Roxanne Shanté Launches New Podcast, First Episode Tells How the Juice Crew Helped Raise Her Son

Rap pioneer Roxanne Shanté shares a story about being the first teen mom in Hip-Hop history and doesn’t shy away from several bad decisions she made as a 15-year-old with her first son, Kareem.

On the premiere episode of her “Have A Nice Podcast” series, entitled “Where’s the F##k is the Baby, Roxanne Shanté talks about taking her 17-day old baby on tour and enlisting the late Biz Markie, Big Daddy Kane, and others to babysit the newborn.

She said, “1986, I’m Roxanne Roxanne. Life is good, but it is complicated because I’m a teen and I just became a teen mom. I became a teen mom ten days after my [15th] birthday.”

After having the baby, she had to perform at a show and she took the baby, despite doctors recommending that the baby not be around people until six weeks.  Taking the baby on tour became so common, that the Juice Crew (who were all young guys at the time) became comfortable traveling with and caring for the child.

During that first show, when it was her time to rock the mic during the show she let “The Diabolical” hold the baby.  But when it was Biz’ turn …

“When I go on stage, because I had just had this new little human, I had this feeling that I needed to see him,” she recalled. “I felt like I had to have eye contact with whoever was holding him. If I was on stage, Biz is holding him. If I am on stage, then Shan is holding him. If I am on stage then Kool G. Rap is holding him or DJ Polo is holding him.”

“I go on stage and I knew I handed the baby to Biz. So Biz is holding the baby, but then it is my turn to start rhyming with Biz … As I am saying my rhymes, I look at Biz and say ‘Where’s the f##k is the baby?’” she shares.

Biz apparently shrugs his shoulders at her, as to say, “I don’t know.” She shrugs back like, “What do you mean?” The crowd mimics them thinking that this is a part of the routine and a new dance. Biz tells her the baby is with DJ Polo. She looks over and sees Polo with the baby and all is well.

At a certain point, she turns back at Polo and the baby is gone. She says in the mic, during the middle of her set, “Where’s the f##k is the baby?” The audience, jamming to the concert repeats her, “Where’s the f##k is the baby?” They thought it was a chant.

She gets more upset because no one knows where her 17-day-old child is and she repeats in the mic, “Where’s the f##k is the baby?” and the crowd again repeats her like was a part of the show.

The performance had her in an emotional state, and she remembers feeling kind of funny. Biz says to her, “You are sweating from your shirt.” She wasn’t. Whether it was the rush of performing or the worry about her baby, the new mom was lactating and expressing milk in front of an audience.

Eventually, she found the baby in the green room with other members of the Juice crew, G Rap, and Polo.

The “Go On Girl” pioneer also reveals that after a woman told her that all babies could swim, she threw her son in a pool on tour and quickly found out that was true.  She and other members of the Juice Crew jumped in the water and saved the baby.

Wonder how Kareem, aka Chuckie, turned out? He is now one of the leads in her production and enterprise.

New Prodigy Of Mobb Deep Project On The Way?

As the fifth year of Prodigy‘s death approaches, it seems like the estate is preparing a celebration for the late MC.

In June 2017, Albert Johnson a.k.a. Prodigy of Mobb Deep died suddenly. The Hip-Hop world was saddened and continues to mourn over the loss of one of New York’s finest.

Throughout that time, much of Prodigy’s music has been removed from streaming services and other platforms that allow fans easy access to his legacy. However, that may all be changing now and the fans are celebrating.

A new advertisement is in circulation advertises “Book II: The Book of Heroine.” And it appears to be coming soon this year, five years after he passed. By the way, a heroine is a female hero…heroin is a drug.

Under the post, it reads the following:

We’ve been up to something… and now we can finally talk about it The Book Of Heroine, the second chapter in the 3 part series by Prodigy, will be dropping in 2022 Thank you for your Patience, see you soon…

There isn’t a lot more information on it but it seems authentic and real.

I could be wrong, but I think I know what’s up!

