for not allowing him to accept that help and not allowing him to use that line of communication,” he said.

The Grammy-nominated artist ended his message by defending his conscience and faith.

“There is great comfort in knowing God knows the TRUTH and the totality of the WHOLE story,” he wrote. “I am truly thankful for the immense peace God has given me. I’ve left everything in HIS hands. I, have a clear conscience. The only judgement that matters is God’s.”

McKnight’s remarks follow growing backlash over his strained relationship with his older children. In past interviews, he referred to them as “products of sin” and said, “In order to live a life that you love, you have to get rid of the evil and the negativity — even if that evil and negativity is related [to you].”

Niko reportedly died surrounded by his mother, brother Brian McKnight Jr., wife Carla and other relatives. His father was not present.

Cardi B Claims Offset’s Cheating Hurt Her Pregnancy In Heated Rant

Cardi B unloaded a wave of personal revelations Tuesday (June 3) during a heated rant, claiming Offset’s alleged infidelity during her pregnancy left her mentally drained and physically affected, even impacting the health of their third child.

The Bronx-born rapper didn’t hold back, describing how the emotional toll from Offset’s behavior spiraled into paranoia and depression.

“It’s more than the cheating,” she said he said during an X (Twitter) Spaces chat Tuesday night (June 3). “It’s the constant lies, the gaslighting — it was really messing up my with my head.”

Cardi said the stress reached a boiling point last year, pushing her to the edge. “I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep. My baby came out five pounds. A healthy baby … My baby came out five pounds because I couldn’t eat, I was so depressed.”

She also said she constantly feared waking up to new cheating rumors. The “constant drama” and “lies” left her feeling “paranoid” and emotionally exhausted.

Her team eventually stepped in. “I went to therapy, and I made an effort, and I found love again,” Cardi said, crediting her management and label for helping her seek professional help.

Despite the therapy and attempts to heal, Cardi admitted she gave Offset multiple chances.

But the breaking point, she claimed, was when she feared she might do something irreversible.

“I was going to end up going to jail because I was going to end up killing him,” she admitted. “Seriously, with my own bare hands because it was getting too much.”

Just hours before Cardi B’s emotional outpouring, Offset deactivated his social media accounts after posting a cryptic message. The post came after a viral photo showed Stefon Diggs — Cardi’s new man — sporting a hairstyle similar to one worn by the former couple’s son, Wave.

“Now when somebody die for playing with my son then call me the crash out,” Offset wrote. “Idc how I look trolling wit my kid ends bad.”

Cardi B Accused Of Trolling Offset With Son’s Hair Looking Like Stefon Diggs’

Offset says he’s about to crash out—and it’s not just rap lyrics this time. Cardi B and NFL star Stefon Diggs seem to be stirring up more than just relationship rumors, and Offset’s not here for it.

So, what exactly is going on?

Cardi B recently kicked off her album rollout by doing what she does best—grabbing attention. There was dancing, lots of skin and some very flirty vibes with Diggs. She showed him major love on social media, which sent the internet into overdrive. At this point, she and Offset are no longer together. But I think they still love one another. That’s another story.

The latest? Cardi B reportedly got their son’s hair braided to match Stefon Diggs’ signature style. And no, Diggs isn’t the kid’s bio-father. That would be the homie Offset.

Now, Cardi’s side has hinted that Offset hasn’t exactly been Father of the Year, which may be her way of justifying the move. But let’s be real—that’s messy. And it’s the kind of messy that could cause serious drama behind the scenes.

Offset apparently didn’t take it lightly. He hopped on Instagram/Twitter (X) talking about “crashing out,” and then—poof—his account vanished. Everything wiped clean. He basically threw the phone across the room. Hopefully, someone in his corner told him to breathe, log off and not do anything wild. Good advice, because acting out right now could do more harm than good.

Meanwhile, Cardi’s still doing Cardi. She recently went viral again for, well, playing with her breasts on camera. The internet loved it, of course. But when kids get pulled into the mix for promo purposes, that’s when things get murky fast.

