Tyga may not be the only one who likes transgender women! A transgender escort by the name of Shauna Brooks claims that Nick Young offered her $20 for sexual favors in her hotel room. This isn’t the first time Young has been accused of cheating on Iggy Azalea. Brooks doesn’t seem too credible; she is however shopping a list of her alleged celeb clients to the media outlet who pays the most. Yikes.

Actor Who Played Tupac In N.W.A Biopic Is Working With John Singleton For Tupac Biopic

While portraying the late Tupac in the N.W.A biopic, Straight Outta Compton, Marcc Rose caught the eye of director John Singleton and it looks like they will be working on a project of their own.

While promoting Compton, Rose spilled the beans about he and Singleton working on a Tupac biopic.

“Me and director John Singleton are trying to brainstorm and form together a proper biopic for him,” the 23-year-old told Yahoo! News. “Hopefully if everything works out we can make it work.”

It turns out that Rose was also a part of the first Tupac movie that Singleton was involved in but they both ended up cutting ties with the project back in April.

“When Singleton exited so did I,” he said. “If the rights to the biopic are returned to Pac’s mom, Afeni Shakur, John Singleton and I will be reassociated with it.”

Should Dr. Dre Have To Answer For His History As An Abuser?

Photo by Jason Kempin Getty Images Entertainment

Over the years there have been allegations that Dr. Dre has a history of violence against women. Some of the said victims are Tairrie B, Michel’e,Dee Barnes… and other women have experienced violence at the hands of Dr. Dre. Some women feel Dre has evaded being held accountable for his violence against black women for years. The Hip Hop mogul and producer is experiencing great reviews on the NWA biopic “Straight Outta Compton” and it’s soundtrack, but people want him to address the real “BEATS by Dre” issues. A writer for the Harriet Editorial by the name of Crystal Irby stated that when it comes to high-profile perpetrators of violence against women, society is more than eager to move past their transgressions. Bill Cosby has had to come face to face with his past, should Dr. Dre? Or has it been “settled,” and it should be left in the past?

(AllHipHop News) Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs have been engaged in a friendly feud for several months. The two Hip Hop moguls have sent shots at each other on social media and in interviews.

50 continued the lighthearted jabs while speaking with Shade 45’s VIP Saturdays. The G-Unit boss used the platform to contrast the success of his TV series Power on Starz to Puff’s cable network Revolt.

“It’s what Puff would like to happen with Revolt, but he ain’t got that sh*t I got,” said 50. “If he had that one joint, Revolt would be popping right now.”

The discussion went on to include the New Yorker talking about another rap rival. Nearly a decade ago, 50 and Lil Wayne sparred on wax, but the executive producer of Power showed love to the Young Money leader’s latest project FWA.

“I heard some bars Wayne wrote on the last joint that were like ‘whew’…  Wayne didn’t fall off,” 50 stated in defense of Weezy facing criticism from the public. “They want you to win so there’s confirmation that they can be successful from nothing, but if you keep winning [they say,] ‘How do I have a turn to win?'”

50 also named his top rapper turned actors. His list included Will Smith, Mark Wahlberg, Queen Latifah, Ice Cube, and Ludacris.

Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright” Inspires New College Scholarship (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) While his rap peers have been feuding over ghostwriting and touring, Kendrick Lamar continues to inspire community activism and education. K. Dot’s To Pimp A Butterfly track “Alright” has become a protest anthem, and the West Coast representative’s song is also the inspiration for a new college scholarship.

The Philadelphia based Hip Hop outlet OogeeWoogee has established the “Be Alright” scholarship for a High Tech High School student. Kendrick visited the North Bergen, New Jersey school after English teacher Brian T. Mooney’s blog about including To Pimp A Butterfly in his lessons went viral.

“We always wanted to create a Hip Hop inspired scholarship,” said Wilkine Brutus, content director of OogeeWoogee. “‘Alright’ came at the right time and visit to the high school gave us a concrete idea of what we wanted.”

One High Tech graduate will receive $1,500 for college tuition and books. OogeeWoogee plans to expand the scholarship nationwide in the future.

