The FBI Is Looking For Casanova In A Slew Of Gang Related Crimes Leading To Death Of Teen

Rapper Casanova is one of the numerous alleged gang members that have been publicly indicted on numerous criminal charges including assault, conspiracy to commit racketeering conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, identity theft, attempted murder, and murder. Others are charged with infractions connected to Covid-19 fraud.

The FBI made the jarring revelation Tuesday and outlined the assortment of defendants: Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation street gang. Casanova, nee Caswell Senior, is not charged with assault, attempted murder, or murder.

A man named Brandon “Stacks” Soto is charged in the killing of a teen in Poughkeepsie, NY on Sept. 21.  A report says the kid was “murdered in furtherance of the gang’s activities.”

The FBI have not located there Brooklyn-based rapper.

Below is the full FBI Statement:

18 Members Of The “Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation” Gang Charged With Racketeering, Murder, Narcotics, Firearms, And Fraud Offenses

Brandon Soto, a/k/a “Stacks,” Is Charged in Connection With the Murder of a Minor in Poughkeepsie, New York, On September 21, 2020

Audrey Strauss, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, William V. Grady, Dutchess County District Attorney, William F. Sweeney Jr., Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), Thomas Pape, Chief of the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department (“CPPD”), Dermot Shea, Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”), Don Halmy, Chief of the Peekskill Police Department (“PPD”), Thomas Gleason, Commissioner of the Westchester County Department of Public Safety (“WCDPS”), and Anthony J. Annuci, Acting Commissioner of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (“DOCCS”), announced the unsealing of a 16-Count Indictment charging 18 members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Gang (“Gorilla Stone”) with committing various racketeering, murder, narcotics, firearms, and fraud offenses.  BRANDON SOTO, a/k/a “Stacks,” is charged in connection with the September 21, 2020, murder of a minor in Poughkeepsie.  The case is assigned to U.S. District Judge Philip M. Halpern.

Acting U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said:  “As alleged in the Indictment, members of Gorilla Stone committed terrible acts of violence, trafficked in narcotics, and even engaged in brazen fraud by exploiting benefits programs meant to provide assistance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Because of that, communities across the Southern District – from Poughkeepsie to Peekskill to New York City – suffered.  Most shocking, as alleged in the indictment, a minor was murdered in furtherance of the gang’s activities.  Because of the extraordinary work of our law enforcement partners, the defendants now face federal charges for their crimes.”

FBI Assistant Director William F. Sweeney Jr. said:  “As the indictment alleges, the violence and drug activity committed by these gang members threatened the safety of our communities and placed innocent lives at risk.  Their unabashed criminal behavior, as alleged, included the murder of a 15 year-old and even extended to defrauding programs meant for people suffering economic hardship due to the pandemic.  But thanks to the partnership and hard work of all law enforcement agencies involved in this investigation, we were able to stop this violent criminal organization – and show that Gorilla Stone is actually not ‘untouchable.’”

NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea said:  “These arrests demonstrate the NYPD’s relentless pursuit of the few individuals who drive violence and disorder in New York City.  I commend the NYPD investigators and the many law enforcement agencies involved in this investigation whose hard work resulted in these arrests.  Murder, robberies, narcotics trafficking, and other associated gang behavior will never be tolerated by the people we serve.”

Peekskill Police Chief Don Halmy said:  “While it’s clear that the alleged actions of these individuals had a negative impact on the quality of life in Peekskill, it’s also obvious that the extent of their alleged criminal enterprise was much further reaching.  Through this joint operation, utilizing Federal, County and local law enforcement agencies, communities both large and small will benefit from the arrest of those allegedly responsible for the distribution of illegal narcotics as well as the commission of violent felonies.  We thank all those involved in bringing this to such a successful conclusion.”

Westchester County Department of Public Safety Commissioner Thomas Gleason said:  “Today’s arrests put a halt to an alleged criminal enterprise involved in drug trafficking, gang-related violence and other crimes in Westchester and the Hudson Valley.  Our streets are indeed safer thanks to the great work of the Westchester Safe Streets Task Force and all of the partner agencies that contributed to the success of this complex investigation.”

DOCCS Acting Commissioner Anthony J. Annuci said:  “DOCCS has zero tolerance for any criminal activity involving incarcerated individuals in its custody and within our facilities. These arrests highlight the successful investigation that the Department fully assisted with in the pursuit of justice.”