Let’s hope this doesn’t turn into a full-on publicity stunt using the kids as props. Offset should keep his cool, hit the studio and turn that frustration into fire music. Because asking for “man support” or child support in the public eye while getting emotionally played on the timeline? That’s a bad look in any language.

Michael B. Jordan Opens Up About His Struggles Before “Fruitvale Station”

Michael B. Jordan leaned on wisdom from Denzel Washington and support from Ryan Coogler to navigate Hollywood’s spotlight while staying grounded in his craft.

Jordan, 38, revealed that Washington once advised him to limit his social media presence to avoid diluting his value as an actor.

“(He said) ‘Why would they pay to see you on a weekend if they see you all week for free?'” Jordan told Vulture.

The two worked together on the 2021 drama A Journal for Jordan, which Washington directed and co-produced. The film marked a pivotal collaboration between the two actors, but the mentorship extended far beyond the set.

Jordan also credited Coogler, who directed him in Black Panther and the current box office hit Sinners, for helping him transition from television to leading man.

Reflecting on his early doubts, the Friday Night Lights alum said, “I was really, really, really unsure of what my career was going to be. ‘Am I a TV actor? Where am I going?'”

He continued, “And I was like, ‘Man, I just want an independent film. I can show what I can do, and I just need to know if I could carry a film or not, if I could be a lead.'”

That opportunity came with Fruitvale Station, Coogler’s 2013 directorial debut. Jordan recalled, “(Coogler) told me he thought I was a movie star. He thought I was a great actor, and he wanted to show the rest of the world that, and he wanted to make (Fruitvale Station) with me.”

The film earned widespread acclaim and helped cement Jordan’s place in Hollywood as a serious talent.

His performance was hailed by critics as “a triumph,” and it marked the beginning of a long-running creative partnership with Coogler.

Mariah Carey Unveils New Era With “MC16” Tease & New Music Snippet

Mariah Carey pulled the curtain back on new music Monday (June 2) with a cryptic teaser for what appears to be her long-awaited 16th studio album, casually dubbed “MC16,” and a snippet of a track that suggests a new sound.

The Grammy-winning singer posted a short video showing herself stepping into a sleek black convertible, flipping the radio dial to a file labeled “T:D_MC16.mp3.”

A beat kicks in, followed by Carey’s voice saying, “To show my appreciation for your support, thank you, DJs.” She captioned the clip with a simple question: “What’s your type?”

The teaser, which hints at a dancefloor-friendly direction, marks Carey’s first preview of new material since her 2018 album Caution.

While no official title or release date has been confirmed, the “MC16” label has fans and industry watchers assuming it’s her next full-length project.

Back in April, Carey hinted she was back in the studio. “I’m not supposed to talk about it. … But I’m working on something. We won’t say what it is, but something new,” she told AP News.

Mariah Carey Celebrates 20 Years Of “The Emancipation of Mimi”

The timing of the teaser lines up with a busy season for Carey. On Thursday (May 30), she dropped the 20th Anniversary Edition of her blockbuster album The Emancipation of Mimi.

The deluxe reissue features 45 tracks on vinyl and 40 tracks digitally, including remixes, unreleased material, and collaborations. Among the highlights is the long-awaited official release of “When I Feel It,” a track previously held back due to sample clearance issues.

The expanded edition also includes fresh remixes from KAYTRANADA and Esentrik, giving the 2005 classic a modern spin.

No further details have been shared about collaborators or a tracklist for “MC16,” but the teaser suggests Mariah Carey is leaning into a new era.

Carey’s last studio album featuring original music, Caution, was released in 2018.

Tony Buzbee Declines Adult Film Star’s Attempt To Sue Zion Williamson

Tony Buzbee declined to represent Moriah Mills in a potential civil suit against Zion Williamson after reviewing her claims involving their past relationship, the high-profile attorney confirmed Tuesday (June 3).

Mills, an adult film actress, had contacted Buzbee’s office seeking legal representation in a case she hoped to bring against the New Orleans Pelicans star.

After an initial review, Buzbee’s team passed on the case.