Cardi B Wants To Chat With Meghan Markle After Winning Defamation Lawsuit

Belcalis “Cardi B” Almánzar is coming off a major court win. A federal jury found YouTuber Latasha “Tasha K” Kebe liable for defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Following her $4 million legal victory, Cardi B thanked her lawyers and fans for supporting her during the highly-publicized case. It now appears the Invasion of Privacy album creator wants to meet with a British royal family member.

“I need a chat with [Meghan] Markle,” tweeted Cardi B on Wednesday morning. That Twitter post garnered more than 4,000 retweets and more than 60,000 likes.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex won her own lawsuit for “misuse of private information” against Associated Newspapers Limited. The London-based company owns the Daily Mail, MailOnline, The Mail on Sunday, and other publications.

A United Kingdom court dismissed an appeal brought by ANL. Markle stated, “While this win is precedent-setting, what matters most is that we are now collectively brave enough to reshape a tabloid industry that conditions people to be cruel, and profits from the lies and pain that they create.”

Tasha K is expected to appeal her loss against Cardi B as well. The controversial blogger posted a 12-minute video response on YouTube where she pushed a conspiracy theory about the court system being part of a “machine” attacking her First Amendment rights.

Prior to filing the lawsuit, Cardi B reportedly sent a cease-and-desist letter to Kebe after the UnWineWithTashaK host repeatedly posted unfounded and inaccurate information about the “Bodak Yellow” rapper online. According to individuals in the courtroom, Tasha K admitted under oath that she knew the defaming stories about Cardi on her show were untrue.

Grime Icon Wiley Responds To Jessie Lingard & Marcus Rashford Backlash Over Dubai Pics

Wiley has spoken out after soccer players Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard received backlash after they took a picture together.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by World of Lewis (@worldoflewisofficial)

The Manchester United and England International players were on vacation in Dubai when they took a snap with the grim pioneer. The criticism comes after Wiley was “cancelled” following his antisemitic social media rant in 2020

Wiley, aware of the backlash the footballers were receiving, said people should be free to take photos with others.

“Whoever wants to take pictures with each other, just let them take the pictures, mate,” he said in a video circulating on social media. “You know what I’m saying? If I see one of my friends in a picture with someone I don’t like, I’m not gonna make up a fuss. I’m just gonna carry on with my life.

Wiley concluded, “Let people take pictures with whoever they want, mate.”

Wiley Asks “Is That Called Racism?”

He also addressed the outrage in another video asking if the criticism itself is racist.

Marcus Rashford Responds

Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard also made public statements after being vilified on social media and condemned in the press.

Rashford responded via Twitter on Tuesday (Jan. 25). He said while he was unaware of Wiley’s antisemitic comments he reaffirmed his commitment to the fight against racism.

“This picture has been brought to my attention which I understand now, given context, could easily be misconstrued. I would like to reinforce that I do not and will not condone discriminative language or behaviour of any kind aimed at the Jewish community or any other community.”

He continued, “I truly believe that tackling antisemitism in and outside of the game requires a greater level of attention and should very much form part of the game’s anti-racism stance.”

He also apologized to anyone offended and said he was simply taking part in a photo op; this one just happened to be with Wiley.

“I wasn’t aware of comments that had been made when I got pulled into a photo opportunity. Comments that I absolutely condemn.” He concluded, “I apologise for any upset caused. We just all happened to be in the same place at the same time.”

Rashford is an avid anti-racism spokesman. He was praised for his reaction to racist abuse after missing a penalty in the Euro 2020 final. Furthermore, his tireless campaigning against child food poverty helped earn him an MBE in the Queen’s honors list last year.

Jesse Lingard: “I Do Not Condone Any Form Of Racism Whatsoever”

Jesse Lingard also issued a statement condemning racism, though he did not mention Wiley.

“I’ve been made aware of a photo circulating currently, that can easily be misconstrued. I want to make it clear that I do not condone any form of racism whatsoever!”

NLE Choppa Responds To Critics Of His Funk Flex Freestyle

Earlier this week, NLE Choppa stopped by Funk Flex’s Hot 97 show to rap over The Notorious B.I.G.’s “Who Shot Ya?” beat. The freestyle was met with mixed reviews. Some social media users slammed the performance.

