Donald Trump Uses N.W.A. For His War Against Joe Biden – Twitter Responds In-Kind

(AllHipHop Rumors) Donald Trump is at it again. The President of the United States shared a fake video of Joe Biden playing in NWA’s “F Tha Police” at a Florida campaign event. The president tried to pretend like this was real asking the question “What is this all about?”

Newsweek said that Biden actually played a song on his phone during a campaign event in Florida Tuesday but it was not NWA. The song was “Despacito” by Daddy Yankee, Luis Fonsi and Justin Bieber. Biden was actually paying homage to Hispanic heritage month at the event and vying for support. He is quite weak with the Latino community according to polls.

Trump has done this before but this time it seems like social media got sick of it. People are easily manipulated. In fact, there’s a whole documentary on it called “The Social Dilemma” on Netflix. Check that out.

In fact, while a lot of Black Lives Matter activists called for defunding the police, Joe Biden has called for the opposite. This is something that Trump has pushed hard even though it is completely untrue. Twitter has begun to label these sorts of tweets as “manipulated media, but does that help? They should emove them as lies and deception.

SUMMER MADNESS X: Clash of the Midwest Titans – The 10th Anniversary of URL’s Biggest Event

On Saturday, September 19th, Smack White and the Ultimate Rap League presents “Summer Madness X” exclusively debuting on Caffeine TV from an undisclosed location.

With the cancelation of the headlining battle between Murda Mook and Brizz Rawsteen – disrupting the epic plans of the year’s most exciting card – the programming team at URL went into overdrive to ensure that not one iota of energy or quality is lost.

The night will host several incredible battles, topping every card presented this 2020.

Leading the pack is a battle that fans have wanted to see for years, finally the culture will learn who is the biggest star of the Midwest: Calicoe vs. Aye Verb.

Considered a style clash of lyrical titans, these two vets have been able to sustain active careers in the culture because of their authentic understanding of street rap and their ability to translate as relevant fixtures — even in the fourth wave of competitive emcee culture.

Another battle rap icon from their class and with just as much cache with fans is Harlem’s own Charlie Clips.

After five years, Charlie Clips returns to the marquee event for the fourth time to prove that a few seasons on the hit MTV battle rap inspired comedy show did lessen his love for the sport.

Ready to match his insatiable need for competition, is the two-time Champion of the Year, Geechi Gotti. The Compton native is never shy from stepping into the ring and vows to show Clips why he is one of the most feared rappers he will ever stand in front of.

Pontiac’s Ill WIll and Yonkers/ Atlanta’s John John da Don will finally face each other after their NOME X battle was postponed due to COVID-19 precautions.

Ill Will, the former UFF battle champion, will have to dig into his arsenal of gifts (freestyling, comedy, lyricisms, etc.) to defeat battle rap’s undisputed Goliath. Last year, he was a well-fought top contender on all platforms to be the COTY.

When locked in he is no walk in the park and opponents know it … ask Tay Roc, URL’s top gunner, who once joked “I’m never battling Ill Will again.”

Losses are few and far between for this Michigan son.

But, John John can count few losses in his career — and has boastfully accepted his title as PG Killer. He is to be feared in this space as he approaches his challengers with what seems to be a raw skill that is clearly well thought out.

With a dash of a little of everything, this fan favorite’s greatest competency is his intellect. Will Ill Will have the stones to tumble the Bullpen Giant? He does but others have had the right rock and slingshot before.

This could be the battle of the night.

While the card is chock-full of top tier talent, it also represents the current vibe of class conflict. This will be demonstrated by Chess vs. K-Shine and T-Top vs. B Dot.

The quadrant of talent all are wordsmiths with a lexicon to boot, but it is their individual performance, topped by their collective genius that is sure to scintillate throughout each contest.

People have been asking for Chess and K-Shine for some time.

One is an unorthodox rhyme battler and the other is a lyrical Floyd Mayweather. The tension between these two has been thick for years, almost resulting in a fight … birthed out of their two-and-two between NWX (with DNA) and CakeLyfe (with Steams).

K-Shine vowed to never give this battle until the young Chess paid some dues and got in control of his chokes. It seems that his dues and nerves have been mastered and this feud of the Uptown hot heads will come to an end.

If angles are your thing, you will be in heaven during the T-Top and B Dot battle. Both are regarded as some of the top anglers in the sport.

Top brings to the table the slick-witted talk of an NC boy dipped in the legacy of New York heritage (do the knowledge his family is from the Big Apple). B-Dot is a revolutionary with his feet ten toes down in the gang culture of LA.

While the substance of most of their battles would push you to think that this is a style clash, it might not be. We hope that this is not a “You sell drugs to the community” and “You’re super righteous back and forth.” That would be borning and also be reflective of so many of their battles.