Dutchess County Chief Assistant District Attorney Matthew A. Weishaupt said:  “Gorilla Stone Nation, as alleged below, was involved in widespread crimes of violence which erodes the infrastructure and quality of life in our community.  Our office will continue to collaborate with our Federal, State, County and Local partners to eradicate the crime drivers that fuel gang violence.  This effort will enhance the safety and quality of life in our community.  We extend our thanks to the outstanding job of all the law enforcement agencies involved and special thanks to the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department, Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force, and Bureau Chief Sara Thompson of our office.”

City of Poughkeepsie Chief of Police Thomas Pape said:  “I would like to thank our partners at the Federal, State and Local levels of law enforcement for the unwavering assistance and dedication to their sworn duties.  These partnerships are proof that collaborations with agencies at all levels of law enforcement work to bring those responsible for the heinous murder of a 15-year-old on our City streets to justice.”

Nipsey Hussle’s Killer Appears In Court, Trial Date Delayed Due To Pandemic

Nipsey Hussle’s killer will eventually face justice for allegedly gunning down the rap star in a shocking murder and broad daylight in 2019.

The man accused of gunning down rap star Nipsey Hussle appeared in court earlier today (December 1st).

Eric Holder was  charged with gunning down Nipsey in front of his Marathon Clothing store on March 31, 2019.

Video footage captured the moment Holder aka “S##### Cuz” got out of a car and walked up to Nipsey, born Ermias Asghedom.

The pair, who were members of the Rollin 60’s Crips, chatted briefly.

Witnesses say the rapper accused Holder of snitching. He left and returned firing with two different handguns, trading between his right and his left hand, and killed Nipsey, kicked him and fled.

Eric Holder stood before Judge Robert R. Perry, who refused to set a trial date, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Holder waived his constitutional right to a speedy trial,

Eric Holder’s next date is slated for January 21st, 2021.

Holder agreed to waive his constitutional right to a speedy trial during today’s hearing.

Eric Holder’s next date is slated for January 21st, 2021.

According to Judge Perry, Eric Holder’s trial could take place within 30 days of the next hearing, but that scenario seemed to be very unlikely.

Machine Gun Kelly Has A New Drug Of Choice After Therapy: Happiness!

Machine Gun Kelly has entered therapy in a bid to conquer his drug abuse issues.

The rap-rocker, real name Colson Baker, has revealed he is “taking steps” to look after himself.

“Currently, my drug of choice is happiness and commitment to the art, rather than commitment to a vice that I believed made the art,” he said to his friend Dave Franco in the new issue of Interview magazine.

“I had my first therapy session… That’s the first time I ever went, ‘Hey, I need to separate these two people’, which is Machine Gun Kelly and Colson Baker. The dichotomy is too intense for me.”

He admits he’s struggling to chill out in sessions, but the fact he’s willing to try to better himself is having an impact on his loved ones: “The tools that I’ve been given to start with seem helpful, I think,” he explains. “I’m still kind of ripping my hair out: ‘Why am I not changing overnight? How am I supposed to meditate for 10 minutes when I can’t even sit in my own brain for two minutes without distracting myself by doing something?’ That’s really hard. But the commitment to change is inspiring, and I think will reverberate through the universe and definitely through my family.

“I can see it already with the people around me. The willingness to finally be happy with my own self has invited a much more vibrant energy around us than before.”

Machine Gun Kelly credits pal Travis Barker and girlfriend Megan Fox for putting him on the right path, adding, “Travis Barker has been huge in the process of grounding me, because he’s lived it… It’s much different than a priest or something, where I’m like, ‘How can you relate to me…?’ With Travis, it’s like, ‘I know for a fact that you went through what I’m going through’.

“And then obviously, when you have a partner sitting there with you on those dark nights when you’re sweating and not being able to figure out why you’re so in your head, to help you get out of your head and put it in perspective, that really, really helps.”

Donald Trump Can’t Keep Lil Wayne Away From His Love, Denise Bidot

Rapper Lil Wayne has reconciled with his former girlfriend Denise Bidot after they were driven apart by politics.

Weezy apparently dumped the model in the days leading up to America’s presidential election on November 3rd, after he met with Republican leader Donald Trump and voiced his support for the incumbent, while Bidot made it clear on social media that she was voting for Democratic nominee Joe Biden – the now U.S. President-elect.

After early reports suggested she had been the one to break off the relationship, Bidot took to her Instagram Stories timeline to insist that wasn’t the case, writing, “Imagine being dumped over an IG post…that expressed MY political view and encouraged people to vote… It’s definitely 2020.”