“We can’t comment about the details or merits of her claims,” Buzbee told TMZ. “As you know, we are contacted by numerous people across the United States daily with grievances. We can’t help them all. Some of those we do take are resolved quietly. A number are filed and litigated, like the $640 million jury verdict we achieved a few weeks back. Only a small few become public.”

Moriah Mills made headlines two years ago after publicly accusing Zion Williamson of being romantically involved with her shortly before announcing he was expecting a child with another woman.

She later claimed she was subjected to years of harassment and humiliation.

She recently released a tearful statement on her social media account, saying: “Everybody deserves a chance to be heard, and I hope me and any of the other victims… I just hope we all get justice.”

Her social media posts at the time drew wide attention but did not result in any legal action.

Buzbee’s decision not to take on the lawsuit is surprising, given that he has filed over 50 lawsuits against Diddy and is currently involved in court proceedings with JAY-Z.

Buzbee did not elaborate on whether the decision was based on legal merit or strategic preference.

Meanwhile, Zion Williamson is currently dealing with a separate and more serious legal matter.

A woman identified as Jane Doe has filed a lawsuit accusing the NBA player of years of sexual abuse, allegations he has denied.

Rob49 Says “WTHelly” Single Impacted New York Knicks & Indiana Pacers Series

Rob49 To Blame For Knicks Loss?!?

Ok…so y’all not gonna believe this, but I think we’ve figured out why the Knicks took that L to the Indiana Pacers. And nah, it’s not Julius Randle’s injuries or Jalen Brunson running outta gas. According to emerging rap star Rob49, he’s the reason the Knicks are outta here.

Yeah. You read that right.

In a recent convo with AllHipHop, Rob49 jokingly took full blame for the Knicks losing—and honestly, there might be some truth to it. Let me explain.

If you’ve heard that viral heater “WTHelly” (the one produced by Helluva), Rob49 casually drops Tyrese Haliburton’s name at the end of the record. Real nonchalant too, right alongside LeBron, Halle Berry and a few others. But here’s where it gets spooky.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

Tyrese Haliburton turned into a straight-up MONSTER after that. Like something clicked. Dude went from respected baller to culture hero/villain almost overnight. You couldn’t go a day without seeing his name trending. It’s like Rob49 gave him that cosign power-up. People are talking.

Coincidence? Maybe. But in rap and b-ball, timing is everything.

Now Rob49 is running with it. In the interview, he told AllHipHop that the song has real staying power—like Cash Money 30 years from now kind of staying power. And honestly, he might not be lying. The joint is catching fire in the streets and on the court. Time will tell though.

So what now? Can Rob49’s magical name drops give the Pacers enough juice to handle OKC next? Hmm… I don’t know, fam. OKC isn’t playing and are favored heavily against everybody. But if Rob49 mentions Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in his next track, just know we might be watching the NBA Finals of his making. Rob49 is a basketball warlock…stay woke.

Diddy’s Ex-Bodyguard Takes Loss In $100M Defamation Suit

Diddy’s former bodyguard Joseph Sherman lost a high-stakes legal battle Tuesday (June 3) after a federal judge dismissed his $100 million defamation lawsuit against Thalia Graves, calling it “patently frivolous.”

The former bodyguard filed the suit in response to Graves’ explosive accusations that he and Diddy drugged, restrained and raped her in 2001 at Daddy’s House recording studio.

Sherman denied ever meeting Graves and claimed he left Diddy’s security team in 1999.

Sherman alleged Graves’ claims were “completely and utterly false” and said they caused reputational and emotional damage. He also accused her of trying to bribe her ex-boyfriend with $3 million to back her story.

But the U.S. District Court ruled Graves’ statements were protected under litigation privilege, according to Rolling Stone. The judge also found Sherman’s complaint included “several frivolous claims” beyond defamation.

Graves filed her lawsuit against Diddy and Sherman in September 2024, alleging she was 25 when she was drugged and sexually assaulted at the studio.

She said she was dating a Combs associate at the time and was given a drink that knocked her unconscious.

She claimed she woke up bound, naked and being raped by both men, and later learned in 2023 that the assault had been recorded and sold as pornography.