Summer Madness X provides them with the opportunity to shake it up and come with something different. We know they can rap and entertain— but with the bounty of skills that both of them possess, can the two-step out of their wheelhouse and make this seemingly odd battle unpredictable.

Two other battles that people cannot wait to see are Bill Collector vs. Holmzie the God and Rum Nitty vs. Reed Dollaz.

Rum Nitty, the Gun Line King has set his stock up to be the type of rapper that makes others emcees’ spines shiver with fear. Analysts dote on his punching, yet there is something to be said about his unbridled energy that sets the pace from jump.

Reed is a legend but has to prove himself before the new titan.

Bill Collector and Holmzie the God round out this powerful card. The Loud brothers are set for a Cain and Abel bout. No one can tap dance around this one. True they are brothers but the will have to go at it like warring beasts.

Both of them will be dedicating their win of the “Ultimate Madness 2” competition to loved ones: for Billiano LB da Boss and for Holmzie for his Grandmother.

Tragically, they lost them during the “UM2” season and will bring that energy into the biggest battle rap stage in the history of Caffeine.

Through this win, one of them will get a check for $25,000. Another element to make this card the type of card we have expected from a Summer Madness jawn.

Summer Madness X airs live on Caffeine TV on Saturday, September 19th at 4 p.m. EST/1 p.m. PST.

Battles from Summer Madness will start to stream exclusively on The Ultimate Rap League’s App, alongside all kinds of original content, within weeks of their debut. The URL App is available across multiple servers such as Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Samsung Smart TV, and XBOX on Androids, Apple Tablets, phones, and televisions.

Caffeine TV is a new kind of broadcast company focused on the creation and distribution of live, interactive content. Cap Or No Cap: King Von Said He And FBG Duck Were OK When He Died!

(AllHipHop Rumors) King Von is one of the most notorious rap artists to come out of Chicago Illinois. The rapper openly professes to have killed numerous people, in his raps as well as in his real life a few weeks ago FBG Duck was tragically murdered while shopping for his son.

“Me and Duck settled Our differences right before he passed. We was talking bout bringing everybody together as a whole n changing da community for the better. Imma still stand on dat Sh*t. every step of the way imma be thinking of u. Even doe u dissed my dead homies and family.”

So is he lying or telling the truth?

Might not be cap! Von also said he and Duck worked on a song, “KingVon ft. FBG Duck.” I will make sure we post it if it drops!

Samuel L. Jackson Will Teach You How To Curse If You Vote

(AllHipHop News) Samuel L. Jackson is offering to share his vast knowledge of swearing, in a bid to get people out to vote in the upcoming U.S. election.

The 71-year-old actor is promising to teach 2,500 fans how to swear in 15 languages, and all they have to do is prove they intend to head to the polls this election season.

The Avengers star is teaming up with the Good to Vote campaign, a nonpartisan initiative with HeadCount that sees public figures and celebrities challenging fans to vote in the presidential election on November 3rd.

Entertainers, like the “Shaft” star, who participate offer their fans access to something unique when their followers hit a specific number of registrations.

“Listen up – If 2500 of you click a voting action below to make sure you’re #GoodToVote, I will teach you to swear in 15 different languages,” he wrote in a tweet alongside a video of his pledge, along with a link to his website.

Jackson once famously held the record as the actor who has dropped the most swear words in his movies before being overtaken by “The Wolf of Wall Street” star Jonah Hill.

Hit-Boy Blasts The Music Industry AND Kanye West!

(AllHipHop Rumors) I have not been a fan of Kanye West since I don’t know how long – kinda like Hit-Boy. Today, the rapper went on a diatribe that was as mumbo-jumbo is anything I’ve ever heard. But I will say that he spoke about draconian contracts for creatives in the music industry that has struck a chord. One of those people is the hit-making machine Hit-Boy. First of all, Hit-Boy is 33 years old now and no longer a boy. Hit-Boy is actually GROWN AF!

The producer, who has created scores of his songs for all sorts of people including Kanye West, Jay, and Beyoncé, is now complaining about some of the deals that he has signed in the past. We have to look at this from a variety of perspectives and I am not about to sugarcoat it one bit. If you expect this dirty, grimy, sleazy, slimy music industry to do right by you – you are a nut!

This game is predicated on predators taking advantage of young, thirsty, people that leech off of the culture that we call Hip-Hop. It has been going on since the beginning of the culture AND some of those people are BLACK. We aren’t even going to start to address other forms of music. Let’s just keep this up. I also wanna talk about the scores of artists that Kanye West himself has used UP to keep his floundering music career buoyant through the years. KEEP IT A BEAN. Let’s stop right there. Hit-Boy is now speaking out against the music industry., but the fallacy is that he’s courageousness springs out of a Kanye West Tweet-fest. But he makes his points check out the post below.