NLE Choppa clearly got wind of the negative responses to #Freestyle170. The Memphis native responded to the criticism on two different platforms.

“First time up there I had the jitters and butterflies in the stomach but being uncomfortable doing something only means it’s room for growth. Appreciate the opportunity Flex 💜,” wrote NLE Choppa in Hot 97’s YouTube comment section.

The 19-year-old Warner recording artist later tweeted, “Musically I Can’t Do Nun Right Huh? Keep The Hate, Jokes, & Criticism Coming, Ian Too Far From The Top. Tables Turn And When They Do Remember That I Told You So. WATCH THE YEAR I HAVE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️”

Meanwhile, NLE Choppa is preparing to drop his new 13-track Me Vs. Me mixtape. The project will host “Shotta Flow 6,” “Jumpin” featuring Polo G, and “Too Hot” featuring Moneybagg Yo.

The “Jumpin” music video has collected more than 15 million YouTube views since its release in November. Additionally, the “Too Hot” visuals are currently trending at #30 in YouTube’s music section.

NLE Choppa’s discography also includes the 2020 studio LP Top Shotta. That album debuted in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart. Top Shotta is presently certified Gold. 2019’s Cottonwood EP also earned Gold status.

Ray J Responds To Kanye West Discussing Rumored Unreleased Kim Kardashian Sex Tape

Back in 2007, a pornographic home video featuring Kim Kardashian and Ray J was released publicly by Vivid Entertainment as Kim Kardashian, Superstar. While the two reality stars eventually parted ways, the 2002 sex tape continues to be the topic of conversation in 2022.

Kanye “Ye” West recently claimed there was additional explicit footage of his estranged wife Kim Kardashian with Ray J. During an interview with Jason Lee’s Hollywood Unlocked, Ye said he returned the supposed second tape to Kardashian.

“I went and got the laptop from Ray J myself that night and then got on a red-eye [flight],” stated West. “I met this man at the airport then got on a red-eye, came back, delivered it to [Kim Kardashian] at 8 am in the morning. And then I gave it to her, and she cried when she saw it.”

A representative for Kim Kardashian denied the existence of a second sex tape with singer/television personality Ray J. On Wednesday, the For the Love of Ray J star seemingly addressed the latest rumors started by Ye as well.

“This needs to stop. I also have kids,” tweeted Ray J, the 41-year-old father of two children with fellow Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood alum Princess Love. That cryptic message appeared to be a subtle response to Kanye West reigniting the sex tape conversation.

Kim Kardashian reportedly filed an invasion of privacy lawsuit in 2007 against Vivid Entertainment over the release of Kim Kardashian, Superstar. According to reports, Kardashian and Vivid settled for $5 million.

Joey Bada$$ Says Men Should Not Masturbate: “That’s Weird”

Joey Bada$$ does not believe in the idea of a traditional relationship and has some interesting opinions on masturbation.

The “Paper Trail$” hitmaker shared his unconventional idea of an ideal relationship during a talk with Angela Yee and the ladies of the Lip Service podcast. During the interview, Joey Bada$$ made a startling revelation which he said: “might be front-page [news].”

“I’d rather not [ejaculate],” he declared. When asked if he was referring to e########## during oral sex he replied, “Nah, period.”

Joey Bada$$ explained the reason for the unusual practice, and it’s all to do with retaining “life force.”

“For the people hearing this for the first time I know it’s gonna sound crazy,” he confessed. “I’d rather preserve my life force, you know. I mean like, when a man e######### like, there’s a lot of things that leave your body. There’s blood cells, testosterone, energy, you know. You get depleted. They say it’s like the equivalent of running 20 miles when you [ejaculate].”

Furthermore, Joey Bada$$ believes all men should follow in his footsteps. “I don’t masturbate,” he said. “I think that’s weird for a man. Not for a woman!” “I believe that women are the more sexual beings, you know what I mean. They’re the more sexual gender.”

He concluded, “As a man, you should be in control, you should have self-control over yourself. It’s like, If you at home masturbating, n####, what are you doing? Like, you’re wasting your time.”

