(AllHipHop News) The bodies of Kobe and Gianna Bryant have reportedly been released to their family following their tragic deaths last month.
According to Us Weekly, the remains were released by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office on Sunday, ahead of a funeral – expected to take place in the coming weeks.
Ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers taking to the field, they lined up on the 24-yard lines at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium – a nod to Kobe’s number 24 basketball jersey – and held a moment of silence for all the victims of the crash.
“Ladies and gentlemen, please join in a moment of silence as the 49ers, Chiefs, and National Football League extend our deepest condolences to the friends and families of those lost this past week. … They will never be forgotten,” was the message read out to the audience inside the stadium.
Images of Kobe and Gianna, as well as Pro Football Hall of Famer Chris Doleman, who died last week, were shown on big screens as the crowd fell silent.
Later, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira paid tribute to Kobe during their Halftime Show, when an overhead shot of the field during a performance of Jennifer’s “Let’s Get Loud” showed a huge cross lit up in purple and yellow – the colors of Kobe’s former team, the Los Angeles Lakers.

(AllHipHop News) Over the last several years, there have been sections of the Internet that believe Drake could be priming young female stars in an explicit way. The rumors began in 2018 when then-14-year-old Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown admitted she and Drake send “I miss you” texts to each other.
The OVO frontman faced even more side-eyes when then-17-year-old singer Billie Eilish talked about how she also converses with the 33-year-old. During a 2019 interview with Vanity Fair, Eilish said, “Drake is like the nicest dude I’ve ever spoken to. I mean I’ve only like texted him, but he’s so nice.”
Eilish was asked about her friendship with Drake in a new cover story for Vogue magazine. The 5-time Grammy winner defended her text message communication with the “God’s Plan” rapper.
“A grown man can’t be a fan of an artist? There are so many people that the internet should be more worried about,” said Eilish. “Like, you’re really going to say that Drake is creepy because he’s a fan of mine, and then you’re going to go vote for Trump? What the f*ck is that sh*t?”
Some individuals have also pointed out that Drake allegedly dated then-18-year-old model Bella Harris after first meeting her when she was 16. He also allegedly dated then-18-year-old model Hailey Baldwin after meeting her when she was 14.
Plus, Drake’s More Life song “Teenage Fever” received more scrutiny following the concerns about his supposed attraction to young women. The Canadian born Aubrey Graham has not publicly addressed the accusations of grooming, which is the practice of establishing an emotional connection with underage minors with the intent of eventually establishing a sexual relationship with them.
The “B.I.T.C.H.” rapstress addressed all the noise about her intimate interaction with the Oakland-based entertainer. On Tuesday morning, Meg sent out a tweet to clear up the speculation about her current relationship status.
“Lol alright nowww y’all got all y’all jokes out but I am not f*cking G Eazy,” posted Megan. When a Twitter user asked “why was [G-Eazy] sucking the makeup off ur right cheek like that hottie,” The Stallion replied, “He like fenty ♀️,” referring to Rihanna’s popular Fenty Beauty cosmetic brand.
Hot Girl Meg seems to be downplaying any possible romantic connection with G-Eazy. However, yesterday, the “No Limit” hitmaker posted an Instagram picture of Megan The Stallion with a caption that simply included, ” .”
Lol alright nowww y’all got all y’all jokes out 😂 but I am not f###### G Eazy.

“I have my cool, calm, and collective songs. Just missing a couple more club hits, but we’re getting there,” Cardi told Baller Alert. I cannot put a date on my ears. When I feel like I have it, that’s when.”
Invasion of Privacy debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart in 2018 with 255,000 units and went on to be certified 3x-Platinum by the RIAA. The LP hosts the #1 singles “Bodak Yellow” and “I Like It” with Bad Bunny and J Balvin.