So back to Kanye, PEEP GAME.

Hit-Man said what he said:

“I haven’t been a fan of Kanye on a personal/human level since he told me face to face he stopped picking my beats because I worked with Beyoncé. This is after I produced ‘n***as in paris’ , ‘clique’, and a myriad of other songs / projects for him and his label GOOD Music in the 2 years I was signed with them.”

Ye aka Cap Master West said:

“Hi guys. Trust me we will not stop … Hit-Boy first to stand up … I didn’t have a problem with him producing for Beyoncé … I had a problem with the fact he was signed to me and I didn’t know but I knew Jay and Beyoncé and Hit-Boy … Just for clarity.”

Kanye ain’t all that clean either, fam.

Kanye West Urinates All Over His Grammy Award In Protest Of Record Deal

(AllHipHop News) Kanye West posted an image of him relieving himself on one of his 21 Grammy Awards.

This despicable act was done in protest against the music industry, punctuating his wars against both Universal and Sony for the ownership of his masters.

The “All Falls Down” rapper placed the trophy in his commode for his demonstration with the caption, “Trust me… I WON’T STOP”

In an attack on the music industry, he broke down how the artists are at a disadvantage because the record labels own the legal rights and actual original copies of work that they create.

As a result, many artists have to obtain permission to use their own music and pay the same fees as other commercial entities that desire to use it in any way.

He has shared that he will not release new music until he feels like he is free of an unfair contract — likening his position to that of many NBA players, “The music industry and the NBA are modern-day slave ships. I’m the new Moses.”

He later started posting messages about the media’s role in supporting the music industry by making artists look crazy.

“We used to diss Michael Jackson the media made us call him crazy … then they killed him”

https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/1306210517292261376

He then claimed that Universal has not revealed how much his masters cost, and then posted every page of own recording contract.

“UNIVERSAL WONT TELL ME WHAT MY MASTERS COST BECAUSE THEY KNOW I CAN AFFORD TO BUY THEM”

https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/1306216546084085762

“Everyone please cover me in prayer … I AM ONE OF THE MOST FAMOUS PEOPLE ON THE PLANET AND UNIVERSAL WONT TELL ME WHAT MY MASTERS COST BECAUSE THEY KNOW I CAN AFFORD THEM … BLACK MASTERS MATTER.”

“MY CHILDREN WILL OWN MY MASTERS … NOT YOUR CHILDREN … MY CHILDREN … MY CHILDREN … MY CHILDREN,” Kanye tweeted.

Dallas Artist Lil Cobaine Opens Up & Talks Quavo Cosign

Lil Cobaine is a rising artist out of Dallas, Texas, who’s going through the motions of life like the rest of us. With the honesty and vulnerability in his lyrics, he’s able to inject emotion and feeling into each one of his records.

Inspired by Nirvana’s unique style, sound, and ability to tell stories, Cobaine embodies the definition of an individual who’s trying to find his way — while pursuing his dreams of being one of the greats.

Cobaine’s ability to sing and harmonize over guitar riffs offers a breath of fresh air in the music industry, creating meaningful records for his growing fanbase. His sound is very ethereal, carving his own sound as “trip disco pop.” The artist, producer, and songwriter wears a lot of hats, working with a slew of creatives who are on their way up as well.

The 23-year-old states, “I like working with artists who aren’t poppin’ yet. I’m almost an A&R damn near, that’s been my thing. Trying to find new stuff that works while incorporating it into mine.”

Most recently, he released a single called “Monday Magic,” which follows his most recent project Courtney that he released on Kurt Cobaine’s death day.

AllHipHop: You’re from Dallas, what were you seeing growing up?

Lil Cobaine: It was cool, I’m adopted so it was always a little bit of a clash between identity and trying to figure out where I belong. It was tense. I wasn’t really at the house. My parents would send me to 5150s or I was getting kicked out of school, moving and going to Florida.

AllHipHop: How did music come to play?

Lil Cobaine: I just loved it. The first thing that turned me on to music and loving it was “All Star” Smash Mouth, which was funny. A bunch of Yellowcard and Simple Plan, that’s my jam. I love that type of stuff.

AllHipHop: When did you start making music on your own?

Lil Cobaine: I was around 15 or 16. I got a mic and started doing rapping stuff, then eventually thought “hey, maybe I should start taking this more seriously.” 5 years later, I started doing songwriting.

Carrying on from that, I had a song I was doing called “That Man.” It was supposed to be a song written for somebody else. We had the video reference, we shot it. My manager at the time put it out but it wasn’t for me, it was for somebody else. The Faze Clan house hit me up like “hey we saw your song.” Sam Pepper brought me up there. I was doing the writing for Sam, then eventually met James Royo and worked with Yung Pinch out of nowhere. He liked the song I was writing.