However, it appears the couple’s split didn’t last long, and now Wayne and Bidot are back together.

She initially went public with their romantic reunion last week as she shared a photo of the Hip-Hop star in the recording studio, and captioned it, “Mornings with bae.”

Bidot subsequently posted a selfie from the rapper’s car, and over the weekend, she congratulated her man following the release of his new mixtape, “No Ceilings 3,” reposting an article about the new music on Instagram and proudly writing, “He did that,” alongside a clapping hands emoji.

Rihanna And A$AP Rocky Are Falling In Love

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are reportedly dating.

The Love on the Brain singer and the hip-hop megastar, both 32, were first rumored to be romantically attached back in January, after they shared a hotel suite in New York.

And they fueled romance rumors as they were spotted out alongside friends at the Beatrice Inn in Manhattan on Saturday.

A source has since confirmed that the Bajan beauty and the Praise the Lord hitmaker are an item.

Rihanna’s new romance with A$AP was first reported shortly after her split from her billionaire boyfriend Hassan Jameel in January.

“They shared a hotel suite during that trip in New York,” a source told The Sun newspaper at the time. “However, Rihanna is reluctant to put a label on it as it’s so soon after Hassan.

“They’re really enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy as it’s still early days. It’s really casual between them and she’s not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky. She’s a newly single girl having fun.”

The “Work” singer and Hassan, also 32, were first linked together in June 2017, but after almost three years of dating, they decided to call time on their romance.

A$AP and Rihanna go way back, with the former having supported the “We Found Love” hitmaker on her Diamonds World Tour in 2013.

The rapper previously dated Kendall Jenner in 2017.

Travis Scott Reportedly Made $20 Million From His McDonald’s Deal

Travis Scott was already viewed as a music superstar with the success of chart-topping projects such as Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight and Astroworld. Then an unprecedented deal with McDonald’s instantly made the Cactus Jack Records founder a corporate superstar too.

“I couldn’t be more excited to bring the Cactus Jack x McDonald’s collaboration to life,” said Scott in September. “We are bringing together two iconic worlds. Including a charitable component was key for me, and I can’t wait for people to see what we have in store.”

The association with the fast-food giant produced a special Scott-favored Quarter Pounder meal and exclusive merchandise. According to Forbes, the Hip Hop artist made an estimated $5 million from the endorsement part of the agreement and another $15 million from merch sales.

Forbes also reports that Scott is set to collect close to $1 million from a partnership with PlayStation that could end up landing him $20 million or more. He is also said to pull in around $10 million a year from his profitable deal with Nike.

In addition, Scott supposedly grossed around $20 million from his record-breaking, groundbreaking virtual Fortnite concert in April. In total, the 28-year-old entertainer is likely to earn at least $100 million in 2020 through his various alliances with corporations and other revenue sources.

While Travis Scott continues to triumphantly overtake Corporate America, the rapper/producer is still one of the most popular musicians in the world. Scott has not released an official studio LP since 2018’s Astroworld, but he still managed to score two #1 singles in 2020.

“The Scotts” with Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi debuted at #1 on the Hot 100 chart in May, giving Cudi the first Number One of his 12-year career. Five months later, Travis Scott earned another #1 when “Franchise” featuring M.I.A. and Young Thug opened at #1 too. Including “Highest in the Room” in 2019, Scott became the fastest act in history to achieve three #1 debuts.

Megan Thee Stallion Lands Seven ‘Good News’ Songs On The Hot 100 Simultaneously

This week, Megan Thee Stallion found out her debut studio LP, Good News, opened at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart with 100,500 first-week units. The native Texan found success on the Hot 100 singles chart as well.

Seven records off Good News made their way onto the latest Hot 100. Currently, “Body” is Megan’s highest-charting song at #12. The Lil Ju-produced track also sits atop Billboard‘s Streaming Songs, R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs, and Rap Streaming Songs charts.

“Don’t Stop” featuring Young Thug (#62), “Cry Baby” featuring DaBaby (#71), “Girls In The Hood” (#80), “Shots Fired” (#82), “Do It On The Tip” featuring City Girls (#92), and “Circles” (#94) made the latest rankings of the most popular songs in America. Meg also holds the #23 spot as a feature on Cardi B’s former #1 record “WAP.”

