While J Hus remained tight-lipped about further details of the single, Drake took to his Instagram Stories to reveal the title while hinting at the release date and a possible collab.

“@theuglygram trouble is there tmrw,” Drake captioned the audio clip. Fans took the post as a collab hint, check out the responses at the end of the page.

It’s not the first time J Hus and Drake joined forces for a surprise announcement. In 2019, the “Did You See” hitmaker stunned the audience at The 02 Arena in London when he joined Champagne Papi on stage.

While Drizzy teamed up with multiple British rap royals on the U.K. leg of his Assassination Vacation Tour, this guest appearance was especially significant. At the time, J Hus was thought to be behind bars after receiving time for carrying a knife in public. However, Drake announced his release during the show and brought J Hus out to celebrate his freedom.

New York City reported an air quality classified as “hazardous” on Wednesday (Jun. 7), Mayor Eric Adams said during a news conference per CNN. While air quality conditions were expected to improve into Thursday morning, experts predict worsening air quality again on Thursday afternoon and evening “as smoke moves back over the city,” the mayor cautioned.

“While there may be potential for significantly improved conditions by Friday morning, smoke predictability that far out is low,” he continued. “It’s difficult to predict the movement of the smoke… This is an unpredictable series of events and we cannot provide guidance more than a day in advance at this point.”

Kim Kardashian Opens Up About Dating Mystery Man: “He So Meets The Standards”

Kim Kardashian admitted dating in the public eye has been “kind of awkward” since splitting with Pete Davidson last year.

During the latest episode of The Kardashians, the SKIMS founder met up with Scott Disick for dinner. The two shared a candid conversation about being single, with Kardashian admitting she wants to play the field, especially as she’s “never dated” before.

“You obviously learn from every situation and the one thing I learned from my last situation [with Davidson] was the media made me feel like I was in a very serious relationship so quickly,” Kardashian shared in a confessional. “I just want to sneak around a little bit. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to sneak!”

Kardashian also revealed she’s dating someone knew, who she and Disick referred to by the alias “Fred.” Friends introduced her to the mystery man in New York, but the date didn’t quite as planned. Nonetheless, the reality TV mogul says “he so meets the standards” of what she’s looking for in a man.

A producer joked with Kardashian as she texted “Fred,” noting, “That’s a lot of smiling, young lady.” However, it hasn’t been smooth sailing after she was foiled by the press ahead of one rendezvous with “Fred” at an NYC hotel. Paps assumed she was going there to meet Pete Davidson as it’s a spot they used to go for low-key dates.

Kim Kardashian Admits She The “Lights Off” In The Bedroom Type

Elsewhere during the episode, Kim Kardashian admitted she’s shy in the bedroom, despite her confidence in public.

“I pretty much have the lights off now,” she told Disick. Later during her confessional, Kardashian elaborated on her shyness. “It’s so weird but then I can walk out of a photo shoot with 100 people working on set. I can walk out in a thong, but if it’s like you’re there with me, I’m like, ‘Wait, don’t look at me! Turns the lights off!'”

Kim Kardashian recently listed her criteria for a prospective beau. Watch the clip below.

thegamblechild: Resilience, Positivity, and the Quest to Inspire

Meet thegamblechild, a one of a kind new school rapper, who’s ability to shape, stear, and set his bars are quickly becoming an inspiration to new and old patrons of the genre.  A rising hip hop star, Gamble has an unlikely musical persona that pairs the resilience he’s experienced in his young life with a burning desire to be a role model for the next generation. Born Chase Curran, this talented artist, songwriter, and proud Catholic grew up in the outskirts of London, facing a heavy hardship, poverty, abuse brought about by chronic addiction in his family.

Adversity has yet to deter his fate, as the complexity of his living conditions did not limit his will to unlock his inner artist. Even after enduring an unsavoury time in foster care, Chase’s life took a positive turn when his father rescued him and brought him to the United States. A fresh start many seldom have, but this new found stability gave Chase the perfect opportunity to build, and build he did.

Inspired by hip hop legends like Eminem and 50 Cent, thegamblechild developed his skills while immersed in the underground music scene. Many artists turn towards a degeneracy in their stage persona when handed the type of life that chase had. It’s easy, be it the rags-to-riches prince, the callissed-handed criminal, or the “real-G”, hip hop has a way to make urban culture into a violent ordeal. With very few maintaining an attachment to their lyrics outside of their imagery portrayed as a means of exposure, Chase has taken a clear step in the direction of something very different. Despite having all the reasons to do so, this artist is definitely different.