AllHipHop: Who have you written for?

Lil Cobaine: Right now, I just got my first beat placement. Songwriting would be for 2 people I can’t say yet until it comes out, but it looks like it’s landed and recorded.

AllHipHop: What was the turning point in your career to take it serious?

Lil Cobaine: When I put out this song called “Star.” I put a “Star” and out of nowhere, every single label and their mother was hitting me up. It was weird because I didn’t take it seriously, I was just songwriting. Lil Cobaine was not a thing at that point. I don’t want to give the alias, but it was a situation that wasn’t working out.

https://www.instagram.com/p/B4b-Gv5HJD5

Lil Cobaine: The Lil Cobaine s##t ended up cracking. I’m like “wait what? There’s only 100,000 plays.” At the same time, I’d already done those numbers. The rebrand was a shot in the dark, I didn’t think it was going to happen. Everyone was hitting me, I ended up having Taco from Odd Future come up to and say “aye man, I don’t know if you know who I am but I really f##k with you.” I’m sitting there like “bro I know exactly who you are.” I was with Zack Bia at Poppy.

AllHipHop: How do you know him?

Lil Cobaine: He reached out through Jody Gerson, the head woman at Universal Publishing. Her son is Julian, he ended up saying “I have this buddy Zack Bia, I want you to meet him.” I said “okay bet, let’s do it.” I didn’t know who he was or what he did, but he ended up being super cool and nice to me. It was dope. I’m not a big flexer. I don’t know how to do that extra stuff, but it’s cool to have a personal experience with someone like him.

AllHipHop: Bring us back to when you made “Star.”

Lil Cobaine: I put “Star” out, we put out a visual to it. Me and James Royo shot it ourselves. I edited the video. it was cool, we got traction. “Let it Play” came out, that’s the one that really actually put me in people’s ears. I didn’t think that’d happen ever.

AllHipHop: When did you pick up the name Lil Cobaine?

Lil Cobaine: I picked up the name right before “Star” came out, I ran with it. We put it out randomly and it did 5,000 views in one day, that’s pretty decent. Put it out with no push. OurGeneration hit me up, they’re cool. From the OurGeneration post, Rel Money hit me up and signed me as his artist under YRN and Alien Management. That’s Migos manager. Leo’s my day to day, but my real management is Danny Zook and Rel Money.

AllHipHop: What do you make of all of these opportunities landing in front of you?

Lil Cobaine: I wish I could do something with it. A lot of my momentum has been pushed back and pulled back by certain things I do daily. A lot of momentum has been paused, but I’m trying to fix it.

AllHipHop: Industry stuff or…?

Lil Cobaine: Staying sober and staying clean, moving as fluently as I can. It’s alcohol, some prescription pills, but I’ve been taking prescription pills since I was 14. Getting off of them is odd and when I’m not on those, the closest thing is alcohol.

AllHipHop: Have you gone to rehab?

Lil Cobaine: I’ve tried. As soon as I make the decision to go there, I get a little scared. I want to definitely, but it’s a financial thing along with a combination of so many other things.

AllHipHop: Does being under the influence help you record?

Lil Cobaine: Mmhmm, very much so. I don’t hear anything, I don’t think anything. There’s nothing telling me I can’t do this or I’m not good, whatever. When that’s all quiet, the drugs help that and I just go. I usually come out with some crazy stuff. It helps the writing process, it really helps with everything.

AllHipHop: You just released the “Monday Magic” visual, who or what inspired this one?

Lil Cobaine: This was my love with Paris and France in general, I have this weird fascination with that. I went and got this kid out there who shoots videos. I wrote the treatment for “Monday Magic” and had it shot in France. I sent him over the treatment: “this is what I want, it’s going to be simple. The character series is going to be more complex. Each season, we have more characters and buildup.” We shot it in France, it was cool.

AllHipHop: You didn’t go to France?

Lil Cobaine: No, I had it shot there. I had a director, videographer, and a kid model I really liked. I had him do it. It was a two-part thing too, so the model actually used it for his music video as well. It went perfect. The next one is going to be more exclusive.

AllHipHop: What’s one thing you want fans to get from your music?

Lil Cobaine: I want people to feel how they feel, see what they see when they listen to it. I’m not trying to push any sort of narrative onto people, or get them to feel or see anything that I am. I want to make the music that I’m feeling and if you like it, I hope you do at least.

AllHipHop: alk about releasing your album Courtney on Kurt Cobain’s death day.