Joey Bada$$ Wants To Be In A Polyamorous Relationship

Elsewhere during the interview admitted his desire to date more than one woman at a time. Though, as a young man, he’s not interested in anything too serious at his age.

[I’m] only 27 right now, I want two girlfriends,” he said when asked if he is open to having multiple wives. he previously advised Tristan Thompson to admit to himself that he needs more than one woman.

However, he says that they don’t have to live with him, but they must get along with each other.

“As the man, I feel like that’s not really your role, you know. What I’m saying is like, they would have to be cool with each other – they’ll have to, you know what I’m saying, be able to call each other and stuff like that. And if they want to get down like that, then cool. But, nah, they don’t have to.”

Janet Jackson Denies Hiding A Secret Child From James DeBarge

Janet Jackson is unveiling her new revealing documentary to the world this week. The Jackson family’s famous daughter kept her private life largely shielded from public view, until now

Miss Jackson decided to clear up a rumor that plagued her since her 1984 marriage to singer James Debarge. The nuptials only lasted for a year, with the pair separating in 1984 due to DeBarge’s drug addiction. However, the gossip for years was that Janet Jackson gave birth to a child from their union, raised by her siblings, something the “Rhythm Nation” singer now denies.

“A lot of the kids thought I was pregnant, ’cause I had gained weight, and I had started taking birth control pills,” she said. “And back then, you could pick up weight taking them, and that’s what happened to me. So that rumor started going around.”

“Back in the day they were saying that I had a child and I kept it secret,” Jackson added. “I could never keep a child away from James. How could I keep a child from their father? I could never do that, that’s not right.”

A Wedding Night Disaster

Elsewhere during the documentary, Janet Jackson shared a story from her wedding night to “sweet guy” Debarge. While she dubbed their relationship “innocent,” the union appeared doomed from the outset.

“When we got married and came back to the hotel he said, ‘OK, I’ll be right back,'” she said. “And I’m sitting in the hotel room in Grand Rapids, Michigan by myself, just eighteen, and for three hours, he never came back. I don’t know, maybe it’s this person in me that wants to help people subconsciously. When it comes to relationships, somehow I’m attracted to people that use drugs.”

“We would be rolling on the floor fighting for them. And that’s not a life for anyone,” Janet Jackson admitted admitting to flushing the drugs down the toilet. “I sit and I say, ‘Were you stupid, were you dumb?’ But it wasn’t that. I cared so much for him, and I saw the good in him as well and I just wanted that to take precedence as opposed to this ugliness. ‘Cause I knew that he needed help. But I wasn’t the help that he needed.”

You Don’t Have to Understand Music to Feel It – Frank Fourie

Music is a universal expression of emotions that connects humans from all walks of life. Frank Fourie believes that music is the one thing all human beings can relate to, as it permeates every part of our existence. In his description of what music means to him, Fourie says it has been a haven and an escape where he finds refuge and understanding.

From the lyrics to the melody, it takes a lot for a musician to create compositions that speak to the soul. The messages buried in the words, sound, and melodies are meant to be deciphered by the universe. This is why Frank Fourie believes that musicians have a message for the universe. He further explains that regardless of the genre, every musician passes along a message to their listener—some focus on love, some on heartbreak, while others on motivation, mental strength, and so much more.

Frank Fourie also notes that music is a signal that can be beamed into space to represent the human race. “As a universal language, music is felt rather than understood,” he explains.“This makes it possible for musicians to broadcast their message to the universe through their creations. The collective human chorus defines humanity and links so many cultures and heritages.”

In Fourie’s music, the message is geared towards understanding the perpetual power of artistic creation and how it impacts human emotions. He says that creating music helps free the mind and provides profound clarity, enabling one to see the world through a new lens. In music, Fourie finds not only an escape but also an outlet for others to deep dive into their emotions.

Musical legends have created timeless songs that we listen to now and will continue to listen to forever. Frank Fourie believes that the collective message that musicians are creating for the universe conveys the power and universality of music. We are all bound by music, and regardless of our individual musical tastes, the messages of love, togetherness, celebration, and understanding persist across all genres.