(AllHipHop News) Overnight,Nicki Minaj took to Instagram to preview a new song tentatively titled “Yikes.” One line from the 51-second snippet has garnered a lot of attention online.
“All you b*tches Rosa Parks, uh oh, get your ass up,” raps Nicki in the video. The reference to the Civil Rights Movement icon caused a lot of commotion on Twitter with different users expressing that the lyric was either funny, confusing, complimentary, or disrespectful.
Nicki could also hear from representatives of Rosa Parks in the near future. Back in 1999, Atlanta rap duo OutKast and their label were sued for using Parks’ name as the title of a track off the group’s Aquemini album. The lawsuit was eventually settled in 2005.
Nicki Minaj consistently disrespects Foundational Black American icons in her raps and cover art, like Malcolm X and now Rosa Parks, because as a Trinidadian, she doesn’t identify with our FBA lineage. She would never say anything disrespectful about Trinidadian icons

“Sorry to everyone who came out to see me in Rhode Island last night,” he wrote alongside a picture of himself on a plane. “But as I was getting ready to leave my wife’s water broke.”
As we all know, NBA YoungBoy has a track record for being the ultimate ladies man.
He has been linked to Bhad Bhabie, Lyric Michell aka “Young Lyric” from The Rap Game, Floyd Mayweather’s daughter, Iyanna “Money Yaya” Mayweather, and now a new girl named Cecilia.
Over the Super Bowl weekend, Yaya reportedly got into a physical altercation with Cecilia outside of his hotel in Dallas.
The Shaderoom obtained footage of the incident where it shows Cecilia walking up to Yaya and pushing her. One of Yaya’s friends, who was also standing outside of the hotel room, intervened. The video also shows NBA pushing the friend away so that Cecilia can fight Yaya. Shortly after, his two alleged girlfriends can be seen tussling on the ground.
Cecilia has spoken since the altercation on Twitter talking all kinds of mess.
So how much money do money yaya got? B#### you outside a room door acting ratchet as HELL🤣.. & I can’t tell Floyd MAYWEATHER her daddy either with them weak ass punches she was throwing & the way her SCARY ass was running when I was after her ass😂🤷🏽♀️..
NBA and Yaya have a rocky relationship. Just last year in December, YoungBoy did his own rendition of Michael Jackson’s, “Dirty Diana” titling it, “Dirty Iyanna.” The song also and with a video showing a woman breaking into his home and destroying one of his cars.
Whew, Chile. This is too much. What y’all think about this?
Oscar-winning actress Mo’Nique has penned an open letter addressing Oprah’s apparent hypocrisy when it comes to the respective sexual misconduct allegations against Russell Simmons, Michael Jackson, and Harvey Weinstein.
Mo’Nique wrote on Instagram:
Dear @oprah, I felt compelled to write you this open letter after observing the disparity in the way that you seem to treat people, who were accused of the same allegations. You did an interview on the CBS Morning Show and were asked about Harvey Weinstein by Norah O’Donnell, and you said as it pertained to him that you “always try to look at the Rainbow in the clouds, whatever is the “silver lining”. You also said “if we make this all about Harvey Weinstein then we have lost the moment”. When you either are, or were going to be a part of documentary on Michael Jackson, and Russell Simmons, how is that not making it all about them? Interestingly, Brother M.J. was acquitted, and deceased, so how is he not off limits? Russell and Harvey are accused of the same thing so in fairness how do you not “support” the accusers of both as you said you did with R.S. or you look for the silver lining for both like you said you did for H.W.? The only difference between the two is there skin color and doesn’t H.W. have way more accusers? My personal experience with you is you’ve watched me as a black women be accused of being difficult for not promoting “Precious” internationally for Lions Gate, at Lions Gate, Tyler Perry and your request, despite the fact my deal was with Lee Daniels Entertainment. And, how are you for black women when you hear Tyler on audio saying I was right and he was going to speak up but you or him still haven’t said a word? When I was sixteen and I meet you at your local show in Baltimore, I told you I wanted to be just like you when I grew up. You responded, “ you have to work really really hard”. My sixteen year old self didn’t know that you in your silence in the face of wrongdoing, would make my life “harder”. Lastly, please consider standing by the people who are right and not just the “right people”. Love you to life,
(AllHipHop Rumors) AllHipHop plays it pretty fair and we always looks to keep things fair and balanced. And that may be to a fault. We don’t get into beefs and we don’t have any sort of agenda as independent media. So, when Mase called out Diddy, we reported on it. And when the rumors started, very quietly…in hushed tones, we reported on that as well. The thing with RUMORS is that it is basically what people are saying in the streets or online without the obligation of verifying the data. It has been this way for a long time and since we play it fair, the beef has been minimal.
Now, I wrote a rumor about Mase and Diddy and it suggested strongly (based exclusively on sources and not my personal opinion) that Diddy has a particular issue with Mase. A lot of artists have had issues with Diddy and that’s fact. Mase sent a DM that said some things and we offered him and interview, to which we got no response.
We may not have gotten our interview, but Diddy’s former bodyguard did.
Mase came directly to Gene Deal and it was fireworks. Gene was there with Diddy when Biggie was killed. Mase came direct at Gene about Puffy, Biggie, the one that allegedly killed Biggie. They go back and forth until Mase hangs up from the call. Sheesh! There is so much toxic energy.
Gene continues to talk to Mase after he leaves the call. There is so much drama!! Gene makes it sound like Mase knew there was a hit and he stayed in a hotel with Brandy, the singer. I wonder…oh I wonder. The stories out there!
And, Mase…hit us up when we do good like praise you for The Oracle. Rappers only holla when they mad or needs something.