Graves said she suffered years of trauma and threats to stay silent.

Graves held a press conference with attorney Gloria Allred and demanded all copies of the alleged video be destroyed.

Diddy has denied the allegations and remains in custody on unrelated sex trafficking charges.

Sherman’s lawsuit also included alleged messages from Graves offering to exclude him from her case if he testified against Diddy.

The court also dismissed those claims.

The ruling marks a legal win for Graves, whose case continues to draw attention amid a wave of lawsuits against Diddy.

EXCLUSIVE: 50 Cent Asks Judge To Scrap “Skillhouse” July Release

50 Cent is making good on his word to trash the movie Skill House, filing a lawsuit to stop its release and accusing the film’s producers of using his name and likeness without a signed agreement.

The rapper and entrepreneur, along with his company, NYC Vibe, filed suit against Ryan Kavanaugh, Skill House Movie LLC and GenTV LLC in April 2025.

The rapper just followed up on the complaint filed in Los Angeles by asking the court to block the film’s release, which is currently scheduled for July 11, 2025.

50 Cent said he never finalized or signed any agreement to act in or produce the film and offered more context surrounding the dispute.

“In or about 2022, Ryan Kavanaugh, the entity Skill House Movie LLC and I entered into discussions about me potentially acting in and producing the Skill House film,” 50 Cent explained. “We began to negotiate a term sheet which, once finalized and signed by myself, G-Unit, and Skill House Movie, would serve as a placeholder pending a comprehensive agreement. The term sheet was never finalized, and neither I nor G-Unit signed the term sheet…Skill House Movie did not sign the term sheet either.”

Despite the lack of a formal deal, Fif and his minor son Sire filmed scenes for the project. He claims he did so based on what he believed were good-faith promises from Kavanaugh and his team.

He expected a formal contract would follow, but that never happened.

Now, 50 Cent claims that the defendants are promoting the film and the GenTV streaming platform using his name, image, and trademarks without permission.

He’s asking the court to stop them from using any of his intellectual property, including the “50 Cent” name, in connection with the movie or its marketing.

“Although [Kavanaugh] claims that I am a producer of the Skill House film, I was never given creative control over or input into the film,” 50 Cent said. “Moreover…neither I nor my son have been paid for our participation in the film.”

The lawsuit accuses Kavanaugh and his companies of trademark infringement, false advertising, unfair competition and violating Jackson’s right of publicity.

His legal team argues that the unauthorized use of his brand could cause lasting damage that money alone can’t fix. The court has scheduled a hearing on the preliminary injunction for July 3 in Los Angeles.

Mo3 Estate Gets Huge Win In Battle Over Rapper’s Music

Mo3 secured a posthumous legal victory in Dallas after a federal jury ruled that his estate holds full rights to his unreleased vocal recordings, thereby ending a dispute with his former sound engineer over control of the late rapper’s music catalog.

The verdict found Ray G. Bollin Jr. liable for copyright infringement, conversion, tortious interference, unauthorized use of name and likeness, and a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

According to the Dallas Morning News, The jury awarded Mo3’s estate $5,000 in damages—$2,500 for the DMCA violation and $2,500 for the unauthorized use of his image and name.

The lawsuit, filed in August 2023, accused Bollin of refusing to return unreleased music files following Mo3’s death in a targeted shooting on Interstate 35 in Dallas in November 2020.

The estate claimed Bollin withheld the recordings and attempted to exploit them without permission, prompting the legal action.

Jurors needed just two hours to reach a unanimous decision, affirming the estate’s exclusive control over the late rapper’s vocal work. The case adds another layer to the legal fallout surrounding Mo3’s murder, which authorities have linked to a murder-for-hire scheme.

Dallas rapper Yella Beezy has been charged in connection with the killing.

The ruling also highlights broader concerns in the music industry about the handling of intellectual property after an artist’s death.

Similar disputes have surfaced in other high-profile cases, including those involving Prince’s estate, as well as the estates of DMX and Nipsey Hussle.

