Kanye West performed his unique brand of art rap on Saturday Night Live last night.
He didn’t disappoint with succinct execution of “New Slaves” and “Black Skinhead,” which offered much darker offering than his “Watch The Throne” opus with Jay-Z.
“New Slaves” chides society for allowing materialism to become their master. “Black Skinhead” makes overt references to his relationship with Kim Kardashian.

(AllHipHop News) Another day, another artist is ordered to cough up cash for their offspring. However, this time the artist in question wanted it.
Singer/producer/writer Akon filed a paternity test against one of his many baby mamas asking the court to establish custody, child support and legally recognize him as the two boys biological father.
After the tests proved that Akon was the father, he had to submit docs proving his monthly income — a whooping $40,000.
Based off of that the judge ordered him to pay $5,000/month for the two boys. That may not seem like much but considering that Mr. “Locked Up” has six other children the system didn’t want him going broke.
(AllHipHop News) Superstar baller Dwyane Wade isn’t letting the pressure of defending his NBA Championship title get in the way of him tending to his fans.
This past Friday, D. Wade stopped by the senior prom of Archbishop F. Coleman Carroll High School senior Nicole Muxo. Muxo had original invited the fellow Miami resident to her prom via Twitter and even when she didn’t hear back she sent the address through a direct message.
The New York Daily News reports:
Wade said he decided to “go and make this a memorable moment for her.”
Wade danced with his date, took pictures and met her family. He said he couldn’t stay for long, but he still succeeded in making Muxo’s night.
Later that night, Wade tweeted, “I had a blast at Prom … Never be 2 scared to ask.”
Let the flood gates open for every high school kid who wants a celebrity to come to their school functions. Where was Twitter when we were growing up?

(AllHipHop News) The 13-year-old rapper known as Lil Mouse stands accused of slapping and then threatening a third grade child for snitching.
The Chicago rapper has gotten quote the reputation in Chicago, but now he has fallen under far more intense scrutiny than before.
According to reports, the slapped and threaded to kill and 8-year-old boy for snitching. The family of the boy fear that Lill Mouse may actually hurt the boy has have requested that the student get permanently transferred away from West Pullman Elementary to aanother school.
According to Fox 32 in Chicago, the family is looking to leave Chi Town for good.
“I wanna pack up and just go,” the boy’s grandmother said. “I’ve already lost one child and I don’t want to lose another one.”
Furthermore, the threats have continued.
“The students, the eighth graders have grouped up together…made a phone call and said he’s snitching, He need to get killed for snitching,” she said.

Lil Mouse has been charged with assault, according to reports, but these have not been made official by authorities.

(AllHipHop News) Busta Rhymes has been signed to Cash Money Records for over a year, but the rap god has yet to collaborate with two of the brightest stars on the label.
He explained to Rolling Stone why he’s yet to get in the studio with Nicki Minaj or Drake.
Um . . . and you haven’t heard anything with me and Nicki. “Roman’s Revenge (Remix),” that was something I did on my own. It wasn’t like an official remix, so technically, we haven’t gone in to do a record neither. So, Drake and Nicki, we haven’t gone in, no. … It usually happens when the times are right or when the idea is right. … We’ve talked before. I’ve had several conversations about doing records with Drake, we’ve actually been in the studio trying to f### around. Same with Nicki. It just . . . when we start an idea, sometimes you get distracted. The stars just hasn’t aligned yet for that to actually happen. I think also, schedule. They’ve been shaking consistently for the last two, three years, putting out an album a year.”
Busta said the he expects all parties to get together soon and already has something with Drake that he’s cooking up.
“They’ve been touring, ripping and running. And then when they’re down, she’s busy taping this American Idol sh*t and all of that; Drake is working on a new album. It’s just hectic, hectic schedules. You can definitely look forward to something eventually coming together, us collaborating. I have something that’s actually halfway done with Drake on a J. Dilla beat. It’s incredible.”
In 2012, Busta Rhymes released his ninth solo album, Year of the Dragon.
His legal issues have kept him at bay a bit, but Gunplay won’t stop talking. The man is here and he’s letting it be known that he punched 50 Cent dead in the face. I’m not certain this was ever proven and certainly, we didn’t see any evidence on 50’s face as he went on to perform at the BET Awards.

I was under the impression that people like Beyonce aimed and strove to be the
center of attention at all time. But, it seems like the rumors and gossip have gotten under Beyonce’s skin. Well, she sent a very strong message to her fans and detractors through her instagram. She said:
“I can’t stop the rumors from starting, and I can’t really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me.”
This is all because people think she’s pregnant. She didn’t exactly say she NOT pregnant either.
AND, THERE’S KANYE….
And this cannot make Kanye happy. His new song reflects that.
They are going in on Kanye. I’ve got nothing to say.

In the song, Kanye talks about the New World Order, paparazzi, his frustrations over a sparse, but bouncy beat.

On Tuesday May 14, BET held a press conference at Icon in Downtown Los Angeles to announce the nominations for this year’s Awards show. Tamar Braxton, Kendrick Lamar, Chris Brown and Chris Tucker joined BET’s own Stephen G. Hill for the livestreamed event.