Critical Life Lessons from My Success Journey: Evan R Salinas

Most of us pick up life lessons as we go through life in our own unique ways. Some achieve a lot more in life than the average human being and have a lot more to share with the world.

Evan R Salinas is one such person. He balances several roles in his life: a musician, a tattoo artist, a painter, a martial art enthusiast, and an investor. This means that he has gathered many more life lessons along the way. Here, Evan shares 4 such critical lessons he picked on his way to success.

Witness people’s lives as people are at the core of every life experience

“This may seem like a paradox, but to be different, I have picked up a lot from other people’s lives,” says Evan R Salinas. “When I pay attention to people’s lives, there is so much I learn. I then put these learnings to work in my own life and make it as enriching and unique as I can.”

This is true in so many ways. Each of us has a life that’s unlike any other, and each of us has experiences that have unique teachings. When we begin to witness people’s lives, we gain free access to their learnings too.

Always be open to learning, you will then learn valuable lessons all the time

Honing multiple creative talents and exploring every creative realm as profoundly as he can, Evan has shown us that we can live lives with myriad colors too.

Often, we hear people say that they are too old to do this or too mature to try that. What if we did the opposite in our lives? What if we always jumped into a learning experience without overthinking?

“As a creative artist, I learned one of the most important life lessons early – the more you learn, the better you get,” saysEvan. Life never stops teaching you new things. It is only the ignorant among us who stop paying attention to these lessons and stop learning.”

We grow around our experiences, so experience as much as you can

The more experiences we have, the more we gather in life. This holds true for all of us. When you shut out the world and its people, you have fewer experiences, fewer learnings, and fewer stories to seek inspiration from. On the other hand, when you embrace everything that comes your way, you live a more wholesome life.

“Every experience I have had has contributed toward molding me into the person I am today,” says Evan. “Without opening the doors of my life to as many experiences as possible, I wouldn’t have found half the success I now possess.”

Put these life lessons to work and live a fulfilling and successful life

We all learn lessons in life that come from our experiences, both good and bad, and sharing these life lessons with others helps them avoid the mistakes we made or embrace the things we did right. In sharing these 3 critical life lessons from his experience, Evan R Salinas has revealed valuable insights that will help us in our journeys toward success.

Amer Sal Mohammed Reveals Why Collaborations are Essential for Artists and Musicians

Pick two of your favorite musicians, and now imagine them both on stage rocking it out together. Sounds exciting, right? Well, that’s what collaborations do to an audience. By sharing the same stage, artists get audiences excited and have them asking for more.

But audiences aren’t the only ones in the mix who benefit from collaborations. Amer Sal Mohammed, a celebrated visual artist from Canada with a life story colored in myriad experiences, tells us why collaborations are a great idea for every stakeholder in the art and music industry.

Collaborations help you share skills and fuel creativity

My collaborations enhance my creativity and help me bring more to the audience, says Amer Sal Mohammed. “They’re also fun and they help two or more creative entrepreneurs get together and discuss key happenings in the industry.”

By collaborating on their work, artists and musicians do more than perform or create. They also add to each other’s repertoire and narrative, sharing the latest news and discussing prospects.

Collaborations bring multiple audiences together

“When I collaborate with an artist or a brand, I know I’ll have a wider audience, and this is probably the most impactful element associated with collaborations,” reveals Amer.

When two or more creative souls come together, they also bring with them their respective audiences. Excited to see what their favorite artist brings to the stage with a peer from the industry, audiences are always more eager to engage with collaborations.

Collaborations add fuel to your marketing mix

Today, if a talented artist and musician do not back it all up with a great marketing mix involving a range of promotional moves, making it to the world stage is almost an impossible dream. At times, even a perfect marketing plan does not churn out expected results.

“Collaborations change all that. They invariably add more fuel to your marketing fire,” says Amer. “After all, when you talk of two or more artists instead of one, you know your marketing team has a lot more selling points to bring to the audience.”

As a successful visual artist who sells his works to celebrities such as Drake and Snoop Dogg, Amer Sal Mohammed has a refined mind that knows all the workings of the creative industry. With collaborations such as the one with MCM merchandise driving his brand to new heights, Amer knows just how essential a great partnership can be for all those involved.