Besides the “WAP” collaboration with Cardi, Megan Thee Stallion scored another Number One on the Hot 100 chart this year with “Savage Remix” featuring Beyoncé. The self-described Houston Hottie also earned a Top 40 entry in 2020 with “B.I.T.C.H.” off her Suga EP.

‘Everyday Struggle’ Debate Show Set To Stop Airing In December

Back in 2017, Everyday Struggle debuted on YouTube and quickly became one of the most talked-about shows on the internet. The Hip Hop-centered digital series is now set to come to an end this month.

Everyday Struggle moderator Nadeska Alexis announced the final episode will air on December 17. On Monday’s show, she said, “For those of you who have been rocking with us since April 2017, you know it’s been a very, very eventful ride. We’ve had a lot of highs, a lot of lows, and I think this is really the end of an era.”

Current co-hosts Wayno and DJ Akademiks also confirmed the three panelists were set to move on from the program in two weeks. Ak stated, “I think we all have other steps and other levels to get to, but I think it was definitely necessary for the fans to have a proper sendoff.”

When Everyday Struggle first began three years ago, emcee-turned-podcaster Joe Budden sat across from Akademiks as the second commentator before leaving after the first season. Controversial former Hot 97 radio host Troi “Star” Torian replaced Budden for a short stint in 2018. Additionally, DJ Whoo Kid served as a guest host.

During its run on the Complex and Complex News channels, Everyday Struggle produced several viral moments. Perhaps the most famous clip happened during the 2017 BET Awards when the ES crew nearly got into a physical altercation with the Migos and their entourage.

There have also been countless celebrity interviews that took place on Everyday Struggle. People such as Lil Yachty, Vic Mensa, SZA, Soulja Boy, Gucci Mane, Russ, and Amber Rose became trending topics on social media as a result of their conversations on the show.

Funkmaster Flex Gets Lipo!

What in the world is going on!?! 2020 has been one of the strangest years in recent memory and, maybe for us, in our lifetime. Now, there is a new contender for a strange situation of the year, and that award goes to DJ Funkmaster Flex! Flex, posted on Instagram a video of himself getting liposuction.

That’s right! The guy that breaks countless rappers, screams on people like T.I., Jay-Z and Tupac Shakur, drops bombs on breaking music, did the classic album from the 90s about The Tunnel, got liposuction!!

Flex, without question, is one of the most legendary DJ’s ever in Hip-Hop history. But we have to call a s#### a s#### on this one! He got liposuction and is looking really, really, really thin. I hope that he is in good health and does not have a disorder of some sort. Because he never was all that fat, in recent times at least. I’ve seen him here and there and he looks OK. I wonder what prompted him to get liposuction and then make it so public.

In the Instagram post, he did plant the doctor that gave him the procedure so I am pretty sure that he made a deal with the doctor for a reduction in the fee. He may have even gotten it free! And Hip-Hop, we aren’t really too big on the guys getting liposuction, but that’s his business. I guess, now it’s the internet’s business since he made it public. And yes, people are going in!

Snoop Dogg May Have A Career As Ringside Announcer After Standout Commentary

Snoop Dogg was the surprise highlight of the Roy Jones and Mike Tyson fight on Saturday after Lil Wayne backed out of his planned performance due to “unforeseeable circumstances.”

Wayne was set to perform alongside Wiz Khalifa, French Montana and YG and even teased his slot at the event in Los Angeles, California 24 hours before, admitting he was “stoked to be performing on this historic night”.

However, fans were quick to notice a change in the line-up as he was replaced by SAINt JHN and Snoop Dogg, with the “Lollipop” star confirming his absence on Twitter.

“Due to unforeseeable circumstances I won’t be performing tonight at the Tyson/Jones fight. Hope the event is still a success and much love to Triller (social media platform),” he penned.

All was soon forgiven, though, as Snoop scored a knockout with his commentary during the highly-anticipated boxing match, which ended in a draw.

“This s### like two of my uncles fighting at the barbecue,” Snoop told viewers of the pay-per-view event, mockingly adding in a high-pitched voice, “Get your uncle out of it, get him out!”

“‘Meet me in the backyard, I’m tired of this s###’,” Snoop added, as he openly rooted for Jones during the bout.

Nate Robinson Finally Speaks After Devastating KO!

He also provided commentary for the short undercard fight between former NBA (National Basketball Association) player Nate Robinson, 36, and YouTube star Jake Paul, 23, which ended with a brutal second-round knockout by Paul.

Snoop’s commentary was widely praised on social medial, with stars including LeBron James complimenting the rapper on his voiceover skills.