The stage name itself is a testament to his faith, wherein he is a fond believer of the risk that goes into the pursuit of one’s dream. As a recent interview with Pinch of Sol magazine went, Chase is challenging everyone to follow their dreams and have the courage to fumble, fall and get back up while doing it. It is never a matter of a clear meadowed path, life is its own hardship but no matter what may come your way, belief in the self to keep walking, and belief in a power greater than your own that is leading you, are fundamental to maintaining a level-head, straight back, and due course for life.

Chase’s journey as thegamblechild began in high school, where he stood out as the sole Irishmen in his class. When in America, this became a novelty especially when he started picking up the mic. Over the years, he honed his skills, recording and producing songs with top artists. Stepping out of the industry shadow, Chase has rebuilt his own brand, is signed to himself, and has no one holding a sword over his head. He is free to create and free to venture down his musical path.

“Beat up the Beat.”the debut track  by his new persona has an innate flow, wired chorus, and filled with a very unique sense of entitlement in its tone. Definitely something that is authentically his own. In an industry known for its egotism and self-centeredness, thegamblechild is a breath of fresh air. His lyrics invigorate and motivate, aiming to empower listeners rather than boast about himself. Chase’s goal is clear: he wants to inspire audiences to believe in themselves, manifest their dreams, and rise above their circumstances.

Among the attendees were notable figures from the Hip-Hop community, including YG, Mike Epps, DJ Quik, Danny Boy, Allen Hughe and fellow Outlawz member Young Noble. The ceremony wasn’t just a celebration of 2Pac’s music but also a testament to his enduring influence on the culture.

“Today we’re not just honoring a star in the ground, but we’re honoring the work and the passion that he’s put into making his dreams come true,” his sister said. “His heavenly star will shine a little brighter today. Once again, he has made us all extremely proud. We love you 2Pac.”

Memphis Bleek Reacts To Barbra Streisand Unexpectedly Quoting Him

Barbra Streisand stunned Hip-Hop fans by quoting Memphis Bleek in a Twitter post on Wednesday (June 7).

Streisand used the rapper’s lyrics from Jay-Z’s song “1-900-Hustler” to comment on Donald Trump’s legal troubles. The post racked up thousands of likes as various Twitter users tried to grapple with the reality of Streisand referencing Memphis Bleek’s bars.

“Trump is going to be indicted for stealing classified documents,” she wrote. “He is going crazy with his tweets urging his cult to ‘FIGHT.’ We remember what happened on January 6th. ‘The strong are quiet, the weak start riots.’ – Rapper Memphis Bleek.”

Man Sentenced To Life In Prison For Killing Las Vegas Rapper Over Song

A judge sentenced a 23-year-old man to life in prison for murdering a 20-year-old rapper known as Luccy2x in Las Vegas.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Jcahoyl Ducksworth learned his punishment for the 2020 murder of Luccy2x at a hearing on Tuesday (June 6). District Judge Jacqueline gave Ducksworth life in prison with the possibility of parole after 12 years.

Ducksworth pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and second-degree murder with a deadly weapon in March. He received three years of credit for time served at his sentencing.

Clark County’s Chief Deputy District Attorney Binu Palal said Ducksworth killed Luccy2x over a song. Luccy2x, whose real name was Charles Vailes Jr., allegedly mentioned Ducksworth’s friends who were killed on the song. Luccy2x’s mother Kristal McClodden claimed her son didn’t write or produce the song.

“He didn’t do anything with or to the song at all, so that still leaves a lot of unanswered questions,” she said.

Ducksworth hopped out of a car, ran to a Las Vegas gas station and shot Luccy2x, who was in the passenger seat of another vehicle. The late rapper’s friend drove away from the scene and called 911.

Police also arrested an accomplice named Kalin Qualls for his involvement in Luccy2x’s death. Qualls allegedly drove Ducksworth to an area near the gas station where the murder was committed. Qualls awaits trial.