Lil Cobaine: It was a cool day to put it out, I want this to mark my love for rock and roll. I want to have something be put out and celebrate it on that day, instead of his death day. I really like Kurt Cobain, only because of who he is as a person. The music’s amazing obviously, but I connect more with people not necessarily their music. If you’re tight as f##k and your music’s tight, that’s amazing. If you’re lame and your music’s tight, then you’re lame to me.

AllHipHop: What do you want fans to take away from Courtney?

Lil Cobaine: That I should’ve put it out a year and a half ago. It has some cool songs on there. There’s really nothing, I want to take Courtney and never ever deal with it ever again. Doing that whole project caused a huge mental breakdown for me.

AllHipHop: Why?

Lil Cobaine: I have no clue. I couldn’t figure out the right time to put it out. I couldn’t figure out the right time to do anything with it.

AllHipHop: That was your debut project?

Lil Cobaine: The fact it didn’t do what it was supposed to do, upset me. I ended up being like “okay I’m going to do this way better on the second project, have the Heavy Hitters on there.” We have big features, big producers on there. Bigger features than Ty Dolla $ign. We’re about to make this thing go full-speed so if I could stay clean for the next couple of months, then we’re going to go crazy. If I don’t, then it’s going to be stagnant.

AllHipHop: What do you think hinders you the most when it comes to substances?

Lil Cobaine: The only thing that hinders me is the fact that I don’t remember anything, you could really get in a lot of trouble that way. That’s so difficult to answer because a lot of people do it, then people will tell them “moderation!” There’s no such thing with some people.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CD4zhIDjhMg

AllHipHop: How was working with Ty Dolla $ign?

Lil Cobaine: That’s cool, he’s my bro. He didn’t even meet me and he hopped on “Hit The Pint.” James Royo who I’m signed to with the production, played him this song and asked “what do you think of this?” Ty said “man I love this, I’ma hop on it.” It was originally going to be on Beach House but it didn’t end up being on there. It would’ve been the perfect song for it though, a great summer album. Hopefully the next one.

AllHipHop: How do you deal with mental health & your own battles with schizophrenia?

Lil Cobaine: Abilify and Risperidone. Genuinely, not even trying to be a smart ass.

AllHipHop: Does music help you in any kind of way?

Lil Cobaine: It quiets it all for sure. When I’m making music, the attention’s more on the music rather than what people say. If I could explain it, it’s a cloud. I was diagnosed with it 3 years ago. A lot of the paranoia, I was counting cars. I was counting license plates, it was bad. Talking to myself a lot, hearing a lot of things. It doesn’t ever go away but it’s easier when you have good people around you, whatever you do to help it. A lot of it is a daily struggle, but it gets easier. It’s just a cloud: thoughts and noise.

AllHipHop: Is being in the studio your happy place?

Lil Cobaine: Yes, or alone. I love being alone. I got a hotel room this week just because, to leave my place and stay in a little room.

AllHipHop: Do you have roommates?

Lil Cobaine: No, I just like hotels. I like being in a small room. There’s nothing that can get me. You can get the room service, all types of stuff.

AllHipHop: How was it getting the cosign from Quavo?

Lil Cobaine: That was cool, I didn’t expect that. OurGeneration posted, then Rel Money hit me up. He brought me to the studio one time and I met with L.A. Reid. L.A. Reid’s asking me about my music. I’m playing it, I have the cool records. We’re with DJ Durel and Quavo. I walked into the room like “yo, is this who I think it is?” Not going to lie, I didn’t even listen to Migos like that so I didn’t know which one it was at first. I didn’t even say anything. He turned around like “aye man, what you doing?” I said “s##t, just chillin’ bro.” He’s like “nice to finally meet you.” I said thank you, he goes “well we’re working here.” I’m like “easy, alright bet.”

AllHipHop: What can we expect next?

Lil Cobaine: A new project, a lot of features, cool videos, big writing placements. Couple Top 5’s hopefully.

Ray J Explains Why Divorcing Was The Best Thing To Do

(AllHipHop News) Ray J didn’t “talk to anybody” before filing for divorce on Monday.

Despite trying to make his relationship with Princess Love, with whom he shares two children, work, the singer and TV personality filed legal documents calling time on the marriage once and for all in Los Angeles earlier this week.

And reflecting on what appeared to be an impulsive decision during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Ray explained: “It was just how I felt at the time. I didn’t really talk to nobody about it… I just went to God.”

While the divorce filing signifies that he and Princess Love weren’t able to make their relationship work – after previously calling off their divorce to give things another go – the former Celebrity Big Brother star acknowledged that sometimes divorce is the best thing for everybody.

“You know, I love her and I love my babies and it’s just personal, but she knows how I feel about her,” he explained. “I just think that I want to make sure everybody is happy, that everybody enjoys life and that this can help her smile more and enjoy who she is and enjoy her life. You know, sometimes it’s the best thing to do.”