“Having a girl is somehow totally different. And don’t get me wrong, we will still have super hero’s , weapons and war games with baby G too. But we will do it wearing diamonds, rubies and pearls!!!!!! Happy freedom Friday guys!!!!”

S.W.A.T Team Raids Famous Dex’s House Over Semi-Automatic Weapon

The cops in Los Angeles are looking for rapper Famous Dex, and he could be in some big trouble.

The police went to Famous Dex’s house in Los Angeles, after being called to the residence over a domestic violence claim. According to reports, Dex was involved in an argument with his ex-girlfriend, which turned physical.

The cops who arrived on the scene were aware of several social media posts Famous Dex made over the weekend, showcasing himself smoking weed while holding a Tec-9 semi-automatic weapon.

A S.W.A.T team was called in for backup, and they busted into Famous Dex’s house, but soon realized the rap star was not in the residence. According to reports, the police are looking for him to question Famous Dex over the domestic violence claims.

Over the weekend, it appeared Famous Dex was heading for trouble and fellow rapper NLE Choppa made his opinion known when he called out the rapper’s label, 300 Ent.

Cardi B can’t believe her husband Offset has such a massive shoe collection.

Cardi offloaded on her Migos star spouse for his extraordinary sneaker collection online, admitting she is astounded by the volume of footwear in his closet.

“This is ridiculous,” Cardi gushed in footage on her Instagram Stories as she showed off his shoe stash.

“Guys, when I tell you this man owns, like, 3,000 pairs of shoes. 3,200 pairs of shoes. And I think I own, like, 500 shoes. This man got so much f###### sneakers it’s not even funny,” she said.

Offset, who shares two-year-old daughter Kulture with Cardi, went on to explain to the camera that what is shown in the footage isn’t even half of his entire assortment of shoes.

“(That is) only a quarter,” he added.

Kobe, Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett were announced in April to be being inducted this year, in their first year as finalists, alongside Kim Mulkey, Rudy Tomjanovich, Eddie Sutton – who passed away in May – and Barbara Stevens, among others.

Former FIBA (International Basketball Federation) Secretary-General Patrick Baumann was chosen for induction this year by the international committee.

Tillavision Talks Busta Rhymes & French Montana Virtual Worlds

Nowadays more than ever, we’re living in a digital and social media world. Insert Tillavision, who describes himself as an artist, first and foremost. The digital animator creates immersive experiences, ranging from 3D animations and virtual websites to augmented reality experiences and music, sometimes all of those together.

This past year, the Cleveland, Ohio native has been able to work with artists he’s wanted to work with his entire life. He states, “Not just one or two, but dozens, really. Every week, I’ve been working with a different GOAT, whether that’s Nas, Busta Rhymes, Drake, DJ Khaled, Patrick Mahomes, all these different people. Just this past week I dropped French Montana content and Fresh Prince Bape collab back to back.”

Tilla’s proudest moment to date he reveals was working with DJ Khaled, relating directly to his motto We The Best! Having done the visualizers for “GREECE” and “POPSTAR” featuring Drake, what other cosign do you need? Another vastly proud moment arrives in Cardi B’s “WAP” lyric video, just one layer in his vastly impressive resume.

AllHipHop: Talk about your newest venture with 360 Virtual websites. What are they? Who have you made them for?

Tillavision: The virtual websites is a way to differentiate myself. A lot of people when they see my past work, they think of me as a 3D animation artist. I like to keep moving. That’s one thing Pablo Picasso did. I studied a lot of the great artists in history. By the time you thought you caught up with what Pablo’s working on, he’s already working on the next thing. He was creating Cubism, jumping into Cubist sculptures. I wanted to do the same thing, where oh, you thought that I just do 3D animation? No, I’m doing websites now. Not regular websites, they’re fully immersive.

For Busta Rhymes, we created what we called a Busta Bunker, which is a virtual museum of all of Busta’s iconic moments under one roof. One of my favorite aspects is we created virtual video sets. All of his iconic music videos you instantly recognize like “What’s It Gonna Be?!” or “Gimme Some More,” we created those in 3D completely in 360 degrees. I was able to merge the 3D animation and music video stuff I do with immersive virtual reality websites. We’re adding that extra layer of creativity on top of something that could be very normal like a music video or a website. We want to take it to the next level.

AllHipHop:  What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?