Aryee The Gem Teams Up With Mick Jenkins

Singer-songwriter Aryeè The Gem is taking it back to the roots of what love songs used to feel like, with a modern edge. Her new single “RAW” released by Saint & Citizen Music, features acclaimed lyricist Mick Jenkins

Drawing inspiration from Anita Baker’s legendary track “Sweet Love”, Aryeè flips the narrative, bringing fresh energy to a classic feeling: what it’s like to fall for someone who’s real, intentional, and emotionally grounded.

“In a time where a lot of music tears down masculine energy, I wanted to do the opposite,” Aryeè shares. “This record was inspired by a moment of genuine admiration—meeting someone who’s purpose-driven, self-aware, and actually present. That kind of man deserves to be acknowledged.”

With smooth vocals over an unconventional, hypnotic Trakmatik & Hvstle beat, “RAW” glides effortlessly between soul and alternative R&B. It’s vulnerable, feminine, and full of grown-woman perspective. The message? Love doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful.

Enter Mick Jenkins, who brings his signature depth to the track with a verse that’s grounded, reflective, and real. His feature doesn’t just complement Aryeè—it builds with her. It’s a true collaboration where both voices hold space for honesty, chemistry, and mutual respect.

“RAW” is the kind of record that doesn’t try too hard—it just feels right. It’s a mature love song that skips the surface-level games and gets straight to the heart of what makes a real connection hit different.

Coming off recent performances and brand collabs, Aryeè The Gem continues to carve out her space as an artist to watch. If “RAW” is any sign of what’s next, she’s only getting started.

The Return Of Monsieur Belange: “Jack In The Box” Scores Soundtrack To Survival Story

Part confessional and part resurrection, “Jack in the Box” is more than just a single; it represents a dramatic score reflecting an artist’s narrow escape. In this track, Monsieur Belange converts trauma into a tense lyrical confrontation with themes of fame, faith and fate. This release transcends the definitions of a debut or even a comeback; it embodies an act of survival.

Like a lost reel from a noir thriller, “Jack in the Box” immerses listeners in the quiet paranoia and internal struggles of a man who has faced an assassination attempt, public scrutiny, and the heavy burden of being both visible and pursued. The song is cinematic in its content and structure, characterized by moments of smooth defiance and spiritual urgency.

About Monsieur Belange

Los Angeles-based artist Monsieur Belange is a singer-songwriter known for blending soulful vocals, rap and controversial lyrics. Inspired by the ’90s Hip-Hop sound and soulful modern artists like Chris Brown, Monsieur Belange’s music explores love, freedom, culture, and hope themes. In doing so, he creates a unique sonic narrative, offering a completely different take on Hip-Hop.

Belange’s ultimate goal is for his music to contribute to moving the culture forward without engaging in unnecessary beef. Instead, his music spotlights lyrical prowess, rhythm and flow.

LA Shadows and the Price of a Voice

Shortly after releasing his debut single, “For the Ransom’ Monsieur Belange began to be stalked, was robbed twice, and lost nearly everything. For months, he couldn’t even stay at his place of residence due to death threats.

Monsieur Belange found the entire process to be equivalent to psychological torture, leaving him in a constant state of anxiousness. From this tumultuous period in his life, Jack in the Box” doesn’t just emerge; it erupts.

The Sound: Grit Wrapped in Velvet

“Jack in the Box” showcases what Monsieur Belange does best as a musical artist, bringing distinct vocal rifts to his sonic sound. The track blends silky vocals with sharp, precise bars, creating a rhythmic tension between his delivery and his message.

Furthermore, while other artists go over the top with gratuitous production techniques, “Jack in the Box” often feels deliberately sparse, pulling the listener into a more emotionally volatile and creative space alongside Monsieur Belange.

The Subtext: Faith and the Phantom

While Monsieur Belange’s music may not be gospel in sound, it certainly has spiritual components in his lyrics. Through his tracks, he is testifying, and his new single is a perfect example of this. “Jack in the Box” has themes of divine timing, love, ambition and the clarity that only trauma can deliver. Monsieur Belange’s refusal to retaliate or indulge in industry beef becomes a radical act in a genre that rewards noise over nuance.