Students must submit a 2-3 minute video that explains the positive aspects of Hip Hop through rap, poetry, or visual art talents. The submission with the most “likes” and “shares” on OogeeWoogee’s Facebook page will earn the scholarship.

‘Straight Outta Compton’ Sequel ‘Dogg Pound 4 Life’ Reportedly In The Works

(AllHipHop News) Hollywood is known for cashing in on a successful trend. Right now N.W.A and West Coast Hip Hop history are breaking box office records, and the result appears to be a follow-up to the $60 million making movie Straight Outta Compton.

TMZ reports Snoop Dogg, 2Pac, Warren G, and Tha Dogg Pound are set to be the subjects of an upcoming movie. TDP member Daz Dillinger told the site a motion picture titled Dogg Pound 4 Life is currently in the works.

The film is said to include N.W.A. members Ice Cube and Dr. Dre, but the actors from Straight Outta Compton will not be reprising their roles. However, Dr. Dre’s son Curtis Young is already set to play his father. Cube and Dre are not attached to Dogg Pound 4 Life, but apparently Cube has approved the idea.

Tha Dogg Pound, Snoop Dogg, and 2Pac were all central figures in the rise of Dr. Dre and Suge Knight’s Death Row Records. Knight will be portrayed in Dogg Pound 4 Life, but he is not going to be part of the production of the movie.

Dr. Dre’s Attack On Dee Barnes Was Part Of Original ‘Straight Outta Compton’ Script

(AllHipHop News) Hip Hop journalist Dee Barnes has become one of the most outspoken critics of the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton. Her main point of critique is the fact the film avoided covering Dr. Dre’s alleged assaults on women, particularly the producer’s physical attack against her at a 1991 party.

[ALSO READ: Dee Barnes Addresses ‘Straight Outta Compton’ Leaving Out Abuse By Dr. Dre]

According to a report in the Los Angeles Times, an earlier draft of Jonathan Herman’s Straight Outta Compton screenplay did include Dre’s assault of Barnes. An exchange between the two characters centered around Dre confronting Barnes about an interview she did with Ice Cube, who at that point was feuding with his former group.

The script reportedly featured:

“Saw that sh*t you did with Cube. Really had you under his spell, huh? Ate up everything he said. Let him diss us. Sell us out.”
“I just let him tell his story,” Barnes’ character retorts, “That’s what I do. It’s my job.”

“I thought we were cool, you and me,” Dre fires back. “But you don’t give a [expletive]. You just wanna laugh at N.W.A, make us all look like fools.”

The graphic scene ended with Barnes throwing a drink at Dre, and he then began “flinging her around like a rag-doll, while she screams, cries, begs for him to stop.”

Director F. Gary Gray has stated the filmmakers cut several scenes from Straight Outta Compton in order to mainly focus on N.W.A. The movie’s original running time would have been over three and a half hours.

Dr. Dre pleaded no contest in the attack on Barnes. The parties settled a civil lawsuit out of court for an undisclosed amount. Barnes claims she did not even receive a million dollars from the deal and has essentially been blackballed from the music industry.

Eazy-E passed away in 1995 after being diagnosed with AIDS. The Compton native has become a major topic in entertainment news once again thanks to the success of the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton.

Woman Suing 2Chainz For $5 Mill To Rep Herself

A woman that is suing rapper 2Chainz for calling her a “Thot” is heading to court and repping herself.

Christine Chisholm made the revelation to news station WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Chisholm explained her life after a viral video had 2Chainz and Cap1 calling her a thot.

“I can’t go out in public…Before the video had even started I was in the back room and we were just eating chicken wings,” she explained. “Actually, until the end, I really didn’t even know if they were recording. And I didn’t know that he was gonna post it on the blogs. I was just in shock.”

She said, based on the evidence, there’s little need for a lawyer in court.

“I feel like if I’m just honest with everything that really happened then there’s no reason why I wouldn’t win,” she said. “If I could see 2 Chainz, I would just be like, ‘Where’s my money?’”
