Kreayshawn’s Former Buddy V-Nasty Signs Big Deal With Indie Label
V-Nasty, a former member of Kreayshawn’s White Girl Mob, has signed a deal worth $750k with Pinnacle Records.
The deal would carry for three years with the Las Vegas-based label, according to HipHopDX.
In an interview, she explained the deal:
“It’s an independent deal. I don’t really know how to explain it, it’s independent as far as working with each other. It’s for three years of music and s###, but I’m ready to just keep going with them. Of course, we’re gonna get more artists and sh*t. It’s big. It’s not no regular Warner Bros., but I feel I’m in a better position. More freedom.”
The rapper also ran down her views on Kreayshawn and the rest of the White Girl Mob.
“People just have their differences in life. A lot of people grow and feel a lot of different ways about certain situations. Sometimes you just got to separate yourself from the negative and put yourself into a better position. I’m from the hood, but at the same time, if you’re sitting in the streets for 20 years, do you ignore that there’s a whole ‘nother life you could be living? Let that s### go. F### White Girl Mob. What is that? It’s just a name at the end of the day. It was a friendship. Motherf**kers just grow apart…I’m the type of person who’s very loyal. I got Debbie’s back, I don’t speak bad on nobody. I just don’t f**k with Kreayshawn like that. We ain’t cool. I don’t see myself kicking it with her and being real.”

I have to say, A$AP Rocky is doing a great job leveraging that brand of his to take it to the next level. He had a full spread in the newest GQ magazine! Pretty good! Welp! I can’t hate on that.
Once ASAP rapped, “We use to wear rugged boots, now it’s all tailored suits,” but I’m hearing his earlier style is getting a reboot. Get it? “re-boot.” The people around A$AP Rocky are doing a bit of talking it is highly suggestive that the Harlem rapper is working on something incredible in business. It was basically saying that A$AP Rocky has a deal with Timbaland to create a line of boots. Timbaland and Hip-Hop have a love / hate relationship, but it seems to be all love now. Interesting how Hip-Hop is loved and hated overall these days.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Did Nicki Minaj Almost Snag Storm From Halle?
Did you see that the X-Men is almost about to come back? Man, how are they going to reboot the franchise and Halle Berry is still Storm? Like 13 years later. I know she’s still dope, but dammmmmmnnnn…….Did you see her latest image promoting the upcoming X-Men movie?
I heard a rumor that Nicki Minaj was almost in contention or consideration to be the new Storm.
How true or false this is remains to be seen, but clearly they didn’t have any options for a new Storm and went back to the 46-year-old pregnant Halle Berry.
Can you see the possibility a bit better here?

Kanye West to Perform on Saturday Night Live Season Finale
(AllHipHop News) Yeezy season has returned. Over two and a half years since his last appearance on the epochal live comedy show Saturday Night Live, Kanye West is confirmed to be the musical guest on the show’s season 38 finale.
The announcement was made on SNL’s official Twitter account:
And for the Season 38 Finale, 5/18: @benaffleck joins the #5TimersClub with his 5th appearance as host! And music from @kanyewest!! #SNL

This will be West’s fifth time being the musical guest.
In related news, The-Dream recently updated Vibe Magazine on Kanye’s album process hinting that the rapper is close to completing his sixth solo album:
“I think Kanye is finishing up Pusha right now while he’s finishing up his stuff,” says The-Dream. “I’ll be in Paris soon to actually start working with Kanye. I’m going get like a week and a half with Kanye before I start my promo run.”
No word on if Kanye will premier his lead single off his as-of-yet untitled new album.

EXCLUSIVE: Erica Dixon Speaks On Lil Scrappy’s Mother, Calls Her Old and Miserable (VIDEO)
(AllHipHop News) Love and Hip Hop Atlanta is a little short on love these days. A week after a rumored April 11th physical altercation with Lil Scrappy ex Shay “Buckee” Johnson, Erica Dixon talks exclusively to AllHipHop about her rift with Scrappy’s mother, Mama Dee.
At the April 18th premiere party for Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, the often outspoken reality TV starlet attributed her soured relationship with Mama Dee to Erica’s unwillingness to be Mama Dee’s “puppet”. Erica even suggests a deeper psychological reasoning as to why Mama Dee is so fixated on Scrappy’s love life:
[Her gripe] was I don’t spend time with her or do anything with her or take her. I’m like ‘I’m with your son, not you. You seem to be confused.’ She might just have the Oedipus Complex. That’s your son, not your man.”
Dixon also claims that any attempts on her end to reconcile the two women’s differences are impossible because “she’s old” and “she’s miserable”. The inflammatory comments culminate in Dixon making a salacious accusation of Mama Dee’s sexual promiscuity:
“I’ve been around 11 year come August. I’ve seen Mama Dee run through about 10 to 15 men. No one sticks on. So that in itself speaks on her character.”
Recently there have been reports that her engagement with Lil Scrappy has dissolved. In a recent interview with GlobalGrind Erica does not clear up those rumors and hints at a possible breakup:
“It’s like I wish this n*gga would get his sh*t together because I know how it feels to be back and forth and to actually really love somebody and to want to be with them. It’s like ‘Get it together.’ And eventually, you know, if I know somebody going through a similar situation, I tell them like ‘He’ll get it together eventually.’ It takes some time ’cause it takes longer for n*ggas to mature but they’ll eventually get there.”