Tobe Nwigwe Says His Nas Collab Is Greatest Accomplishment As An Artist

Tobe Nwigwe appreciated his opportunity to work with Nas on a song for the new movie Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. The Houston-bred rapper reflected on his Nas collaboration “On My Soul” in a recent interview with AllHipHop’s Chuck Creekmur. Nwigwe exalted the song when asked where it ranked among his career accomplishments.

“The greatest,” he said. “The absolute greatest … it’s Transformers and Nas, both at the same time, collaborating for one project. It’s insane. I never in my life thought, coming from where I come from, that something like this would happen. It’s incredible.”

Tobe Nwigwe’s involvement in the Transformers: Rise of the Beasts extended beyond the music. He also portrayed a character named Reek in the film, which hits theaters on Friday (June 9).

Fans got to see Tobe Nwigwe’s acting skills in the Netflix series Mo, which premiered in 2022. But the 36-year-old artist told AllHipHop the Transformers movie was actually his first acting gig since he shot it before Mo.

“This is the very first acting thing that I ever did,” he said. “It was just incredible to be a part of such a massive franchise. I don’t think that’s the norm for most people who get into acting.”

Zion Williamson’s Fatherhood Marred By Adult Film Star

This might be the first time Zion Williamson has appeared in the rumors sections—and it’s not for good things. The New Orleans Pelicans rising star recently made headlines when it was revealed he’s expecting a child, which is pretty big news. Things quickly took a messy turn, like a garbage truck on a cliff doing 75 miles per hour. An adult film star (wink-wink) named Moriah Mills called him out on Twitter, claiming he was seeing her while also being involved with the mother of his child. Please say no, but it’s a yes.

Mills—a verified adult star—went on a Twitter rant, sharing her side of the story and providing details about her alleged experience with Williamson. Now, we can’t really say what’s true or not in this situation, but Williamson can’t be happy about this. The drama is overshadowing his fatherhood moment.

Williamson has seemingly gotten more attention off the court than on the court. Early in his career, most of the attention focused on his injury struggles and how he wasn’t as helpful to the Pelicans as expected.

Right now, Mills is just talking. We don’t know the whole story. So, before we delve into the messiness, these two seem very happy.

Williamson has the potential to be an incredible player for the Pelicans, but this takes away from it for many. Hopefully he can can get back to focusing on the game and preparing for the arrival of his newborn. Let’s hope this mess gets sorted out soon.

Peep this:

Prosecutors Aim To Throw The Book At Tory Lanez With 13-Year Sentence

Prosecutors asked a judge to sentence Tory Lanez to 13 years in prison for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

Reporter Meghann Cuniff obtained a sentencing memorandum filed by the Los Angeles County District Office on Tuesday (June 6). Prosecutors condemned Tory Lanez for engaging in a “campaign of misinformation” to retraumatize Megan Thee Stallion after the 2020 shooting.

“[Tory Lanez] has waged a campaign to humiliate and retraumatize the victim through his actions and his words,” prosecutors wrote. “Words have power and the pen is oftentimes mightier than the sword. In this case, [Tory Lanez] used both. Not content to have hurt the victim by use of his sword (gun), he also used his pen.”

They continued, “His online posts for nearly three years have retraumatized the victim. His online reach is worldwide (millions of followers plus casual observers) and the defendant’s statements embolden his followers so that they too have been complicit in retraumatizing the victim. He is responsible for his words and actions.”

Prosecutors urged the court to deny probation. They cited Tory Lanez’s “unwillingness to comply with court orders” throughout his case as an example of his disregard for the law and public safety.

“The defendant not only lacks remorse, he is clearly incapable of accepting any responsibility for his own actions,” they argued. “The defendant’s lack of remorse is insidious, leaving this court no assurances that the defendant will not repeat this type of behavior in the future.”

A jury found Tory Lanez guilty of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, discharging a firearm with gross negligence and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 13.

Tory Lanez’s legal team tried to delay his sentencing. His lawyers attempted to disqualify Judge David Herriford, who will sentence the rapper.

Snoop Dogg can now add Jack in the Box to the list. According to a press release, the D-O-Double-G has signed on with the fast food restaurant for his own signature “Munchie Meal.” The meal coincides with the 10-year anniversary of the late night offering and is apparently perfect for stoners like Snoop.

The meal features a “Spicy Sauced and Loaded Chicken Sandwich,” classic taco, medium curly fries, a baked brownie and drink. Snoop Dogg shared a video clip to his Twitter account to plug the $14 mega-meal. It features Snoop walking down a hallway with the Jack in the Box mascot. He wrote in the caption, “Let’s do this thang, Jack” in response to an online poll supposedly conducted by the restaurant.