What’s Next in the Belange Universe?

With an album in the works and a global vision taking shape, Monsieur Belange isn’t just building a brand—he’s building a body of work. The visuals, the tone, and the story all signal an artist who sees himself as an entertainer.

“Jack in the Box” is now streaming on all platforms. Follow Monsieur Belange on Instagram and Spotify for the full story in motion. This isn’t just a track—it’s a trailer for the storm to come.

Fyre Festival Organizers Back Already After Latest Flop

Fyre Festival organizers are pushing a new pop-up getaway in Honduras just weeks after canceling their planned 2025 festival in Mexico amid backlash over its location.

The latest venture, called Fyre Coral View, is a week-long travel experience scheduled for September 3–10, 2025, at the Coral View Beach Resort in Utila, Bay Islands.

The event is being promoted as a boutique-style escape for “adventurers, creators, and the curious,” with beachfront rooms, chef-made breakfasts, snorkeling, ATV rides and nightly bonfire parties.

“After rumors swirled about the FYRE brand being up for sale, organizers received an unexpected proposal from the island of Utila: bring the name that once burned headlines back to life with an intimate, off-the-grid adventure. They accepted,” the announcement reads.

The Fyre Festival team is working to separate this event from the disaster that made the brand infamous.

“The FYRE Coral View Pop-Up is not FYRE Festival 2,” the website states. “It’s FYRE returning to its roots—the spark that started it all—before things got out of control.”

A statement from the organizers added, “We’re not chasing luxury. We’re chasing stories.”

The new event comes on the heels of the canceled Fyre Fest 2, which was initially scheduled for 2025 in Mexico.

Tickets for that event were priced as high as $7,999, but it was quietly scrapped after concerns arose over the venue following officials in Cancun, Mexico, claiming that there was no official agreement to host the festival.

The original Fyre Festival, launched in 2017 by Billy McFarland, was marketed as a luxury music experience in the Bahamas.

Instead, it collapsed into chaos, with stranded attendees, inadequate food and shelter and no performances. McFarland was later convicted of wire fraud and sentenced to six years in prison.

He was released in 2022.

Earlier this year, McFarland said he was stepping back from the brand and looking to sell it. Despite its history, the Fyre name continues to resurface.

The Coral View event marks the latest attempt to rebrand the legacy of one of the most infamous failures in festival history.

Rapper Ca$h Out & Mom Stand Trial For Rape, Sex Trafficking Charges

Diddy is not the only rapper facing sex trafficking charges as rapper Ca$h Out and his mother are heading to trial in a Fulton County courtroom.

The Atlanta rapper, born John Michael Hakeem Gibson, and his mother, Linda Smith, known publicly as “Mama Ca$h Out,” are both accused of running a criminal enterprise that involved rape, trafficking and prostitution.

Prosecutors allege the pair used manipulation and coercion to force women into sex work between 2018 and 2021. The accusations include rape, racketeering, aggravated sodomy and enticing women into prostitution.

Ca$h Out was first arrested in March 2022, following a lengthy investigation by the Atlanta Police Department and the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

According to AllHipHop, authorities claim he used his celebrity status to lure women with promises of fame and financial gain.

The indictment also names his mother as a key figure in the alleged operation. Authorities say she helped manage the women and collect money from their activities.

The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office described the case as a “deeply disturbing” example of abuse of power and influence.

Investigators say the women were often isolated, threatened and financially controlled. The charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred at multiple locations across the Atlanta area, including apartments and hotels.

Ca$h Out rose to fame in 2012 with the hit single “Cashin’ Out,” which peaked at No. 36 on the Billboard Hot 100.

He was later signed to Epic Records under the guidance of L.A. Reid and collaborated with artists such as Wale and Akon. Despite his early success, Ca$h Out’s career stalled in recent years. His legal troubles have now taken center stage.

The trial is expected to last several weeks. If convicted, both Ca$h Out and Smith could face decades in prison.

Their trial began Monday (June 2). Both have pleaded not guilty.