Despite his decision to file for divorce, Ray added that he still loves his estranged spouse, and they will still be important figures in each other’s lives due to their children.

“It’s still so early, I really don’t know what’s going to happen, how it happens, but I just want to make sure that my babies and my Princess is in a great place mentally and that they can enjoy life,” he explained. “My wife, if there’s somebody better out there that she wants to be with, then I have to respect that as well. But hey, I don’t know… I can’t say too much, but I love you, Princess. That’s what I can say.

“Happiness is important. I think. I’ll sacrifice all my happiness for my kids. With that said, we’ll just have to wait and see (what the future holds), but I want to make sure that they’re in a good space, and that she’s in a great space throughout this journey as parents as well. It’s important for us to be great parents first. Then relationships flow after.”

Cardi B Seeks Custody Of Baby Kulture As Divorce With Offset Looms

(AllHipHop News) Cardi B is seeking primary custody of her two-year-old daughter Kulture in her divorce from Offset.

The “WAP” hitmaker filed documents on Tuesday to end her three-year marriage to the Migos star, with a hearing set for November 4th.

Further details from the legal papers have shown that Cardi is asking for legal and primary physical custody of Kulture, and wants Offset to pay child support for the tot.

In the documents, Cardi states via her lawyer that the marriage is “irretrievably broken,” adding that the former couple are currently separated, the papers go on to add that “there are no prospects for a reconciliation.”

According to the paperwork, the divorce is “contested” with Cardi listed as the plaintiff and Offset the defendant. However, the “Bodak Yellow” star ultimately hopes it will be “settled by agreement of the parties.”

Following the filing of the papers, a source close to Cardi told TMZ.com that she had no idea that her lawyer was going to be positioning the case that way, and she actually wants the split to be as amicable as possible.

“She wants Offset to have joint custody of Kulture and is determined to have an amicable, co-parenting situation,” the insider told the website. “Her divorce petition also says she wants child support. (But) she does not want any support from Offset … in the financial department, she’s the Bank of Cardi.”

According to the website, Cardi is “in touch with her lawyer and the document will be amended to reflect her wishes.”

Sources: “Offset Just Can’t Keep His Thing In His Pants”

(AllHipHop Rumors) We now know why Cardi B and Offset have broken up. Yes, you guessed it, cheating! We don’t know all the details yet because they have not emerged, but we do have sources that confirm Offset was found in a compromising position with another woman.

Our source said clearly, “He just can’t keep his d##k in his pants.” Other sources have stated that he cheated over and over and over. He really fought to get her back, but wasn’t committed to doing the work. I imagine all the chicks he met daily didn’t help him from not to violate his marriage vows.

This is not the first time homeboy has cheated on Cardi B and gotten caught. But, it seems like Cardi was trying to create something that was NOT there. And then they went and had a baby, Kulture, which Bardi wants full custody of. According to People magazine, the Bronx-bred rapper looked beyond his infidelities because of the child. But it seems like it just became too much for her and she filed for divorce in Atlanta court yesterday.

A source with E! said, “Cardi does not trust Offset. She’s really tried for the last two years and has tried to forgive him. It’s been hard for her since the last cheating scandal and there have been rumors of him being unfaithful again. He has been pleading with her that he hasn’t, but many girls have come forward with claims. She had enough and decided to file.”

Offset maintains his innocence.

Samuel L. Jackson Discusses The Final Time Seeing Chadwick Boseman Before His Passing

(AllHipHop News) Moviegoers, comic book fanatics, and countless other people around the world are still processing the passing of Chadwick Boseman. The 42, Get On Up, and Black Panther star died on August 28 at the age of 43 from colon cancer.

Several of Boseman’s Marvel Cinematic Universe castmates have offered condolences for the late actor. Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Nick Fury in the MCU, tweeted, “THANK YOU @chadwickboseman for all you gave us. We needed it & will always cherish it! A talented & giving artist & brother who will be sorely missed RIP.”

In addition, Jackson spoke about Chadwick Boseman on a recent episode of The Tamron Hall Show. The 71-year-old box office legend was joined by his wife LaTanya Richardson Jackson.

“I was trying to remember the last time I had actually seen Chadwick. I was talking to our daughter, Zoe, about it. It was at the Captin Marvel premiere. We started talking about another project that I hoped we were going to work on. But he was like, ‘I’m sorry I’m not going to be there,'” recalled Jackson.

The Morehouse College graduate added, “It’s gut-wrenching to lose someone that is such an important part of the culture in terms of what he became to the world in terms of Black Panther… He imprinted and impacted society in such a way, especially the Black culture, in giving kids a hero that they could aspire to. To lose him – I don’t even know if I would’ve been able to tell my kid that. I might’ve waited until they were older so they could process it better. It’s devastating.”