(AllHipHop News) Season three of the popular singing competition show The Masked Singer premiered last night after Super Bowl LIV. Jamie Foxx was a guest judge alongside regular panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, and Robin Thicke.
It turns out that a Hip Hop legend was the contestant that covered “Are You Gonna Go My Way” by Lenny Kravitz. Series host Nick Cannon helped reveal that Lil Wayne was the man behind The Robot’s mask. Weezy explained he chose that particular costume because his children will enjoy seeing him dressed as a silver cyborg.
Besides being a contestant on the Fox music program, Lil Wayne’s week also included the New Orleans emcee releasing his Funeral album on Friday. The project is expected to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
“Funeral was because I’ve had an album before called Rebirth,” said Wayne during an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music. “As an artist, I always title my albums, or title my mixtapes or whatever I’m doing – it always has something to do with something I’ve already done. So, you got a Carter I, you’re going to get Carter I, Carter II, Carter III. You get Sorry for the Wait 1 and 2. You get The Prefix, The Suffix. You get this No Ceilings. You get things like Dedication 1, 2, and 3. You get Rebirth, you get Funeral.

(AllHipHop News) Puerto Rican singer Jennifer Lopez and Columbian singer Shakira brought Latin fire to the Super Bowl on Sunday night. The NFL has now released the full halftime show performance on YouTube.
The video quickly became the #1 trending content on the platform. In just 10 hours, Shakira and J.Lo’s 14-minute set collected over 17 million views and 604,000 likes.

YG just let us know that his relationship with Kehlani is legit.
On Saturday night the couple went out for a date night to the beach; At least that’s what their Instagram is telling us.
The two broke up last year after YG was caught kissing another woman outside of a Hollywood nightclub. Then rumors were swirling that Kehlani and Tory Lanez has something going on, but she shut that down real quick stating it’s just business.
Well after being spotted together on numerous occasions following the brief breakup, the couple made it official at Meek Mills’ Grammy party and shut down all haters as Kehlani posted her man’s wrist with her name tatted across.
(AllHipHop News) Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter and his Roc Nation company were heavily involved in producing the halftime show at this year’s Super Bowl. However, the Brooklyn-bred mogul and his family are facing backlash for something else that happened at the Big Game in Miami.
A video showed Jay and his wife Beyoncé sitting as Demi Lovato sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday. Other individuals in their area were sitting as well. Yet, some conservatives, such as Tomi Lahren, specifically took issue with the couple not standing for the national anthem.
“Beyoncé & Jay-Z (former crack dealer) sit for the national anthem because apparently the United States of America has oppressed them with millions upon millions of dollars & fans. Sounds rough. Maybe they should try another country that allows them a little more freedom & success?” tweeted Lahren.
Outspoken Senator Bernie Sanders supporter Cardi B jumped in to defend Jay and Bey by recalling her viral takedown of Tomi Lahren from 2019. A Twitter user quoted Lahren’s tweet and tagged Cardi in the quote-tweet. The message read, “It’s time to walk the dog again.” The “I Like It” performer replied, “Get me my leash.”
Last year, Jay-Z was heavily criticized for partnering with the National Football League for entertainment events and social justice initiatives. Detractors claimed the deal was dismissing and silencing former San Francisco QB Colin Kaepernick and his fight against police brutality and police misconduct. Kaepernick is still not signed to an NFL team after igniting the “take a knee” protests during the playing of “The Star-Spangled Banner” at sporting events.
“No one is saying he hasn’t been done wrong,” Jay-Z recently told the New York Times about Kaepernick. “He was done wrong. I would understand if it was three months ago. But it was three years ago and someone needs to say, ‘What do we do now — because people are still dying?’”