Snoop Dogg has inspired many of his peers to hop in the endorsement ring over the years. In a 2020 interview, Ice-T revealed Snoop was behind his decision to hop in the ad game.

Considering Ice-T is behind the controversial 1992 single “Cop Killer,” he assumed getting a gig in a television commercial would be impossible. But after seeing what Snoop Dogg was able to accomplish, he decided to give it a try.

“It was difficult because I’m the cop killer,” he said at the time. “Everybody in the mainstream was like, ‘They won’t f### with you because you’re too taboo.’ And I was like, ‘Right.’ And then Snoop started knocking down walls. That’s my brother. So Snoop was going through doors and I’m like, ‘Look, Snoop’s making it through these doors, let’s try.’

“So the first big one I got was the GEICO commercial with the lemonade. The advertising world was watching and there was no blowback. From there, I did RXBARs, CarShield. You see, people don’t understand but if you look at Shaq, like the one he does for The General, that could be eight to $10 million a year. The numbers aren’t b#######. You know that b#### Flo from Progressive? Trust me, she lives in a mansion. Flo is caked out.”

Erykah Badu Curse: Blueface Arrested While In Court On Attempted Murder Charges

It looks like Erykah Badu’s recent comments about Blueface might have done some damage. The “Thotiana” rapper was reportedly arrested at a Las Vegas courthouse on Wednesday (June 7). According to TMZ, the controversial artist was taken into custody during a preliminary hearing for his attempted murder charges. Police believe Blueface was involved in a robbery and slapped him with another felony.

Blueface was initially arrested in November 2022 after prosecutors claimed he discharged a firearm into a house, building, vehicle or craft. Again, he was caught off-guard. He was apprehended outside of Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles in Sin City during an undercover operation. Eyewitnesses said at least six officers were in on the arrest, parked in unmarked cars.

In the latest case, the alleged robbery is characterized as a direct violation of the stipulations the court placed on him following last year’s arrest.

Blueface’s attorneys, Lisa Rasmussen and Kristina Wildeveld, said they “look forward to vigorously defending him on both cases” but aren’t clear on the specifics.

Badu recently called Blueface “trash” and told the universe to “do its thing.” Evidently, it just did.

This is a developing story.

Azealia Banks Suggests DC Young Fly’s Opinions On Women’s Beauty Led To Jacky Oh’s Insecurities

Rapper and always controversial figure Azealia Banks sent a message to a bereaved DC Young Fly, checking him on how his attitudes about women’s beauty may have contributed to his children’s mother wanting to get the plastic surgery that ultimately took her life. She linked her comments back to the Wild ‘N Out episode where he teased her.

The Harlem native wrote on her Instagram, “DC Young Fly spent years disguising his own deeply rooted hatred of self as jokes pointed at women’s beauty, projecting his own feelings about his own ugliness unto women perfectly secure in their own skin.”

THIS HAPPENED FOUR YEARS AGO, SPARKING THE FOUL ENERGY BETWEEN THE TWO

Banks added, “Say what you want about my tears. They were pure tears of rage. And not at all a sign of weakness. Because in the end … I won. I‘m happy I cried and moved on. That Jackie O girl must have been so deeply insecure about herself. And the nerve of DC to call such a gorgeous woman as Azealia Banks… ugly on National television while a bunch of Black people laughed. That thorn in my side is finally out.”

She continued, “No way in hell I was blessed with this many gifts, this much talent and beauty to be a cultural punching bag for a cast of peons who wouldn’t have a pot to p### in if they didn’t have the court of social media addicts to jester for.”

“I do this in real life Dicklickers,” she said before laughing and saying, “Ashe.”

Banks wasn’t finished with her rant and claimed the episode “de-railed the success” of her single “Anna Wintour.”

“I came to sing my song and go home,” she said. “Only at the request of my label.”

The last of the stinging public statements references her connection to the “Brujeria” she has been practicing over the years.

“And ironically, dead at 32 exactly on my 32nd birthday, May 31, 2023 in Miami, FL. You n##gas are going to learn to stop f##king with me.”

AllHipHop extends the family of Jacky Oh and DC Young Fly our deepest condolences.