Tillavision: So far, this is something fairly new in that not everybody has one of these VR, 360 websites. There’s only really a handful of it I’ve worked on. Juice WRLD was the first. We made the Juice WRLD Garden, then we made the Trippie Redd Pegasus Library, for his new album. We made the biggest and most ambitious virtual reality site to date: the Busta Rhymes Bunker, which is a 5-level, 12-room–virtual museum of Busta’s works. Definitely my proudest achievement in website creation.

AllHipHop:  How’d you link with Busta Rhymes?

Tillavision: That DJ Khaled cosign goes a long way. Once Khaled says We The Best and you’ve got that stamp, your reputation grows. Word is getting out around the industry that I do quality work, that I’m going to bring something new to the table that’s engaging. One rule in this business is ‘do good work, and do a lot of it.’ It’s about creating a body of work and letting the streets talk, then making sure you answer your phone when they come calling.

AllHipHop:  What makes this different from any other website?

Tillavision: It adds a level of physical immersion, there’s a couple different ways you can experience the website. If you’re on a desktop or your iPad, you can use your finger to look around the room in 360 degrees. If you’re on a mobile phone, you’ll physically move in place to look left, look right, as if you’re in a physical space. Right there, you’re appealing to another one of the human senses of physical movement, as opposed to staring at a scrolling screen. One thing that really makes it stand out is the participation you have to take part in.

The environments we create are no different from the physical world. I’m building an explorable world that the only difference is the physical aspect, but it’s a virtual physical space. When you’re jumping between the 3 different floors in the Busta Rhymes Bunker, we had to architecturally build a 5-floor building, almost as if it were a pitch for an actual museum that we’d build. The sheer scope of that sets it apart from other websites. We’ve been building mini-Disneylands, virtual theme parks except replace Mickey Mouse with your favorite rapper. We’re building these virtual worlds around artists. The fact we can expand those worlds similar to a theme park how they add the new Star Wars section, well that’s Busta Rhymes’ new album. The Bunker can expand with dedicated rooms as new music comes.

AllHipHop:  What’s your favorite part of the Busta museum?

Tillavision: The trophy room, which is the 5th level. It’s the deepest level of the Bunker. That’s where you see all of Busta’s iconic chains in a display case, which is always cool. You feel like you’re in the Batcave, you’re seeing Batman’s uniform and all of his armor. Seeing Busta’s chains laid out in the displays is super dope. When you enter the studio on the same floor, we put over 60 Platinum records on the wall, of features that he’s done in the past. Seeing the work on the wall, all in front, and you see all these features Busta has, it hits you just what an impact Busta has had on the game and his consistency and delivery. Sometimes you have to gather all that stuff up and put it under one roof to realize the body of work. That’s really the goal of those websites: let’s get it all under one roof!.

AllHipHop:  How did you link with French for his new campaign?

Tillavision: The Busta Rhymes virtual site was a great success, Busta loved it. I want to continue building out these virtual spaces for other artists. I’ve been working on the French Montana rollout for his new Coke Boys 5 album. It‘s really been the perfect setup, he showed me his album artwork and it showed all the featured artists on the front cover. They’re in this cartoon world, so we dubbed that Coke World. We’re building out Coke World, which to me is a nod to the 90’s Cool World with Brad Pitt. Replace Brad Pitt with French Montana, and we have Coke World. We’re going to explore Coke World in a virtual 360 environment similar to the Busta Bunker. Hopefully I can provide more examples to see what’s possible with these virtual sites and virtual worlds we can build.

AllHipHop:  What’s been your favorite part about working on the CB5 campaign?

Tillavision: French is somebody who’s hands-on with every aspect, at least in my experience. If I’ve had a thought or he’s had a thought, I talk directly with him. An artist with as big an impact as French has had — billions of streams, huge records — it’s always exciting working with artists who have an impact on Hip Hop culture. French is one of those guys. What French wanted to do from the jump, he challenged me to incorporate live-action footage with my animated elements. Which was different, not all artists want to do that. Sometimes they say “yo, give me what you gave the last guy.” French said “no, we have to do something that’ll top what you’ve done for anybody.”

AllHipHop:  What’s next for you?

Tillavision: Continuing to challenge myself, I’m really excited. I just released 3 Instagram filters: one with Swae Lee, one with Mulatto, one with Justin Laboy. I have a cryptoart collab that is really exciting in the works.. Of course new animations! I’m helping people develop their digital avatar personas. 2021 is about creating a new type of experience that will be the new wave, that’s my goal.