The Notorious B.I.G.’s ‘King Of New York’ Crown Sells For Over $500,000 At Sotheby’s Hip Hop Auction

(AllHipHop News) On September 15, Sotheby’s held its first auction dedicated to Hip Hop. Over 91% of the 119 lots were sold, and the New York City-based event made $2,075,250 in sales. According to Sotheby’s, more than ten new artist auction records were also achieved that night.

Monica Lynch, former president of Tommy Boy Records, helped organize the auction. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the “Uncle” Ralph McDaniels-coordinated Hip Hop Programs for the Queens Public Library Foundation as well as the non-profit DJ/music community organization Building Beats.

Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace’s ‘K.O.N.Y. (King of New York)’ crown worn during his final photoshoot in 1997 was one of the top items up for sale. Photographer Barron Claiborne said, “After 23 years in my possession, I’m very excited to share this iconic piece of Hip Hop history with the public.”

The signed Biggie headpiece sold for $594,750. Reportedly, five different bidders competed for the crown for over 7 minutes. The price rose to nearly triple the low pre-auction estimate of $200,000.

An archive of 22 autographed love letters from a 16-year-old Tupac Shakur to a high school sweetheart at the Baltimore School for the Arts made $75,600. The 42 pages on 24 sheets of paper were written between March 1987 and April 1988.

A Rammellzee vs. K-Rob “Beat Bop” original vinyl from 1983 sold for $126,000, becoming the most expensive Hip Hop vinyl record sold at auction. The “Beat Bop” 12-inch featured original artwork by famed graffiti artist Jean-Michel Basquiat.

DJ Ross One’s The Wall of Boom art installation also brought in over six figures by fetching $113,400. Artist auction records were set for Janette Beckman, Chi Modu, Schoolly D, Tim Conlon, Shirt King Phade, Ed Piskor, Buddy Esquire, LA2/LAROC, Derek Ridgers, Mpozi Tolbert, John Nordell, Egyptian Lover, and Phil Knott.

“We are thrilled with the results from tonight’s historic Hip Hop auction in New York, the birthplace of Hip Hop,” stated Cassandra Hatton, Vice President & Senior Specialist in Sotheby’s Books & Manuscripts Department.Since the idea of this sale first began taking shape more than seven years ago, before coming together in earnest two years ago after I was introduced to Monica Lynch, it has been a labor of love to organize an auction of this magnitude and significance at Sotheby’s.”

Hatton added, “Throughout the sale, we saw strong bidding from across age brackets and countries, with significant interest from leading cultural institutions in the U.S. Most importantly, we’re proud to have been able to showcase the works of so many talented artists, rappers, designers, and photographers, among others, many of whom consigned their work directly to the auction. To give back to the culture and share a portion of Sotheby’s proceeds to support two critical organizations in educating the next generation about Hip Hop and preserving its legacy is emblematic of the supportive community that defines Hip Hop.”

EXCLUSIVE: Street Star Norbes Sues URL For $40 Million And Claims He is A Partner

(AllHipHop News) Street Star Norbes is suing the Ultimate Rap League, alleging that he was a partner that was forced out of their company after they landed its “lucrative deal” with Drake and Caffeine, Inc.

Norbes, whose real name is Dagoberto Velez, filed a $40 million lawsuit against Ultimate Rap League LLC (URL) over the weekend, laying out his claim.

Considered the most premier battle rap league in the world, the Ultimate Rap League was founded over a decade ago and has launched the careers of some of the biggest stars in the culture.

The 80-page document details almost every battle that the URL has produced, or that he promoted using the marquee franchise title, The Proving Grounds.

Therein the filing, the battle rap influencer claims that the league used his image and likeness unlawfully and expressed that he believes that there has been some sort of contravention of their original 2009 work agreement between the known partners of the URL.

The multicount lawsuit names executives Troy Mitchell, Eric Beasley, and Jean French, and states that they engaged in a “wrongful dissolution” of their professional relationship and breached a contract between him and the URL.

It further alleges that URL did not act, though obligated to do so, in the best interest of Norbes. This is called “breach of fiduciary duty.”

Unfortunately, nowhere in the document did the former War Report host point to a contract, list a formal arrangement, or note that he shared in the overall annual profit or revenue share that URL has enjoyed since its inception.

In fact, the document seems to argue that there was an “Implied Agreement” based on a private conversation between one or two of the owners and pointed to an interview where one of the owners, Eric Beasley, names him.

While all the facts about their business relationship were detailed (again the bulk of the document lists battles, a few emails, the allegations, and the amount that he is suing for), he did introduce another business relationship – professional football player Gerald McCoy.