Meet Kane Comfort: The Musician Taking Over the Nashville Music Scene

The music scene in Nashville is so adaptable that it has welcomed different musicians and songwriters with open arms. This eventually gave way to a diverse culture of music in Nashville making it a hub of fearless musicians who love to experiment.  Musician, songwriter, singer, and rapper Kane Comfort is one such young talent who is storming the music scene in Nashville. Kane has emerged as a unique artist because he manages to evoke emotions in the listeners through music.

The story of Kane Comfort starts when he was only 2 years old. Kane has faded memories of his father singing and playing the guitar for him when he was 2. He was quite young to remember everything vividly. What he can remember is sitting on his father’s lap and listening to him playing for hours. It was during this time that Kane unconsciously developed a love for music. Kane lived in a few different states growing up. Cities such as Cincinnati, OH, Denver, CO, and Salina, KS are where he called home. Kane remembers his childhood days in Denver when he spent most of his time singing without even thinking of pursuing it as a career.

During his college days, Kane enjoyed singing more than academics. Following societal expectations, Kane never considered music as a career. He moved from engineering to accounting and finally finance in an attempt to choose a subject with higher prospects of a well-paying consistent job. It was during this time that Kane experienced the biggest tragedy of his life. His father passed away from cancer. This inconsolable loss changed Kane’s whole perspective and he discovered his true passion for music.

His aim to become a musician grew even stronger when he found a handwritten letter from his father. The letter had a final message to his son: to use his talent in meaningful service to others. This is where Kane found his true purpose in life. He knew music was a way to connect with people and invoke emotions. With new enthusiasm and renewed vigor, Kane started honing his skills. He spent hours writing songs and composing music, growing his talents along the way.

Today, Kane is a promising star in the music industry with an enthusiastic follower base in Nashville. He has opened for renowned artists like Jon Bellion. Kane has released an independent EP in 2021 titled “Lotus” with 5 songs in it. These songs are “Take Flight,” “Vine Full of Scars,” “I Cannot Condone It,” Raised by the Wolves,” and “Lotus”. Kane has recently rolled out three singles titled “Stupid In Love”, “65 South”, and “Green Leaves”. With every song, Kane has managed to develop a personal connection with his audience.

Kane also has 7 hot videos to his name on his Vevo channel. He is working on several upcoming projects that comprise videos and music tracks. Apart from music releases, Kane is popular for this enthralling live performance in Nashville. He wants to stand by the departing words of his father by becoming a musician with a purpose. Kane wants to continue his journey for many more years, reaching more and more people through his music.

Music is Dope – Jayd Deroché

Per Jayd Deroché, music is dope. This statement can be interpreted in various ways. Let’s take a closer look at these meanings and how they can be applied when describing music, especially that of this artist.

The word “dope” is usually affiliated with drugs. To some people, music is a drug, but a healthy one. It has an addictive nature and quality that generates a craving whether it be to listen, sing, compose, write lyrics, mix beats, or any mix of these elements. Countless artists have a lifelong passion for music that has fueled their talents one way or another. Vocalists might not be songwriters so they partner up with a person who cannot sing but has a gift for writing stirring lyrics. In this event, creative energies flow off each other and each party can indulge their “addiction”.

“Dope” is also slang for something that is seen in a positive light, especially in large cities. So to call music “dope” is a compliment, meaning the work is good, nice, cool, etc. The term “dope” is frequently used in the hip-hop genre to describe something or someone as excellent or impressive. The term is entirely informal in nearly any capacity, but it has become a well-known slang term.

If you hear someone use the word dope, do not automatically think it refers to drugs. It’s just a fairly new term that can innocently describe a car. Music can be frequently described as “dope” which is a big compliment. If you want to get into biological terms, music has been shown to release the neurochemical dopamine that regulates mood.

So whether a person is referring to an artist, a song, or the pleasure that comes from listening to music, it can be called “dope” in any context. Or as Jayd Deroché sums it up, dope music is just something people love to have in their lives.