The six-time Pro Bowler and former Dallas Cowboy is named as Norbes’ guest at several URL events and later (around 2018) as a financier of several URL/ Proving Ground or Born Legacy events that Norbes was principally responsible for.

The documents repeated the phrase “Plaintiff received $XXXX via an electronic transfer” from McCoy for the express purpose to “cover expenses of the Ultimate Rap League.” This is interesting as McCoy, who appears to be acting as a sponsor, per the court document, only pays Norbes and not the company that he claims to be a partner in (URL).

While the lawsuit says that there is a dispute about Norbes’ partnership with the URL, there is no dispute about his value to the company in his role as a talent scout.

The lawsuit shows (page 35) that as an executive at the small company, he was given the authority to engage in contracts and negotiations on behalf of the company — but never states that he engaged in a contract of negotiation on behalf of himself to secure his partnership.

In fact, he admits that no such legal agreement exists. The lawsuit reads, “Plaintiff verbally agreed to have an equal partnership with Defendants in the Ultimate Rap League.”

This lawsuit comes only months after the URL terminated its relationship with Norbes and publicly released a statement to the battle rap community.

URL stated, “While we have enjoyed the time of our professional engagement with Norbes, the new decade has brought forth many changes that do not afford the team allowances to continue with some of the relationships we have had in the past.”

The statement continued, “The decision to discontinue [at this time] a professional relationship with Norbes is consensus that our team unanimously agreed upon.” Again, never dismissing his value — but laying out that as a consultant/ or employee he had been fired.

Norbes is suing for compensatory damages of $30 million and a 10% royalty in perpetuity of all the quarterly revenue of the Ultimate Rap League, LLC, its subsidiaries, and any successors in interest.

He is asking for $10 million in punitive damages and $250,000 in reliance damages. Perhaps, he knows where the league is keeping the treasure trove.

For years the battle rap culture has speculated that URL is cashing in.

Almost two years ago to the date, several battle rappers went on “strike” for a day and a half after miscalculating that the company makes $2.5 million from every battle.

After coming to an agreement, a month later URL hosted a battle called The Strike 2.5, starring one of the leading voices in the strike, T-Top. T-Top is also one of the top cards on the September 19th card, Summer Madness X.

There are no official numbers to show the company’s value, but according to Statsmash, URL has a net worth of $1.1 million, and YouTubers.me says that URL’s annual income is between $209K – $1.25M (averaging $1.24K a week).

But many are looking at the company’s recent partnership with Caffeine as evidence that is a secret cash cow.

Backed by the Fox Corp., Cox Enterprises Inc., and Sanabil Investments, Caffeine raised $113 million “to invest in new forms of entertainment that users can watch and engage within real-time.”

The popular rumor was that all of that money went to the operations of URL. Both companies dispute that notion and have asserted that only part of the money will go to promoting battles (pr, marketing, billboards, social media, etc.).

The Ultimate Rap League has not released a statement as of yet, however within the lawsuit as defendants, the company stated that the “plaintiff is owed nothing.”

Tory Lanez Ex-Bodyguard Weighs In Megan Thee Stallion Shooting

(AllHipHop News) Tory Lanez’s former bodyguard opened up about the character of his old client, in the aftermath of the Megan thee Stallion shooting.

What is Zyir’s take on the Canadian entertainer’s history with gender-based violence?

His boss would never.

The problem with his character assessment. In regards to this case is pretty simple: he wasn’t there and so he doesn’t know what actually happened.

Zyir was interviewed by Landon Buford on Instagram Live and he weighed in on the “Chixtape” rapper’s current predicament.

Megan has accused Tory of being the one who squeezed off a few rounds and left her with gunshot wounds to her feet.

“Tory never reacted like how the media is portraying him to act. I’ve never seen him do that. I’ve never seen him do anything physical to a woman. I’ve never seen that,” according to Zyir.

“Now a n##ga? Yes … I have never ever seen Tory scream at a female. Even when he got into it with his personal partner. I’ve never seen him get mad or violent. I’ve never seen that part of him … He’s not the arguing type. I’ve never seen him argue.”

Zyir continued: “This is from my experience. I can’t speak on nothing that’s going on specific today with Megan Thee Stallion and all of that. I cannot speak on that, because I was not there, I was not present. All I can do is read the tabloids and see what everybody else says – I have no knowledge of that … His alter ego, Fargo – the Fargo I knew was nothing like that. He never argued. He never raised his voice. He never tried to get physical. Nothing.”

Zyir was not only a bodyguard but a friend beyond belief.

In this interview with Landon Buford, he also reveals he took a two-year gun charge on the rapper’s behalf in March of 2016.