A Look into the Incredible Journey of Renowned Singer Ifty Kerzner

The road to attaining our dreams is never easy, and we often encounter various roadblocks that threaten our journey. However, no matter how challenging, we can still rise above the struggles, and Iftach “Ifty” Kerzner shows us just that through his incredible story.

Ifty had a great interest in music from a young age. He says that he would spend hours listening to legendary artists like Eminem, Westlife, Elton John, Doctor Dre, and Britney Spears, who were his favorites. However, no one believed he could make a career out of it. Ifty wasn’t too good with words and was even thrown out of literature class in high school.

Undeterred, Ifty didn’t let people’s opinions sway him from following his passion. Ifty started his journey in the music industry, and he began self-training to understand the basics of good songwriting. He recalls making a promise to himself when he was 17 years old that he would have a number one song on the radio, and true to that, four years later, Ifty released his breakthrough single “A Million Stars.”

According to Ifty, “A Million Stars” is a song he wrote and composed in memory of his friend Tom who lost his life during the Second Lebanon War in Israel. It was sung by Tom’s sister Amit Farkash, with the track becoming an instant hit. The song was played hundreds of times on different radio stations, becoming the most recognized song related to that war.

“A Million Stars” has been sung at many national events and occasions, including the opening of the 2012 national Independence Day ceremony and every national Memorial Day event. Ifty has also composed and produced “The Heart Breaks,” “In Our Kindergarten,” and “The Night Will Pass,” among others, making him successful with sad and emotional tracks, romantic songs, and also upbeat comic songs.

“Success is a journey, and it takes time,” says Ifty. He also adds that it’s the result of resilience, hard work, determination, and focus. There are various obstacles along the way, but you shouldn’t let that stop you. Ifty notes that failure is only fatal if you let it be.

By choosing to fight for his passion, even when the odds were stacked against him, Ifty has established his spot in the music industry and is now recognized internationally. His songs have gained thousands of views on Youtube and various streaming platforms.

He’s also a TV host and the co-founder/president of the high-tech company Kisstera. Together with his team, they are helping US insurance carriers improve their marketing and distribution while making the job easier and faster. The company recently secured its first funding and, as stated by Ifty, is set to continue thriving.

The start of any journey is a single step. Even though one of the most challenging, the first step sets the pace and motivates you to press on. Taking his first step years ago, Ifty has fulfilled his dreams and is impacting lives through his music. Looking into the future, he says he has much more exciting content coming up.

The tweet came after Tasha K delivered a lengthy statement on her legal battle with Cardi B. She read from notes throughout the 12-minute video as more than 29,000 viewers tuned in live on her UnWineWithTashaK channel.

“These last four years fighting this conspiracy case have been extremely challenging, and yet I wouldn’t change a single thing about any of it. I’ve learned so much,” Tasha K claimed.

Cardi B is not mentioned by name in the video, while Tasha K claims she was the true victim. She further alleged that a “machine” driven by “corporate interests” including “prostitution, drug use, promiscuity,” and the “glorification” of violence, had “tried to squeeze us for everything.”

Although Tasha was ordered to pay Cardi B $4 million, she claims she will continue to expand her brand. “This case was meant to drain me financially, and it did not,” she said. “I know y’all maybe think this is over, but no, this is just the beginning. I will spend as many years as I can to protect our right to voice our opinions.”

She continued, “This trial was purely sympathy and payola to protect corporate interests, and we intend to take this all the way to the Supreme Court if need be. This is my life, and I will spend my life fighting for my livelihood and our First Amendment right as human beings.”

Cardi B Responds

Meanwhile, Cardi B posted a picture of Euphoria character “Rue Bennet” played by Zendaya with the caption, “mood.”

During the trial, Cardi testified that she felt “extremely suicidal,” and felt “helpless” as the blogger broadcast lies about her to her nearly 1 million YouTube followers. “Only an evil person could do that s–t,” Cardi B said, adding she also developed fatigue, anxiety, weight loss, and migraines.

Cardi B sued Tasha K, real name Latasha Kebe, in 2019 after the blogger made nearly 40 videos referencing the rapper. She made numerous false claims about the rapper, including that she worked as a prostitute, used cocaine, and had herpes.
